My official phone number registered with myntra is [protected] ( mumbai)..i purchased a kurta from myntra on 8 th july 2019. It was delivered on 12 th july...due to size not appropriate, i put a return request on 14 th july 2019... The product was picked up by your delivery partner on 17 th of july 2019... Now the whole drama starts...your delivery partner ( manoj) couldnt see the price tag and bcos of his foolishness he had put it on hold...reason mentioned that price tag is not there...when i got the msg from myntra, i called him again and finally he could see the price tag and accepted the parcel.( Just after 10 min.. he came again n picked up the packet)... After 7 days, 7 times call to customer care and 2 written request..my status was not changed from hold to picked up...your delivery partner also tried to coordinate with myntra back end office..but even he couldnt change the status of my return request...finally after getting frustrated, your delivery partner returned the parcel to me on 24 july 2019.mentioning that his senior told him to do so...now again back to square one...the dress is still lying with me with original price tag and bar code...humble request to get it picked up again and initiate the refund process.
Hope my issue will b resolved soon this time...bcos no use to contact your telephonic executives who are assuring me that my issue will b resolved in 24-48 hrs...but it is as it is even after 7 days...
Just becos of carelessness of delivery partner, the customer has to suffer a lot.

    I have ordered a gift voucher on 23rd july 2019 of rs. 1400 and payment has been deducted from my card but order was not placed. Refund my money as i didn't received any confirmation from you on email. Request you to please activate option of call where we can contact directly with you so i can explain the issue on phone.

    Please look into this as soon as possible as i want my money back. Also in want to clarify that i want my refund directly in bank account not in myntra credit.

      I had placed an order for the above t-shirt on 22/06/2019. However i was provided the wrong size tshirt. Also, the item delivered was different from the image shown in the app, as well as the material.

      I had placed a complaint regarding this to myntra but i wasn't even provided with a reference no./ acknowledgement of my complaint being received.

      Now, after returning the item vide return request no. [protected], i received a confirmation message from myntra on 13/07/2019 stating that my return request was processed and my refund was intiated. The refund was supposed to be credited to my account by 23/07/2019.

      Since that did not happen, i called them to ask for the transaction reference no. But was told that they do not have any information regarding the ref. No.in their system.

      So, this means that either they have not made the payment for my refund or they are choosing to harass me on purpose because i complaint about receiving a fake product.

      Its been more than a month since i placed the order and this nightmare started. I request myntra to kindly stop this harrasment and refund my amount at the earliest.

        A product came in used condition with no tags. They are declining my claim stating that it has no tags. Its pathetic service. The reason i placed return is because its in used condition with no tags. How can i supply them the tags when it never came with any. I raised escalation and still, they didn't approve the claim.

          Hello sir,
          I had ordered five products out of which only 1 was delivered but even to recover the one i was asked to pay for the whole 5 products with a promise that my money will be refunded. It’s been 20 days and they haven’t refunded me my cash. Every time i call them they ask me for 24 hours for updating my bank details. I am really tired of running behind them. They have to refund me a total of 1266rs. My order number is[protected]-9389401.
          Specifically highlander white shirt costing 463rs and roadster denim shirts costing 803rs.
          Please help me out as these people ha e crossed their limits and i am not able to get my money back. Moreover, they show it as delivered.

            I had purchases a highlander shirt from myntra.com on 21 june 2019. Due to quality issues i returned the shirt after 5days of delivery as they have 30 days return policy. Since then i'm waiting for refund, i talked to them on phone but they aren't responding. They told me that they have already initiated refund and i need to call axis bank or to call their customer care. I did visit the bank and called axis bank toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated refund and they advised me to talk to myntra customer care and ask them to resolve the issue. I talked to myntra customer but they're not helping. They keep saying that we have initiated refund but i haven't received any refund

              I bought a pant from myntra and the size is too big for me... It was delivered to myntra logistic courier, chanmari aizawl, and i collect my items and opened it and realised that the item was too large on the same spot. I returned it to the agent at the same time and they told me that they would process the return and refund. I did not took the item home to my place.

              But i got a msg from the third day from my return request day that the item which i return cannot pass the quality check.

              I would be very glad i you can solve my problem

                I have ordered kurtis from myntra on 12/07/2019 and paid the amount of 2024 online. But then after i cancelled one of the kurti amount 624 on the same day.
                Myntra sended me email that amount has been initiated, but i didn't recieve it. When i called customer care they told me to wait till 22/07/2019 amount will be credited. But when i called the customer care on 22/07/2019 they told me to contact bank. Now i am unable to get my refund.

                  With ref to IN[protected], raised complaint twice for undelivered goods order no[protected]-4408703 dt[protected], but there is no responce from myntra service team, after too many complaints i didnt even got any reply from correspondence team.after too many complaints they cancelled my order after one and half months using my amount for one and half month without any compensation stating technical issue.its a type of harassment after ordering a goods, mobile no [protected] / [protected]

I had received a mail saying that the refund of amount 656 rupees will be processed within 7-10 business days, but it has been more than 20 days and i have not received my money back yet.                       This complaint is against myntra.
                      Very bad experience.
                      Day before yesterday, i had placed on order on myntra. Yesterday i got a message around 1 pm that your product has been delivered. I never received any call prior to delivery nor any mail, just a messafe product has been delivered.
                      When i reached my pg, i asked there, they haven’t got any parcel from myntra.
                      I have ordered earlier also and have always received them successfully after getting a call from the delivery boy, but this time no call and no product.
                      It is a prepaid order and i am not getting any proper response from myntra.

                      Please help me in getting my money back.

                        I had ordered and received Under Armour running shoes in the first week of july 2019. I have been following with myntra since to return these shoes as the app is showing that the product has returned to origin and i have no option to place a return request. I have send many email and called countless times to get this resolved and everytime i am told that within 24 hrs my query would be resolved. I am so sick and tired of calling their customer service which are completely helpless and unable to get a solution and the worst part is there is no escalation matrix for any issue in the company. i can best talk to the supervisor which i have been doing so for the last 4 to 5 times and they tell me the same thing that it will get resolved within 24 hrs and send me a pre typed response to my email. The supervisor are so rude as the last supervisor i called named Navpreet Kaur told me the exact same thing as the last supervisor and then when i wanted to escalate the matter and ask them for solution as their word and email has no commitement she hung up on me while i was speaking on the call saying that she wont be able to help me further. That is the most rude customer service i have ever experience and never expected myntra to be so bad. i would suggest consumer to be very careful before buying any product from their site and rather buy from brands site directly. Myntra is useless in support

                          I ordered one esbeda trolley bag on 24th june, 19. I didnt receive the product but myntra was saying that product is delivered. So i tried contacting myntra over a call and the assured me that this issue will get resolved till 16th july. On 18th july i received one mail that your product is delivered, but i didn't receive the product. Again same thing happened and on 15th july they called me n took delivery person on con call, at that time it was observed that the delivery boy is missing and he has not delivered the product. I have call recording as a proof.
                          N now i registered complaint over a call, their representative said that your issue will be resolved till 22nd july. But nothing has happened. Still i have neither received the product nor my money.. This is the worst service.

                            I placed an order on Myntra app on 8th July 2019.
                            Order number :[protected]-2036101

                            A delivery agent from Ecom express delivered the item on 11th July 2019. I paid Cash on Delivery amount Rs.1952.
                            That same day I received a message that delivery was unsuccessful. Even though the item was delivered successfully.

                            I wanted to return this item as the size was not right. But Myntra was not allowing me to generate a return as item was still showing as undelivered.

                            I called their customer service many times. They said I need to scan a barcode on a transparent bag to mark the item as delivered. I told them there was no such barcode starting with 100 or any other number that I can scan on the bag.

                            I call them every day. But they don’t respond to my query and not offering me a refund.

                            Please help me get my hard earned money back.

                            I will never shop on Myntra again.

                              On July 20th, 2019 I ordered Samsung Level U Wireless Bluetooth Headphones from Myntra worth INR 2, 999. Delivered to +91 [protected]
                              The order was delivered on 23rd, July 2019 with some local wrong pair of headphones. At the time of purchase the product was mentioned "non-refundable".
                              They are selling products on False Context and delivering improper products. They do not have a proper complaint escalation method in place. No email address where a customer can post a complaint.
                              I would request a full refund of the product purchased.

                                Bought two products 1. Jeans 2. Sandals which got delivered today 23july2019and received by my husband since i was out.
                                And without opening the product (Since i was not at home) i collected the insider points for the same. But when i reached home and opened the packages 1. Jeans was too large for me 2. Sandals i was not comfortable at hence, when i tried to return it the return/exchange options were disabled for the same. And when i tried to call their pathetic customer “support” and spoke to their pathetic and very unprofessional “customer support supervisor” called “sakshi” (Last name not know as she said she will not tell her last name) very rude who doesn’t know how to handle or talk to a customer, she is definitely in a wrong career path, denial of listening to any of my concerns and hung up on me “ seriously “.
                                And prior to that kept saying “ that’s the policy, we cannot do anything else “. My question is why do you have a customer support team when you can’t resolve a simple problem. Myntra if you are reading this please do something, your customer support sucks.
                                I am a loyal customer of myntra for such a long time and still had to face these things.
                                Please help me here it’s not 100-500/- bucks it’s 3kwhich is my hard earned money.
                                Please help me here.

                                  My order no. Was 111297106696150439503. I had placed this order on 21st june 2019. The product did not reached me till 18th july, so i called on customer centre and complaint but still my problem was not resolved. So at last i had to cancelled the order. Even after cancellation did not received full money.
                                  Very bad service by mytra. Expected the problem should have solved after registration of complaint.

                                    Fake orders being placed from my account from my myntra credits. The address and phone number is of some other person. I did not get any update of the order on my phone number.

                                    My credential of the account has also changed.

                                    The privacy is being breached and it is a clear case of data theft from myntra datacentres. My address, email id, phone number, past order details and other sensitive data is now in the hands of a fraudster, all thanks to myntra.

                                    I have full faith on consumer forum and hope they take corrective measures to stop such incidents happening to innocent people

                                      I am a regular customer of myntra and everytime i am satisfied with your service but this time i ordered many beauty products which came one by one as i chose cash on delivery for my products all the products were good but the one which was wet and wild highlighter was not there and wet and wild blush was there instead of the highlighter and it was in a very bad condition i paid 607 rs for the package which was the price of wet and wild highlighter please do something about this as soon as possible

                                        I ordered wet and wild highlighter with many other products which came one by one as i ordered them to pay cash on delivery with order number:[protected]-4164101 i am a regular customer of myntra and everytime i am satisfied with their survice but this time i got a wet and wild blusher instead of highlighter i paid 607rs for this and i got a completely different product with very bad condition i hope u do something about this as soon as possible
