Hi there was a missing item in the shipment delivered to me from myntra on 21 st august which i checked on 23rd as i was busy working out of station and realised late that i didn’t receive the forever 21 sandals which i ordered for. I checked my order status from the app and it renders to be delivered and checked with the customer care and understood that all the items were shipped in one single package. To my surprise when i reported about missing product in the shipment i heard that it’s late to complain about it. Just because i reported it 2 days late myntra is denying the fact that i didn’t receive the product but it shows delivered in the app. Kindly help me resolve this issue as i now don’t have the product nor the refund of a product for which i paid 2000 inr

this is cheating and seller must be punished accordingly.

    I got a message and mail that my order is unable to be delivered. What kind of an unprofessional service is this? I will never buy anything from myntra ever nor recommend it to anyone. I was expecting the item and there is no clarity on what went wrong.
    I am not able to understand why it is not delivered please deliver it as soon as possible.

      Purchased nike shoes from myntra (Order no[protected]-7093803). When i tried the shoes they were ok. But when i started wearing them regularly i started feeling pain in my right foot. Then i noticed the shape of right shoe was improper. But it has been 40 days when i purchased so i am not able to replace the shoes now. So i want them to replace shoes as soon as possible.

        Ishnkass34024097, u100mm5660081, i received wrong product on 17 august, i placed a return request but did not picked up yet... The message of return in gmail shown the return but the person who came to receive did not picked by giving reason that he cannot take the pick this product becoz the product did not match in the picture of dress mentioned in the return. If i did not got that product which i ordered & placing return to get my product then how it would be possible that the return procedure did not done yet.
        Kindly requested to please pick up the return & refund immediately

          I have ordered a table lamp... Which has been delivered to me but in the application it's showing shipped... The product is defective and i want to exchange it... But customer care is not helping into it... I have been using myntra since years and haven't had problem till now... But didn't expect this tyoe of services from you guys...             I ordered a dressberry watch on 17th august and it reached dehradun hub on 20th.. The two warehouses in dehradun then instead of delivering the parcel started passing it to each other.. One day it's with warehouse 1 and another day with the other one.. Also the mentioned delivery date has passed.. So, it's a complaint about the two warehouses who did this not only with my this order but all my previous orders.. This shows how much apathetic and lazy these two warehouses are.. As this is there only job to deliver product's to their customers.. Also disappointed with myntra as when i called them they couldn't provide me with the numbers of these two warehouses and said we don't have their numbers ma'am... Really very disappointing!!!

              I have ordered reebok sporty jacket from myntra on 8th august 2019 whose price was rs 3905. I received the parcel on 15th august. I was out of town when the order got delivered. When i was back i saw that this jacket was missing. I immediately filed a complaint to myntra customer care executive. I didn't get any resolution to it as i didn't filed the complaint within 48 hrs. I tried explaining them that i came back on 20th august the moment i saw that the product was missing i filed the complaint. They did a mistake by not delivering the complete order why do i have to bear this loss. (Order no: 111738217469946248103

                I requested return for order no.[protected]-1454803 purchased from myntra. The request number [protected] was provided. All the tags and polythenes are intact but i discarded the card board box by mistake. Now, myntra is not accepting the product for return although product is unused and unaltered. I am shocked by the behaviour of the such a reputed company that box matters more than the genuine product.

                  I have ordered a top from your site on 13 august and did not get the product yet. It's been a whole week. It shows expected date is 21 aug which is sunday and i can not collect the order on sunday as the address on my order is my office address which is closed on sunday. Please resolve my problem and send my order on any other day and as fast as possible.

                    After contacting the customer care service 3 times and not getting any help. I want to raise a complain regarding my order. The product which i have ordered was showing small size with waist line 28 inches but the recieved one is mentioned small size with waist line 26 inches. This is putting your trusted customer into problem. Please check this and kindly help me to get either a correct size or return the product with a refund.

                      I had purchased two items from myntra which i have returned on 10th august'19 with return number [protected] & [protected] for which i should have receive the refund of rs 2943.36 but till date myntra has not refunded me the above amount. Myntra has only provided these reference number[protected] &[protected] but i have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them. Hence requesting you to please look into the matter and help me out

                        Writing this about myntra.com. I've ordered 2 t-shirts from myntra one has to be delivered on aug 16 and another on aug 19. I've paid for both the t-shirts. 1 product which had to be delivered on aug 16, was delivered on 19 when i raised the complain and talked to customer care and another t-shirt which should have been delivered on aug 19 has not been delivered yet, today is aug 23 and there is not update on the delivery date and time, no info about the delivery man that i can connect with him.

                        @myntra.com you must look into this. If you can't deliver the product on time and can't provide good service to your customers, shut this [censored]ing company.

                          I have received duplicate jbl headphones e45bt with missing aux and charging cable. Headphone box was opened inside. Myntra has denied by refund, as per them it was good in the logistics department. I have raised the case just 5 mins after opening the box and shared all the images. Please help me.

                            I have ordered maternity wear and myntra never delivered it but its showing delivered.there were other product which were delivered on the same day on which this order was supposed to be delivered but myntra delivery person simply signed himself and did not delivered the order.I have been trying to take help from myntra but they are giving excuses I am a medical patient and Can't tolerate this harrasment.please look into the matter and help me get my product or refund.I would also like to sue myntra for fraudulent activity.

                            He said how much paid I will get it tomorrow.
                            It seems that there is Sim fraudulent activity going on and I need this to be looks upon urgently.person who called was very rude abusive.please assist or I have to visit nearest police station today for getting such threat calls

                              I have got notification yesterday that my order will be delivered yesterday itself. Nobody contacted me. When i contacted the delivery person through my order number, he said he may or may not deliver, and in the evening i got a message and mail that my order is unable to be delivered. What kind of an unprofessional service is this? I will never buy anything from myntra ever nor recommend it to anyone. I was expecting the item and there is no clarity on what went wrong. I am unable to contact any person as there is no number available. I have registered my query but no response. Why can't you stop the servicing if you cant do it properly??

                                Myntra has a strange policy that amount in the myntra credit cannot be transferred to bank account. Forcing a customer to purchase only from myntra after return or exchange. This is exploitation. There must be a provision to transfer amount to bank account on return of a product.

                                I would like to transfer the amount to my bank account as i need it for other purposes

                                    I had ordered several times from myntra. But this time, in one of my order i had to suffer a lot. I had ordered a libas women black anarkali kurta (Order no[protected]-1428503) worth rupees 1032.15 on 9th of august. I had not received the product. However, it is shown as delivered to me. I had raised a complaint regarding that on 13th of august. I called customer care several times but they said we are checking, we are checking again and again. Then on 19th august i got a mail

                                    We understand that you are upset with the incomplete order that you have received.

                                    As per your claim, product "libas women black printed anarkali kurta" was missing from the package of the above mentioned order.

                                    Before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks. Post reviewing your case, we see that the product was shipped post a stringent quality check in a properly sealed package.

                                    We have also received a confirmation from our logistics team that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order.

                                    I had now called so much and requested them to refund me for the product that is not handed over to me. But, they are saying, we understand that you didn't received the product but we can not do anything from myntra once the request is declined. I am unable to understand who can such a big company cheat and put a deaf ear to complaint's of such a frequent customer.

                                    If there is some missing person you as a company having thousands of employees can not bear and you are are expecting customer to bear it. Missing product is not a big thing, it can happen but the way myntra team take it and is not ready to resolve the problem and refund or deliver the product is a big problem. Not resolving customers query and putting a deaf ear to it is a very shameful act at thier part.

                                    I hope my complaint can be a lesson to myntra and help to those who had to suffer. I am expecting honest solution and refund to me as well as other customers struggling with same problem.

                                    Myntra you lost the place as a first shopping option in my heart and i request you to stop troubling and fooling people :- (.

                                      These items were added yesterday, 21 aug and i made 4 attempts to checkout, all of which failed. The price at that time was rs.1415 and this morning the price has increased by rs.300 to a total of rs.1699. This is absolutely an unfair business practice. What assumption would you want a customer to reach? The answer and this practice will be published on all social media platforms and you will need to come up with a better solution other than just pawning me off with "prices can change anytime" as claimed by your customer service this morning.

                                      Anticipating this answer from myntra, which forced to take a screenshot last night. Consider this, if your checkout page is deliberately blocking the payment page from loading (This happened 4 times) then there is a serious issue on your end. Two words - "predatory pricing".

                                      If you claim that i have shopped with myntra for a while now, which makes me a valuable customer, then do the right thing.

                                        I purchase 11 products from myntra in june. I return products 10 as they were not fit to me. But till date i didnt get my refund back. They are using customers amount and not refunding them. My purchase was of 7500 rs. After so much calls they said u have to ask from ur bank we have refunded it. Bt bank denies any this type of payment. I have send my passbook updation from the date i puchsed, is also send to them. But they are providing any reference no only.
