They are not giving me my refund
The payment is made from debit card
After 12 days still my refund is not reflect in my account
They are ging me refrence number but not the rtgs, utr, neft number by wich i can trust on them that they have refund my money
Please take axtion against the company and help me to refund my money of rs 944 only
The paymnt is debited on 5th of july and return was picked up on 15 july they give a time period of 10 days to refund mu money in my account. On 25 july the time period has been completed and still i have not received my refund.

    On jul 16th i ordered two skirts from myntra and the fit was too big, so i requested the two to be exchanged for a smaller size. They both came in one myntra package and as they were ordered together and requested to be exchanged together.. I put both of them in their original single packaging and requested for exchange on the same day!

    When the exchange package came on jul 19th i returned the single packet with both the skirts and informed the agent particularly regarding the same. I asked the agent to confirm if both exchange products are to be in one and they confirmed the same. When i got the exchange of smaller size i noticed that there was only one item in it. I called the customer care immediately regarding item number 2 and they told me it was my fault to return both of them at once. I understand i should have checked if both items were there but i believed their delivery agent.

    The customer care guy took my complaint. After 10 days they said they didn't find my item, blamed me for my carelessness and told me they will not refund the money.

    As i really needed that second skirt anyway i placed a separate order hoping they would refund my money anyway. I called the delivery agent on 20th jul to confirm if she safely sent both the items in the same package and she affirmed the same.

    But today after several follow ups, calls, emails they've declined my refund several times and i cannot believe they'd say i was to blame and that they cannot do anything further.

    I've been following them up for days and they take too long to resolve the smallest issue. I'm so disappointed as this is the second time they're putting me through the same drama. They have updated the skirt as "returned to origin" on the app and here they say didn't receive it. I don't understand what that means?

    I want my refund immediately and have decided to no longer be patient about this further. Please help me sort this matter at the earliest. I have done my best to keep calling them and trying to get this fixed.

      I cancelled one forever 21 jeans of inr 1399 from myntra and returned one jeans of inr 1679 for both of which i paid through debit card. Its more than 3 weeks and the money is not reflecting in my bank account. It says the refund has been processed but i haven't received any emails or bank notificatiom. My order numbers are[protected]-1924003 and[protected]-6874503.
      I have literally called the customer care more than trillon times. Kindly so something it's a good amount of money i can't afford to loose.

        Today i have received ordered products.in that eyeshadow palettes are broken and can't be used at all. And maskara is entirely dried up. Supply of such products is not acceptable. Quality check has to be done before supplying. It has to be taken return. It is responsiblity of myntra supply quality products instead just taking money and supplying useless items. How the maskara is dried up?? It shows carelessness about costomer

          I have made a payment on myntra through airtel payments bank using ibibo web pvt ltd. However the payment got debited from airtel bank but order wasn't confirmed on myntra. Myntra customer service is telling to contact airtel payments bank and airtel payments bank is telling to contact myntra. Still no update regarding the refund.

            Wrong items are sent
            Wrong items are sent. I ordered a pants and i got shoes. Problem is customer care. Worst customer service... Its very difficult, there is no proper email id. I tried posting a customer complain, that page does not work. There is no phone number to talk to customer representative. There are so many menus when we dial in customer care. And in website, order history, there is no proper option to choose to raise a complaint.
            Updates -
            I contacted customer care finally and i sent all details for wrong item after 20 days no one contacted. Extremely worst online shopping worst customer care

              June 28 order placed, received shoe instead of pants
              Contacted customer care and no updates for details sent.

              Its extremely difficult process to talk to customer care people, line is always busy. There is no chat. I called many times, complaint logged and no one get back.

              Wrong items are sent. I ordered a pants and i got shoes. Problem is customer care. Its very difficult, there is no proper email id. I tried posting a customer complain, that page does not work. There is no phone number to talk to customer representative. There are so many menus when we dial in customer care. And in website, order history, there is no proper option to choose to raise a complaint.
              Then finally i called customer care, they asked me to send all details but after that no one contacted.

                I purchased a white leo sansini women white contemporary regular fit self design semiformal shirt from myntra. The size didn't fit me, therefore i decided to return it and the item was picked up on 16 july. And i got a message that the refund has been initiated but even after 10 days i didn't yet received my refund. My return no is: [protected]. I tried calling myntra customer care everyday regarding the refund issue but they asked me to wait for further date.

                  My name is ashutosh naliapara, i ordered nike shoes on 15 july, order number:[protected]-7323003. The payment was done online.
                  Courier: ekart logistics
                  Tracking number:mynp[protected]

                  The delivery date of the product was 23rd july, i logged a complaint through myntra for late delivery on 24th july.

                  On 27th july, friday, i call one of the executives on the number: [protected], talked to them about my concerns regarding my product delivery but they weren't able to solve my queries hence i was directed to one of the supervisors named sakshi, she did not enclose her last name when asked to.

                  I have been told to wait for 5 days, after the complaint booking but there is no talk regarding product delivery. I asked them regarding the shipment more than 5 times but the questions were denied and all they talked about was the registered compliant of late delivery.

                  The worst customer care response i've ever faced.

                    I received an order from myntra. But the product is not up to mark. So i want to return it. But i can't initiate return process as i have claimed 161 myntra insider points. I had a word with myntra customer care and i request them to revert back insider points and help me to place return request but they denied. I have given them the option that they can take back that points because there is nothing in the technical world that can not be fixed and this is just some insider points. That product has no use for me now. Please help me in this matter.

                      Order placed on 13th of july 2019 and expected delivery date was 21stjuly 2019 still didn't recieve my product. I called myntra customer support people and they said it would be delivered on or before the given date. Order details are given below. It says your order has been delayed but for how long? If i leave it like this my product will never be delivered and i paid the amount in advance.

                        Hi team,

                        Recently i have ordered some costume for my wife on 13th july and it was promised to delivery on or before 18th july and till today 26th july the item is not yet delivered and i have made multiple compliant and everytime they said 24hrs or 48hrs will get back with update but no response from there side, they are very careless and no proper customer service, i truly regret choosing myntra because for what purpose i did shopping dint serve as the occasion is over for which i bought the item and item is not yet received.

I tried calling customer care but that is also of no use as they are saying there is some technical problem! The number of delivery agent is also out of range and unavailable!                             I ordered this set of cups on 18 july and received them without any pre msg and after receiveing i wanted to return it there was no barcode so i could confirm the delivery so i asked th delivery boy who came to deliver part of the same order to take this product back and confirm it he said ok mam .now neither he returned to me nor the warehouse received .and when i asked abt the refungd they blame me for giving it to him.i just want to know if im at fault is that not myntra 's fault to train them not to take any product, would i still forcibly give him.i gave him coz i knew he was from myntra .i want my refund.
                            kindly look in to this matter this could happen with other customers too and plz remember i gave it to myntras delivery boy and i hopethey have the record of who delivered what product

                              I had ordered Rubans Women set of 2 gold plated gold toned and pink faux ruby studded bangles for INR. 788
                              However, when I opened the pack, the item was missing.

                              Since I had ordered it from outside India, by the time I collected the item from the delivered address it was past 30 days. Hence could not avail the 30 days return policy.
                              Kindly look into the item and provide the missing item or return the amount paid.

                                I am a regular customer of myntra for about 4-5 years now. I am unable to login to my account, i tried to change my password, create a new account, try contacting customer care several times. However, i am still not able to access my account. It says "account locked - contact customer care" and as per customer care account does not exist. They have absolutely no clue what is going on.

                                      I had a myntra credit balance of rs 475 from a refund. My myntra credit now is rs 0 due to a fraudulent transcation. Somebody had hacked my myntra account and has done the shopping. When i complained to myntra about it, they informed they cannot refund because the product has been delivered and i need to raise a complaint in cyber cell. Myntra is not guiding me where to raise the complaint which website and how, their customer care executives do not have the know how of the same. Please guide me on this

                                        I cancelled that order and you have refunded me only for french connection shirt 1331 rupees and the entire order amount was 5585 rupees
                                        Where is the refund of remaining two items UCB jeans and LEVIS shirt. I am complaining again and again but u only replied for that 1331 rupees
                                        What wrong with you ... that kind of custmer support not expected from you ... please resolve this otherwise i will go to consumer court thats all
