I have purchased sandal elle brand for 900 rs on discount from myntra in june 2nd week under order number[protected]-8660103 & i have wore the same sandal around 4-5 times only, today when i took it out to wear i saw the material has worn out & also the sandal is about to torn on sides. This is very ridiculous to see a brand selling such a low quality stuff, i am regular customer of myntra but now i think i should stop buying from you.

Please look into the matter & take some action..!
Take back the sandal

      I have order three product but cancel before shipping and they messaged me on 21st july about the refund but after 10days also it was not credited to my sbi account. Myntra customer care agents says contact with the bank. after contacting with the bank customer service they said to contact with the merchant. very disappointing .pls do the earliest to refund. also attaching below the refund statement provided by myntra

        I have ordered color bar spotlight illuminating lotion (Mrp -950- discounted rate 710) but in place of that i have received on 30.07.2019 color bar stay the day finishing mist (Mrp-850- discounted rate 680) in the same price which is very disappointing and as per myntra norms cosmetic products are non returnable so we cannot approach for replacement at any cost and it's my birthday on 5th august for and as a part of forgery they have kept the item with wrong mrp packet as mentioned on bar code. Item kept inside is of different mrp (850) and mrp printed on bar code is of different mrp (950). I am buying so much product from myntra and i trust a lot on this website in spite of any other online shopping portal but this time i felt cheated

          My return request for the wrong product i got was submitted and the pickup was there i gave the package to them i got an email stating that i will get another email asking about my bank account details but i didnt recieve any email till now and i am waiting for my money to be refunded as soon as possible as i opted for cash on delivery do something as soon as possible i am a regular constumer of myntra and this time i am really disappointed from their attention towards my problem i called two times and they agreed to the return request firstly they handled me the wrong product with very bad condition now they are not giving my money back

            I placed an order for gear duffle bag on 21/07/2019 it is not delivered yet. Whenever i call customer care they reply that within 24 hours they will mail the status but till date no mail or sms updating about the product. That item is not getting canceled too neither from my side nor from their customer care. I am calling them for the same issue since a month. My money is stuck with myntra.

              I ordered a tommy hilfiger bsckpack 1 months before and i sent return request on the same day, because that bag size was small for my laptop.. I did not use it at all and i send return request on the same day.. I m student and i m busy untill 3 pm. One time corrier called me for pick up. I was not able to answer him and then i called, he did not answer.. He did not come since tgat day, almost one month is passing from that day and no one came for pick up.. I payed 6000 rs for this bag... I want to know why myntra is doing some thing like this.. I called to customer care service more than 5 times, first they sent me one email like this : u had complaint from used product (Which i did not complaint like this and it was regarding to bag siza which was small) and then they told we will not accept the return! Again i keep calling to customer cate, they told me that 100% they will do return within 6 days, still tgey did not send a single email regarding to my request, even i had ordered one tea pot with cash payment, same thing happened and because i was not at home that corrior canceled my item and it returned without my opinion... Its post problem and not me.. Even i asled for self shipping the myntra team told me not to do.. And now i m really confused... Its 6000rupies and honestly i want some good item which is usable... I m student and this money is valuable to me but i feel myntra is just cheated me with this product.. They did not send me a single sms or email.. And it was a valuable product, i was not able to keep it in securatory gaurd... So unhappy and disappointed with myntra... I wanted to order so many other products but once this tommy hilfiger back pack and tea pot delivery and return requests had canceled, i stopped ordering from myntra since their team is really not responsible about the expensive items and they just want to receive the money and not take it back! I feel cheated... I will not order and i m gonna order from main brand apps, myntra just cheating people!!!

                IV ordered a street 9 dress on Myntra but returned on 13th July but till now the refund amount has not been credited into my account. I have called the customer care many times but they gave me the bank reference number and told me to contact the concerned bank. When I lodge a complaint online in the bank they told me that they have not received any payment from the merchant. So what do I do now?

                  I had placed an order for 'HARBORNBAY Men Coral Red Solid Polo Collar T-shirt'. The package was to be delivered to me 24th July which did not happen but even though I had not received the order, I got a mail and a message from Myntra that the product has been delivered. I complained about the situation to customer care but they are not accepting my complaint and refusing any help. So now, I have wasted the entire amount of my order and have received nothing!
                  I don't understand why should I suffer any losses even though I am not at fault in any way.

                    I ordered a product from myntra on 22nd June and paid at the time of order and I was supposed to be delivered till 30th June bt i was not delivered. On 6th July I have seen that product is delivered to me but it was not delivered to me and I contacted to the customer care they told me to wait for some days always when I call them. I make call to them every day but they haven't given me the solution against that. They are not giving my product as well as my money. Mytra is a fraud and I'm going to take legal actions against that.
                    Guys, please don't order from myntra!

                      Awaiting response to the below complaint sent on July 18th, 2019.

                      This Tunic was purchased by my wife vide Order no.:[protected]-1233701 and the item was delivered on Fri, 5 Jul 2019.
                      It is very astonishing to note that in the very first wash the fabric is torn and is of very very poor quality.
                      Request to kindly change / replace the same on priority.
                      Also recommended to kindly check and verify the product quality of the manufacturer prior to enlisting for online sales.
                      This is just tarnishing the image of Myntara.

                        I refunded my hrx joggers.. But i was not refunded the amount in my bank.. When ever i called customer care they said wait for 1-3 days.. But the problem was not solved.. After 10 days also.. So i request you to look into the matter. I called them today again they said you will get acknowledgement mail and then you after 1-3 days you will get the money.. But this is not the way they refund.. It already took so many days.

                        When i opened it I found the packet only had the trouser and the kurta wasn’t there.

                          On 16th of july i ordered multiple items from myntra but due to network issue my order does not get placed but total rs 22850 was deducted from my bank account which myntra has immediately transferred on my account, but after14days also it’s not credited on my account. After complaining this with reference no. To sbi online customer care they are not showing any interest and classed my case.. Pls help me as it’s a huge amount for me

                            I have ordered two tshirts in myntra. I canceled a tshirt. As per myntra, refund will be proceesed back within a week or 10 days, but i have not recieved my refund money back yet.. When i contacted myntra.. Though they have processed money into my source account, i have not recieved any reflections of money yet. So please check of any procession and refund my money back as soon as possible.

                            I placed an order of 2products from Myntra on 10th July the date of delivery was 17th & after 12 days I'm receiving update that my order is cancelled with reason "lost" even after raising my complaint twice. It's happening 2nd time consistently. Initially the order of same product was delayed & it got cancelled.
                            very worst experience with Myntra.
                            Ordered on july 20, 2019..its 25th july and they haven't shipped yet. Though provided docket nos. with gati hazmat, but when i tracked, they are invalid. Why so slow myntra?? and also why no email account for customer care?? please ship my order asap and update.

                              I received an incomplete 2 piece kurti set from myntra on 24th july. I was not in delhi. I returned on the 27th and after opening the packet i realized it didn't have the lower i. E. The palazzo. I called up at around 8 pm at the customer care and was told i had to call within 48 hours. Since i was not home and i never knew about this policy where a fault at myntra end has to be born by the customer # elite customer which they say i am. I won't suffer a loss because of their fault.

                                Hi,

                                My name is rohit i had ordered two shoes, one is nike low borough and another one is hrx white sneakers. I had raised a return request for both the product, however i didn't want to return the nike shoe and i was not getting any option to cancel the return request of the nike shoe so i called myntra help line number and asked them to cancel the return request for nike shoe only, but they said they are unable to cancel the return request and they asked me coordinate with the delivery partner. Today the delivery boy came, he didn't call me before coming to my place because he knows my place as he was the guy who delivered the product. So i told him i want to return the hrx shoe not the nike shoe, he collected the hrx shoe and did something on his device and i gotta message stating that myntra is unable to collect the hrx shoe however, then and their i told him that why i got this message, it should be nike not the hrx, he told me as both the product was scheduled for return and i returned one product so the app is showing this, he told me not to worries, they have a tag which they need to scan but he is not carrying the tag, once he reach the office he will scan the tag then the exact status will be shown on my mantra app. I agreed because at the time of delivery, he delivered the product still in my app it was showing as out for delivery and at night the status got charged to delivered. After few minutes a got a call from ivr stating that if you want to cancel your return request for hrx then press 2. Again i told the delivery boy, i want to keep nike then why it is telling hrx, he told me to confirm the cancel, once he will scan the tag original status of the product will be shown. Then i got busy with my work, at 11.30 i checked my mobile and found messages and emails from myntra, i got shocked as i read those mails and messages, there it was mentioned that the return request got cancelled for both the product, immediately i opened the myntra app and checked the order section, there also it is showing return cancelled again return and exchange options are showing. I got frustrated and i called myntra, they told me they have no clue. I was cheated, i lost my money as well as the product.

                                  I ordered us polo boxers along with other three items in the same order.
                                  Each item in the order was delivered on different dates. The missing us polo boxer item was claimed to be delivered on 25th july 2019 but never received by any. I checked in my company mail room twice. Called customer care but they didn't respond properly and insisted that mistake was from my side.

                                  Didn't expect this kind of customer service from myntra. This will be my last order from myntra if this issue is not resolved.

                                  I need complete refund or the item to be delivered properly.

                                  Us polo boxer red color from this order is missing.
                                  Item claimed to be delivered on 25th july 2019 but never received by any. I did double check.

                                    not refunding the amount after return product is picked up successfully

                                    The return number is [protected]. The product i. E raymond suit which was ordered was received in a bad condition. As a result return was initiated within few hours. The raymond suit (Mrp: 8999) ordered did not even come in a suit cover. The suit was already dusty and creased due to bad handling and packaging. But after the return was initiated and return pickup was successful, the return request is put on hold due to quality check failure....

                                    want my refund in bank account

                                    I have purchased one item from myntra.Today dilvery person come to pick the return product I asked the person for my refund he said my Money will be refund in my bank account but they have not taken my bank account information so I called customer care to know about my refund and they said me that I have chosen Myntra credit balance I requested them many a times to change the mode of refund but they said it is not possible.i wrongly choose...
