I have returned the product on 20th july and return is intiated on the same day but it is more than 15days i haven’t received any amount in my bank account. After taking many follow ups with the myntra not received any satisfactory response from your end.

I dont know how much time you guys take
Very bad services and response i have received

I added money to mytra credit by mistake I wanted to be transfer that money to my bank please very badly I need my money back. Pls do transfer my money to my bank account.

    I order so many items 2 of them is not received yet. Or 1 is cancelled without permission
    Order date is 3rd june today is 5th august almost 2 months time you take icall in customer care before 10 days he told me give ans in 5 days but not reply just now our mo ey spend 2 months what is the reward for us to your mistake and what is your punishment?

    Pls order if you are sure about size etc as their return process is pathetic. They come as per there convenience n don't follow what they advertise w.r.t their timings.
    A Myntra cloth material was returned 10 days ago from Sarangarh, C.G., but the total amount paid, i.e. 900 is not yet refunded. Kindly do the needful.
    [protected] 1616103 is my order no. I am not able to see the products i have paid and ordered reflected in the mobile app and website. How am i suppose to track or exchange / return them when i am clueless abt there whereabout.

      Dear sir/ madam,

      I had returned an item bought on myntra.com for which i was to receive a refund of "rs 2, 149.27"
      The return order number: "[protected]"
      My item was successfully picked up by myntra on july 25, 2019 and i received a message from them on july 26, 2019 confirming the pick up.
      On july 27, 2019 myntra sent me a message saying that the amount of rs 2, 149.27 would be refunded in my bank a/c (Registered with them)
      But after sometime they send me a message saying that the refund could not be processed. Since then i have been calling them everyday but everytime i am asked to wait for 24-48 hours.
      It has been 10 days but i have not received my money yet.

      Request your good self to please help me receive my refund from myntra at the earliest.

      I have ordered product twice and always i get a partial product. I have been complaining but towards failure. They seems to be taking it for granted. no refund no update. Just creating blunders. Im asking for refund that also is not done. It was a gift for someone i have been chasing them so many times.

        Hi,

        I raised a ticket to return the studio rasa mustard color kurta.
        I dont know what was the issue with myntra's sytem that they could not see the return request raised.

        From my side the request has been raised.
        I asked myntra to call me back on this but never got any revert form their side.

        They have already lost three of the items that i bought.
        They just seem to harrass me. They can do anything/any fault form their side but cant return the yellow kurta.

        Kindly return the kurta on immediate basis.

        I had to return a product to Myntra and also had to collect the order. I got a call for delivery and i gave the return parcel to the same guy and myntra is saying I never returned the product and when I complained regarding the same they declined the complaint

Any updates please notify to "[protected]@gmail.com". If you are not responding for this issue never ever i order in myntra again and do not let others to purchase in this platform. Please do accept and take care of this concerns.

            I have ordered 2 shirts on mynthra on 30 july
            And today august 4 i got an email and a message in my mobile number that your product has been delivered
            But actually i didn't get the product none of my neighbors also received it
            I called mynthra customer care and their response was too bad
            I think i has lost my money
            Also i called ecom express for registering complaint
            Their response also was too bad
            I was having a function tomarrow the shirt is must for me
            I think it has ruined now

              Initially the product show price with 60% off and when i clicked add to cart and tried to open my bag and i found out a price hike, it shows only 50% in the cart
              They compel us to buy products by showing low prices and hikes prices so they get enough profit. All customers fall for it because they may have selected it by surfing around 2-4 hrs on myntra. So we can summarise that myntra go for profits by confusing the customer.
              Only solution : hike prices only at 12pm

                  Sir i had ordered a roadstar black and grey strips shirt, sir actually i got a grey shirt instead but i realized after few days after. Now i don't have the tags & mrp sticker. Myntra is refusing to exchange without the price tag & mrp. Sir please help me i dont have the price tag & the sticker of the product. I want to exchange my product. I realized it is my mistake since i had throwed out the price tags. Sir please help myntra to enable me exchange my product without any price tag since i don't have any

                    I had placed a return request (Return no. : [protected]) with myntra on 19th july which has not been picked up till now. The pickup executive will not visit and state the reason as i have resheduled. The pickup executive visited once and he talked bad and used abusive language. Why cant you assign another executive. I have registered my complaint three or four times with customer care but no action has been taken. This is the last time, i am visiting myntra, but i want you to register a complaint against the pickup executive. And please pick up the return order. Pathetic services and worst customer care. Jabing and amazon are far better. I just regret myself that i visited your website and i have to go through this mental stress.

                      I received all 3 products yesterday which was free from delivery charges.. I am charged rs 149 on products which claimed free shipping..
                      It's so stupid for a brand like myntra to make such blunder and even though i contacted customer care, they couldn't provide me valid justification for the same.. I want the refund of my amount of rs 149 as i have already sent back all three products.

                        I have go for weekend so i place my order before 1 week and i’m waiting for my order and when i saw in myntra app in tracking details, there my order is cancelled automatically without any information given to me and it’s not good way to behave i contact in customer care they told my agin place the oder i’m not not satiated with this types # mistakes done by myntra.

                          I ordered 5 tshirts last day from myntra.
                          Then i got the confirmation mail which says that order has been confirmed. Again another mail which says 3 of them is shipped..

                          But the problem is that my myntra app doesn't show my orders in the order section. It shows that there are no active orders to show. I can only view my old orders. I cannot view or either track my new orders

                            I ordered a nike shoe on myntra i got the delivery, after unboxing the shoe i found that the original nike box is missing it is delivered in a myntra box. I reached out to the myntra customer care, i told them about it, however they stated me that it might happen that the box was damaged while packing the product so they delivered the shoe in their on box (Myntra box), they assured me that this is not an issue. I was not satisfied with the answer so i made an exchange request. So the delivery boy along with another guy came to my place on (02.08.19) i handed him the shoe with the myntra box, after checking he refused to exchange my product stating that the original box is missing so they can't exchange. I told him to check the price tag which is there on the box still they denied to exchange the shoe and misbehaved with me. I called to the customer care, i got shocked when they informed me that the delivery boy stated that the product is damaged that's why they declined to exchange the product, however the product is not damaged. I lodge a complain, after few hours i got a mail from myntra stating that they are unable to exchange the product because their delivery boy stated that the product is damaged. I shared the picture of the shoe, price tag and the box with myntra, they checked and told me over the call that this is not a damaged product but still they are unable to exchange as the delivery agent has mentioned that the product is damaged. This is cheating with the customers. Firstly, they delivered the product without the original box then they refused to exchange because the original box is missing. Lastly, the delivery guy misbehaved at the time of altercation.

                              Hi, i’d had never faced such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour with any other online site that i had experienced with myntra. I am a regular customer of this company but unfortunately your quality standards and customer towards responsibilities have been deteriorated. End of last month i had did a shopping on your website almost for 8k and in that i had orders one women pink and black hooded sweatshirt coat 1699, on receipt of the product i noticed it didn’t fit me so i placed an exchange request...in exchange you team had sent me a man sweater which is not at all worth of money and quality which i had spent. They sent me brown colour round neck sweater costed around 1499 product number rdstswsh00020485 and they packed it in a different transparent poly bag whose code didn’t match with the product bar code. I’d placed a return request as soon as i noticed that was not my product which i had requested but no one had came to my address to collect it though the return expected date as per the notification i received was 28th july.

                              Please note, this is my final note to your team, i need my money back and i’am also entitled for compensation against all the trouble i am going to reach out to your team from last few days. If not then i have to reach out to consumer grievances platform to get it resolve and the copy i will publish it on social and print media about your misconduct and cheating.

                              It was a pathetic service i’d ever expected to receive from myntra.

                              Please let me know when will you guys make the return process, for your reference i have attached the photo of what i have requested and what myntra and sent me in an exchange.

                                I ordered a mi black wrist band (Order no.[protected]-6533803 on myntra on 14th july 19. Recieved the package by paying rs 1999 on 16 july. Opened the box (The courier boy was still there taking a call) when i found that except for the manual book and cable, rest was missing - including the wrist band. I interrupted and stopped the courier boy to inform him of the missing piece of item. He suggested i call up myntra customer care which i did within 2 minutes (Check the log). I spoke with a representative and told him categorically that the delivery boy had witnessed the absence of the band after the parcel was opened. She registered my complaint and assured of resolution - informing email by 19 july. However, she did not give me the complaint number or anything for the fact that i had registered the complaint. After calling a couple of times (For a couple of days) i finally got an email on 22 july 19. The extract of which is below :-

                                This is e-mail is regarding your concern related to missing product in your order number 111498295234486533803

                                As per your claim the mi unisex black band 3 was missing from the shipment. After conducting a thorough investigation and review your claim we have found that the product were dispatched from our warehouse in proper sealed package. Confirmed from logistics that package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition.

                                Now concerning the above statement i fail to understand why none of the details or the pictures of the opened box or the picking up of the box or cross questioning of the courier boy was done. The reply to the customer is cryptic and of course there has been no responsible investigation. If the case is not resolved legal recourse will be taken.

                                  I had placed an order for 02 qty set of curtains. However they failed to deliver the order. Then second time they we will refund the money and you can place another order we will make sure you will receive this time.
                                  Again after placing order they completely failed to complete the order. Which led me to another loss. And now they r saying we will not resolve or refund the amount. They service isn’t good nor the products. Simply it seems there revenue r dropping now they r thugging customers with not delivering the product

                                  I have ordered anouk flat on 23 july 2019. My mode of payment was online. Amount has been debited from my account. But order wasn't placed. Myntra is not responding. I am very disappointed from myntra. I want my money back. This is very disgusting. I called the customer care and they did not respond.

                                    I ordered a trouser it has no zip in it when i filed a return to myntra they said they'll refund money into the bank account...

                                    Now when iam calling them they are like they have already initiated the process of refund they money has been send into your account if its not reflectimg into your account then you have to contact your bank

                                    I mean its not my headache... Firstly they are providing with a default product now even worst they arent even able to cope up with the bank for refunds

                                    Very poor service very poor products and very poor management...

                                      On july 26/2019 i received hammer black solo truly twin wireless bluetooth v5.0 earbuds ordered from myntra. When i opened the box, the earbuds were missing from the box. I immediately complained to myntra but after few days they said that they couldn't help. The product packaging is intact with me. I am attaching a video o[censored]nboxing the product.

                                      For a satisfactory closure, i would like myntra to provide a warning clause before all orders with a risk of temper and what they would like consumers to do in such cases. Also i would like myntra to send me a complete ordered product.

                                        I have ordered 2 tops from myntra and the ordered products were paid on the day of delivery the agent called me i said him that i will be home in 2 hours. Then he gave me another mobile number to call i noted it down what he did is without delivering the product he marked it delivered but i did not received the product i tried calling him on the number he has given to me it was switched off and also on the number provided by the myntra!! But nothing worked i didnt got my product!!! Why u people provide authority to delivering agent rather than the customer?? I m being fooled by the delivery agent and even my money is waste!!!

                                        I ordered a hidesign belt from myntra site.. I received it on 13 and didn't like d product n returned it as soon as possible. It was picked by agent on 15 july and since then I haven't received my return money which is to b credited in myntra credit. I think I hav to stop shopping from myntra... They're nt responding properly...
