So I ordered a jeans on 13th September and it was delivered early but due to fitting issues I requested a return on the very next day. The pick up was scheduled on 16th but somehow the pick up person managed to go to wrong address so on the next day that is 17th the pick up guy came and took the item. Now on this very day I receive a message saying that my return request has been put on hold. I call up the CUSTOMER CARE and they informed me that the tags were missing. My question is why would I remove the price tag if I had to return it? Am I an ###? I clearly remember that no tags or anything were altered with. I have returned products before this also to other e-commerce sites but never have I faced this! I don't know anything I want my money back! Don't do this to customers!

    Very disappointed with myntra. Called the customer care and escalated the issue but nobody is taking the concern seriously. I agree that i should have reached out to myntra support within 5 working days from the time they dropped me an email with the signature attached (Which according to myntra is a proof that the items were delivered). I have been travelling due to work from past a week, and hence could not see the email. I would want to escalate this further, as ideally, i should have received a call from myntra before closing my case. Just 2 days of delay in reaching out to them has brought me a loss of around 1500 rupees. I have been using myntra since 6 years and have had a similar complaint raised in the past for the undelivered items shown as delivered in the portal. My complaint was resolved in a very professional way, the last time. I am looking forward for the same professionalism shown by them in the past. Kindly get in touch with the delivery/courier service who claim to deliver the item to my house in my absence and do the investigation. Also, the signature shared in the email is not mine. Its a fake one. Anybody can make that out.

    Ordered 3 items alltogether, out of which received just 1. Other 2 items with below details are claimed to be delivered but i did not receive the item.

    I have ordered clothes from myntra on 13th sept 2019. I received order on 14th 2019 ie on Saturday and paid amount Rs 7142 by cash. Now i have to return my order but still it shows the "out for delivery" .
    Please let me how should i return that items?

    I ordered a Roadster T-SHIRT but when I received the parcel there was a SHIRT in there which I didn't ordered. So I replaced it but at the time of delivery the verification failed. What to do now?

    Either please refund the amount or replace this wrong product with the correct product that I ordered for. Also I was not able to reach the customer care service through the helpline number, that's why I am writing my issue here.

    I ordered a Roadster T-SHIRT but instead of this I got a SHIRT which I didn't ordered for. Then I initiated the replace process but at the time of delivery, the verification failed. Either please refund the amount or replace this wrong product with the correct product that I ordered for. Also I was not able to reach the customer care service through the helpline number, that's why I am writing my issue here. Here is my order number: 1119303-9465865-1073501.

      1. Lakme absolute blur perfect - rs. 602
      2. Wet and wild - rs. 282
      3. Tommy hilfiger men navy blue analogue watch - rs. 4277

      I have received lakme absolute and wet and wild product but not the watch, no help from myntra’s side they are just raising complaints,
      I had a word with sumit and then i had a word with lata (Ref number of the call - in[protected])

      I installed the myntra app .I thought app is easy to use .But this app is crashed this type of app developer make who has crahsed .Even testing is not done proper way .App is stoped .i didn't except this from myntea.such a big company everyone is trustin..I am also a Software tester but type of mistake tester never make

        I bought few items from myntra and among them returned 5 of the items on 10th september. I haven’t received my refund yet and customer service desk is also unable to help me out. Refund my money back please.
        Customer service team is asking for two business days everyday. Is this our fault that we have chosen myntra? I want my money back into my account. Please refund my money back.

        Kindly process the refunded amount of 557 rs from mantra as they have refunded from their side but it is not showing up in my account.kindly refund the due amount.

          Firstly, there is no quality hampering at my end and i returned the product as i received it.

          Secondly, its been over 3 months i have been contacting myntra only to get the same status as below - that it is being delivered back to me. Also, when i don’t need that product.

          My money is blocked with them for over 3 months and they showing no sign of refunding it post so many customer care calls

            Myntra is a hoax and really bad in customer service.
            Bought a very expensive product and was delivered without dupatta. The customer service was not ready to help and started giving lame excuses. Asked them to just ship the dupatta or atleast refund the amount and they refused to either of the options.
            Never ever buy from myntra as their products, quality and customer service sucks.

              On the 19th august i received a call from a man claiming to be calling from amazon, the online shopping company. I had recently made an order with amazon and the man explained that amazon was having problems with using their international couriers. As a result he told me that my order would not be delivered and that i would receive a refund.
              The man had already mentioned my name, details of my order so i was mostly sure that it was a genuine call from amazon. He asked me to put 1 usd into my credit account and provide my card details to him. I then started to receive authorisation codes which happened 5 times. The reason it happened consecutively was because each time i provided the codes to the man he told me that there were problems getting the codes to work. I also received a text message notifying me that i had paid for a ‘citrus p myntra’ item. There was a text with both its indian and hong kong currency value. I asked the man the reason the text messages contained indian currency with the codes and he replied that it was just the equivalent cost from my amazon order which was completely untrue. The call ended with me telling him that i would notify my bank about the suspecting text messages.
              I have so far cancelled my previous credit card account but am left with this outstanding bill which i didn’t order from. I hope you can provide any help regards to this incident. I live in hong kong and can be reached here: [protected]@gmail.com.

                I paid online for order from bangalore us polo bag, for my mother living in daman, but she never received the order. But my order page shows it as delivered. Customer care stalled me for 3 weeks and shares a fake signature as proof on mail.

                I inquired with my family about any packages they may have received and i was informed that nothing had been delivered in my name.

                I am completely stuck please help me.

                  Order was delivered to me on wednesday 11/9/2019, after trying the said kurta i found that the size is small and i need to change the same to l size.

                      I was under the impression that my package will be picked up within 3 days because in my mail it was written that maximum 3 attempts would be made for the the picking up of returned product. Also in the first day of return pickup the associate called me i picked up the call but what the call disconnected and the returned was delayed for the next day. I am very disappointed.

Is 111946810312464246403, containing total 7 ordered items, last delivery on 13.9.19.in this complete order in which i received an incomplete anouk kurta set (Having no dupatta), but original order had that one, i than had initiated return request on 14.9.19 for that along with other 5 items. But this anouk kurta set was not returned as it already had was incomplete, which i explained to returning agent. I contacted myntra about this matter, but they are really unhelpful regarding this matter. How can i return this product as it is incomplete set and also didn't fit me.                           I called myntra today twice for the refund of my defective product which was initiated as myntra credit. However to my surprise they are refusing to transfer the same to my bank account stating once its been credited as myntra credits we cannot send to your bank account. Worst i spoke to their senior supervisors by the name mr rajesh and mr gaurav, they were very rude and both of them hanged up phone on me twice. I feel disgusted and humilated by their treatment. Kindly help me to take this matter to the concern department.

                            I ordered lakme sun expert compact spf40. I received this product today around 2:30pm and i'm very unhappy as the contain of the product was totally messed up and powder was spilled everywhere in the packet and broken.                               refund not credited even after 15 days of return

                              I have returned a saree from mirchi fashions costing rs. 838.95 which was purchased on 9 aug 2019. The return was picked up on 29 aug 2019 and the refund was initiated on 30 aug 2019. However, i have not received any refund money in my account as yet. It has been 14 days and i have been continuously calling the customer care officials. But they keep disconnecting the call when asked for proof of refund money transfer. Please resolve this...

                              I cancelled my pre-order on myntra online shopping app. As per their return policy for debit/credit card payment, i should have gotten my refund by now as it's been 10 days. I contacted them and their response is to dispute 'refund not processed' to my bank. Please kindly make my refund of rs.1040 as soon as possible.

                                  It's is a well known fact that today is the time for online shopping. And the big online websites give offers, discounts and above all the return facility. If there's no return facility why customers will go for online shopping and have their money stuck in products which are of no use to them after getting delivered, with respect to the quality... Fitting etc.. Once the market is captured, now some of these online shopping websites have started playing games... The biggest one is start putting delivery charges to all the orders even if they exceed min free delivery purchase.
                                  The reason cited will be to 'too many returns'..
                                  My question is if we will not return, what to do with that product which is bad quality, or not fitting... They give a simple answer that this is our policy.. Which comes all of a sudden..
                                  My request is to please find a way out.. Otherwise the only one who is getting benefited from this is the website and not the customers... It is a kind of cheating people...

                                    I received a message today from myntra stating that my prepaid order had been delivered but i have received nothing yet. When i checked the website even there it showed that it was undelivered. I wrote to myntra and requested for a call back but haven't received any response from them whatsoever. Even when i wanted to call the delivery executive from the given number, on dialling the number and entering the awb no. It said that the number was incorrect. Please look into the matter i need my money back.

                                      I ordered the order number was 46603 nike boys white son of force gs sneakers the return number was [protected] and due to size issue i returned them but my refund is not possessed till yet its been more than 20 days... Nobody is listening and no action is been taken. I called to many numbers but not any action is been taken. I seriously got frusterated and want my money back anyhow.
