Dear team,

My name is aseem kalra and my register no. Is [protected]. My order number is 111300660819776386303 in which there are 3 items.in those 3 items i have cancelled 1 item on 21 jun 2019 and the refund should be reflected in my account by 01 july 2019 which didn't reflect. I called customer care, agent register my complaint and told me that reference no. Id not generated that's why my refund is not generated. After that i have got reference no. On 03 july 2019 which is [protected] and the message was
"we would like to inform you that your refund has been successfully processed into the source account. I request you to get in touch with your bank support team with the following reference number/s and request them to validate the refund transaction/s. The contact details of the bank support team will be printed on the flip side of the debit/credit card issued."

Still i didn't get my refund back and bank customer support is saying that this is a false reference no. And contact myntra for refund.

Please take immediate action in this refund and reflect my refund amount in my account as soon as possible.

I had purchased a shirt and trouser from myntra, hrx trouser and harvard shirt. The size was not a fit and the colour is different, so i decided to return the product. They picked up the item but i still didn't get the refund. Also got a msg from myntra saying the refund has been initiated, but even after 7 days, no further update. I tried calling their customer care but the call would not connect. Order no and return number included photo given below. Please take an action. I am student.

I received a discount coupon worth rs 400 from myntra. Coupon said you have been away from myntra and thats why we give you rs400. I did my purschase and applied the coupon that very day and it said it is expired.
I am trying to contact them but there is no way you can do that. There phone number on the website is always switched off. There is an option where they call you back, but they call you once in 10 times. They say we are resolving your issue and will call you back. But they never call.

I placed return order of crocs kids shoes due to size problem.
Myntra approve the return order request and sent ecom express to pick it up.
They have been delivered already. And the ecom airway bill no.[protected].
However, myntra declined my return request for no reason.

I lost my shoes and money.
Hope myntra can solve the problem.

I have purchased almost 5 to 6 product from myntra. And thought to buy more. For 2 products I don't like the material so I thought to return that 2 product. I spoke to customer care, that person told me u can't do return because you used insider points. I am not aware about that point. I said u take my all points but provide me return. they won't allow.

I m a regular customer of myantra. I kept 20000
Thousand rs in myantra acc. And now they block me and not giving proper reply i want my money back. They r avoiding me to return my money plz help i lost my lot of time to call them regularly and i'm very upsad that they kept so much my money. It means if any customer leave a big amount in myantra they block them

I have not received these products yet. How come the status is delivered? I was pulled into a important meeting at work and I could not attend the Myntra agent's call. Now I am seeing that these products are delivered. Thats impossible.

For total:3, 019.00 on myntra website for 5 products. Out of 5 products i have received 4 products.
However i have not received libas women green printed straight kurta for rs 713/-, it says it delivered on 2nd july 2019, where in its not delivered.
I have called myntra contact center, n informed them about this they straight away refused to help saying that they cant help me. As the time limit is 5 days, (There is no policy which says that i have to inform within 5 days). I told them that, i was out of city so i could not inform them. I have requested them to help me. I spoke to escalation supervisor mr. Manish he gave me delivery person number to me mr. Murugan. I have called mr murugan who delivered my orders, he informed me that he delivered me total 3 packages, (1 package containing 2 products of (Sassafras)

I need my money back or myntra need to deliver my product for which i paid.

Please help me in this issue
Its a humble request.

On the 23th of june, i placed an order for a 'hrx by hrithik roshan' and ' (Seashell) brown & orange wooden chopping board' on www.myntra.com, the order number was 111316451516796647701. I paid using my credit card online.

After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by the 2th of july. I didn't receive any updates after that.

On the 1st of july at 7:53pm in the i received a message on my phone saying that both product was delivered. I had chosen my resident address as the delivery address. I didn't receive a call the whole day from myntra asking me to pick up the product.

I then called up myntra customer care at the number listed in their website to find out where the product was, the person who answered the call had the same information that i was able to see on their website, that it was delivered to me the previous evening.

I questioned their information and asked to find out the details of the delivery, the person on the phone raised a complaint against their logistics team and gave me a complaint number. I was asked to wait for 5 working days (I spoke to them on saturday).

On tuesday, i called the customer care again and asked the details of the complaint i had raised. And i got a proof of delivery which didn't match with mine. And filed a complain against wrong pod (Proof of delivery) and they took the complaint and asked me to wait 4 more days.

I waited for 4 days and i received mail from myntra which sharing another pod (Proof of delivery) which also didn't match with mine. When i contacted again, they said they had some system issue and asked me to call 4 hours later.

I ordered some product however received one item less within it... And was informed that will be resolved by 8th july 2019 when i first called back on 5th july.
However there was no email or any point of confirmation.
I called back on 9th july and they now say we have system issue call back after 4 hours.
This is not the first time, i've gone through this. Last time too there was issue with the quality of the cloth and they said that they will not take the return

I had placed an order for ovs denim jacket but instead what i received was myntra sent me a cheap lee cooper shirt. This is the reason foe return and refund.

I have paid my amount and i have got a shirt for which i have kept all video and pictures from opening and finding the wrong product

But today the agent came and did not pick up the wrong product saying they have not received any confirmation from myntra and product not matching to ovs denim jacket.

Now if myntra has sent wrong product that is instead of ovs denim jacket they have sent leecooper shirt, how will it match? This is the reason for return
Myntra is sending a totally different product and now when return and refund request is raised, they are saying product does not match, whereas, it is myntra who has sent an entirely wrong product. This has been happening before with many of our colleagues.

We believe that myntra is sending wrong cheaper products of totally different company then when return request is made, they simply refuse by saying product not matching. How the product shall match if at first place myntra is sending the wrong product? Thus the consumers are getting cheated by myntra.

Shall file suitable complaint if there is no updates from their side.

I have booked one order through myntra on 20th june 2019, but till now i have received only one item in that item and also i spoke with myntra executive and they said we raised complaint and u will get update within 72 hours, but till now there is no update.

Just now i spoke with their executive and she said we have some technical issue u can call after sometime.

There is no proper response from myntra.

I have ordered jack & jones men black & white slim fit checked casual shirt size: 38 | qty: 1 order no:[protected]-5905401on 24th june 2019 from myntra.com. But i have received wrong product that means i got black t-shirt instead of shirt (Jack & jones men shirt).
From last week i am trying to connect with myntra customer care but again and again customer care associate is saying "we have technical problems and please contact to us after 4 hours". I wondered instead of any help they are saying only one sentence "please try to contact after 4 hours".

I raised return request, but delivery person is saying "take approval for this item from customer care". But again and again i am unable to take approval for return this wrong product.

This is very blunder of deliver the wrong product.
I think, myntra is cheating and looting to customer.

On 27 the june i placed order for 4 items by full payment online. On 2nd july 1 item delivered. But problem started as i checked myntra app. It showed 2 items delivered though i did not receive any call or message for undellivered item. I contacted customer care they took the complain. But no progress till now regarding my complain. Everytime they are just extending the dates. Till now among 4 items 3 items delivered properly. But 1 item...

I had placed a return request for my order no.[protected]-0942301.
No delivery executive came to pick up my order. I had registered a complaint to their customer service but no luck.
I've been trying to connect to their customer support but still couldn't get through.
Such a pathetic experience.
Please do something as soon as possible. Really bad service from myntra.

I have ordered a roadster jacket on 21st june, due date of delivery was before 3july yet its 9th july and there is no update from them... I have called customer care 4-5times.. All they do is ask to wait for 3 days or 24 hours.. And still don't get an update from them... They say when the order is marked as status-"shipped", no one has the option to cancel the order. I have made the payment on 21st june itself... They need to work on their refund, cancellation policies. They say unless the delivery boy comes home with the product, i can't cancel or reject the order... But they are not working on the delivery

For the last 14 days, i tried multiple times to connect with myntra.com executive to address the cashback issue. But the team has no clue about their company promise. They don't even bother to resolve customer issues. As myntra.com promised cashback offer in payzapp (10%) during end of reason sale. I ordered the us polo shirt pant and it's cost me 2344/-. Now they are denying to reimburse the cashback amount.

Always giving excuses their team abusing on call too. Which was literally bad for a company like myntra.com.

I just got a call from some spam number and the person told me that i have won a lucky draw worth rs 12 lakhs for my last purchase on myntra. He also provided me with my purchase details and amount etc. This is a fake call and i would highly suggest everyone to be aware. They ask for bank details like account number and ifsc code and your aadhar number which btw are very private details and must not be shared with anyone unless you trust the person 100%. I told him to keep my cash prize as im already very rich and hung up the call 😂

I ordered a product of order no (1113782, 2273365, 3970401) on 30 june 2019. I personally made the call todelivery boy and asked him about the status of my order he replied me by saying your order has been came and i will deliver you on saturday ie, 6/7/19. But he didn’t deliver. Again i called on saturday evening to delivery boy and he told it will be delivered on sunday. Now today is tuesday and this morning i called him he replied me o don’t know about your order and start misbehaving with me and give me onother no to talk. I just want to ask this type of courier services you are providing to us. We are your customers. So i thing delivery boy should apologise for this. Else we never use myntra for shoping.
