I ordered on myntra through paypal account on 28 th september 2019 around 8.30pm. My amount got debited from the account but my order was not placed. I contacted them many times regarding this issue but they give the only answer contact the paypal or bank. Its clearly mentioned that the amount had been paid to myntra designs limited and when i ask for my refund they say they didn't get the money. They can't keep quiet over this issue and i want immediate resolution of the problem.

    Can not exchange product after redeeming insider points

    I got my read tape shoes delivered today however, i mistakenly claimed my insider points and now i am unable to exchange my shoes. I called the myntra customer care as well but they are unable to undo the changes made by me from backend. There should be some sort of functionality to undo the changes made by the end user.

    I do not want my insider points, just want my replacement. If required you can take all of my insider points.

    Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Not happy with Myntra as they are not providing COD on clothing which is very essential for some people who may not be using credit or debit cards. If this continues then people will stop buying online from Myntra. But for me I am not at all happy for the service provided by Myntra as they should not atleast limit the COD.
    i mistakenly claimed my insider points and now i am unable to exchange Or return Product,
    This is not good for Myntra,
    Please resolve it, I don’t need ### insider points, I just need return that it
    If not Myntra will pay for it

      I placed an order on myntra on 30th september, 2019. I payed through paypal. The money was deducted from my account but order was not placed.
      An amount of rs 900.82 was debited from my sbi account along with usage of paypal voucher worth rs. 750.

        On 28/9/19, 7:58 pm, i placed an order on myntra under big fashion days offer, i payed through paypal. The money was deducted from my account but order was not placed.
        I ordered a pair of here &now women blue skinny fit jeans; product number - 2238316.
        An amount of rs 355.95 was debited from my sbi account along with usage of paypal voucher worth rs. 210.00

          As today i. E[protected], i have placed an order on myntra website. While placing an order i found a technical issue on myntra website it was prompt like 'errorresponse" and money has been deducted. So i again refreshed the existing page because i haven't received order confirmation message on website. Although it got deducted once again. So kindly please address this issue as soon as possible.

          I have received 2 wrong items from the 4 I ordered. They were on sale so basically now they are not providing me with the option for exchange. This is really not done as I have not received the products I paid for. I want them to be replaced ASAP. Also there customer care services is are really poor, I am very disappointed.

            I bought a jeans and the size was too large for me and it was also looking like it was used and damaged jeans, old kind of pattern and the colour is also dull looking, finally i searched for a smaller size 26 which was out of stock so i decided to return it and placed a return request it has been 2 days i'm receiving a msg that today the agent will come to pickup but they are not ready to even attend the call and also don't call me and finally in the evening i get a msg that my order couldn't be picked up. I don't know when will i get my refund and order something else or i have to quit shopping from myntra

              Ordered a shoe of mast and harbour worth 600rs.. Payment was maid through paypal and amount was deducted but the order did not show in the order section.

              On contacting to the customer service center they said the payment is not received on there end because of some gateway issues and they will respond in 2 days what to do?

              This happens almost everytime so why keep a gateway which always makes your money stuck and get gateway issues.

              I don't know how long i have to wait to get my refund.

                I have ordered a watch from myntra but at the first time the item was not placed successfully but money has debited from my account. I have called myntra for it but they r saying my money is stucking into gateway and it will refund by 1st oct. Today is 30 september but till i have not get my money back. Please do something in this regard. The ammount was 7395

                  I have raised retern for adidas shooes.
                  But the have decline it.
                  Reson is shooes box is missing.

                  Product is in the same condition as it was deliver to use. All price tags are their.
                  Still due to missing of shooes box, they are forcing me to keep 5000 rs shooes.
                  As shooes box was dameged my maid through it out.
                  Still we are giving to pick up person another shooes box.

                  But myntra is declind my retrn as original shooes box is missing.

                  While many time pickup person selfy througing product boxes in frunt of my house.

                  Product is useless for me as fit is not perfect.
                  Due to their bad policy i am facing loss of rs 5000.

                    I tried to place order on myntra on 30th september 2019 at 11:30am. Order was of rs 510
                    I used paypal as payment gateway. My account was debited but order couldn't be placed.
                    I received a paypal voucher as per the myntra offer of 50% (Rs 264) cashback on paypal gateway.
                    I once again tried to complete my transaction, paypal voucher was auto applied this time and the total amount asked was rs263. Again this time the amount was debited but order was not placed.
                    My account was debited rs 773 in total for a order of rs 510 yet my orser hasn't been placed yet.

                      I just placed an order on myntra via paypal for 908 rupees, my money got debited from my bank account but the order isn't placed and myntra is telling me to contact them after 48 hours. I have transaction number and everything stating that my money has been debited. Please help someone. I received message stating that money has been debited by both the bank and myntra as well

                        There is a new policy has been introduced by myntra, where i have been charged 149 for delivery irrespective of any amount product. As per there instruction if customer return their products and it's not as per their fair usage policy then the customer would be penalized for delivery charges.

                        I do understand if the products were purchased on cod and customer not available during the delivery time.in that situation, this policy stands valid. My all orders from 2009 were pre-paid, even though i have been imposed with this penalty.

                        None of the online merchant such kind of rule in india. Myntra is simply looting customer. If returning the product is a problem then why they are in online business and why they are promoting 30 days of the return policy.

                        I request the myntra authority to revisit the terms and condition and revise it.

                        I called up the helpline (080-61561999) number and they said they don't have any option and I have to buy the product with delivery charges of 149 INR.

                          I ordered two saree vide order no.[protected]-6091501. Further i returned both the saree. I received the refund amount of one saree but till date i did not receive the refund anount rs.4192.70 (Saree rose and gold toned pure silk embellis) of another saree after one month. I called so many times to customer care of myntra but they are telling that they are having bank detail but they are unable to process and only assuring for refund.

                            I ordered a roadster black t-shirt from myntra on september 29, 2019 around 8:31pm. The payment was made through paypal, i had a 400rs discount voucher so the order total came down to 123rs. The payment was made and amount was deducted from bank account.
                            I called myntra customer care service, they said the payment was made they didn't receive the payment on there end because of gateway issues.
                            What should i do, cause the payment is deducted..

                                Ordered Lavie sandals and dressberry earrings from myntra worth 1514 on 13 September. Order ID is[protected]-8871703. On September 17 I got a message that order would be delivered that day. My husband was home all day and confirmed that no delivery boy arrived. I checked with watchman who usually takes courier if someoneone is not home. It was neither delivered to him. I waited for a couple days to see if delivery guy updated it by mistake. But no one turned up. I tried calling the number of delivery person shared over message with me. Below is the message.

                                ARRIVING EARLY:

                                Hi, Our Style Delivery Agent ([protected]) will bring you your Bag of Joy with 1 Lavie Heels and 1 more item today. Use Pin ******** if prompted. Excitement on its way.

                                Pin was my mobile number. When I tried calling delivery agent and enter pin, it said incorrect pin and call ends. I tried multiple times with no luck.

                                I reached out to myntra customer care. They raised a complaint and said will investigate. After delivery, the delivery guy is supposed to take signature from person who received it. They sent me the signature that is in their records. However it is not my signature nor of anyone I know. I confirmed that over call with customer service. On September 24 they said they would check and get back. Below was message I received .

                                This e-mail is regarding your order number:-112025154607008871703.

                                We apologize for the inconvenience caused and delay in response. Please be assured that we are already looking into this & will get back to you within 48 hours.

                                We value your association with Myntra and thank you for your support & co-operation.

                                On September 27, they sent this mail which doesn't have any resolution and closed the ticket.

                                This email is regarding delivery confirmation of your order number 112025154607008871703.

                                I understand you are worried since the order status is updated as delivered but as per your claim the package is not yet delivered to you.

                                However, As per the confirmation post validation the order has been delivered to you from our end.

                                We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard and we value your association with Myntra.

                                If you need further assistance or have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

                                If product is delivered to me I wouldn't have raised the issue in the first place. I have ordered on myntra for atleast 30 times and have no time or patience to make false claims and follow up with these guys.

                                I called customer care again and another guy picks up call and says he LL raise a fresh incident. I have not heard back from them after that. Customer care service is pathetic. They don't have answers for anything. They just say we delivered. They took my money and God knows where they delivered.

                                I placed a return request so that I can ask the pick up guy. They say that pick up is third party and delivery guys are separate and he has no idea who could have delivered. I wanted to tell him go pick up from where you delivered but this guy doesn't have a clue.

                                    I have ordered a kurta from Myntra. When I received the product I found it without price tag. Further the kurta was bigger in size and hence I requested for a return . Now the customer care is asking me that they cannot accept the return request since the product is without the price tag . Why will the customer has to bear the consequences even though it's not the customer s fault .

                                      I have recently purchased a kaya advance acne care kit which is delivered to me today and i see that this product is going to get expired in 6 months it is been manufactured in 2018.
                                      And now my situatuon is that i am moving to abroad for 2 years.
                                      I need a product which has atleast expiry due for 1 year.
                                      I cannot come back to india to purchase this product again.
                                      And i am already using this kit which will still be using for 3-4 months.
                                      So, after that if i start using this product then this product will expire in 2 months.
                                      So, i kindly request you to give me the product which is atleast manufactured in 2019. So that i can atleast use it till next year.

                                      Please i really request you to give me solution in this condition. I know that this product is not returnable product. I don't want to return this product.
                                      I just want you to give me a product which is atleast manufactured in this year so that i am moving to abroad so there i can use it atleast for an year.

                                      I hope you can understand my situation.
                                      I am your privileged customer, its been so many years i am using myntra i have never faced such situation. I need the solution as soon as possible. I will not accept this product in any condition.
                                      You should always take care of your customer satisfaction.
                                      If you are not able to give me solution, i will regret if i could have bought this product from retail store.
                                      Atleast i could have received the product according to my requirement and satisfaction.

                                        I order two levi's pent but i received only one product and online it show me both are delivered through same packing.. I call customer care and they declined to refund me and disconnect the call.. I calling again and again and every time customers care provide me same excuse.. For me i know what is the value of money.. I want my refund as soon as possible in my bank account
