May please connect my earlier request to refund the amount for item cancelled. But it is regretted to inform you that till date no refund has been given. Mr. Safwan of myntra has given email that refund has been initiated for amount - rs. - 649.00- bank reference number is[protected] and for amount - rs. - 796.00- bank reference number is[protected]. But till no amount has been credited. Please do needful and a line of reply may be given in this regard.

I placed an order of 2products from Myntra on 10th July the date of delivery was 17th & after 12 days I'm receiving update that my order is cancelled with reason "lost" even after raising my complaint twice. It's happening 2nd time consistently. Initially the order of same product was delayed & it got cancelled.
very worst experience with Myntra.

    I haven't received my refund as I returned the products already. Order no is 111532292088446386502.
    I paid for this through PayPal.. When I contact with PayPal costumer care they told they didn't received amount from myntra and myntra costumer executive said they already initiated total refund to paypal.

    The delivery guy (phone no [protected])had come very late for the delivery (made me wait for almost 30 min )and when I asked him for the reason for being late he got angry and left without delivering my order.The incident happened today I.e 22/07/19.
    I hope you guys will look into the matter.

      I have ordered "my little lambs girls beige & white printed basic jumpsuit set" total amount was 511.35.

      I called to costumer care on 28.07.19 what is the status of this product then i got to know that its cancelled because of out of stock. Then she told that if you want same product order for next time and we have provided 400 off coupon for compensation.
      I asked to transfer for your manger i will speak with them she told no madam i cant transfer this call bcz what i have suggested this is the solution for this then i asked why you people not informed earlier she told we never contact over phone we have sent mail plz go through it. Then i asked what is the solution for this no solution. When i will get my refund she said we have already initiated it will reflect 7-10 working days.
      Am ordering on 20 its takes 7 days to know that is stock is available or not?
      What is the point if we order some thing in online and that will cancelled without intimation and they dint give refund soon also we have to wait for 7-10 more days and i have checking that product price its now showing 975 rs and don't want any coupon, if i use for that i have to spend 1000 then only its applicable

        I have had the worse experience with myntra customer service as per the attached emails against my order no. 4775201. I had placed an order for a navy blue striped dress as per the attached image and received an olive green striped dress. They said as per their internal verification they have sent the correct product to me. As per my attached screenshots of the tags and products i have shared proof that product no. 9267143 has been tagged wrongly by their website as a blue striped dress. The product - green olive dress has the same product tag. As per the attached proof i would like the wrong product to be returned and to get my money back!!! They are unwilling to accept their error and penalising the customer instead.

          Hi, false offer placed on myntra application, "buy 1 top at rs 599, get 2 extra at rs 1". Got to know from customer care that wrong offer update on application and they have visibility of those terms and conditions then why customer don't have clear/transparent visibility of terms and conditions. Till now i have wonderful experience with myntra but this is very disappointing. Attached are the snapshot of offer and order placed for which i was looking for offer and paid extra 599 unnecessarily.

            I have had the worse experience with myntra customer service as per the attached emails against my order no. 4775201. They said as per their internal verification they have sent the correct product to me. They are cheating the customer by their website errors and sending the wrong products!!! As per my attached screenshots of the tags and products i have shared proof that product no. 9267143 has been tagged wrongly by their website as a blue striped dress. The real actual product is a green olive dress as per the proof shared. Poor customer service and fooling the customer regarding their quality check has led to be loosing over 2000 inr that's is myntra fault. As per the attached proof i would like the wrong product to be returned and to get my money back!!! They are unwilling to accept their error and penalising the customer instead.

            Urgently need this issue to be sorted by myntra.com for their carelessness and wrong attitude!!!

As order was picked from my address on 14 july 2019 today it's 28 july 2019 more than 1 month i didn't get my refund back can you just give that refund asap my refundable money is rs 587.00. Even i contact myntra but there was no response

                I had ordered 10 products, out of which there were only 8 when i opened the parcel!! When i complained, they said the time period for such complaints is over. But i haven't received the product is serious issue. It was a roadster watch and roadster t shirt. For them it was casual, sorry we can't do anything now is what they said.
                This is not expected from myntra.

                  Recently i saw a pair of lacoste shoes on it's original site (www.Lacoste.in)With title men's wildcard leather and textile trainers with it's sale price 5475inr inclusive all taxes. As they were unavailable on it's original site. I saw them on myntra. The sale price was same as it was on it's original site.5475inr but they are adding an additional tax of 986 inr which make it's final price 6461inr. Which is wrong with the government regulations. As the gst and other all taxes are included in it's mrp. And they are charging additional tax which is not feasible. So it's my humble request to consumer complaints. Please look in this matter. And ask the company to elucidate the tax which they want their customers to pay

                    Your delivery person parked his two wheeler in my parking. His name is vinod shinde. On questioning about his wrongful behaviour he was very rude and arrogant.

                    I am a senior citizen and this behaviour has caused me trouble and stress.

                    This happened in sapphire park society in park street wakad.

                    Request you to take a stern action against this rude person.

                      I ordered a nike men black and green runallday shoes on 21st july 2019 and the product got delivered on 24th july 2019 but after seeing the product i didn't like the quality and there is a size issue also. Now i want to return those shoes but their is no option shown on myntra app. Then i call their customer care no. And inform them about this same. But they told me right now you can't return this product because you collected myntra insider points regarding this product but by mistake those points were collected. I said them also that please deduct those myntra points which was collected unintentionally and return this product but they denied and said keep the product with you. Now the product is useless for me and those points also are of no use. Please provide some solution about this i'll be thankful to you.

                        I ordered a levi’s jeans from myntra.
                        After the got delivered i work it twice
                        And while wearing it for the second time
                        It ripped off from the seam near the crotch.
                        I contacted them and explained the situation.
                        But all i got in return was fair promises of replacement after inspection.
                        A couple of days later i get a mail saying that it’s just non replaceable as it’s not company defect.
                        What’s a company defect if poor quality and craftsmanship is not?
                        They are just lying #

                          I bought us polo shirt after viewing it from every angle, it was checked shirt without any printing on back but the product i got have a huge print on its back side, this is only possible if the product i recieved was a copy and i m sure it is copy and it was least aspected from myntra. Please do reply as soon as possible becoz i bought it for my friends birthday

                                I ordered a top promod top from myntra online i received the product i oay for it but the status was not updated that it got delivered to me i thought it will update in some hrs. But it can't so i contact customer care several times for it and also i want to return this. So the company delivery boy come to me and i return the product after so many calls. But now the battle is to get the refund for that also i contact customer care several times but they convince me to say that please wait for 24 hrs. Are you guys making fool o[censored]s this site is just a fake one. It doesn't have any issue to customers problems i just want to make money by making fool. Disgusting this is. For my own money for returning the product for company fault i have to pay i have to call 100s time. Why do u held your customer service even i[censored] can't solve any customer problem. I attach the qr code and the product image which was received and now returned by me.

                                I still don't get the refund though i returned the product 1 month ago. I had provided the current bank details or i also requested to do this as myntra account refund but nothing works. I call customer service every single day. But problem still remains as it is.

                                  I have ordered shoes from myntra on 21st july and i cant explain the condition of the product. I received it in pathetic condition sole is torn, torn leather and tag is also missing.

                                  When i tried to file return, myntra team is not taking the responsibility. They are surely not adhering to the process of quality checks.

                                  I need your support in returning the package ad expect a genuine compensation for mental harassment.

                                    They are not giving me my refund
                                    The payment is made from debit card
                                    After 12 days still my refund is not reflect in my account
                                    They are ging me refrence number but not the rtgs, utr, neft number by wich i can trust on them that they have refund my money
                                    Please take axtion against the company and help me to refund my money of rs 944 only
                                    The paymnt is debited on 5th of july and return was picked up on 15 july they give a time period of 10 days to refund mu money in my account. On 25 july the time period has been completed and still i have not received my refund.

                                      On jul 16th i ordered two skirts from myntra and the fit was too big, so i requested the two to be exchanged for a smaller size. They both came in one myntra package and as they were ordered together and requested to be exchanged together.. I put both of them in their original single packaging and requested for exchange on the same day!

                                      When the exchange package came on jul 19th i returned the single packet with both the skirts and informed the agent particularly regarding the same. I asked the agent to confirm if both exchange products are to be in one and they confirmed the same. When i got the exchange of smaller size i noticed that there was only one item in it. I called the customer care immediately regarding item number 2 and they told me it was my fault to return both of them at once. I understand i should have checked if both items were there but i believed their delivery agent.

                                      The customer care guy took my complaint. After 10 days they said they didn't find my item, blamed me for my carelessness and told me they will not refund the money.

                                      As i really needed that second skirt anyway i placed a separate order hoping they would refund my money anyway. I called the delivery agent on 20th jul to confirm if she safely sent both the items in the same package and she affirmed the same.

                                      But today after several follow ups, calls, emails they've declined my refund several times and i cannot believe they'd say i was to blame and that they cannot do anything further.

                                      I've been following them up for days and they take too long to resolve the smallest issue. I'm so disappointed as this is the second time they're putting me through the same drama. They have updated the skirt as "returned to origin" on the app and here they say didn't receive it. I don't understand what that means?

                                      I want my refund immediately and have decided to no longer be patient about this further. Please help me sort this matter at the earliest. I have done my best to keep calling them and trying to get this fixed.

                                        I cancelled one forever 21 jeans of inr 1399 from myntra and returned one jeans of inr 1679 for both of which i paid through debit card. Its more than 3 weeks and the money is not reflecting in my bank account. It says the refund has been processed but i haven't received any emails or bank notificatiom. My order numbers are[protected]-1924003 and[protected]-6874503.
                                        I have literally called the customer care more than trillon times. Kindly so something it's a good amount of money i can't afford to loose.
