My account was hacked. 30+ accounts are connected to my email i'd. I prevented the hacker from making a purchase with my credit, but the hacker called customer service from another number and transferred the credit to his account and deactivated my account.in spite of me warning myntra on the hack, no security measures were put in place.

I want my credit of 5k back which i lost due to myntra's lack of security measures.

I have returned a white mens kurta of rs.790 from myntra for which i paid through debit card. Its about a month and the money is not reflecting in my bank account. I called them and they told me that the refund has already been processed from their side and if its not reflecting in your bank account kindly get in touch with your bank customer care. They provided me this reference no[protected]. They told me that your bank support team will be able to trace the transaction and will update you regarding the same. They also provided me this link https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ for registring online complaint. If you are refunding money its your responsiblity to track the status of your refund and if the money is not credited its your responsiblity to check why its not credited. Bank is saying no such refund has been initiated by you, you are saying you have refunded then where money has been stuck electronically. I was a very big fan of myntra but after this experience i have lost faith.. From last 1 month i am just calling sbi and myntra but sbi is saying myntra has sent you money get in touch with them, myntra is saying we have sent you money get in touch with your bank.

I have purchased bobby brown lipstick via order id [protected] [protected] worth rs 1800/- from myntra but when i opened it contained another cheap company product.
Its non returnable item ...
Now i have to call them again and again and wait for a mercy word from them a to get my money back...
They are asking me to wait for 72 hours
They dont have proper system for returning non retyrnableitem while its a mistake on their part

The product delivered by Myntra is incomplete. I immediately reached out to customer care informing abt their blunder. Their response was that they will investigate. I mean one wait anxiously during the festival to received their items. All they get is DISAPPOINTMENTS. Least expected from Myntra. Dont you Quality Pass . How did it by-pass such a blunder. On the day product was out for delivery but i was going out of town so i called the delivery person whethsr he can deliver the product on monday. He said i can keep the package and will mark it as delivered and contact me back on the number on monday now when i'm calling back, pin code entered is showing invalid and call is not getting connected. I want the product could you please check and help.

Used product revieved. The tag was also brooen. Return request placed quoting the same reason. However the same was rejected by myntra quoting that the product is in used status and that the products are sent after quality check. The product is already used by somebody else which is exactly the same reason why i am returning it. The company implies that i am lying about the fact. I need a refund immediately.

I have ordered two kurtas on myntra. The quality of the products is terrible. I wanted to return it. The product was delivered before the estimated date. But the shipment is not yet updated in the app. So im unable to return it now. I couldn't contact them also. I've tried call back twice but there is no response. Im looking forward to hearing from them.

I have ordered a mast and habour jeans but dur to some reasons i raised a return request and it was picked up by their delivery person.
Moreover their policy guaranteed the refund transfer to my bank account but i didn't got the refund.
Now it's been more than a month but i didn't got the refund.
On talking to myntra customer care, they said they are clear on their side and talk to the bank but the bank says that there is no refund from myntra to my account.
So it's my humble request to check in this matter as soon as possible and kindly initiate my refund.

Please refund my money as 2 months waiting already.
I must say that the call centre has always been saying 24 hours/48hours to resolve.

They say product is packed for last 2 months and thats why no refund.
Thats not my problem.

I am claiming 1500rs plus interest for 2 months from these cheaters.

I have just received a call from myntra saying that i have been awarded as best lucky winner of the year and the gift is about 2 lack and some gold (Gram). They knew everything of my order details and even the address and full name and order i'd and all the things. They said that they are calling for confirmation of address that they can deliver the gift well on the right way and also said that they are delivering it on the address and when the gift will receive then i have to pay about 3 thousand and some for gst of govt. And also said that they will not take any extra charges for it. Is this fake or real please?

Also it has been delivered by ekart courier in which 25th aug 2019 one order has been dispatched tracking id mynp[protected] i received message also.. But my delivery address is office address and due to sunday its closed on that day and m at home... That day only on 5.22pm i received msg that your product is delivered... Which was not delivered to me...
Same time i contact with your customer care one lady also speak with me... She said that the compliant will resister and you will get feedback till 30th aug...
Then also after 3-4 days yesterday i have call one another customer care person...
But i think there is no response from your site...

I hope will get my money back... Or get my parcel..

I've placed my return request three days back i. E. On 26-08-19 and they notified me that my order would be picked up on 27/08. From that day i've been getting a mail daily that your order would be picked up today but nobody have turned up yet. I even called the myntra service centre and they told me that my order would be picked up by 29-08-19 but nobody has come to pick the order up and i got a mail that return pickup failed.

Though I’ve previously forwarded you people messages about the scam you people are doing. But I couldn’t get a proper response from you people. Here is the proof forwarding to you then to the entire world.one should be appreciated for who you are not what you’re trying to be. I hope this video open your eyes and in future you don’t show fake products .

Dear myntra,
I had ordered a casual brough, which i received after a week or 2 of placing the order, but it didnt fit well so i dicided on returning the item, then after almost 15 days i get a notification that the item has not passed your quality check, really!!! The item didnt even fit me so how come it can be damaged or used, i tried contacting your customer care but sadly it never responds, it may only be a small matter for you people but its our hard earned sum so please look into the matter🙏🙏🙏

I had ordered a kurti and a sweatshirt from Myntra, I wasn't home to receive the order then I received a message saying the package was delivered which in fact wasn't delivered to any of my family members or my friends. When I contacted Mantra customer care about this they sent me a sign to verify, which I called them up after 7 days saying it wasn't recognizable they claimed they cannot do anything about it.

Their Work process is so slow

This is regarding order no:[protected]-5318603 (Black solid leap backpack-wildcraft) ordered on 19th august.
Instead of the above mentioned product a different product was delivered, when trying to ask for a replacement no proper response was given even after sending a mail and contacting myntra. It's been a week since and still no proper action has been taken, however the full payment for the item was made. Kindly respond and do the necessary.

I have ordered a joggers on myntra which they never attempted to deliver. But after so many live chats, customer support calls... They just tell me to wait 24hrs/72hrs everytime. Still didn't received my refund of ₹628.95

Their customer support is just worst. They always say that will inform me within the given timeframe which they don't. Worst company i've ever seen. Screenshot attached for complaint id & order id

I am highly disappointed with the myntra's service. I have recently ordered 3 items (Order no[protected]-4702903) out of which 2 items i need to return as i didn't liked it much on wearing but i can't.

There is recent points stupidity introduced which i clicked unaware of the exchange/return block.

Calling customer care did not helped at all! I got an answer this is company's policy, nothing can be done now. Is this the way you give service to your customers? Creating confusion due to new features? And not helping the customer? Why can't you revert the points and allow me to return/exchange.

I also work in software industry and i understand whenever new features are added, customer do face problems and mistake happens and you should have a resolution to correct it

Being a regular myntra customer, i expect a resolution to this.

I have ordered a roadster
Men white solid sneakers. Myntra has delivered the damaged piece. The buckle was broken and the sole looked like a used one. I immediately requested for return. The pickup guy pick product after 5 days and i got recieved from myntra your return request has been declined
