As my order number[protected]-9641201 i didn't get that size because of that i go for refund policy on that order. As order was picked from my address on 14 july 2019 today it's 28 july 2019 more than 1 month i didn't get my refund back can you just give that refund asap my refundable money is rs 587.00. Even i contact myntra but there was no response...

I had ordered 10 products, out of which there were only 8 when i opened the parcel!! When i complained, they said the time period for such complaints is over. But i haven't received the product is serious issue. It was a roadster watch and roadster t shirt. For them it was casual, sorry we can't do anything now is what they said.
This is not expected from myntra....

Recently i saw a pair of lacoste shoes on it's original site (www.Lacoste.in)With title men's wildcard leather and textile trainers with it's sale price 5475inr inclusive all taxes. As they were unavailable on it's original site. I saw them on myntra. The sale price was same as it was on it's original site.5475inr but they are adding an additional tax of 986 inr which make it's final price 6461inr. Which is wrong with the government regulations....

Your delivery person parked his two wheeler in my parking. His name is vinod shinde. On questioning about his wrongful behaviour he was very rude and arrogant.

I am a senior citizen and this behaviour has caused me trouble and stress.

This happened in sapphire park society in park street wakad.

Request you to take a stern action against this rude person....

I ordered a nike men black and green runallday shoes on 21st july 2019 and the product got delivered on 24th july 2019 but after seeing the product i didn't like the quality and there is a size issue also. Now i want to return those shoes but their is no option shown on myntra app. Then i call their customer care no. And inform them about this same. But they told me right now you can't return this product because you collected myntra insider...

I ordered a levi’s jeans from myntra.
After the got delivered i work it twice
And while wearing it for the second time
It ripped off from the seam near the crotch.
I contacted them and explained the situation.
But all i got in return was fair promises of replacement after inspection.
A couple of days later i get a mail saying that it’s just non replaceable as it’s not company...

I bought us polo shirt after viewing it from every angle, it was checked shirt without any printing on back but the product i got have a huge print on its back side, this is only possible if the product i recieved was a copy and i m sure it is copy and it was least aspected from myntra. Please do reply as soon as possible becoz i bought it for my friends birthday...

I order a product from myntra.. The order status is showing placed only but didn't get any tracking id yet... So how can i try without any tracking please update the order status so, that i can get my tracking id. On 24th june 2019, i purchased a top from myntra, cation women black solid top. The size was not fit so i decided to return the product. They picked up the item on 2nd july 2019 but i still don't get the refund. Also got a msg from myntra saying the refund has been processed and when i told them that i didn't get my refund then they are not able to solve my problem. My order no. Is[protected]-7209103....

I ordered a top promod top from myntra online i received the product i oay for it but the status was not updated that it got delivered to me i thought it will update in some hrs. But it can't so i contact customer care several times for it and also i want to return this. So the company delivery boy come to me and i return the product after so many calls. I have ordered shoes from myntra on 21st july and i cant explain the condition of the product. I received it in pathetic condition sole is torn, torn leather and tag is also missing.

They are not giving me my refund

They are ging me refrence number but not the rtgs, utr, neft number by wich i can trust on them that they have refund my money

On jul 16th i ordered two skirts from myntra and the fit was too big, so i requested the two to be exchanged for a smaller size. They both came in one myntra package and as they were ordered together and requested to be exchanged together.. I put both of them in their original single packaging and requested for exchange on the same day!

When the exchange package came on jul 19th i returned the single packet with both the skirts...

I cancelled one forever 21 jeans of inr 1399 from myntra and returned one jeans of inr 1679 for both of which i paid through debit card. Its more than 3 weeks and the money is not reflecting in my bank account. It says the refund has been processed but i haven't received any emails or bank notificatiom. Today i have received ordered products.in that eyeshadow palettes are broken and can't be used at all. And maskara is entirely dried up. Supply of such products is not acceptable. Quality check has to be done before supplying. It has to be taken return. It is responsiblity of myntra supply quality products instead just taking money and supplying useless items. How the maskara is dried up?? It shows carelessness about costomer...

I have made a payment on myntra through airtel payments bank using ibibo web pvt ltd. However the payment got debited from airtel bank but order wasn't confirmed on myntra. Myntra customer service is telling to contact airtel payments bank and airtel payments bank is telling to contact myntra. Still no update regarding the refund.
