I placed an order on 23rd June, 2019 for 4 products on Myntra. Out of that 3 items were delivered on 28th and 29th June but status has updated for all 4 items as delivered then I filed a complain on 29th June vide complain Reference Number-IN[protected] for wrong status. They asked me to wait for 3rd July for resolution but till date no resolution have been provided. I have been calling and sending mail everyday and they replied to wait for 24 hours for resolution. I have asked them to give the invoice and delivery proof but no response received so far. One day I asked them to transfer the call to their seniors then They have transferred it to Manish Gulathi and he assured me for resolution within 24 hours but no resolution so far.

I'm very surprised with their response and way of resolving the issue. Almost 24 days have gone instead of 24 hours as they asked for waiting.

Please help me to get the refund.

I ordered a suit on 18 may which i rerurned within 2 days because of pathetic quality
But it being about 2 months i have not got the refund yet they are saying that refund has been inititated from their side and not even providing me the reference id

    Hi i placed an order for a shoe. It came in a cardboard box. It was not nike authentic box. I placed a return and i was at office during the return. He rejected the return saying tags missing. I had got the product in same way only then i placed the return.
    Kindly investigate on this issue. Myntra people are saying that it cannot be done since already it is closed. I am. Not ready to take the blame for myself and will. Not bear the cost.

      When i asked the delivery agent for the package details he answered very rudely then i refused to accept the package because details for the number of items on the package was not mentioned also he asked for 1771 rs for two packages but he only had 1 package but demanding for two packages when i asked him for the details he answered very rudely he said if you want details go to market and purchase from there but now i want my two products within 24 hr because i have to attend a marriage

        I ordered shoes (HRX brand) on myntra on 28 april 2019. I returned it after 15 days back stating there's an issue with the product but it's completely unused.
        They got back to me a week later stating that the quality check of the product is failed and they won't be able to refund but they'll reship back the same product to me. They confused my product with someone else's i guess. From then i kept on calling them telling i didn't receive the product. I called the customer care numerous number of times and everytime i call they tell me the same thing. we've raised the complaint and just wait for 3 days and you'll get an update surely but no email no call will i be receiving. I called recently on[protected] and he told the same thing but i didn't receive any news or update. This issue has been going on for the past 2 months. Help me resolve the issue.

          I Have ordered "Woodland ProPlanet Men Brown Solid Nubuck Leather Mid-Top Derbys" for 2, 373.00 rs on 24th June 2019. I have paid using my Debit card online. My Order Number is "[protected]-4249401"

          On july 8th 2019 i received a mail like Our Style Delivery Agent ([protected]) is on the way for delivery of the product but on that day i didn't received my product but got a mail like ""Your Myntra Ordered item delivered".

          So i have registered a complaint regarding this "IN[protected] Reference Number" . But the response i got back two days is shocking . They also informed me like "As per the confirmation received, the order has been delivered." But from my side we didn't received any product.

          It is nearly one month of struggling to get back my money but their response is not good.Please help me regarding this to get back my money back.

          Me and My friends called Myntra and escalated this issue many times and at-last my money got refunded today. I am not sure what this portal did about my complaint. Anyways thanks.

            I have ordered a kurta through myntra (Sangria red printed straight kuta) on 24th june. Order no:[protected]-5934401. The price of the kurta was rs. 713/-. But cancelled the order on 27th june. Usually i used to get the refund with in 7 days maximum. But havent received the refund yet. I called the customer service two three times. But no reply regarding this. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                I purchased above product from myntra on 21st june 2019 which was though delivered to me on time but was without price tag.
                I wanted to return the product due to sizing issue, but depsite taking up with the customer care on the missing price tag issue, my return request was not accepted by myntra.

                The bar code of prod is[protected] and the return request number is [protected]. Also the incident number is in[protected]

                This is pure harassment of customer. Very dissatisfied with the repsonse of myntra and query resolution team.

                  I bought a dress from them which was delivered on 16th july. I was out of station and checked the product on 20th july. The belt was missing and i initiated a return and they say they cant take it as return in this case is only applicable for 48hrs. On the product page it is mentioned return/exchange applicable for 30 days. I read their faqs for return and exchange policy and nothing is mentioned like that. I have the screenshots with me.

                    On the 28th of june, i placed an order of 2 maxi dresses from myntra app and i paid using my debit card online.

                    After the payment was successful, i was informed that the black maxi dress would be delivered by the 1st of july. I didn't receive any call from the delivery man to pickup the package and at the end of the day i received a message that my package has been delivered.

                    I had chosen my office address as the delivery address. I also inquired in my office about the package but there was nothing.

                    I then called up myntra customer care at the number listed in their website to find out where the product was, the person who answered the call had the same information that i was able to see on their website, that it was delivered to me that night.

                    Then i called then multiple times still there was no resolution provided they just asked me to hold up and wait for another 48 hours. I waited for 15 days still there was no communication from their side.

                    After that i received 1-2 confirmation calls for the same issue and i was shocked when one of the executive was acting like i've received the package and creating a complaint for no reason. I had to argue back with him.

                    Then i received a call from myntra, that person took the delivery man on conference call and we both confirmed from him that to whom has he delivered the package to someone else and he also didn't took the signature of the receiver. So the executive asked me to wait for 2 business days and i'll receive my charges for the same.

                    But i was shocked, i didn't receive any payment even after 5 days. So i again contacted the customer care and that person said that the issue is closed from their end as the package has been deliver from their end and its non of their concern that the package is delivered correctly or not.
                    I also talked with their higher executive but she was also telling me the same thing and was just trying to ignore the real issue from their end. When i asked her name, she was not even ready to tell me her name and when i asked her like 5 times then at last she replied and that too was a fake name.

                    Then i received a mail from myntra and this is what the content of the mail is:


                    Dear arushi,

                    This email is regarding delivery confirmation of your order number [protected].

                    I understand you are worried since the order status is updated as delivered but as per your claim the package is not yet delivered to you.

                    However, as per the confirmation post validation the order has been delivered to you from our end.�

                    If you need further assistance or have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

                    We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard and we value your association with myntra.

                    Now i have lost the money and i haven't received the product too. Please help in resolving this issue. I will provide any more information needed for the same.

                    Products were purchased in December and returned in December...but still refund is not initiated by them..I have called them more than 80 times.how can I get pending amount?

                      I have ordered a product on 30 june.. But till now i not got my product.. I have raising complaints daily since one month.. But people are not responding properly.. I have spoke to all case managers n escalation manager as well.. They are also simply giving reasons and asking me to wait for one or two days to get the update.. I'm net getting any updates.. Please look into the issue on priority..

                        I ordered a jeans from myntra on june 23, the order was failed due to some error occurred in the site. I used to order this using my debit card, the amount of ₹714 was debited from my bank account more than one time, my total loss is ₹1, 428. Even the order was failure the money got debited. And i didn't get my refund yet. I tried to contact myntra many times, on the first call one of their call representative told me that they refunded the money to my account and the problem maybe with the bank account, i went to the bank and enquire about the money, they gave me the proof of the money which debited to myntra. When i contacted myntra for second time, their another call representative told me that they didn't get my money as well, i have been trying to get my money back since last three weeks. It's so sad that they treat it this way.

                        I didn't get a refund of given products yet, its been months since i"m waiting for it i contacted customer care even they are not helping me .
                        they just send some reference ids and those are useless for me .
                        I have send my 6 month account statement in PDF form also but all they do is send me the reference ids of refunds again and again.

                        these are the products i want i refund back on:
                        KASSUALLY
                        Women Burgundy Regular Fit Embellished Regular Trousers
                        Refund processed on 14th july of ₹503.00 which i didnot received yet .
                        and
                        KASSUALLY
                        Women Grey Peg Leg Regular Fit Solid Cropped Peg Trousers, Refund processed on 14th july of ₹503.00 which i didnot received too.
                        and Rue Collection Women White & Black Checked Top Refund processed on 14th july of ₹389.00 That too not arrived yet.
                        and Allen Solly Women Camel Brown Solid Pumps, Refund processed on 20th jun of ₹1, 264.00 .

                          I have requested to return my order no:[protected]-5319703 tokyo talkies women blue slim fit mid-rise mildly distressed jeans (Return no. : [protected]) on 19 jul 2019. It was supposed to get picked up by 20 jul but i received a message saying that the return got cancelled because i rescheduled it even though i didn't. Please pick it up asap because the size doesn't fit me (Too large) and please make the refund to my bank account.

                            When after two days a courier boy came for pickup he refused the package saying that the serial number is not matching. All the stickers and tags are intact.
                            I called service centre and explained everything. He assured me that the courier boy will come and pick up the product. And then after an hour my return request was declined.
                            I had to place another request for the same thing. I have talked to customer service many times.. They are just assuring.. Doing nothing.
                            The courier boy came the second time today and again refused the product. Today also i called the service centre.. They said that they have registered the complaint that the product is defective and will tell after 48hrs whether my request will be approved or not... So much hassle. She did not even tell that the product will be returned... Such a bad service they are giving.. Please help me get out of this and get my product returned.in the name of e-commerce they are selling bad product, giving bad service and cheating the customers.

When i tried to return the invoice bill was not there which icluded the serial number of the product which is needed for return .But that was not given by myntra there was not any papers ith packet then how will i return

                              I ordered a splash boxy top but i got a trouser before 14days ago. I complained on myntra but they are making fool use whenever i talk them they just give me time 24 hours 48hrs 72 hrs before 14days. Still they did not resolve my problem what am i doing now. They are continuously troubling me and still they did not resolve my problem i called them 20to 22times

                                I oredered a product and it was very bad quality. I asked for refund it has been 20 days now. I haven't received the amount yet. I am calling the customer care of mynta and they are asking me to call sbi. They haven't even provided me the transaction id of the refund. I paid total 1399 rupress and i didn't got a single penny back. They are just not interested in giving the money back.

                                  I have ordered Allen Solly shoes in the month of May, 2019 and it was delivered to me due to size issue I can kept replacement order on June 4th, 2019 Order No:[protected]-6313503. Till now replacement has not done yet in myntra tracking it was showing like On June 5th, 2019 it was shipped to delivery center Courier Name: Myntra Logistics, Tracking Number: ML[protected]. I have been calling customer care since 1 month many times but these guys say wait for 72 hrs or 48 hrs or 24 hrs we registered your complaint on high priority will sort it out, every time I call them they say these things, how many days 72 hrs or 48 hrs or 24 hrs I have to wait. I have messed up calling you guys and listening same things every time.

                                    Hi. My name is shamlyn fernandes. I had ordered a bracelet from myntra - brand pipa bella on the 24th of june. It was marked as delivered on the 6th of july. I was away and i did not receive a text message about the delivery agent being out for delivery nor that the product was delivered. Hence i was unaware of the delivery. The delivery agent has marked my product as delivered and i received an email stating that the product is out for delivery...

                                    I ordered a pair of shoes from myntra and paid online using my credit card,
                                    Yesterday on 18th july 2019 i received a message that the order has been delivered but i didn't receive anything.
                                    I contacted their customer service today, they said the product has been successfully delivered and i have signed it but in real i have not received it and they sent me an email as a proof of delivery and some signature which is not mine. What should i do now.

                                      I have ordered my products through online payment and waited for the day of delivery which was july 15 but on july 13 i got an notification saying my order was unable to deliver and will be delivered again in short period but on july 15 i didn't got any call or notification of my order when i go through my status it was shown to be delivered when i called to customer care they send me a pod (Proof of delivery) which doesn't match any of our neighbors when i informed this through mail they dint respond until i called them again and when i repeatedly called and mailed back they gave me a mail of staff account by email (V08352) jul 19, 2019 7:19:10 pm
