My myntra account has been hacked by someone who is from Delhi. Hacker used my myntra gift credit of 2000₹ and bought one fit it kind of band.I got to know when I had received few OTP for my order and when I logged in I saw the order is placed already. I canceled it right away and changed my password.
From my account address And I found one new address and Mobile number is been used for the order. When I called him, the guy one the other side said I'm a hacker I hacked your account, Complain to anyone if you want and do whatever you can. He was so rude.

The main question how would he know I have myntra credit. Because hacking a normal user is no use. I suspect there is some problem with Myntra as well

    wrong product received of jeans

    I ordered a here and now mid rise blue jeans, but when it was delivered, there was a different jeans inside instead! I placed a request for exchange but they refused to collect it since the item did not match the picture of the order he had with him (Of course!) i had ordered this item during the myntra sale and now regret it. For some unimaginable reason, myntra does not have email support and when i tried their phone lines, i could never...

    My refund of ₹1714 jas not yet been initiated even though it has been 2 months since i returned the product. When i cross checked with the customer care they said that they have refunded the money to an hdfc bank under someone else's name even though i never shared any such details with them. Inspite of making multiple call ti their customer care all they say is that i wait for 3 working days and they would contact me back which they never do. This has not only caused me a waste of time and money but also mental peace.

    I have bought a pair of shoes from the site but the order is not reflecting in my Myntra account in order when i am trying to return product.this pair is soo tight to wear customer i need to return the product. This the worst customer i ever faced till now.There is no response for request from the myntra executive.
    I ordered HRX jacket the size of it is small and I want to change it to medium as it is fitting tight so I want to exchange but I cannot exchange as I cannot confirm the order as it is asking for barcode and after providing it the order is not getting confirmed

      I had placed an order with myntra.com on 12th aug, 2019. My order consisted of junk jewellery namely a pair of earrings and 2 necklaces. It was a prepaid order and supposed to be delivered on 19th aug, 2019. The address given was my home address.
      On 19th aug, 2019 late evening i received a text message from myntra stating that my order has been delivered.
      I had not received any delivery from them. Subsequently, i reached out to the customer care and raised my concern. They told me that they would share the proof of delivery and instructed me to raise a complaint if i do not recognise the signature.
      I checked the signature and obviously it was not mine as i had not received any package from myntra.
      I raised a complaint with myntra customer care highlighting the same and they raised an incident for this.
      After few days, they came back saying that they have indeed delivered the order.
      Now, i have not received my products and my hard earned money is also gone.
      I had been a very long term customer of myntra and this is how they value their customers.
      I am attaching all the emails and screenshots.
      Please help me out.

      I have ordered peter england blue tshirt for my friend.but we didn't get it and it shows status, it is delivered.when we try to reach out delivery boy, he is irresponsive

        I had placed an order with order no:[protected], [protected] on Myntra which was delievered to me on 18th August and I had placed a return request with 2 times on the same day .I was provided a waybill no :[protected]and was told to wait till 23august for the pickup. But no delievery agent contacted me for the pickup, I even contacted xpressbees the assigned courier service regarding my pickup but they said the fault is of myntra.I logged a complaint regarding it through Myntra customer support and I was told to wait for 72hours from 23 to 27 that is today those 72 hours are over and whenever I am calling them they are just telling me to wait for next 24hours. Plz arrange my pickup and return my money, how can u just trouble your customers like that.

        I ordered a pair of sneakers, wore it once (removed the tags obviously) there was a severe shoe bite. I placed a return request which was declined because of the tags. It's impossible to wear those. It shows the customer has a 3 month warranty, I think it should be considered under warranty. Kindly amend your customer support and return policy.

          I placed an order on 11th august which delivered to me on 20th after delayed for 4-5 days. The product was of poor quality, placed a return request on the same day (20th of august) with return no [protected], maximum days for pick up the product was 24th august. However, no one came to pick up the product and i did not receive any communication from myntra or any other pick up person, i keep on getting the message of rescheduling, which was not done by me. I logged a complaint on 25th over customer care executive, however, after 48 hour no action was taken to expedite the process.

          Customer care executive keeps asking me to wait for a longer time to get any details. It is already been 17 days since i placed the order and already been 7 days i placed return order. Myntra executive keep delaying the process without given any proper reason. Kindly resolve the issue.

            My order from biba came incomplete, without dupatta. I also wanted a size exchange so i placed an exchange order.
            Delivery guy told me to get an approval cos the piece was not complete and my exchange was not fulfilled.
            I got an approval and once again deliver guy came... But this time he came with some wrong product (Instead of my size exchange, he got some very small thing...).
            I had a doubt so opened packet in front of him and rejected the exchange. I kept my original incomplete set and refused to take this order, which was not mine at all.

            Now, rather that handling my exchange, myntra people gave marked my order as delivered and closed order.

            I have made soo many calls, complaint n8mber 803...
            Spoken to so many people.. Everytime a new escalation manager calls me or emails me to say.. Mam you have received your order...

            Now, currently, im so pissed off with myntra that i just asked for a refund. My complaint has been going on for i think august 10th ir 11th.. But no closure...

            Just that one day, i could see a return option on my product so put it for a refund.
            Now again, the same delivery boy comes and says mam your item is incomplete and i cannot accept, please take approval again...

            And now again new escalation manager comes into picture and says you already received the exchange!!!

            Goshh! How do i explain that still have the original l size with me...
            Nothing else got delivered to me???

            Pleasee, i have only one request, please attach approval so i can get my refund..

            And second, dont get a new escalation manager to call me.. To explain my issue and repeat same loop again...
            I have done this with at least 4 people... Meghna, surbhi, narender, and now some new guy emailed yestetday saying same nonsense!!

            Note: one manager tried to show me proof of delivery also... That i had signed...
            When i cross-checked.. It was not my s9gn or any of my family member sign... So did they just forge a signature wiyhout any delivery??? Thats a criminal case!!

              I am trying to apply a goodwill coupon i recieved from myntra to the product i added in my cart but after applying a message displays saying"your cart has no appilcable product for this coupon" this coupon is nearing expiry. Many a times i talked to myntra customer care executive they told me that this coupon will be applicable to "shopping offer 16"catalogue. I tried applying the coupon to items under catalog "shopping offer 16" but the same message saying"your cart has no applicable product for this coupon" is displayed. One of the executive told me to uninstall the app install again and then apply the coupon to the product coming under catalogue"shopping offer 16" i did this too but coupon is not applicable still. I think the coupon is just a spam

                    Hi there was a missing item in the shipment delivered to me from myntra on 21 st august which i checked on 23rd as i was busy working out of station and realised late that i didn’t receive the forever 21 sandals which i ordered for. I checked my order status from the app and it renders to be delivered and checked with the customer care and understood that all the items were shipped in one single package. To my surprise when i reported about missing product in the shipment i heard that it’s late to complain about it. Just because i reported it 2 days late myntra is denying the fact that i didn’t receive the product but it shows delivered in the app. Kindly help me resolve this issue as i now don’t have the product nor the refund of a product for which i paid 2000 inr

                    I had ordered and prepaid Rs 350 for lakme plum lipstick however i received the parcel today where they have sent kajal pecil worth Rs75.
                    this is cheating and seller must be punished accordingly.

                      I got a message and mail that my order is unable to be delivered. What kind of an unprofessional service is this? I will never buy anything from myntra ever nor recommend it to anyone. I was expecting the item and there is no clarity on what went wrong.
                      I am not able to understand why it is not delivered please deliver it as soon as possible.

                        Purchased nike shoes from myntra (Order no[protected]-7093803). When i tried the shoes they were ok. But when i started wearing them regularly i started feeling pain in my right foot. Then i noticed the shape of right shoe was improper. But it has been 40 days when i purchased so i am not able to replace the shoes now. So i want them to replace shoes as soon as possible.

                          Ishnkass34024097, u100mm5660081, i received wrong product on 17 august, i placed a return request but did not picked up yet... The message of return in gmail shown the return but the person who came to receive did not picked by giving reason that he cannot take the pick this product becoz the product did not match in the picture of dress mentioned in the return. If i did not got that product which i ordered & placing return to get my product then how it would be possible that the return procedure did not done yet.
                          Kindly requested to please pick up the return & refund immediately

                              I ordered a dressberry watch on 17th august and it reached dehradun hub on 20th.. The two warehouses in dehradun then instead of delivering the parcel started passing it to each other.. One day it's with warehouse 1 and another day with the other one.. Also the mentioned delivery date has passed.. So, it's a complaint about the two warehouses who did this not only with my this order but all my previous orders.. This shows how much apathetic and lazy these two warehouses are.. As this is there only job to deliver product's to their customers.. Also disappointed with myntra as when i called them they couldn't provide me with the numbers of these two warehouses and said we don't have their numbers ma'am... Really very disappointing!!!

                                I have ordered reebok sporty jacket from myntra on 8th august 2019 whose price was rs 3905. I received the parcel on 15th august. I was out of town when the order got delivered. When i was back i saw that this jacket was missing. I immediately filed a complaint to myntra customer care executive. I didn't get any resolution to it as i didn't filed the complaint within 48 hrs. I tried explaining them that i came back on 20th august the moment i saw that the product was missing i filed the complaint. They did a mistake by not delivering the complete order why do i have to bear this loss. (Order no: 111738217469946248103

                                  I requested return for order no.[protected]-1454803 purchased from myntra. The request number [protected] was provided. All the tags and polythenes are intact but i discarded the card board box by mistake. Now, myntra is not accepting the product for return although product is unused and unaltered. I am shocked by the behaviour of the such a reputed company that box matters more than the genuine product.

                                    I have ordered a top from your site on 13 august and did not get the product yet. It's been a whole week. It shows expected date is 21 aug which is sunday and i can not collect the order on sunday as the address on my order is my office address which is closed on sunday. Please resolve my problem and send my order on any other day and as fast as possible.

                                      After contacting the customer care service 3 times and not getting any help. I want to raise a complain regarding my order. The product which i have ordered was showing small size with waist line 28 inches but the recieved one is mentioned small size with waist line 26 inches. This is putting your trusted customer into problem. Please check this and kindly help me to get either a correct size or return the product with a refund.
