I have ordered a product from myntra during the dusshera sale this year (2019). When the product delivered, i was not at the address. So i asked my friend to pick up the parcel. When i return back after vacation now and checked the parcel it is having some items missing in the parcel. And when i reach out to the customer care they are saying that you can file a complaint within 48 hours only. And now you can not get the product and you can not return it because you did not get it in the package delivered.

Please help me with this because that product is of no use for me.

    Today oct 11, till now i haven't received my order. This is not the 1st time that i am ordering from myntra. I haven't seen such a pathetic company where an order was place on 1st oct which was supposed to reach on 9th oct & later on due to delay it was scheduled to reach by 11th oct an after lodging a complaint i receive # mail from myntra mentioning unable to deliver it (Wrong information updated).
    They never fulfill commitment. I don't recommend any one to purchase myntra products. Myntra is not customer friendly.

    Of late myntra has become a useless service. If you don't have your control over the supply why you list the product in your website?

      I have ordered pants on 29th september and i didnt recieve my order yet. It has been the worst ever experience with myntra. I understand that because of sale there has been huge load but my product has not been packed yet.
      Kindly revert to me asap.
      I have already talked to your executives but all in wain they are asking for 3 days.
      I lodged on 7th of oct.
      Kinldy help me out...

      My order with order which was made on 29th september with order number[protected]-4660303 has not been delivered while its written delivered in the app on october 9th. Pliz help me get my order soon. I paid through debit card. I tried contacting through app and also the delivery agent but they could not establish a conversation due to unavailability of agent. Pliz do the needful to send my order soon. Thank you.

        Refer my return request no. [protected] placed on 5 october 2019.
        Return request date selected was tuesday 8 oct 2019 9 am to 9 pm.
        The item was not picked up on selected date and still the item is not picked up till date.
        Trying to contact customer care but always your champions are busy. No customer care is available to guide.
        No other mode of communication available.
        Worst customer service.

          I placed my order for corsica sandal on 04.11.2019 with order no[protected]-9565501. I recieved a defective product. It appeared that the sandals were already used. I placed the return request with return no [protected]. Now i have recieved the message that the return failed quality check and refun is on hold.

          The product was already damaged. How am i responsible for quality check?

          Kindly address the issue at the earliest and refund my money back.

            I have requested return for this item. But nobody is coming to pick it up. Everytine i recieve the email saying "return pickup failed because customer was not rechable".
            It is a complete lie. I had ordered 13 items from myntra during sale. If i am available to receive the delivered items. Then why did my phone goes out of network during return pickup calls only. Myntra people are behaving very irresponsibly.
            I had sent emails to "[protected]@myntra.com.
            But i got the reply that they are not receving any direct emails.
            There is no option available to contact them.
            Myntra people plz send someone to pickup the returns.

              I have purshased a doc martin shoes (Order no[protected]-9061003)
              On 9th august 2019 pf rs1379.42 and when i wear those shoes they are uncomfortable for me and then i return. I wait for 2 weeks for my refund and then i get a mail regarding the failure process of return check and then myntra call me and said that u will get your shoes reshipped to you in max 2 weeks i am waiting from 2 months for my shoes and they havn't sended me my shoes nor they have refund my money a d whenever i call to helpline number they say's that please wait for 3-5 business days u will get a mail regarding your update and then you can check your shoes updation and even i didn't get any mail regarding this updation and they always says that we have send your complaint to our senior manager they will see and update you but nothing i get from myntra.

                Dear Sir/Mam, I have placed an order on myntra today with successful transaction through paytm
                But my order was not shown successfully done nor i received any order confirmation. I did call on customer care, but i haven’t received any better response from them. Firstly they asked me to wait for 48 hours, now they asked me to wait upto 15 oct. This is ridiculous. My transaction was shown successful through paytm.
                Kindly refund my money back

                  I have returned my item to the delivery person on 9th October 2019. but got message update "myntra return pickup failed", Due to which refund has not received. I have complained to myntra customer care, but no action has been taken yet. could u please help out here.My order number#[protected]-0580303 return number # [protected]. My order price Rs.1510.88.
                  Being such a loyal customer from the past 6 years, cheating this way not at all acceptable.

                    Mynta customer agent says 886.20 rs refund credit in your acount but i checked in bank not credit in my account, mynta agent give me refrence number but also not to show in my branch bank. So too much irritating. Round and round only sorrounding. So please sir my kindly request to you please solve my reauest,, my product is roadester jeans navy blue ant the value is 886.20.

                      Could you return this product as the size of the product is small for me it is not even fit me well and it is not about only 100rs so i can ignore, it is quite expensive. I can assure you that proudct is in good condition as i have received. Please look into the issue.
                      I have talked to customer care but they are not able to help me.

                      I can understand product not valid for return but what if it is not what we expected. I'm will be thankful if you can help me here.

                        I paid for my order on myntra online twice, the money got debited but the order didn't get placed. I got the money back the first time but there was no refund the second time and i've sent them so many mails but there customer care service number is unavailable. I'm not able to contact there agent through mail, call, chat anything and there is no action taken from myntra. Please see to it.

                          I have paid for the order and on 9th/oct/2019 i received a message that my order is out for delivery and in evening i received a message that order is delivered.
                          The order is showing as delivered and i did not received nor i received the call from delivery executive. I scheduled a call with myntra and they did not call me back. This is unacceptable. Please revert back asap

                            Got a call from delivery person. I asked him to handover the package to my friend, in between the conversation he disconnect the call and the conversation was incomplete. I tried to call back initially the number was switch off and after it rang but he did not pick the call. Order number is[protected]-0609901. There were three products were there, one jeans, one sweatshirt and one wd external hard drive (Which i ordered from flipkart). I have already raised a complained with flipkart. But myntra there no proper way of complain.
                            I had done full payment of the products using net banking.
                            It is very disappointing.

                              This is to inform that my order was out for delivery on monday of this week as i had received an sms mentioning that my order is out for deliver.. But later in the evening i received a msg mentioning that we are unable to deliver your order... And when i contacted the myntra customer care they said it’s been rescheduled for 8th october i. E tuesday the next day... I told them i haven’t received any call from the delivery boy neither i called.. Then how was my delivery date rescheduled... I waited for the next day but i didn’t received my order... I again contacted customer care on wednesday 9th october to ask about my order delivery... They said they have raised a complaint regarding the same... But so far no response for 3 days... I don’t understand if my order was out for delivery on monday of this week then why is it taking so long to deliver my order and also how can the delivery boy reschedule the date of order delivery without contacting me...
                              I want my order to be delivered at the earliest as it’s a paid order...
                              I never had such a bad experience with myntra prior... As my order use to get delivered on the very same day when the sms was sent by them..
                              Kindly look into it...

                                Ordered around 6 items, all prepaid.
                                Delivery date was within 8th october but i haven't received them yet.
                                The tracker showed that all of them have reached my nearest hub long back.
                                The customer care department is a complete failure since all the time it indicates that all the delivery executives are busy.
                                Could not find any other way, hence filing a complaint here. Attached one of the order details for reference.

                                Shipment is out for delivery since morning. It's 8.30 pm now.
                                Haven't received them yet.
                                Called the delivery executive 2 times. Everytime he is saying that he will come in an hour. What kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude is this?
                                They can't even give an excuse of bad weather today because the weather was perfectly fine.

                                  I have ordered 2 jeans. I collected the insider points and after trying the jeans it is the bigger size so not able to exchange. Now myntra refuse to exchange the product. I don't want to return the product. They are not exchanging not even telling about refund. This could happen to anyone. I am not even asking for refund. If this is the situation they should give that option to collect insider points after return period is over.

                                    I placed an order on 28 september, there were 10 items in the order. On 30th i received 6 out of 10 items and remaining day after. I checked the app on 1st october after returning from office at 7:30 pm and found that sassafaras dress was marked delivered but i had not received that dress. I contacted myntra at that moment but they were not available between 7pm-8am. I contacted them again on 2nd october, almost every hour but they were always unavailable. I finally was able to contact the customer support on 3rd october in evening and told them about the issue so they said that they cannot take any complaints so late. I talked on 4th, then 8th but no help from their end. They claim that they are available 24×7 and so will not provide the refund. I have contacted the delivery boy also. He assured that he never had any other parcel. The parcel he deliverd only contained 6 items and myntra claimed that it contained 7 items. I demand a refund and no one is listing the complain. I am attaching screenshots of their unavailability and out of service hours.

                                      I ordered two dresses on 30th sep and it was supposed to be delivered on 4th oct instead it got delayed to 9th oct, today is the date i was hoping to get my dresses as it was really an urgent one! I am hella disappointed with the services! Idk what to do now as i need to get it within today or tomorrow! They say it has been out for delivery since 4th oct but i had not received any info from the ecom express courier service too..👎
