Dear myntra,

I booked a u. S. Polo assn. Men navy printed slip-on sneakers on[protected], i received that product on[protected], the product was good but anyhow it don’t look good on me. So on[protected] i created a retun request though myntra app (Return no. : [protected]) and on[protected] the pick up boy came from xpress bees and check my product ln front of my mother like price tag an everything. He said everything is ok and product will get return and he took it.. Now on[protected] i got a mail that quality check fail.

This is my humble request i dont need that product please refund my amount of rs. 1698.02.

Kindly look on to this matter urgently and please clear the product from quality check and refund the amount.

    I ordered a roadster t-shirt but instead of this i got a shirt which i didn't ordered for. Then i initiated the replace process but at the time of delivery, the verification failed. Either please refund the amount or replace this wrong product with the correct product that i ordered for. Also i was not able to reach the customer care service through the helpline number, that's why i am writing my issue here. Here is my order number:[protected]-1073501.

      I have ordered this a pack of 3 trunks. To my surprises the internal pack was open and out of 3 1 trunk was already missing.
      For this i raised a complaint thrice and they haven't picked up the return of product plus they are not returning back the amount as well.
      Kindly help me in get my amount back if possible with interest of 10% every day so they understand that they have to be little professional on matters.

        All products of myntra is with 30 days return policy. They are misleading customers by putting few odd items in which return period is vwey short.. 7 days only..

        When u call customer service team they are extremely unhelpful.

          defective under warranty sparx sandal not replaced

          Hi,

          I purchased 1 spark men black scandal from myntra.com with 3 month warranty. Now after 2 month scandal bottom soul open due to lack of glue.
          I was same inform to myntra team as well as spark team with snap shot and bill of invoice.
          Reply from spark team: kindly contact the seller (Consulting room pvt ltd) for further resolution.

          Then i same inform to myntra team but they declined return request...

          Ordered a watch from myntra (Order id:[protected]-7156401) and they aren't accepting the return now even when the packaging and product is intact. Reason being the price quoted on the sticker is striked out. I was even ready to give my invoice copy along with it which have the price details.
          This is my third bad experience and the customer care is of no help.
          Their terms and condition only specify to keep the product and packaging intact not specifically the "price" (Attached screenshot from terms and condition)

              Struggling since 15 days to receive a refund. No use of calling!!!
              Calling every day every single day to the useless customer care team and the floor supervisor also of sheer useless that no one can reach upto their finance team to get my issue resolved.

              First these people will deliver the empty bag then they will not refund the money. How ridiculous service.

              Their complaints team is awesome, they will never call back.

                I had ordered a shoe on 20 aug 2019 and canceled on 21 aug 2019 but till now i have not received any refund to my pay later. I called customer care but they are not able to solve my query, they are always saying to wait for 24 hrs and we will get back to you, but it's been 21 days my money has not been refunded. Still i have been calling them but they just say it will get resolve.

                  What i have received is l size

                  Men lavender slim fit printed formal shirtsize: 39.5 | qty: 1

                  What i received is 37

                  Its repeatedly happening.
                  Today i called from my registered phone number, customer representative was so annoying and had no answers to how to raise complains, took 30 min of my time, and did nothing, he could not even speak properly.
                  I have pictures of what i have received product and i also have recorded phone calls with your annoying customer representative who had no resolution and most incapable person ever

                    I have ordered jean by tommy hilfiger 34 waist and what i delivered was a used product of levis that too 32 waist.
                    Even to manipulate the mistake the company has changed the tags. The images for the same are attacked here.
                    A very strict action needs to be taken for such serious offence as they are damaging the band name of the company

                      I ordered a ucb top and a vaak top on 25th aug from myntra which was a try and buy, but i paid inr 892 and inr 513 respectively online while placing the order, along with one other top.
                      Both tops were delivered to me on 28th aug, and as it had try and buy option, i tried and returned both of those immediately in 10 minutes. But the delivery person didn't updated the status, and when i asked him about my refund. He said you will get the message in 5 minutes and refund the same day. I didn't get any message, so i placed a returned request after 30 minutes explaining the same in an email. But after following up for one week, they declined my claim that they have delivered the item to me and that's the last status.
                      Now i am under loss of approx 1400 without any reason, and myntra is not ready to listen.
                      I am seeking help for my refund.

                      I have ordered 3 items from Myntra from which one is delivered and the other 2 are returned to origin. My orders was supposed to be delivered in 10 days or a week; I did not even get a call for confirmation about my orders.Why is this so? How do I get the orders? I hope you look into this matter and help my concern as soon as possible!

                            Pathetic service from Myntra. I ordered Kama Ayurveda essential oil from them as a gift to someone. Order no.[protected]-7735203. Item was delivered on 7th September and I came to know that one of the item is missing in the packet on 9th September. Now they are denying any customer service stating that 48 hours of deadline is past. They dint even bother to check if my complaint was genuine or not. Essentially they are in a way saying that my money has gone down the drain and we don't give a damn about customers. I want refund or item.

                              This is regarding intolerable rude behavior of delivery agent who came to exchange my product which i had ordered from Myntra online shopping. First of all he was quite loud and harsh on call asking me to come down of my office, and when I came he took the exchange product from me and made me wait for 15-20 minutes there only when i asked him to make it fast give the product as I was collecting that in my office hours, he was shouting the next moment telling me that this is your work only if you can't wait just go away and this type of behaviour to the customer is not acceptable at all and on asking him not to shut he started being even more rude asking me that what will I do, he will shout only and i was shocked to see such thing by delivery person and also when i asked his name he was like do you want any other information my number, address and all, so as a permanent customer of Myntra i have never confronted such thing so kindly look into this matter as strict action should be taken against such people. thank you

                                I had placed an order on 1st Sept 2019 (ORDER NO:[protected]-0074901)
                                and it was expected to get delivered on 9th September 2019.
                                However, on 9th September it suddenly started showing that it will get delivered on 16th September.

                                When I contacted your customer care support, they told nothing can be done and it will get delivered on 16th September only.

                                Considering this pathetic service, I would like to state that I will not order from Myntra anymore.

                                    I have placed my order on 4th september, by sbi debit card through paypal wallet. It's midnight unfortunately transaction done exactly at 12:00am 5th september. Then, order haven't placed but amount got deducted of rs 611.80.
                                    I have been contacting them since 2days myntra service says they haven't received amount, contact your paypal support. Then, i contacted paypal support. They people saying it's just a payment gateway myntra recieved amount. We can't do anything
                                    What to do now?

                                    Please help me to sort out this problem

                                      I have received a dress for one week ago and i returned it due to defective product and it was fully damaged and it was bad smell like someone used it. After * days they messaged that return is failed due to quality issues which i got a defective product. I called customer care but they didn't responded as well. I had really bad and worst experience from myntra.

                                      Your agent has rescheduled a pick up without my consent. I wasn't even informed by him and this is 2nd time same harrasment has been happening with me. I hope this time a strict action will be taken.
