I had ordered mango cateye sunglasses (Product code: 6995289) on 1st august. The vendor cancelled my order on 5th august saying product not available, although the same vendor had the same product listed on myntra for higher price. Evidently, the vendor cancelled my order just to sell at higher price. The vendor should be compelled to fulfill his obligation.

      Sir i purchased sum clothings to my sister in myntra online shopping and made the payment to myntra from my karnataka bank debit card and i returnwd the product and requested to refund my 1208 rs and 461 rs as i got 461 rs but still i didnt get 1208 so i raised duspute against bank now i want to rsise dispute against myntrao line shopping shop as i am fed upwith myntra and bank both are not borred abput their vustomer so i reuest yu to solve this prob

      1: Are you referring to the bank statement which has the debit of Rs 1208.00/- on 22 June 2019.
      2: The refunded amount should have been credited by 07 July 2019.

      If all the above actions have been executed and you are unable to locate the refund on your bank statement, I kindly request you to you contact your Bank/Card Support team along with Bank Transaction Reference Numbers via a telephone call and dispute the transaction as refund not received.

        I placed the order once the money got debited but the order wasn’t placed, tlaked to the costumer service executive they asked to log out and in again and thn placed the order tried it placed the order again but the same issue occurred, talked to the executive again and they discuss solve the problem. I’m very much disappointed with the service and actually want my money back.

          Now i am trying to login its shows your account locked contact to customer care. Customer care number not reachable at all the time.
          They have not informed anything on my email or phone number.

            Hello, my myntra account is locked, i made a purchase of 5173rs. How to solve the issue. Customer care number is always busy. I made credit card payment. I did not received the product its been 4days i placed the order. If it delivers how to return it if i dont lyk the product. Solve my issue to unlock the account. I am not not getting any updates on phone also. I want my account back.

              This is regarding order ID :[protected]-7061503
              I ordered this product on 22 July but still not received.

              Also there is no reply from Myntra team wherein they could have updated the status, even despite of taking follow up on email (please see attached email screenshot).

              On top of this I called several times on Call Centre number but they are not able to share any update, nor any case number was shared.

                Hi I have received the top today. By mistake I clicked on Collect Insider Points option. Now I am not getting option for Exchange my product. I have talked to customer case also. No one helped. This is very disappointing There should be a way to reverse for this option. I am not returning the product just asking for exchange. Customer care did not even listen to me.                   Client Name: Bhavna Sharma
                  Description of incident: I booked the order from Mumbai location for my Mother on July 21st. The package was supposed to be delivered at Raisinghnagar (Rajasthan), a location approx 2500KM from mine.

                  The orders were meant to be delivered on below dates:

                  - Women Pink Solid Straight Kurta - Shree:
                  Shows Delivered on (Aug 03, 2019)

                  - Women Yellow Printed Straight Kurta - RANGMANCH BY PANTALOONS
                  Shows delivered on (Jul 28, 2019)

                  However, both kurta's have not been delivered till date. However, Myntra claimed that both were delivered. On further inquiry from customer care, I got to know that someone signed it and the sign too just contain initial 'B' (That's my initial) and some random lines. I had been a regular customer of Myntra in the past and there are multiple times I have signed the delivery for them. They can clearly match the same and intervene. I confirmed the same from my parents and none received the packages there either.

                  Myntra has closed my request thrice stating that it was delivered and there's nothing they can do about it. I had to consistently follow up with Customer care to request them for keeping request open.

                  Myself and my father have requested for the delivery boy's details so that we could intervene at our level but Myntra didn't provide it anytime and said they will check. I suspect the person supposed to deliver packages is at fault and must be inquired properly about details. This has been a matter of distress for me and my parents and it's no more a question of money but integrity of an organisation. I want my refund back. This isn't acceptable.

                  FYI, Online delivery doesn't mean a person pay off their hard earned money for some third person to enjoy over. If Myntra cant manage their transactions or Delivery level authorizations, it's better not to have online delivery in place. Let the person receive it and pay for it rather than someone else paying for a cheat who sweeps away the packages at delivery end.

                    I had ordered a boot from myntra and instead i had received a tshirt. I had raised this issue with the customer care but every time they came up with robotic response. This has been going on for over a month and they keep on iterating to provide the bar code on the transparent sheet, but the product did not come with one. I had told this to them several times but to no avail. They are hell bent on cheating customers and now they have even stopped replying to my mails and all i am left with is a tshirt which i am not interested in and monetary loss which they are not refunding. I would be very glad if my complain can get resolved somehow. Shame on myntra!!

                      I have bought a jacket which was shown as a casual jacket(water resistant) in myntra…but it doesn't mean it would be a rain coat ...i have return or exchange with other product .. i have lost the tags but i wnt return because they have cheated..i saw in other sites it is a rain coat, but as shown in myntra it is casual jacket . I want to return the product and i don't have tags

                        I am not satisfied with your services. if you unable to delivered my product then please return my money and take your damaged order return .

                        a roadster watch order by myntra but damaged product delivered to me then i will call customer care for approval to exchange the damaged item. exchange order approved by 1aug 2019. please check the attachment file below to show approval message by myntra.

                          I placed a order from Myntra (online shopping app) on 20th june 2019 but after receiving the product i returned back the product and raise a refund. But since then from the side of Myntra they have processed the refund and gave me the reference number and asked me to wait for 1-2 working days for refund. After a week i called them many times about the refund but ignored by saying that they have refunded the amount. But my account didn't credit. They told me to go to my home branch and the staff of the bank clearly told me that external application refund will be processed by them only. The bank is not liable for any thing.

                            I have returned the product on 20th july and return is intiated on the same day but it is more than 15days i haven’t received any amount in my bank account. After taking many follow ups with the myntra not received any satisfactory response from your end.

                              I order so many items 2 of them is not received yet. Or 1 is cancelled without permission
                              Order date is 3rd june today is 5th august almost 2 months time you take icall in customer care before 10 days he told me give ans in 5 days but not reply just now our mo ey spend 2 months what is the reward for us to your mistake and what is your punishment?

                              Pls order if you are sure about size etc as their return process is pathetic. They come as per there convenience n don't follow what they advertise w.r.t their timings.
                              A Myntra cloth material was returned 10 days ago from Sarangarh, C.G., but the total amount paid, i.e. 900 is not yet refunded. Kindly do the needful.

                                Dear sir/ madam,

                                I had returned an item bought on myntra.com for which i was to receive a refund of "rs 2, 149.27"
                                The return order number: "[protected]"
                                My item was successfully picked up by myntra on july 25, 2019 and i received a message from them on july 26, 2019 confirming the pick up.
                                On july 27, 2019 myntra sent me a message saying that the amount of rs 2, 149.27 would be refunded in my bank a/c (Registered with them)
                                But after sometime they send me a message saying that the refund could not be processed. Since then i have been calling them everyday but everytime i am asked to wait for 24-48 hours.
                                It has been 10 days but i have not received my money yet.

                                Request your good self to please help me receive my refund from myntra at the earliest.

                                I have ordered product twice and always i get a partial product. I have been complaining but towards failure. They seems to be taking it for granted. no refund no update. Just creating blunders. Im asking for refund that also is not done. It was a gift for someone i have been chasing them so many times.

                                  I raised a ticket to return the studio rasa mustard color kurta.
                                  I dont know what was the issue with myntra's sytem that they could not see the return request raised.

                                  From my side the request has been raised.
                                  I asked myntra to call me back on this but never got any revert form their side.

                                  They have already lost three of the items that i bought.
                                  They just seem to harrass me. They can do anything/any fault form their side but cant return the yellow kurta.

                                  Kindly return the kurta on immediate basis.

                                      I have ordered 2 shirts on mynthra on 30 july
                                      And today august 4 i got an email and a message in my mobile number that your product has been delivered
                                      But actually i didn't get the product none of my neighbors also received it
                                      I called mynthra customer care and their response was too bad
                                      I think i has lost my money
                                      Also i called ecom express for registering complaint
                                      Their response also was too bad
                                      I was having a function tomarrow the shirt is must for me
                                      I think it has ruined now

                                        Initially the product show price with 60% off and when i clicked add to cart and tried to open my bag and i found out a price hike, it shows only 50% in the cart
                                        They compel us to buy products by showing low prices and hikes prices so they get enough profit. All customers fall for it because they may have selected it by surfing around 2-4 hrs on myntra. So we can summarise that myntra go for profits by confusing the customer.
                                        Only solution : hike prices only at 12pm
