I had purchase 2 proucts on 25th july in that i returned one prouct cost 510.30/- which wa initaited by myntra on 2n aug 2019 an till 12th aug i got my money, but my account i not reflected, even i went to my bank branch, bank cutomer care, all thing were clear, an bank tol me to contact myntra for this thing but myntra not at all responding, they jut gave me ref no and after their executive did not respond.

I made a return request for a kurta that was dirty and thw product was picked up from me. The guy who picked up the product from me called me saying that the product was dirty and could not pass the quality check so it ia on hold now and asked to call customer care and inform about the same. I also received a mag saying that the return has been put on holdas could not pass the quality check. I called the customer care and explaned everythng to that guy but i guess he was inefficent to understand and made another complaint due to which a hell lot of messqaa created. I again made the complaint with customer care and now they are not accepting the pick up was made and have denied to refund thw amount. The have kept the kurta as well as the money. I have sent them the call details as well as the message i had received and they are not ready to give me the details for the pick up guy. But if they have not received the parcel how can they quality check that product. Its a fraud company with inefficient people sitting for customer service.

I have been a regular customer of myntra but i have been locked out of my account for reasons i’m not aware of. My friend made an account from my phone and got locked out of their account too. Many products did not seem as the picture or did not fit me and so i have had to return it. As far as i know that is the whole comfort of online shopping - to be able to return and exchange clothes at the comfort of your home. But myntra seems to lock people out of their account for doing so.

The mantra has no update as to where my order is.. And neither do the customer service agent. I ordered this watch as a b-day gift for my husband and i have no clue where the order is. The agent i asked to on 14th august today in the morning told me that the app isnt updated but he can see that the product is sent to the nearest location in bangalore and now u get your know it was a lie. So now u lie to get rid of your customera wao.. The complaint will be answered before the 21st where as i needed the watch before the 15th or august all i know is this is going to be my last order with mantra...

My order number[protected]-2390303 is expected to deliver on 20th august, 18th august & 17th august 2019 respectively. I kindly request you to send me my orders on august 14, 2019 because i have to wear them on. Usually i receive my orders in 2-3 days immediately after i order them but it was not a quick delivery this time. Items were ordered by me on 9th of august and i haven't received them yet. I expect you to do the needful. Thankyou.

I have not received my order of my W kurta. It is showing as delivered in their app. According to them it was delivered at 11th Aug Sunday. I was not at my home on Sunday . I have also not received any call from delivery agent on that day nor any message regarding my order delivery. I checked with my neighbor and guard also it is not with them also. I raised many complaints but no solution has been provided. Please help

I mrs nikhat sachan want to raise a complaint against delivery boy akash (Not sure if this is his name) for the following reasons :-
1) his attitude is bad for a delivery boy
2) has lot of pent up anger
3) rude in his conduct with me or my family members
4) my kids safety is jeopardised if he arrives at my door in my absence as he has lot of pent up anger
5) i will lodge a police complaint against him in future
6) i demand that he don’t b sent to my place for any delivery / pickup in future henceforth ever.
7) send someone to pick my return and also take money for my today’s delivery

I have ordered 2 shirts from myntra of approx rs3800, but due to fit issues i lodged a return but during return the delivery boy took the us polo shirt along with him and updated wrongly that he has took the louis phillips and processed the refund of rs1800 was processed and now when i am asking to take the louis phillips shirt back so neither they are taking the shirt back and moreover they have declined my request, which type of fraud is going on, they are very unprofessional.

Myntra allows it users to shop, submit orders without verifying the email address submitted on the account. Moreover there's no way to change the the email id on the account say customer rep.
Consider this use case - user creates an account with some typo in his email. There is no way for the user to rectify his mistake. There is a possibility that the incorrect email address entered could be someone else's email address and he/she can easily have unauthorized access to the account.

Few months back i bought a mast and harbour watch from myntra. It said it is water resistant and only with few splashes it stopped working. Now, when i asked myntra about service of the watch they denied that they do not provide service for the product after 3 months and i should contact the brand. There is no contact number or email address of the brand on internet. Worst service.

I here by writing this complain to inform you about not receiving refund of 2 myntra products which i hve bought one on 11th july amount of 996 nd 2nd on 30 th june amount of 1262.I hve already talk about this with myntra consecutive nd they said they have initiated refund already.They said that this refund is being strucked in your sbi branch but i have already talked to sbi home branch n sbi customer care regarding this n they said that no refund Is being reflecting.this is the responsibility of myntra to refund my money nd instead of refunding my money they are continuously making excuses n asking me to go home branch of my sbi what kind of these service they are providing if i hve a time to go in my home branches why should i shop online rather i would go myself to a shop nd brought products from shop itself.

I was trying to order through myntra on August 10th however at the time of payment processing an error occurred and my order wasn't placed, cash for Rs. 2849.63 got debited from my account. When i talked to customer support they said they didn't received money so i will need to contact my bank. My credit card transaction shows the amount had spend on Myntra.

This is the first time ever happened such thing with me. I have ordered global desi top from myntra along with some other clothing. Today the order got delivered saying global desi top and two other items has been delivered but when i saw, the packeging was damaged and global desi top was missing. However other products looks fine.

Being a regular, loyal customer of myntra i want my refund.

I ordered 5 products on 5th aug '19, i have received only 3 products so far. It's been a week, i'm getting updates daily that the product will be delivered today but they don't deliver it instead they update the status saying i have rescheduled the delivery. One product doesn't fit so i requested a return, they haven't picked that up yet. I'm fed up with their service. I want to return all the products and get a refund at this point. Please help.

Myntra as a big brand company should not change its price once decided in sale. Its not fair that when a customer start demanding a product nd u increase the price of that particular product. As a big company such unethical practices doesnt suits. You should keep the price same until the sale ends and its better to go for out of stock than increasing the price. For a middleclass person once he decided he want to bought that and soon after...

I ordered a pair of shoes on myntra costing more than rs. 3000. The package i received was empty and myntra is refusing to take responsibility for it. It kept trying for more than a week to get this issue resolved. They first rejected my claim. Later they said they would look into the issue and help me out. Again after several calls they told me that they are not responsible for what happened. I need my money back.

I want to exchange my product on myntra but no link provided for exchange. Return number for that order is [protected] and registered email id is ([protected]@alsedu.in). It is a jeans and much large in size. They are not creating link for exchange or return it. I have paid for it. It will be useless for me if i will not return or exchange it. Please help me sir.

I have not placed the above order. It is being shipped to an address in mumbai.

I made a purchase of a van husuen grey shirt against order number 111618793693929577103. But instead of it i got a van husuen trouser. I was asked to register a complaint on customer care. But even after
Complaining there is no reply from myntra. And when ever i call they ask to r wait for 2 or 3 days. It has been 9 days and there is still no progress in my return.

I have called for 7-8 times and still no hope. Very poor customer care service by myntra
