Hi,
I have order a jacket and a trouser worth 2165 rs. While making online payment through my airtel payment bank i receive a message that payment is debited to myntra’s account but order couldn’t be placed. I tried calling them they haven’t picked up even once nor are they replying to my mails. It’s my brother’s wedding in a week and i have ordered it for that occasion please help me.

    This mail is regarding the very long delivery period and order being returned to origin without any information conveyed to me by the delivery personnel. This is the second time i am facing this issue where i was waiting for an order for almost a month. I was informed by the customer care that myntra is facing unprecedented delivery issues. I consider this very unprofessional from myntra's side. Looking at many similar issues being filed, i feel that i was being cheated.

    On 22nd sep 2019 i received my product lakhme compact ...its totally broken...its my first experience and u guyzzz made it worst...i never ever in my whole life goint to use this site...such a pathetic service department ...that customer service guyz assured me to for return...but no response after that...such a rude guyzzz u r

      I have recently ordered a sweatshirt from myntra which i received without a tag which i get to know after opening the package. I wanted to exchange it with smaller size and requested exchange. Now myntra doesn’t want to accept the sent package donot contain any tag. So even for the mistakes myntra do customers have to pay for it. Customer care executives don’t even have any answers for anything we ask they don’t even accept their mistake. Ridiculous and pathetic service. Never order anything from myntra cause they won’t have any answers to the mistakes they do and they try to forcefully stick products to the customers.

        I placed an order when there was a free shipoing order and myntra applied a shipping if rs.149 saying that there was no such offer. I sent them the screenshot of the order where it clearly said that there is no shipping charge but they did not agree and not ready to listen.

        It's not for the first time, i earlier complaint about a fake product and they did not accept it that time also and later took it back.

            Order number[protected]-5638203 placed on august 28, 2019.
            I had returned this item as the quality wasnt good and brand/price tags and cleaning cloth were missing. After returning the item, myntra said the quality check failed saying that tags are missing. I raised a complaint explaining that i can't take ownership of things i haven't received. After 100 of calls to customer care, they keep on repeating on emails that they can't refund as tags are missing. They just skip the reason that the tags were not shipped to me and simply replies that refund can't be done. When they shipped product back to me, i could see that the bar code and mrp tag is still there which is an proof of product authenticity. Moreover, when i spoke with one lady in customer service, the response i got was in an arrogant and irresponsible way. Moreover she disconnected the call saying she can't help me.. I have been insulted as well my the dirty behaviour of this lady... Never going to shop anymore with myntra.
            Now they say that they shipped product to me with the tags and escaping out of this issue. It's been 24 days since i am suffering and loss of money is 4724.72 rs

              Hi sir/madam,
              It's me govind saibo from west bengal dist-darjeeling, want to state you that i have purchased a products from online shopping myntra and after receiving the products from myntra i was unhappy with the some products and decided to return two products and also claimed for the refund following all the return policies, and the return item was successfully picked up by ekart service courier from me & informed for the refund to wait 1 to 3 day as per refund policies, now it's almost 6 day happened but till now i haven't received the refund amount 1063rs on my given bank account.
              So, it's an earnest request with national consumer team to please look into the matter and do the needful.

                  My order was about to deliver today. I even got the message of "out for delivery". After half an hour I received the call from the delivery boy saying that I won't deliver it today and if you want then you can come and collect. It's their responsibility to deliver it to us. And after I checked the status of my order it showed that customer refused. I called again, again they told if I wanna collect then i will have to go, they won't deliver it today. This is disgusting. Such a well known online shopping site and showing the status as 'customer refused'. I want my order to be delivered today itself. And I want to you to take action against the boy who refused to deliver it to the address. My order details are as follows

                    I have orderd 3 jeans on 22 nd july and paid by flipcart pay later. I have returned them within 30 days. I got refund of one jeans on 11th august. But i have not got any refunf of remaining 2 jeans. I have been contacting myntra and flipcart pay later since then. Flipkart refused to give any information and myntra is asking me to wait since then. I received mail asking me for the account details. I replied to them but still have not got any refund. Please help me out.

                        I placed an order on Myntra as of 17th august 2019, 8.05pm IST for a total of Rs 5329.90, In this order was "PUMA Men Black Basket Classic LFS Sneakers" Size 10, qty 1 for a total of rs 3184.82.

                        Its 9/19/2019 today. firstly when i received the ordered turns out what i received was an entirely different product. What i ordered were blue shoes, i got black, The material was supposed to be leather, which it wasnt and the fact that the product delivered to me is a size 9 and Mid tops infuriated us further.
                        we did however believe it could have been a mistake and initiated a exchange request, stating our issue.
                        Each time the delivery boy came for the return he denied the return since he kept insisting the product didn't match the description and that he cannot take it with him.

                        We tried calling multiple times and each day a supervisor told me it will be resolved.
                        Firstly the Merchant cannot be sending an incorrect product and then blame the customer for their inadequacy in resolving the situation.
                        I have attached herewith what i received and im sure myntra knows what they promised.
                        They had no right to keep my hard earned money with them for an extended period of time and it goes against everything the Brand claims to stand for. they advertise easy return but this is nothing but an ordeal. Today also i was told that someone will come and take the incorrect product and may be after a month Myntra will issue me a refund. But i dont believe they will do anything now. If they could, they would. May be its time Myntra understands the repercussions of not trusting their customers, which i will no longer be a part of.

                        I would like to make the change in what i wrote. i ordered Black shoes and i received blue, I ordered leather shoe but the material is different and i ordered a size 10 but this shoe is a size 9

                          I've made my first order on mytra (Red tape brown derby) which is schedule to be deliver on the 23 th of september, 2019. So, as i was eagerly waiting for its arrival. I've got this message from myntra stating that my order cannot be deliver because they are currently facing issues at their end in delivering my order. Now, i'm contemplating is myntra not good enough to make an order or buy a product (Because of its delivering service) from this north - eastern india?

                            I ordered an Alcis women navy blue solid running tights from Myntra. When the delivery is successfully completed, I find wrong and used product being delivered. I place a return request for the same but later when the delivery person arrives he denies to take back the product. I do not understand if this issue is happening to all my recent orders where I have to call customer care multiple times to report issues but still the issue is not resolve.
                            Similarly i have issues regarding refund also.

                              I ordered a few shoe pairs from myntra but had to return them due to some issues with the products..the courier person picked up the product but updated wrong that pickup has not been done. I lodged a complaint on Myntra for this but got a resolution that pickup has not been done. It clearly indicates that something is done in between by the courier person. I need a proper resolution for this. This is not fair on part of Myntra to not take any action on this. I need my money back.

                                I ordered phillips trimmer from myntra at 31st august 2019 and at 3rd sep. I got mail that your product has been delivered.on4th sep i Registered a complaint on myntra that i didnt get my product and its showing delievered.
                                Myntra asked me to wait till 10th sep so i waited till 10th and when i called on 10th September. They said me to wait for 24 hours and again and again they gave me timelines three times. Case manager called me and said to wait till 16th sep. I waited and then on 16th i got mail that you have to wait till 18th . Now on 18th sep i called myntra for my solution and they again asking for more 24 hours.
                                Ekart logistics is not sharing the signatures to me and myntra is not doing nothing
                                They did fraud with me

                                    Myntra.com refuse to give refund the rs. 1109.20 amount after return request placed. I have called 100 times to myntra customer care executive. He refuse to give refund amount and for pickup even the product is in return and refund timings.
                                    2months before, this product, myntra not credited my rs.1174.88 refund amount in my bank which is biba kurti.
                                    I need my both rs.2284.08 in my bank account which is source account.

                                    I purchased a product worth 1333.4 from myntra and had to return it due to some issues. I recieved a message of refund initiation and was told to wait for 10 days but nothing happened. Bank denied any such transaction. I have complained 3 times to myntra customer service but they are denying any help.They are wasting my time.

                                      I checked today my balance was 13.56
                                      Some ordered was placed from my account which i have not placed.

                                      I was not able to login

                                      It's today failure of myntra
                                      I will not suggest anybody to purchase through this side.

                                      I want my money back else i will file the complaint against company.

                                      I received adidas olive colours shoes from myntra. It got tear in 10 days. It has warranty of 3 months but myntra customers care refused to help me .
