I have ordered maternity wear and myntra never delivered it but its showing delivered.there were other product which were delivered on the same day on which this order was supposed to be delivered but myntra delivery person simply signed himself and did not delivered the order.I have been trying to take help from myntra but they are giving excuses I am a medical patient and Can't tolerate this harrasment.please look into the matter and help me get my product or refund.I would also like to sue myntra for fraudulent activity.

I have just received a call from some myntra person from phone number [protected]
He said how much paid I will get it tomorrow.
It seems that there is Sim fraudulent activity going on and I need this to be looks upon urgently.person who called was very rude abusive.please assist or I have to visit nearest police station today for getting such threat calls

    I have got notification yesterday that my order will be delivered yesterday itself. Nobody contacted me. When i contacted the delivery person through my order number, he said he may or may not deliver, and in the evening i got a message and mail that my order is unable to be delivered. What kind of an unprofessional service is this? I will never buy anything from myntra ever nor recommend it to anyone. I was expecting the item and there is no clarity on what went wrong. I am unable to contact any person as there is no number available. I have registered my query but no response. Why can't you stop the servicing if you cant do it properly??

      Myntra has a strange policy that amount in the myntra credit cannot be transferred to bank account. Forcing a customer to purchase only from myntra after return or exchange. This is exploitation. There must be a provision to transfer amount to bank account on return of a product.

      I would like to transfer the amount to my bank account as i need it for other purposes

Now i hv to buy anything to use this money if i like other wise after some time they arrogate my money and when i call myntra they said we r sorry u hv to buy anything or we r not giving ur money back bcoz its locked its ur fault.. I m very much fed up from last 4 online shopping experience this is very bad pls do something i need my money back otherwise i will going for a legal action for this bcoz i need my money back you can, t lock my money like that

        Myntra gave wrong size of shoes and when I requested for exchange then myntra did not pickup exchange when i call to customer care then they gave excuses and said it will not exchange... sorry sir.

          I had ordered several times from myntra. But this time, in one of my order i had to suffer a lot. I had ordered a libas women black anarkali kurta (Order no[protected]-1428503) worth rupees 1032.15 on 9th of august. I had not received the product. However, it is shown as delivered to me. I had raised a complaint regarding that on 13th of august. I called customer care several times but they said we are checking, we are checking again and again. Then on 19th august i got a mail

          Dear shelly,

          This e-mail is regarding your order number 111724269738971428503.

          We understand that you are upset with the incomplete order that you have received.

          As per your claim, product "libas women black printed anarkali kurta" was missing from the package of the above mentioned order.

          Before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks. Post reviewing your case, we see that the product was shipped post a stringent quality check in a properly sealed package.

          We have also received a confirmation from our logistics team that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order.

          We regret to inform you that the claims stands declined.

          Thank you for choosing myntra as your shopping destination. We truly value your association with us.

          I had now called so much and requested them to refund me for the product that is not handed over to me. But, they are saying, we understand that you didn't received the product but we can not do anything from myntra once the request is declined. I am unable to understand who can such a big company cheat and put a deaf ear to complaint's of such a frequent customer.

          If there is some missing person you as a company having thousands of employees can not bear and you are are expecting customer to bear it. Missing product is not a big thing, it can happen but the way myntra team take it and is not ready to resolve the problem and refund or deliver the product is a big problem. Not resolving customers query and putting a deaf ear to it is a very shameful act at thier part.

          I hope my complaint can be a lesson to myntra and help to those who had to suffer. I am expecting honest solution and refund to me as well as other customers struggling with same problem.

          Myntra you lost the place as a first shopping option in my heart and i request you to stop troubling and fooling people :- (.

            Request you to look into this.

            These items were added yesterday, 21 aug and i made 4 attempts to checkout, all of which failed. The price at that time was rs.1415 and this morning the price has increased by rs.300 to a total of rs.1699. This is absolutely an unfair business practice. What assumption would you want a customer to reach? The answer and this practice will be published on all social media platforms and you will need to come up with a better solution other than just pawning me off with "prices can change anytime" as claimed by your customer service this morning.

            Anticipating this answer from myntra, which forced to take a screenshot last night. Consider this, if your checkout page is deliberately blocking the payment page from loading (This happened 4 times) then there is a serious issue on your end. Two words - "predatory pricing".

            If you claim that i have shopped with myntra for a while now, which makes me a valuable customer, then do the right thing.

              I purchase 11 products from myntra in june. I return products 10 as they were not fit to me. But till date i didnt get my refund back. They are using customers amount and not refunding them. My purchase was of 7500 rs. After so much calls they said u have to ask from ur bank we have refunded it. Bt bank denies any this type of payment. I have send my passbook updation from the date i puchsed, is also send to them. But they are providing any reference no only.

                  I had ordered a hair mask and colorbar primer recieved spilled cosmetic items, when contacted customer care they told me they will surely help me, then after 48 hours i recieve a call again and they inform me that they refuse to take my return or refund me for the same.
                  This is highly unacceptable.
                  I am very disappointed as i am suffering and even when it is not my fault.

                    I ordered people women blue skinny fit mid rise mildly distressed cropped jeans but i dont like this product so i had decided to return this but on 20th august due to net problem i send return request and get refund in myntra credit but i wanted my refund in my bank account i was complained in myntra customer care that i wanted my refund back in my bank account but they denied they ignore all the story of due to net problem request goes to myntra credit .They said to me that myntra credit is non transeferrable but i want that amount in my account so please its request to help me out to bring my rs.880/-back to my bank account .

                      I want to return rose gold toned shimmer marc loir sandals but there is no return option on the app instead it is asking me to confirm the delivery which was done 10 days back.. Also when i tried to confirm the order it asked me to back later.. I have been trying this summer since very long and want to return the sandals.. Pls do the needful as soon as possible

                          I ordered 2 aks kurtis.

                          Aks women green and marron printed a line kurta
                          Aks women blue & white printed anarkali kurta

                          The kurtis delivery status shows to be delivered on 19th august 2019 but never received by any. I checked with all my family members and neighbors a. Called customer care but they didn't respond properly.

                          Didn't expect this kind of customer service from myntra. This will be my last order from myntra if this issue is not resolved.

                          I need complete refund or the item to be delivered properly.

                            I order anouk kurta on 11 august which they first tried to deliver on 14 th august and replied with customer unavailable then again on 15th i got the similar msg then i called customer service and they told me to wait for a day then in 16th they gave me number of delivery boy when i called him he said that he will come by 4 then when i called at 5 he said he doesn’t have courier and after sometime i got an msg as customer unavailable. Again i called on 17 and lodged a complaint of which they told to look into matter within 48 hours there was no reply. On 19th they automatically updated that customer refuse to have product i called again on 21 st and they have same to say wait for a day they are not even bothered to cancel the product and refund even after requesting them every time.

                              I was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 19th august 2019 and i was making the payment rs 1504.65 through airtel money wallet. Due to some problem i dont know why but money got debited from my account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntra side even though i keep calling their customer care. This is totally disgusting... I called them 5-6 times..

                                I purchased a watch of fossil from myntra.i went to receive the delivery and then i gave the amount to the delivery boy and asked him to open the package so that i can make sure about the product.while i was giving him the money and he was opening the package i noticed that the seal of the box of the watch was already open.when i came home and opened the box to see the watch i noticed that it was first copy.it mans fake.then immediately i went to fossil store and asked the agent to check the watch.he said that this watch is fake.so i call the customer care service and told them all about this.they accept my refund request and me to wait for 5-6 days to wait for refund.i didn't use the product and kept it with care and waiting for pick up back this product.i did not expect this from myntra.myntra cheated me.i hope myntra refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise i will complain about this in consumer court.

                                  Ordered a Rakhi gift for my sister on date 8th August. Myntra delivered the same to someone else (as showing in myntra app) and then they cancelled it and refund the money. But thing is that if I'll order the same again then the 1st thing is that it deliver to my sister very late and the second thing is that the cost of the same product is higher now. Why I'll suffer for the mistake which myntra and their courier partner did. Firstly I'll get the same product with too much delay.. My sister is still waiting for that and the second thing why I'll pay.. This is not the my mistake. Kindly do the needful help as myntra customer care guys talking rudely and they are saying we can't help. When I told them to transfer the call to senior they are simply saying. I'm the senior most and we won't help you. This is not the way myntra need to behave with me as this is not my fault I order that gift prior for Rakhi only then they are taking lots of day and then behaving like this. Please help me

                                    Hello there,

                                    This is a complaint regarding myntra's unresponsive behavior towards customer's concern. I had ordered a product in a sale from Myntra, at first I have received a damaged product then I requested for an exchange of this product. The wishmaster refused to take my product back snd he asked me to call customer care, I did the same and I got the assurity that It will get exchanged on phone call but they have placed a "return" request for the product. I have mailed the customer care executive regarding this again but didn't received any mail or call. At last I had returned the product because I had left with no other option and the day I returned the order received the reply with fake apologies and saying that since you have returned the product so thry can't do anything.

                                    I have received my refund money but the time and hope I lost for this couldn't be repayed.I request you to take a necessary action against this so that no other consumer should get to suffer .

                                      I ordered wet n wild mega glow highlighter and recieved a fully broken product. All the highlighter came out. Ordered with much excitement but very sad with delivery. Definitely people think twice to order next time. Did not expect such kind of delivery from well known website myntra. They should have a return policy for atleast damaged products. Very disappointed. Please look into the issue. Myntra is loosing a customer as amazon or nykaa delivery is best.

                                        Last time rs 149 was charged on shipment free product for which i have not received my money back.

                                        This is the second time and it brings great disappointment to complain about myntra.com. I have not received the refund of the product worth
                                        Rs 340. This is such a misfortune that i am facing this from my favourite shopping platform.

                                        If i do not get the refund this time, i am sure that myntra.com will never be in my good books of shopping...
