Hello team,

This is regarding my refund for the order number 1112401-[protected] of Inddus kurti worth Rs. 731/-.
As i received a used product against which i have registered complaint on myntra and the product has been picked up on[protected]. And i was told that i will be receiving a mail for confirming my account details for refund after quality check up. But even after quality checkup i didn't received any mail regarding my refund.

So, as 15 days passed post product pick up and i haven't received my refund. Kindly do the needful.

I have ordered dove moisturiser. It was so showing that product was delivered on4th july, 2019. But i didn't receive that product so far. Kindly let me know the status as soon as possible. I have searched on the day the product was delivered. But there is no moisturiser in it. First time facing this kind of issue from mantra.

    We had ordered for a kurti along with a potli bag, which was supposed to be delivered together. But for the last two times only the kurti is delivered but not the bag. On the second time, on 15 july 2019 we had lodged a complaint on the myntra helpline, to which they answered that they have accepted their fault and a solution would be given in 2/3 days. Now when we are calling to ask for the solution, they reply that no complaint was by us, that is they don't have any call records of our complaint. And now they don't even accept the complaint because it's past 48 hours.
    So please suggest, what should i do for my missing product???

      I ordered a pair of red-tape chinos worth rs717 from myntra on 24 june, order id:[protected]-5901203. The product was delivered on 28 june.
      Due to size issues i wanted to exchange it with a smaller size. But due to the unavailability of smaller size i placed a return request on 30june, return no:[protected].
      Due to the unavailability of pickup service for my product i had to self-ship it. I shipped it through dtdc courier paying rs170 on 1 july.
      On 2 july i get the update that my product has reached the myntra return centre ie
      Vector e commerce pvt ltd
      (A/c: mirza international limited)
      Dev niwas, k-2 block
      Khasra no-819,
      Behind maruti service centre,
      Mahipalpur, new delhi - 110037
      And my returnhad been put on hold for quality check process.
      Later in the day i received an update on my email that my return request has been declined as my product didn't pass in the quality check process (Which wasn't possible as i shipped the product in perfect state with all the tags and original packaging in its place, they intentionally did this and i think they are trying to rob me). I talked to customer care that day and the they informed me that my product we be reshipped back to me and told me to wait for it and also assured me that i will get refund on the shipping charges as part of their return policy.
      On 11 july i contacted the customer care again to get info of the product as i didn't received it yet and nor any update about the delivery.
      They informed me that my product hasn't been shipped yet and noted a complaint against the issue and told me to wait for 3 days and informed me that i will get an update on the issue.
      Again on 15 july around 11:30pm, i contacted the customer care and told me to wait for 24 hours and gave me the complaint reference number - in[protected].
      Yesterday (16july) again around 11:30pm i contacted the customer care but they don't have any info on the status of my complaint and asked me to wait 3 days more.
      I have waited long enough and they are just wasting my time and not solving the problem.
      Please solve the issue and help me get my product back or refund on it and also the refund on the shipping charges.

        I have returned my order to delivery boy "sonu kumar" and he had received the same on 13th july but still i am getting sms that my pickup is still pending and everyday i am getting message of pickup person on my register no.[protected]...

        Even i have complained about this on 14th july to "karanjeet kaur" via myntra helpline no. She generated some complain id regarding this but still i am not getting any updates of my refund from myntra.

          I had ordered some cloth on 24th june 2019, order no: 111323669083250836503 and i returned some items from my order because its was not upto my expectation i have not yet got my refund of that order. I contacted to customer services. And they provided the reference number which is denied by the bank. Both are blaming each other without solving my dispute. I want my money back so kindly command them to refund my money soon.

            I had placed order of blink go fitness band on june 28, 2019 for my father birthday gift. I received the parcel however didn't open it untill today when i learnt that there was no band inside the parcel.

            However i have made the payment of 2k to the delivery person as the order was cash on delivery.

            I have the receipt and the courier bag but no band.

            It is requested to deliver my fitness band or refund my amount of payment i have done.

            This is an harassment and cheating by myntra by not delivering the product but extracting money from the customers in name of sales.

            I want the product refund of the entire amount. Attached are the pic of courier received and the bill.

              I order shoes on 4th july and delivery status will be shown before 15th july but till now product will not deliver also not update where it reach. I call customer care but they will not help also. And i tell him to cancel that product but they will say delivery charges will not be refunded. Why people suffer if they will not delivered on time that's company fault not people's.
              I will not satisfy from this type of service.

                My name is Vinod, i have placed an order of wings earphones from myntra on 21st june, expected delivery for my product was on 29th june, but till now i dint receive my product. I have been continuously call myntra champions for status of my order, every day i call them and am getting only one reply that is to wait for 24hrs. I has speaking to different people each time i call. For 3 times i was talking to their supervisors who are Sachin, Ram and Gaurav, they were giving me assurance that with in 24hrs there will be an update, but till now no update was given to me and my product is not delivered yet. They just used to drop me a mail stating apologize. But when today i called gaurav he inspite of giving me solution he has cut the call directly. If i tell him any sort of solution he has only one answer which is " sorry mam i cant do that"

                I request you to please look into this matter and hope product would reach me without any more delay.

                  I have been making purchases from myntra from so many years. During the eors sale i made my biggest purchase amounting to rs 1 lakh. And when i tried to return my products back which didn't fit me or meet the quality they blocked my account and on emailing them and calling them multiple times i get a reply that it cannot be undone and they won't take my returns any further because i have breached their online policies. I have always been their prepaid customer and i would like to know which online policy have i breached. Making a purchase of such large amount is a breach of policy.. I m seriously very pissed off and will take this to media and court if you don't take my return back and return me my money in my account.

                    My experience with Myntra is pathetic w.r.t returns. They give the deliver time as 9 am to 9 pm and they dont deliver at these times inspite of placing requests.
                    I've requested their customer care they said they cant deliver in between 9 am to 9.30 am or after 8.00 pm. So they claim wrong and still my product is not returned.

                      I want to return this produc because it didn't fit me.but i can not do it as its showing there myntra insider point earned.but the thing is that i dint completed all the steps to earn that point i just clicked to check what it is ..but at that time no points were earned..i dont need that points..and forcefully adding the points so that the customer can't return the item is not acceptable.please help me in this matter.And one more thing i dint get a text message of delivery of the product to the hostel.

                          My son had purchased a blavk colored w kurti for me. On receiving this gift, i removed the tags to try the fit. Just as i put yhe kurti in my neck the whole stitching came off. And i realised that it does not even have any margin for repair job. The fabric is of extremely poor quality and is definitely not original w kurti.
                          I made the request on 10th july and i was told that my complaint has been registerd and i will hear from them in 3days. Next day when i wanted to check the status i got the recorded message that they will pick it up by 15 th july and i kept on getting the same message until today when they told me that my return request has been declined.
                          Why should i suffer when they have no quality controls in place. They sell duplicate dtuff in sale. On yop of thst yheir supervisors pretend to be busy all the time and dont attend customer complaint to resolve an issue.

                          Hi my name is Manpreet kaur i ordered product from myntra on 25 jun and the delivery date was on 03 july and i put complaint on 04 july and they said within 72 hours you get the conformation agin i put complain on 07 july and 09 july i didnt get any confirmation massage or product . I dont have enough time to call them again and again

                              I had ordered a W kurta worth 1700/- on 3rd July 2019.

                              Order No:[protected]-6148703.

                              The kurta was delivered to me on 7th July 2019. Upon opening the packet I saw a different cheap looking kurta has been delivered and i immediately place an exchange option for the same.

                              On the 8th of July 2019, the delivery guy refused to accept my exchange stating that the kurta is not the same the as picture. I informed him that I had asked for a exchange as a wrong kurta was delivered to me. He asked me to speak to the customer service agent and left without the exchange.

                              I immediately called customer service agent and was spoken very rudely by the agent and he refused to give me any solution but asked me to wait for 72 hours.

                              Meanwhile, on 9th, 10th & 11th the kurta was out fr delivery and was not exchanged by the same delivery guy stating the very same reason, product image does not match.

                              I finally asked him to cancel the exchange and initiated a return on 12th July 2019. This was as advised by Myntra customer service agent and the agent who was the 5th person I was speaking to in 5 days told me to email the product images to them.

                              Now on 13th July 2019 the very same delivery guy refused my return stating that the product does not match. I told him that is the very reason I am telling Myntra from day 1 that they have delivered me a wrong product hence i need to either exchange or return it and get my refund.

                              i have spoken to everyone possible, emailed them but no one is ready to help me.

                              They keep asking me to wait for 24hours and unfortunately its more than a week now and no one is giving me any solution.

                              I want my money back. Myntra you guys are a cheat and a bunch o[censored]nprofessional untrained people wasting precious time energy and resources.

                              16th July: I called the customer care and they once again refused to help me with the return stating the matter is escalated and I will need to wait for 24hours for my resolution. The supervisor Somani again retaliated that the return pick up is being disputed and he cannot do anything from his end.

                              I just spoke to Somil the escalation supervisor, and unfortunately he spoke the same thing what he said 3 days, i can't do much please wait for 24 hour.

                              Looks like Myntra besides being a thief and stealing people hard earned money is also a big liar on providing customer service resolution within 24 hours.

                              I have waited for 12 days for my refund and no sight of any relief.
                              My 1700/- is lost

                                My order number was[protected]-5925703 which was placed on 1st of july 2019 and it got delivered on 6th of july 2019. My order contains 2 items one was jack & jones men yellow solid jacket and other was united colors of benetton men multicoloured striped round neck t-shirt so inspite of this second product i received something else so i placed a return request but when the return pickup boy came to my address to pick this wrong item which was delivered to me then he denied as he said that the product in description and the product which i have doesn't seems to be same then i replied that this is why i am returning this product and when i was placing this return request i mentioned the same reason for return. Then on same day i. E 9th july 2019 i raised a complain on myntra customer care and the asked me to revert back with a solution within 72 hours. Now its been 5 days already but they are increasing there deadline by every 24 to 48 hours. This is really pathetic. Kindly initiate a refund as i dont want to buy any item from myntra in future. They are cheater and biggest liars. People sitting at customer support they even dont know anything i guess they are not even educated enough.

                                  I was wrongly delivered a product and charged Rs.597. When I contacted the support, they said the would get back to me in 3 days. It's been a month, I tried to reach out to them through multiple calls, via twitter and lots more. Didn't get a solution nor a proper response. I am so disappointed with the customer service. I was being very polite which was taken advantage of. Hope I get a proper response at least here.

                                    Regarding exchange order no[protected]-2427601

                                    I ordered 8 pieces during this myntra sale and returned 3 of them. They were unfit.
                                    One product was defected with the order number[protected]-2427601. As the price of this product shoot up very much and it was to me but defected i placed a exchange request and mentioned all the defects in the remarks section.

                                    First time when the delivery boy came to deliver exchange order he asked me to take a approval from company. I called myntra and took the approval.

                                    Now i will tell you what your company is doing and how it is harrasing the customer.
                                    I placed the same exchange request thrice. Everytime the delivery boy tells me that they have not recieved the approval and the customer care tells me that they have sent me the approval. I have repeatedly requested, yelled at the customer care executive to approve the order. But a in vain. I repeatedly tell them that you are again making fake promises and you wont send approval again at the delivery centre as it has happened thrice but they again assure me to exchange it this time.

                                    I have talked to your supervisors twice, thrice but they also dont di anything. I dont know why they are supervisors, they are worse than employees even.

                                    At last i was left with only one option. I went to delivery centre of patiala to check manually that they might be fooling me as customer care is repeatedly telling me they have approved it.
                                    But there i got to know that customer care makes customer fool by giving different execuse each time. Each time i called every supervisor gave a different reason to hide the company.
                                    At last i called the customer care again while i was at the delivery centre itself. It took me half hour to find delivery centre as they have recently changed their location.
                                    I showed my disapointment to customer care like anything. I told them that i am very angry now with there service and i wont spend single more minute of my life on this product now. At last your supervisor told me he has put a return request now and had manually approved it and will not require any approval again.
                                    But you know what today delivery boy called me and told that i again require a approval.

                                    Now its done sir. You have harrased me as much as you can.

                                    I am myntra select customer and you tell to give priority customer service. This is the service you give us.
                                    Solve it with compensation or i have to move to higher authorities.

                                    Send this to head supervisor or the max authority you can. I wont deal with any junior executive as they just give fake promises.
                                    The head of patiala delivery centre is dinesh malhotra. He is just harrasing customers more by doing such things and not listening to customers at all.

                                    Its been a week since i have put up the complaint but myntra is so irresponsible for their customers that they have still not contacted me for any details. Shame on myntra service.

                                      I had purchased an mast & harbour t shirt from myntra on 23rd jun, 2019. The order number is[protected]-1459803. The product was not shipped for a long time and i called myntra multiple times to check the status. They told it's in process and will be delivered. Finally they raised a complaint (In[protected]) on 5th jul, 2019 and told it will be serviced within 72 hours. I waited again for 3 days and called them as it was not processed. They kept on lying and told multiple reasons for delay and only asked me to wait. Finally, on 12th jul, 2019 they cancelled the order from their side and initiated my refund. However, they have done a fraud as they simply deducted my money and kept it with them without any service or delivery. I had requested them to give interest on my money and some extra money for harassing the customer.in the cancellation mail they gave me a coupon which gives less discount than the default coupon applied. This a complete pathetic service for such long and at multiple levels of myntra support team. They have cheated me with my money.

                                        I did shopping from myntra on dated 21 june 2019 for amount of 7500 rs which is not refunded from myntra as product is returned from my side. They said that they have refunded in my account bt amount is not updated in my account and they are blaming to bank. Myntra is giving no proof that they have refund my amount but they didn't actually they are making fool to us... And big fraud.
