On 19 july, i shop a "crocs women grey sneakers" from myntra.com, (Mrp 3, 995 inr) but costing me 3, 196 inr.

Order id :[protected]-6050001

Item delivered on 24th july, evening.
The product delivered, however, was not as shown on the website. Apparent price and color difference, yet same article number.

I received a "crocs women black sneakers," uk 3, mrp 4995.

Every myntra product comes with a white sticker, pasted on the product box which carries a number, that tallies with the article number. Of the item — "the white sticker as well as crocs product sticker carried the article number — "205234 — 001, with the product barcode number as[protected]

1st escalation -

Since myntra had a 30 days "no questions asked policy, i duly notified them this error, in august first week, well before return/exchange period expiry on 24th august. This was done to seek pre-approval, so that their return pick up agent, won't cause any hassles, in accepting the return, due to"color issue."

I also had a size issue (Upon trying uk 3, i realized i needed a uk 2). However, i could have only selected one field for returning — and color issue was obviously more highlighting than size issue. Besides, uk 2 was out of stock, and i'd have still had issue in exchanging the product (Due to colour difference).

Case representative asked me to wait for 72 hours, but it took at least 4-5 days, for any update.

On 11th august, diksha, on behalf of myntra, further requested 48 hours.

Meanwhile, i placed the return request, scheduled for 13th august.

On 12th august, nazneen from myntra, replied —
"we will be unable to accept the return since a correct product was shipped from our end end, post a successful quality check."

The return request was cancelled. I placed another return request, scheduled for 14th august.

This infuriated me, and upon escalation through social media (Twitter), and highlighting the error that"crocs india"has nowhere catalogued such women grey sneakers, nor does google search show any similar product, i emphasize that myntra has indeed made a"color / price error"on their website/app.

They assigned me a case manager, who asks for 24-48 hours of time, to look into it, at the promise of following it up with me, himself. Thanks more case managers spoke to me since then, but to no resolve.

Cm #1 also agrees that the return pick up agent can come and investigate the product himself. But myntra didn't send anyone and my request was again cancelled, without prior intimation.

Come 16th august, case manager (Omar) asks for 24 hours more.

I speak to 2 customer service representatives, 4 case managers, social media handlers and in the end, nothing is resolved. They say, that the escalation team only conveys what the investigation team reports. Too reckless to accept an error on their part.

Here's what myntra couldn't answer, except for reiterating that they've sent the correct product after a successful quality check —

1. If i indeed have the correct product, then why didn't they accept it for return, for at least, the size issue?

2. If i indeed have the correct product, how is it still a different colour, but their article no. On product box (Sticker pasted by myntra and crocs label) matches?

3. What explains the price difference, in what's marketed by myntra and what's received by customer?

4. What explains the false marketing of a different colored product, that can't be traced via crocs india catalogue (https://shopcrocs.in/women/collections/literide.html)
And

Nor
Via a google search (https://google.com/search?q=crocs+women+grey+sneakers&client=ms-unknown&prmd=si...

No answers!

Here's what myntra additionally said, in addition to not resolving my problem —

1. Case manager #1 states that they will only accept products for return (On issue of wrong product/size) if they're notified within 48-72 hours of delivery.

Their policy doesn't explicitly states this.

I raised my concern well before 30 days, expiring on 24th august. I didn't see their compliance with"no questions asked" policy.

2. On 16th august, they tell me, that the product will not be subject to exchange or return, which is a term & condition they modified, so that i can't request anything even under the size issue.

3. They conveniently disabled both return/exchange option for the said item, so that i can't do anything in my account.

Myntra.com, has not unjustly caused me loss of time. They have forced me to keep a wrong product. After several escalations, their ceo amar nagaram, also didn't bother to take cognizance of any of my escalation tweets.

In the past also, they declined my exchange request, when the fault was clearly on their part.
Incorrect price listing. Brand tag mentioned 1799/- whereas myntra listed 1499/-

I'd encourage them to further reinvestigate my current claim and accept it's return request of this product and duly refund me my money.

    Hi i am akansha. I added a top into my bag from tokyo talkies black and white striped wrap top product code was 10027283. Next day it was out of stock i want to know when it will come again. I am waiting for this top please again add this top in your stock i am waiting for this top. I m sure that myntra will son add this product in there stock i m waiting...

      I ordered a calvin klein shirt on 3 rd august it was delivered on 8 th august.. Bt due to size issues i want a larger size in exchange on 8 th august bt it was supposed to be delivered on 15 th august.. Bt still i have not received it... The shirt is little pricey.. I am worried about the money... I have to attend a function in a week and want to wear that shirt i think its a fraud game played by myntra... So i ask to take necessary steps against them

      Loreal shampoo was purchased on 18.7.219 with order no[protected]-4946433 through on line with cash on delivery same was received with invoice no C[protected] dated 21.07.2019 but its received less quantity . over telephone will regd complaint but no any reply received. kindly take up the issue and reply

        Online shopping items in myntra cancelled but amount not refunded. Myntra informed that refund has been processed on[protected], it will take 7-10 days to reflect in the source account.
        Amount - rs. - 649.00- bank reference number is[protected]
        Amount - rs. - 796.00- bank reference number is[protected]
        No amount credited to my account till date. It may please be noted that if the same amount not refunded within a single day i may go for further course of action.

        Till date the amount was not refunded. It is very regretted to inform you that such a poor service I have ever get from any online transaction. It may please be noted that if no response has been received within a day I may for further course of action.

          So it's the 16th of august today and it still shows the day that i ordered.
          I want to get it delivered by the earliest.
          Its a unisex crocs.
          I don't know why it is taking such a long time to get it delivered.
          I trusted myntra so much but i guess it just proves me wrong.
          I would like if you can fix this as soon as possible.
          I have a birthday coming up and my package is still stuck in day i ordered.

            My name is priya. I am highly disappointed with your myntra service, i placed one shirt with cost more than 570 rs on 23rd of july 2019 but not received yet, whenever i call customer service they asking to wait for 48 hours. I lost my hope please refund my money i will not place any order here after in myntra.

            Tracking id ml[protected] and order no.:[protected]-6481101 i want my refund. Myntra cheating valuable customers. My account name is manikandan and mail id [protected]@gmail.com

            I will make a social media escalation if i am not getting my money back.

              Hello,

              I placed a exchange request for my shirt with order id:[protected]-9644501 which was to be delivered by 05-aug-2019. The order is out for delivery but there is no update after that. I tried to contact myntra multiple times but everytime they asked me to wait for 48 hours. I’m not getting any proper response on this request and it is still pending after 10 days. Today also they asked me to wait another 24 hours and it is really frustrating. Please help on this issue.

                I'm placed an ordered park Avenue formal shoe. I got only empty box. When complaint against my product after one day i received email from myntra your claim has been declined..i called and asked the reason they said.. we delivered your product after quality check..they said if you have any video..who make video during opening any package ? Seriously if you order undergarments before open you’ll make video ? i just want to know..attached order id and all about product.

                While I ordered my last order from myntra that was a shirt. I followed the terms and conditions as mentioned there to get the cashback on 10th July 2019, it has been more than a month but I haven't received the cash back .
                Please look into the matter and provide a better solution for it.

                  I had ordered 4 kurtas from Myntra's online shop(website).One was delivered to wrong address and the other one in untrackable. I had raised 2 INC cases. After multiple calls to Myntra - I have received the package that was previously delivered to wrong address.

                  However the fourth Kurta which is untrackable - I am unable to get any sort of resolution from Myntra. All I am requesting for is a refund.

                  I don't receive any email based updates from Myntra . I am having to call myself into Myntra's helpline every 24 hours and follow up . So far no resolution.

                  Absolutely disappointed with the customer service and regret having made the purchase and for having made the payment upfront.

                    Myntra has cancelled the item(RIKIDOOS Boys navy blue solid tailored Fit single-Breasted Blzer with size 3-4) that i have booked on 21st July'19 and i am keep on tracking the order and it is showing as shipped from past 15 days and today i.e. on 14th Aug'19 I have been told that the item has lost in the shipments and could not be delivered. I have already paid for this order and they guys told be that by 22nd Aug'19 my amt would be credited. That is nothing but 1 month i have waited for the product. I have contacted the customer service on call and they are saying that we cannot do nothing. One more thing that i have coversation with the escalation matrix which is a worst and worst team to say the same thing that the basic customer care executives told me. To say the same thing Myntra is paying extra amount and bearing the employees for the escalation matrix. I don't understand that to say the same thing myntra is maintaining two teams and paying salaries for both the teams. Great work Myntra.. Well experienced.

                      I had purchase 2 proucts on 25th july in that i returned one prouct cost 510.30/- which wa initaited by myntra on 2n aug 2019 an till 12th aug i got my money, but my account i not reflected, even i went to my bank branch, bank cutomer care, all thing were clear, an bank tol me to contact myntra for this thing but myntra not at all responding, they jut gave me ref no and after their executive did not respond.

                      Today it's 10th but the is no update at all.

                        I made a return request for a kurta that was dirty and thw product was picked up from me. The guy who picked up the product from me called me saying that the product was dirty and could not pass the quality check so it ia on hold now and asked to call customer care and inform about the same. I also received a mag saying that the return has been put on holdas could not pass the quality check. I called the customer care and explaned everythng to that guy but i guess he was inefficent to understand and made another complaint due to which a hell lot of messqaa created. I again made the complaint with customer care and now they are not accepting the pick up was made and have denied to refund thw amount. The have kept the kurta as well as the money. I have sent them the call details as well as the message i had received and they are not ready to give me the details for the pick up guy. But if they have not received the parcel how can they quality check that product. Its a fraud company with inefficient people sitting for customer service.

                          I have been a regular customer of myntra but i have been locked out of my account for reasons i’m not aware of. My friend made an account from my phone and got locked out of their account too. Many products did not seem as the picture or did not fit me and so i have had to return it. As far as i know that is the whole comfort of online shopping - to be able to return and exchange clothes at the comfort of your home. But myntra seems to lock people out of their account for doing so.

                            The mantra has no update as to where my order is.. And neither do the customer service agent. I ordered this watch as a b-day gift for my husband and i have no clue where the order is. The agent i asked to on 14th august today in the morning told me that the app isnt updated but he can see that the product is sent to the nearest location in bangalore and now u get your know it was a lie. So now u lie to get rid of your customera wao.. The complaint will be answered before the 21st where as i needed the watch before the 15th or august all i know is this is going to be my last order with mantra...

                              My order number[protected]-2390303 is expected to deliver on 20th august, 18th august & 17th august 2019 respectively. I kindly request you to send me my orders on august 14, 2019 because i have to wear them on. Usually i receive my orders in 2-3 days immediately after i order them but it was not a quick delivery this time. Items were ordered by me on 9th of august and i haven't received them yet. I expect you to do the needful. Thankyou.

                                I have not received my order of my W kurta. It is showing as delivered in their app. According to them it was delivered at 11th Aug Sunday. I was not at my home on Sunday . I have also not received any call from delivery agent on that day nor any message regarding my order delivery. I checked with my neighbor and guard also it is not with them also. I raised many complaints but no solution has been provided. Please help

                                    I mrs nikhat sachan want to raise a complaint against delivery boy akash (Not sure if this is his name) for the following reasons :-
                                    1) his attitude is bad for a delivery boy
                                    2) has lot of pent up anger
                                    3) rude in his conduct with me or my family members
                                    4) my kids safety is jeopardised if he arrives at my door in my absence as he has lot of pent up anger
                                    5) i will lodge a police complaint against him in future
                                    6) i demand that he don’t b sent to my place for any delivery / pickup in future henceforth ever.
                                    7) send someone to pick my return and also take money for my today’s delivery

                                      I have ordered 2 shirts from myntra of approx rs3800, but due to fit issues i lodged a return but during return the delivery boy took the us polo shirt along with him and updated wrongly that he has took the louis phillips and processed the refund of rs1800 was processed and now when i am asking to take the louis phillips shirt back so neither they are taking the shirt back and moreover they have declined my request, which type of fraud is going on, they are very unprofessional.

                                        Myntra allows it users to shop, submit orders without verifying the email address submitted on the account. Moreover there's no way to change the the email id on the account say customer rep.
                                        Consider this use case - user creates an account with some typo in his email. There is no way for the user to rectify his mistake. There is a possibility that the incorrect email address entered could be someone else's email address and he/she can easily have unauthorized access to the account.
