On 1st october, 2019 around 6:50, while i was placing an order on myntra amount rs.2933 got debited from my sbi bank account. I didn't believe at first so i kept on generating otp again. Then i received a message saying transaction has been cancelled due to insufficient balance. I got worried and i emailed myntra as call and message were not available. No reply till now. Chat is not available telling all agents are busy. Call back is not available. Please myntra refund my money. I wanted to buy something for durga puja. Don't cheat me. I will give you the screenshots as a proof that my amount got debited.

Complaint marked as Resolved My complaint was resolved on 15 October. The order which got debited was on 1st October. The amount got credited to my bank account on 15 October. I guess i have called the myntra helpline number atleast 3 times. I even went to bank for proof i.e., updating my pass book. I am really disappointed that myntra didn't offer call service, email or chat for customer complaint on "order wasn't placed but amount got debited" So i had to google the myntra helpline number and talk with them. I knew i would get my money because the myntra helpline center checked my account status, they knew my order failed but amount got debited. It took 3 calls to make them understand. And finally theu credited my money after waiting so much.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
