I would like to request that i had purchased a timberland men waterproof shoe and got it delivered on the 24 sept 2019... On the first day i could notice a seepage of water inside the shoe.. I would like to please help me with this complaint against timberland after paying so much for the waterproof shoe and.. Also uploading some pictures of the shoe below

    I placed an order for about 9 products in my bag that cost more than 5000 rupees on total. My payment was an online transaction. The payment failed but the money got debited from my bank account. I had some money in my myntra credit wallet which was also taken for this order but they said that the payment failed. Either a want my money back or my order to be placed. I regret using this online shopping app! They cheat us like this more often.

      Couple of days back i have been cheated by myntra by delivering less number of items than ordered for a pre-paid placed order. On complaining they are showing cold shoulder and just replied "full order is delivered and we will not entertain this claim further".
      It seems it no longer safe to place pre-paid orders as there is no-one to listen.
      Anyone here please guide me for further action as i don't want people to fall prey to such acts.

        Sir/mam i have ordered red tape shoes from myntra of order no:[protected]-2028101 on 22 sep 2019 and paid 1649.64 through net banking. Today i have received a mail that your order delivered successfully. But i haven't received any order. I called 3 times to customer care executive, he always said that we have delivered u a mail and ask me to check reciever sign but i haven't received a mail and order.. Please help me...

          Retrn no [protected]
          I have order one inerware. I have retrn the product in same way as i have received.
          After quality check now they are saying price tag is missing.
          This is totaly faluse. As i have rerrn the product in same maner i have receive.

          Its duty of pickup boy to cheak in frunt of customer weather there is price tag available or not.
          As after pickup the product we dont know in what maner they are retrning the product back

          As i have seen the pickup boy is thoughing out packet & box of product in frunt of my house many time.

          It could be posible he has misplaced it.

          Due to their bad pickup policy or fault i will bear loss of rs 2200.

            I shopped an item on 26th september with worth rs 4105.. My account got deducted but my order was not placed.. I still have all my bank transactions for proof.. And i have made complaints to the company and i was asked to wait for 24 hours but i still did not get any information after 24 hours... I want my money back.. Why is this happening... What will i do..

              not able to change delivery address

              I am an old customer of myntra. Recently i have ordered some items with the amount of more than 10k. I did a mistake with changing my delivery address. But there is no such option like this. And even some item is not showing "cancel item" option. So what what do you mean, i have given a wrong delivery address means i have lost the money. Is it like that? Such a good way of making fool right???...

              I placed an order on myntra on 25th september and it was kurta from sangria. You did not show any order status nor did not sent confirmation message but SBI bank had deducted money from my account. I want my money back. I request to take this issue seriously and look forward to your reply and wait until 28th september or else i will seek help from a consumer protection .

                My myntra account was hacked, while checking my mails, i got to know an order had been delivered to bhopal to some rashid ahmad.

                Someone else placed order from my account using my myntra credit balance. The fraud changed my password, contact info and i did not get one notification on my phone. As soon as i was able to log in somehow, i changed the password and mobile details again.
                I did not get any notification on my mobile for the order placement as otp but i can get updates for the offers that i don't even need
                I have placed return request that's all i can do which i know is not of any use. I have sent mail, no response yet. I complained on fb, no serious response. Finally got a call saying sorry can't do anything except advising me to report the incident which i already did. Pathetic security and i am highly disappointed.

                  I am barsha pal and i have facing some issues regarding my order confirmation.
                  Actually at first i opened this account through facebook (barshapaul.[protected]@gmail.com)and in this ac i have 1000 rupees in myntra credit.so now when i want to confirm my order it shows that one otp has sent to my email id which is that facebook id and i am not getting any otp from myntra.i am not able to confirm my order as i have sufficient money in my account .
                  Now i again login mytra app through my gmail id which is ([protected]@gmail.com) and i want to trasfer that amount (1000)rupees in this id so that i can check that otp and can confirm my order..thatswhy i raised a complain to myntra help centre yesterday and they said to wait till 30 september and they will resolve my issue.

                  My only concern i dont want to lose my 1000 rupees and want to trasfer that money to my gmail id for shoping in myntra.many times i called customer care but they not any action on it and harrasing me.

                  Please do the needfull

                  Only my concern to add 1000 rupees to my gmail id in myntra which is [email protected] that amount stuck in ([email protected] ) id which is my old account .so i could not place my order if they add my balance to my present account and confirm through my mobile no all thing will be sorted but they dont take any action..

                    I want to reorder the same product after money is debited but order is not confirmed. I had a discussion with your rep who informed me that money would be refunded within 48 hrs. But as i want to gift this to my son during pujas the whole process would take long and i cannot do so before pujas which starts frm 3/10. I would request you to see that the product is reordered and adjusted with the debit you have received at myntra. I would be humbled by your gesture. Thanks,,,,,,

                      This is to inform you that i ordered two product in which i returned one product to myntra on 12 sep. (Order no:[protected]-4248901).
                      Till now didn't get refund, also paid amount and refund amount is differ. I am unable to call customer care.
                      As i am potential customer, but still they don't care.
                      Online shopping fraud as all know, but didn't expect from myntra.
                      Really disapponted!! Looking resolution asap from this platform so that no need to file pil.

                      Hi Team, This is to inform you that tioday i got call from [protected], [protected] both told they are from Consumer Forum.
                      I talked with [protected], he had complete information regarding order amount etc, He send me link for refund then asked for UPIID.I refused to do so as i ware about Fraud calls.They attempted multiple
                      In this case Myntra is involve, they had my information.
                      I want clear clarification from mytra.
                      I have call recording and all.
                      Please contact asap, neither i will escalate to cyber security, as well PMO, Home ministry and all social platform.

                        I bought an item from myntra and when it delivered there was an option in myntra app that "collect insider points" i accidently touched the option. Then i am unable to exchange the item. There wasnt a warning message that you will be never able to return or exchange the item. Now i am stuck with an item that i will not be able to use in my entire life time. I dont want the money back, i just want to exchange it. Help me. I lost my money.

                          Hello,
                          I placed one of my orders on myntra on 20th september 2019. It was a mango tan tote bag and a mango pink top. The package was delivered to me on 22nd september 2019 and because it was a cod order i paid the total amount on receiving the package which clearly mentioned that it contained both my items. But on opening it, i found that the bag was missing for which i immediately called the customer care as i’m a very old customer of myntra and knew the procedure. They immediately took my complaint and asked me to wait till 25th september 2019 which i did but only to get an email saying that my complaint has been declined. The mail read as below

                          This e-mail is with regard to product "mango brown solid tote bag" pertaining to order number *

                          I understand your complaint regarding the refund of the product and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

                          Post checking your case, i regret to inform you that your claim for the missing product got declined hence the request for refund cannot be taken.

                          Thank you for choosing myntra as your shopping destination. We truly value your association with us.

                          I immediately called the customer service again but after talking about 45 minutes with 3 senior executives i was only told that nothing can be done now.
                          Please help as i’ve really lost my money on that bag which i don’t even have.

                            Hi, sir/madam i am asha mishra from lalganj ajhara, (Uttar pradesh) want to state you that i have purchased a lehenga from myntra after receiving the product it was not looking good on me then i decided to return it and also claimed for refund under refund policy. Return item was successfully picked up by ekart service and. Your site mentioned that i will receive the refund in 2- 3 business day but now it is 6 days and i did not received a refund yet.                             I mentioned to refund in myntra credit and their refund policy shows that it does instant refund in myntra credit but now it almost 10 days and I did not receive my refund yet.

                              I placed an order today from myntra of order no.[protected]-9147303. I have paid the money online and even got a message from sbi about the transaction. But i havent received any confirmation message from myntra. I request myntra please give me the confirmation message about the product status, otherwise i want my money back. I also request you to take this issue seriously and reply me as soon as possible.

                                I placed a return request for a defective item i purchased on the 11th september via cod. I submitted all necessary pictures etc. But no one called to confirm pick up. Then 20th the request was cancelled without any reason being given. I immediately raised another return request. It is now the 25th september and my item has not yet been picked up. When i called customer care they said they can only raise another pick up request and it will take another five days. Myntra or their courier services responsible for such delays should be penalised for such delays.

                                  I'm craving for this bag for nearly 5 months. And i always see it out of stock. Please let me know if it has been discontinued by the company. But please bring it back if it's possible. Please consider my request. I need this roadster bag anyhow 😭😭😭😭😭i heard that roadster brand is owned by myntra so i've no other option as well. Please do something for me. I've called mytra customer care many times querying about this beautiful bag but the only response i get is that they can't do anything about it.

                                    I ordered 4 tops from myntra.com on 11th september. On 14th september it showed that the product has been delivered. The products were worth rs.2001. The order was prepaid but i didn’t receive it. I called the customer care and they said that the product was delivered. They said that someone signed it and took it. The delivery executive delivered it to wrong person. This is a complete fault of the delivery agency as they don’t check to whom they give the parcel. I hope this forum helps me get my money back. This is something very irritating when you try to contact the company, there response is not at all satisfactory.

                                      I made a purchase worth rs 2376 from myntra on 23 sep 2109 for which the amount was deducted twice. Firstly when i did the transaction myntra didn’t give confirmation regarding the order placed. I again made the transaction through my card and conformation was made by myntra but my account was debited twice. Bank on the other hand is saying that this is pos terminal dispute, saying that amount is credited twice to sellers a/c.
                                      I want my refund of rs 2376. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
