I have placed order on 15th october and cancelled instantly still i have been charged for the order when i contacted myntra they said refund has been initiated it's been 7 days i didn't received refund of it and myntra is not helping at all it's a fraud and every person is copy pasting the same email to me and no one try to resolve this issue and it's unacceptable if customer is trusting you then this should not be the result of it... It's a fraud and if its going continuously very soon myntra will loose their business in india and they will responsible for it

    Ordered nike flip flops on 24th september. Received women tshirt on 9th oct when the promised delivery date for flip flops was 28th sep. Worn out packagin. No bar codes nothing. 7 days after numerous calls and complaints they approved return and now since last 7 days no pick up. No option of contacting call center on the app as the same has been disabled by myntra. I have mailed them repeatedly but there is no response from the company.

      Sir.. It's about myntra delivery boy..
      (Ravi sen) contact no [protected].. When delivery boy come with me with a parsal.. I have done online transaction in a phone.. Which was pending that day.. After 10 days when money credited in ravi sen account with registered mobile number..[protected].. He didn't gave my money return and not picking up my call.. Transaction date was 2 oct and money credited date was 13 oct by phone pe in ravi sen account

        No doubt that the product looks good and that's why i bought it. I wore this sandal only three times and the condition of the heels of the sandal has gone bad. This is not acceptable for a product to go bad within 3 days. I want this product either be exchanged or returned and get my money back. Also please find the attached pics.

          I had placed an order with myntra on 23rd september. The order was supposed to be delivered on 2nd october. However there have been no updates since 29th september. There is no option to cancel the order aswell. Inspite of numerous calls to the customer care and lodging complaints, no actions have been taken whatsoever. Totally disgusted with myntra's customer service.

            This is regarding the purchase of the below product from myntra.
            I have placed the order on 4th october & the original delivery date was 10th october, when i didn't received my order on 10th i called to customer care on 12th october (Attached the call recording for you reference & mail stating the order is delayed).
            This order was 4 days delayed & when i received the order, i found the quality of the fabric was not as what i expected.
            On 16th october i tried to return it but can't & didn't notice during the ordered the return policy of this product is 2 days which is usually not.
            Then i called to myntra customer care on 16th october & inform the incident at 4:20pm & as per them its return time was on 16th october was 1:30pm & i was delayed by 2 hour 50 min.

            Is myntra making the maximum policy in-favor of manufacturer & not for customer, where a manufacturer delayed my order delivery by 4 days (96 hours) & if customer delayed to return only by 2 hours 50 min then the return can't be accepted???
            I am sending the mails & reminders to myntra from 17th october but not received any revert on mail or call from myntra team

            I don't need this product & want to return it. Please help to return & refund the amount in my account.

              I placed an order for a dress which was to be delivered by 8th october. It has been 12 days since and i have still not received my order. Also i have tried contacting through e-mails but there was no reply. Next week is diwali and i will be going on vacation, so even if the order arrives there will be no one to receive the order. Please deliver the item as soon as possible.

                Myntra sent a product without a price tag. The product clearly has the brand label removed (Check the attached pics). When i raised for a return, myntra customer care gets back to me saying that their investigation says that the product was delivered from the warehouse with complete tags. Why on earth would someone ship a product without a brand label (Supposed to be on the collar) if all the quality checks have been in place?

                  Hello myntra
                  I ordered hrx joggers for rupees 1150
                  But when i received the order its completely different from what i ordered
                  I received beardo wax of worth 275
                  I requested the different products received category in your return option
                  But when the courier boy came he refused to take the order as it was not the joggers
                  I am totally shocked because i have wasted my money on this #
                  Kindly give my money back and take your wax back

                    Here is my order id 112161323497671602701. The product i. E tommy track jacket which was ordered was received in a bad condition & colour change. As a result return was initiated within few hours. Thetommy track jacket (Mrp: 5016) ordered did not even come in a proper condition. The jacket was already dusty and creased due to bad handling and packaging. But after the return was initiated and return pickup was successful, this is a approved retuen & still the courier boy harrasing me for this. All the tags and packaging material were intact. The product was unused and return was initiated as soon as the product was opened due to bad packaging and condition of the product. Good packaging and quality check must be done before delivering the product to the customer. Now they are saying that the your account has been blocked & to refund will be initiated this is cheating. So they are not issuing the refund as the product was alreay picked up. Please do the needful and help me get the refund (Total: 5016 rupees)

                    I think you don’t value your customer despite being calling you regard my refund I have not received any update till know your team just satisfy us by saying sir please wait for 2 business day as it has been 12 days since I have not received my refund.

                      As i order a green camouflage shirt. Firstly it didnt came as same color as given, it grey, and secondly its a defective piece. There is a hole in a middle of a shirt.
                      As i purchase a lot product from myntra and i suggest other to do shop from this app. But this time i got disappointed by this product.
                      I got my product on 18oct and as soon as i saw, the shirt is defective, i return the product. They took the shirt on 19oct morning and returned it on same evening. I tried to call consumer care but couldnt connect.

                        I have been a loyal customer of myntra for many years now but it appears they don’t need loyal customers anymore! Their customer support sucks and i feel their customer support team is just a bunch of some dumb people who don’t know how to resolve problem and are only trained for passing days/weeks by involving you into one process of the other.
                        The first time i faced problems, i ignored it thinking that it was a one-off problem. I was so happy with myntra at that time i just ignored the issue i had.
                        The second time i faced problems i raised it to their customer support team but, to my surprise i found out that their customer support team is so dumb and have no control over the orders their customer place. I have ordered around 25-30 products but their delivery system had a glitch and some products were showing up “on the way” even though they were received at my end and due to this reason i was not able to initiate returns for some of the products i wanted to return. It took me 8 long phone calls, 12 emails interactions and 15 days overall to get them to mark those products as “received” even though the mistake was in their system and it was no fault at my end. All this was so delayed since every customer support member from their end just asked me to re-iterate the problem again and no one wanted to look into the history of the case to understand the problem and try to resolve it. I had to explain the problem to at least 8 different people from scratch to get things resolved. I also asked them if they have customer grievance team who can hear out customers who are not happy with their support and no one bothered to reply to me. I filled out their surveys & feedback form with details on my experience and no one tried to contact me to look into bad experience i had. Poor service myntra! Never expected this from you! (Attached is the detailed email thread of my interaction with myntra on this)
                        After the second experience above, i decided that i shall not buy anymore from myntra but my money was in myntra credit which they don’t allow to return to a bank so i had no option but to consume that credit by buying more products from them to completely exhaust my myntra credit.
                        So, i have bought some more products and then i was again faced with poor experience for the third time! This time it was beyond what i could digest and hence i am now trying to go online and share my experience with other online shoppers. I ordered a pack of 2 cotton lowers but the package which was delivered only had 1 item! I initiated the return citing the reason as “partial delivery” but the pickup agent refused to take the return and asked me to call customer support. So, i called the customer support and explain the case on which i was informed that they can’t accept this since i did not raise the return request in 2 days! I explained to them that the product was delivered at home to my servant when i was away from home and i actually opened the box 4-5 days after i returned but they were not willing to believe me. I tried to explain to them that i have been buying from myntra since the last 2-3 years and must have placed atleast 50-80 orders and never such an issue happened but they did not trust me and kept saying that i should have contacted their customer support in 2 days. So, i told the lady that this would be the last time i bought from myntra and as usual no one was bothered.
                        I feel that i was responsible to inform them in 2 days and 30 days was not the time allowed for returns, then should mentioned “2 day return policy” instead of 30 days returns or they should mention 30 days return and then add a * to highlight that incase of damaged good it would be 2 days. Further, in such cases, the products should only be delivered to the person who ordered since otherwise how can someone check the product if he is away and the product is not close to him/her.

                            Ok so this is happening for the 3rd time now. The delivery agent calls and says he can't deliver the product today. On request he said that he will but not receiving the calls after that. My question is if they cannot deliver a product on a specified date then why do they send the 'out for delivery' message? We waste our time and wait for them at home leaving all our work and this is what we hear in return. I am a regular customer of myntra and this is not what i deserve.
                            It's getting really pathetic now. The delivery executives are of no use as it seems they are busy everytime.
                            I want a permanent solution to this or i am cancelling all my upcoming orders for sure. Adding my order details here.

                              Hi,

                              I had handed over a return item to myntra agent.
                              I was not provided a refund and so raised a complaint with myntra but now customer care is denying that the item was picked up and refusing to refund my money. Please help. My 4700 rs is locked with them.

                              The company agents may have stolen the product or mispaced it and with no fault of my own i am losing the refund.

                                I placed an order on myntra on 18th september 2019 for 2 gym bags. Simultaneously i placed an order for two gym bags on jabong as well. When all of them arrived, i liked the one from jabong best and returned the rest of them. So for rest of the bags i literally just opened them had a good look, tried them on and placed the ones i did not like right back into the packaging. When i returned the bags, myntra did not accept two bags back stating that they were used. Which makes no sense at all. On top of that i've been waiting for the return shipment for almost a month now and the bags have not yet reached me. I tried calling customer care 4-5 times but they have no solution to the problem, they asked me to wait for whenever the bags are shipped back to me. I have no idea what to do. I've been shopping on myntra for years now. This has never happened before. But it's so bad that i'll be paranoid to shop again on myntra. My money is stuck, i cannot track when the return packages will reach me and i'm afraid, what if they now ship back some damaged bags to me and i get stuck with them.

                                  I have ordered three shirts in two different orders on 29/09/2019 order no.[protected]-0512801 &[protected]-5352301. The orders did not deliver to my address, but in the app it is showing that the orders were delivered on 10/10/2019. I called to the customer care they are telling after five days from the delivery date they can't do anything. I have ordered and got so many products from myntra i did not face this type of problem at any time. On big billion days shopping i have placed so many orders hence i am not able to react to this issue very soon. I was waiting for the product till yesterday, when i saw the orders status yesterday i was shocked to know that its reflecting delivered. I have inquired with the neighbours also regarding the shipments. Kindly send me my ordered items as soon as possible or refund the amount. I request you to resolve this problem as soon as possible. I am the genuine customer of myntra. Kindly co-operate

                                        I had ordered a product from myntra on 11th october. On 18th october i got the message that the product is delivered, but i did not receive any parcel from myntra.in the myntra app also its showing like the product is delivered. I had already done the payment, either refund the money or send the parcel as early as possible.
