I downloaded myntra app and received a mail from them that a discount of Rs 500 will be given on first order. There were absolutely no terms and conditions along with that mail. Moreover, there was no mention in the mail that discount is upto Rs 500. Under these circumstances naturally a person will believe that there is a flat discount of Rs 500.
So I placed order of worth Rs 2000 and incorporated the coupon code provided in mail. I was shocked to discover that the promised discount was non existent. It is nothing but a vivid case of cheating and dishonesty.
On contacting the customer service the executive insulted me by advising me to shop from a store that provides 100% discount.
The escalation team member gave me illogical explanations. My question is very simple and straightforward. Why no terms and conditions were given in mail or why it was not mentioned that discount is up to Rs 500.
This cheat and dishonest company has no answer to my simple question and keep cheating the customers by false and hoax luring.
However I strongly wish to mention that I am not interested in discount but I rancor cheating and corruption.
I advise MYNTRA to accept this fact and apologize in writing.

    Had ordered a bag pack, had already paid money, bag pack was supposed to delivered on 28th june but it did not. When called myntra support for the same bag pack said it is already been delivered. For reference support team mailed me proof of delivery having signature. But that signature is not mine or any of my relatives'. I have been asking for refund from last 16 days but they are saying the same thing that we are working on it we will get back to you. Have not received single call from them. This very pathetic approach.

      I ordered a charcoal grey track pant, order no.[protected]-9708501 . I got a vest ( top) of the same company having barcode and details of the product I ordered and inside the pack their was a vest . I couldn't place the exchange request of the order since it was not displayed on the app, only return request was allowed. I called the Myntra customer care and informed them about their mistake. They told me that they can't say for sure if I will get the refund or exchange in which they will send the original product. They told me after 72 hrs I will get the status. Yesterday I called them again after the delivery guy told me that it's possible to get the original product as the exchange instead of the wrong product. So, I called them again and they told me still there's 48 hours left and they can't say for sure if I'll get the exchange or refund. They also told me that I have chosen the bank account for the refund as I informed them that I haven't chosen that option. Today after 48 hours of the complaint the pick-up guy came to collect the order. This is simply unprofessional by the Myntra company. They make a mistake and they don't even care to rectify it by giving the exchange of the wrong product recieved instead of the right one which I ordered. And then they refund the amount to the Myntra wallet which is simply wrong as the order was COD type. This is simply harassment of the public by these e-commerce companies!

        This Tunic was purchased by my wife vide Order no.:[protected]-1233701 and the item was delivered on Fri, 5 Jul 2019.
        It is very astonishing to note that in the very first wash the fabric is torn and is of very very poor quality.
        Request to kindly change / replace the same on priority.
        Also recommended to kindly check and verify the product quality of the manufacturer prior to enlisting for online sales.
        This is just tarnishing the image of Myntara.

          mrp tag missing

          I ordered a palazo on 28 feb 2019, when I received the order, the MRP tag was missing in the packet and on the product itself. I didn't like the product so when I requested for return and the pick up boy came, he refused to take it since the tag was absent. When I emailed the very company they replied saying my request put on hold due to quality issue. I mailed them again, they again replied the same thing. I wasted my 1400 something to this...

          Order no:[protected]-3538603. Not delivered. I tried to cancel the order, if they didnt want to give the product. I logged several times request for the cancelling the order, all the myntra customer care is not responding. Please refund my amount of product, i swear i wont ever book anything from myntra because you have many customers to deal with. Pathetic delivery service.

            Initiated return of above mentioned product on 4 july since it's faulty. Assigned people come quote it's too big to be carried on two wheeler promised to send bigger vehicle but nothing happened. Called customer care atleast 10 times they promised solution within 72 hours max but again nothing happened yet. Product is still in my house blocking my rs 650 with them. I want a quick action against them. Earliest return, quicker refund and compensation for sheer negligence and delayed response.

              This is with reference to the order no.[protected]-7705201 placed on july 13th, 2019 at myntra.com. On july 18th i noticed the status of one of the items tommy hilfiger - men navy blue printed round neck t-shirt was delivered on 14th july but i had not received this product. I immediately called the customer care and they told me that this t-shirt was delivered with another tommy hilfiger tshirt (In the same bag) on july 14th. But i had reeived only 1 tommy hilfiger tshirt in that bag. I have attached a snapshot of the order status here. Also the message i received from myntra after the delivery also mentioned that the bag contained only 1 tshirt on july 14th and that was the other one (Refer attached snapshot). I kept explaining this to the customer care executive but he only reinstated that i have received both the tshirts since they were in the same bag.
              He also informed me that he cannot register a complaint for this as the complaint has to be filed within 48 hours of delivery. I politely asked him to at least register a complaint so that they can investigate the matter at hand. Since i had not received the product they would easily be able to trace it in their warehouse but he refused.
              This was a prepaid order and i have already paid for it but haven't received the product. Why should i be suffering because of a mistake that was done by myntra. I feel i have been cheated and let down by them. I am a long term customer of the website and would hate to stop shopping from them. But this incident has put the company's credibility in doubt.

                Hi

                Why myntra advertise what it is not?? I've requested for return in between 9 am to 9.45 am or 8.15 pm to 9.00 pm but inspite of telling them multiple times my product is not picked up yet,

                When they can't deliver from 9 amto 9pm, why they advertise?? Why me as a customer suffer for so many days for the return.

                Their customer service centre is also so bad, they dont understand anything n keep on saying the written script.

                  I have been following up with Myntra customer care since more than 15 days now regarding one of my order (#[protected]-2711503).

                  The site states that the order has been delivered but I have not received any such order.

                  The customer care executives always ask me to wait for 24 hours and similar response is received in the mail everytime.

                  Need your help to resolve the same.

                    I ordered for 2 sets of kurtis (Order no: 111431850863077543103) worth 2332 rupees. Instead i recieved india terrain shorts (Order no: 111431540158438611103) with the bill of my kurta sets attached on the packet. So i paid 2332 rupees to the delivery guy. Later i opened the packet and realised the product which i recieved is incorrect.
                    I placed for a return request but the delivery guy refused to take my product.
                    I need a refund immediately.

                      2 buttons are missing in the shirt i got on 16 july... And i cannot exchange it because i m not getting the same size, i want size 40... Now where to find same buttons and what should i do with the defective piece when i cannott use it... If my problem is not solved then i m going to put a bad review about this...                         Hello team,

                        This is regarding my refund for the order number 1112401-[protected] of Inddus kurti worth Rs. 731/-.
                        As i received a used product against which i have registered complaint on myntra and the product has been picked up on[protected]. And i was told that i will be receiving a mail for confirming my account details for refund after quality check up. But even after quality checkup i didn't received any mail regarding my refund.

                        So, as 15 days passed post product pick up and i haven't received my refund. Kindly do the needful.

Kindly let me know the status as soon as possible. I have searched on the day the product was delivered. But there is no moisturiser in it. First time facing this kind of issue from mantra.

                          We had ordered for a kurti along with a potli bag, which was supposed to be delivered together. But for the last two times only the kurti is delivered but not the bag. On the second time, on 15 july 2019 we had lodged a complaint on the myntra helpline, to which they answered that they have accepted their fault and a solution would be given in 2/3 days. Now when we are calling to ask for the solution, they reply that no complaint was by us, that is they don't have any call records of our complaint. And now they don't even accept the complaint because it's past 48 hours.
                          So please suggest, what should i do for my missing product???

                            I ordered a pair of red-tape chinos worth rs717 from myntra on 24 june, order id:[protected]-5901203. The product was delivered on 28 june.
                            Due to size issues i wanted to exchange it with a smaller size. But due to the unavailability of smaller size i placed a return request on 30june, return no:[protected].
                            Due to the unavailability of pickup service for my product i had to self-ship it. I shipped it through dtdc courier paying rs170 on 1 july.
                            On 2 july i get the update that my product has reached the myntra return centre ie
                            Vector e commerce pvt ltd
                            (A/c: mirza international limited)
                            Dev niwas, k-2 block
                            Khasra no-819,
                            Behind maruti service centre,
                            Mahipalpur, new delhi - 110037
                            And my returnhad been put on hold for quality check process.
                            Later in the day i received an update on my email that my return request has been declined as my product didn't pass in the quality check process (Which wasn't possible as i shipped the product in perfect state with all the tags and original packaging in its place, they intentionally did this and i think they are trying to rob me). I talked to customer care that day and the they informed me that my product we be reshipped back to me and told me to wait for it and also assured me that i will get refund on the shipping charges as part of their return policy.
                            On 11 july i contacted the customer care again to get info of the product as i didn't received it yet and nor any update about the delivery.
                            They informed me that my product hasn't been shipped yet and noted a complaint against the issue and told me to wait for 3 days and informed me that i will get an update on the issue.
                            Again on 15 july around 11:30pm, i contacted the customer care and told me to wait for 24 hours and gave me the complaint reference number - in[protected].
                            Yesterday (16july) again around 11:30pm i contacted the customer care but they don't have any info on the status of my complaint and asked me to wait 3 days more.
                            I have waited long enough and they are just wasting my time and not solving the problem.
                            Please solve the issue and help me get my product back or refund on it and also the refund on the shipping charges.

                              I have returned my order to delivery boy "sonu kumar" and he had received the same on 13th july but still i am getting sms that my pickup is still pending and everyday i am getting message of pickup person on my register no.[protected]...

                              Even i have complained about this on 14th july to "karanjeet kaur" via myntra helpline no. She generated some complain id regarding this but still i am not getting any updates of my refund from myntra.

                                I had ordered some cloth on 24th june 2019, order no: 111323669083250836503 and i returned some items from my order because its was not upto my expectation i have not yet got my refund of that order. I contacted to customer services. And they provided the reference number which is denied by the bank. Both are blaming each other without solving my dispute. I want my money back so kindly command them to refund my money soon.

                                My products was delivered in 3 different stages.

                                Two of them got delivered
                                One find day i just saw the third one to be delivered but it never got delivered.

                                  I had placed order of blink go fitness band on june 28, 2019 for my father birthday gift. I received the parcel however didn't open it untill today when i learnt that there was no band inside the parcel.

                                  However i have made the payment of 2k to the delivery person as the order was cash on delivery.

                                  I have the receipt and the courier bag but no band.

                                  It is requested to deliver my fitness band or refund my amount of payment i have done.

                                  This is an harassment and cheating by myntra by not delivering the product but extracting money from the customers in name of sales.

                                  I want the product refund of the entire amount. Attached are the pic of courier received and the bill.

                                    I order shoes on 4th july and delivery status will be shown before 15th july but till now product will not deliver also not update where it reach. I call customer care but they will not help also. And i tell him to cancel that product but they will say delivery charges will not be refunded. Why people suffer if they will not delivered on time that's company fault not people's.
