I had placed my order on 3rd aug which was supposed to be delivered by 8th of aug but i have still not received my items. It's not happening for the first time with me but i thought of giving another chance to myntra.

Once again i'm facing the same issue.

Even then it was supposed to be gifted to someone and even now t's to be gifted to someone.

I'm highly disappointed myntra.

Dear sir, i brought shoes from myntra and it was deliver to me on 02 jul 2019. I am extremely disappointed at the quality of the shoes. With in a few day shoes get broken down and side of both shoes. I called myntra customer care at today morning and they told me replacement policy for only 30 days. Shoes in three month warranty period i am really unhappy with myntra. I have returned a product to the myntra and i have been calling myntra since the last three days and i think the worst customer care executives are with myntra they are not raising a complaint and i have been answered the same every time. Dear sir/ madam,
I have ordered nike track suit with order number[protected]-3342903 on 5th august which was delivered to me on 9th august. The product was out of size and i wanted to exchange but by mistake i pressed on wrong button of redeemed points of insider. I on same time called our customer executive but they told me that it cannot be exchanged or return. I request you to open window of exchange or return and take insider...

When i placed my order it came in a single pack, but when i placed a return request they assigned two separate delivery personnel to collect the package.
When the first delivery guy came he picked up all orders and returned to the facility. After that when the second guy came, we told him that the product has already been returned and he said he will co-ordinate with the other guy.

But now myntra is saying to us that...

I placed a prepaid order on the application which was recieved on time. I made the payment through google pay. Then i marked it for return the very next moment. The courier services picked up the product the next day. According to myntra executives the refund was made on my phonepe account which i never use. (It wasn't even activated till then) now i have no means of communication because they apparently don't believe in email addresses....

I returned two dresses and told dem to refund, but they intiated only one refund and wen i askef about other refund status dey told me they had done yu needto contact the bank and raise disputes agaist bank so i did it two times but tgey didnt receive any amount from myntra so again i asked myntra to check der payment sratus whether it is failed r pending dey are not ready to do i request ypu to solve this prob as doon as possible...

I had received return request for "bella moda girls grey embroidered fit and flare dress" on 26th july 2019 with the return number as well.
The product was picked up before 31st july 2019 (Can't remember the exact pick up date) but the money is not refunded yet.
The agent who picked up haven't even checked the item for tag, quality or usage.
Please look into this issue and do the needful....

I had ordered mango cateye sunglasses (Product code: 6995289) on 1st august. The vendor cancelled my order on 5th august saying product not available, although the same vendor had the same product listed on myntra for higher price. Evidently, the vendor cancelled my order just to sell at higher price. The vendor should be compelled to fulfill his obligation....

I already registered my complaint to Myntra with courier receipt but there are no any refund yet my return
I also call to Myntra 10 times but only saying we will resolve your complaint

Sir i purchased sum clothings to my sister in myntra online shopping and made the payment to myntra from my karnataka bank debit card and i returnwd the product and requested to refund my 1208 rs and 461 rs as i got 461 rs but still i didnt get 1208 so i raised duspute against bank now i want to rsise dispute against myntrao line shopping shop as i am fed upwith myntra and bank both are not borred abput their vustomer so i reuest yu to solve...

I placed the order once the money got debited but the order wasn’t placed, tlaked to the costumer service executive they asked to log out and in again and thn placed the order tried it placed the order again but the same issue occurred, talked to the executive again and they discuss solve the problem. I’m very much disappointed with the service and actually want my money back....

I have placed order of belt and one kurta set on myntra.com on 5th aug 2019 and paid through net banking rs. 1500.
Now i am trying to login its shows your account locked contact to customer care. Customer care number not reachable at all the time.
They have not informed anything on my email or phone number.

Hello, my myntra account is locked, i made a purchase of 5173rs. How to solve the issue. Customer care number is always busy. I made credit card payment. I did not received the product its been 4days i placed the order. If it delivers how to return it if i dont lyk the product. Solve my issue to unlock the account.
