Dear team,
I spoken with Miss Kavita (Myntra customer care champion) on 7th July 7:09 am, regarding my order no.[protected]-448190, some argument has happened. after that I got 3 threatening call, at evening two people called me and threaten me, today (11th July)Miss Kavita also call me though mobile No.[protected] and abused me and threaten me that "now your count down has started we will shoot you". I would like to know how they got my personal information (contact details)? this privacy violation by Myntra. you need take some action against this privacy violation. i have call record for evidence.

    I bought 3 pieces of apparels from myntra though I cancelled one Worth rs 1343.and two I returned back worth rs 377 and 377.then after 10 days of not receiving my amount I called up myntra to check up on this they said they hace initiated the refund but I never recieved the money where the money has gone then I keep in calling them every time they give me same old response on initiation of refund and all n called me to follow up with bank .I just want my money back in my account.

      I have been using myntra for the past 5 years and never faced any problems with my order. But last month i ordered a necklace, but when it was delivered, there was a hair cream inside instead! Surprisingly, the transparent package it came in, had the sticker with the necklace details and bard code. I placed a request for exchange but the delivery guy refused to collect it since the item did not match the picture of the order he had with him (Of course!) i had ordered this item during the myntra eor sale and now regret it. For some unimaginable reason, myntra does not have email support and when i tried their phone lines, i could never get through to anyone in the last 7 days!!!
      If there is anyone reading this from myntra who can help me, please get in touch. Order no.:[protected]-2732301.

      Miah decor set if 2 ceramic serving tray order came incomplete with only 1 tray. 3 different customer care employees have said since July 1st that they'll revert with a solution. No response/refund since then. Email won't go through. Highly unprofessional for myntra.

        Product cancelled and two products returned but still didn't git my refund of rs 2767 out of which I m.due to receive 2097 total it's been 20 days myntra says it has initiated the refund.but miney is not credited in my account. What to do now I also raised a complain with bank but they said they never keep money I'd it had been initiated I should have been reflected in your account.

          I did shopping of 2767 rs on 20th June 2019 I canacelles one item and returned two the refund was never processed in my a count I called myntra they said they have initiated the refund but I never got my money they gave me some.reference number but bank.is not accepting the number n told me to contact myntra please help.me refund my mone it's been more than 19 days .

            I ordered a U. S. Polo shirt and I got a duplicate product. I realized this as the tags on the shirt were missing and it also has a Louis Vuitton printed patch on it. The quality of the shirt is also bad. I have trying to get it resolved but the team is not helping me. I have already posted on Twitter about this but still there is no response on that. They do not have a email address on which we can atleast escalate it. I hope this helps.

              Hello myntra.
              I am y. Achyuth reddy. I ordered a crocs on myntra on 24th june 2019. The delivery date given is 3rd july 2019.in myntra app it's showing that the item you ordered is shipped on 27th june 2019 and that didn't updated from that onwards. I also spoken to myntra customer care captain and they didn't took any action until now regarding my order. Please send me the update that when can i expect the delivery.

                I ordered product (Order number[protected]-3247901) on 21th june'19 and the delivery date was 29th june'19 but still today i. E.12 july'19 the product has not yet delivered. A team leader named ananya from myntra customer support said that your complain has been forwarded to case manager on priority and i will get an update within 24 hour (I. E. Yesterday) but still no mail or message from myntra at all.
                Does myntra really serious about the customer service or they are just interested in funding to increase the valuation of the company.
                Will i get any update from myntra or not. Let see how much serious they are.

                  I ordered shoes from myntra (Order id :[protected]-3311203) on 04 june 2019. I returned the product because the product in reality was different than what it was shown on the app. I returned product and asked for a refund. Even after 30 days of filing for a refund i did not receive it. When i call myntra they tell me they have initiated the refund, after confirming it with my bank i come to know that no money has been refunded back. I sent myntra picture of my updated passbook but they tell me the same thing. I never faced this problem with other e-commerce sites. Please help me get my money back.

                    My lipstick which I ordered along with a conditioner was missing in my package, i only received the conditioner and i have paid the whole amount to the dilevery boy, please check to it as soon as possible. It is very irresponsible that a product of rs 294 is missing, i want it really soon, please take action to it and i have already paid the amount to him.

                    On 21st June 2019 i was ordered a boult audio headset paid through online debit card and it was shipped on 25th June the tracking number is[protected] and the delivery date is 10th July but I didn't received it yet.                       My order number is[protected]-8909001. There was a trimmer, a chappal, and a headset in the order. I have received the trimmer, a few days after the delivery date and the rest didn't received. When called the customer care executive, i was informed that it will be delivered within a few days. Now i got the message that my items were lost and nearly half of my deducted amount is going to be refunded. How can you say that my items were lost which i was payed already? What about the time i spent on this order? And i also want to know about the balance refund.
                      I have already waited enough, i want the actions to take immediately.

                        I placed an order on myntra on 30th june with 6 items on the order no.:[protected]-5232901 from the id [protected]@gmail.com. Later i cancelled 2 items. Now 4 items are to be delivered to me, while i made the payment during the checkout through online. And among them i ordered dress berry women grey t-strap flats. These people gave me an update on july 2nd the item is out for delivary and in the evening i got a message from them that the product have been delivered. But i didn't receive any call from the delivary executive or myntra that they came to deliver even though i have provided them the contact details. While i reached myntra regarding this issue they told they will investigate the issue. They told they will get back me on 4 working days, later again they told they have delivered. They told they couldn't find out and they will reinvestigate the issue. But again 4days later they again told we need 2 more days to reinvestigate. Today (11/07/19) morning i got a mail from them named incident id - in[protected] as they have delivered the package from their side. While i reached them on a call they told that they have delivered, they don't have one proper answer for my question.

                        Here,
                        1) i have provided the mobile number, delivary executive didn't call me
                        If the delivary executive had called my i might have took the parcel, he failed in that.

                        2) i complained on the same day within 30min i get an delivary update from them
                        While i have reached them on the same day if they took the action on the same time on the executive he might have said where he have delivered

                        3) they are giving an improper and irrespective answer that they have delivered from their side
                        They are never bothering that are they delivering the goods to the appropriate person

                        This is completely because of the negligence of the company on product delivary.

                        While i questioned them
                        1) to whom did they deliver
                        2) do they have any physical proof that they delivered order
                        3) what is the proof that delivary executive had delivered may be he is using my product
                        4) they were telling they did the investigation, what investigation have they done and whom did they enquire
                        5) from todays mail we can clearly see that they were no where worried about the goods were reaching the right person or not

                          My name is Avinaba Banerjee. I am a student of Christian Medical College, Vellore, tamilnadu.I ordered three body deodorants from myntra in our hostel address. Now the order was supposed to come in two phases. In the first phase the order of one deodorant came in hostel mess and we received it but the second phase the other two deo came on 6th of july but we didn't receive. Now the delivery guy didn't even call us for the order and signed receieved all by himself.our hostel claims that they didn't receive any product and the delivery guy says he delivered it.they are blaming each other. I asked him even for the records of 6th july which he doesn't have.In this context my money is gone.and i have no solution.please refund my money or else give my order.

                            I had cancelled the order on myntra but the refund issued for the same is not reflecting in my account.. Refund was processed on 24th june and it is not reflecting in my account till now. Reference number provided by the myntra customer care is[protected]. After waiting for 14 working days as said by the bank of baroda customer care, i took the enquiry regarding the refund but then also it is not processed..

                              I've ordered on 20th june and it should be delivered on 26th june...

                              I contacted support to check the order status and they asked me to wait for 72 hours which i did..

                              I contacted after 72 hours and they again asked me to wait for 24 hours...

                              From then.. Till now i'm contacting daily and i'm only getting answer to wait for 24 hours and the issue is escalated...

                              I still did get any update on this till now

                              Customer services represtatives are pathetic..

                              They don't have any answer about my order.

                                Hello sir/madam,

                                I have ordered one t-shirt which cost about 1, 833.34 rs. - tommy hilfiger on the 24th june and it supposed to be delivered on the 5th july and i have called the customer service people for an update more than 10 times and they still keep on saying that the delivery agent tried to deliver and was unable to deliver it due to re-scheduled date given by the customer which is absolute lie. They have taken about 5 complaints and still no updates received. They are great liars in the world and making customers fool.

                                The customer service people were enforced to say the same script whenever the customers calls for new update and they seems to be very less knowledgeable...

                                I want to cancel this order and want my money back into my account soon.
                                Please help!

                                Guys please do not order anything in myntra.

                                  I had ordered one fastrack watch of 1121 Rs from myntra website and made payment by debit card, but due to some reason I cancelled the same order. Now myntra people are saying that they have already refunded the amount, that is 1121 Rs to my PNB debit card by which I made the payment. But till now, I didn't received any amount in my account. Order was cancelled on 23 June 2019 and for refund to be reflected in account they said to wait till 3 July. But till now I didn't received my refund, they had sent one ARN and told to contact PNB customer care, but it is of no use...what I should do now, I am not getting my amount, 1121 Rs

                                    I ordered a watch from Myntra from my account. Order no: 111328225405277992003. Full name of the product is "Fossil Men Grey Analogue Factory Serviced Watch FS5407I_FSS". It got delivered to me on the 30th of June 2019. When I was gonna open the package it felt like its not a watch inside the package. I got scared and I decided to make a video of opening the package. So I started recording and did the unboxing of it in front of the camera. when I opened it there was no watch inside, it was just a stone. I felt cheated and this is a big fraud. I felt like Myntra took away my money for nothing. They committed fraud with this. I paid in full and got stone. What is this happening? how come companies are getting the confidence of doing all this? I have heard similar cases before also but this time it happened with me. Someday it can happen with you also. It's disgusting. I felt so helpless and cheated. This is a violation of my consumer rights. After this, I reached myntra customer care and told all of this to them. They logged a complaint about this. Today I heard back from them and they said that there was no mistake from their side and I will not get my money back. So they declined my request as they have validated it all and it's on me. They didn't even take the video proof from me as they don't have any means to receive it. they said customers cannot send us anything like that. So they said no to even look at the proof which is really fishy. All this was just a fraud and trap. But I as a customer will not sit back and trust my system to fight. I request you to please look into it and help me get my money back or the product. For things like these Myntra should be punished heavily.

                                      I had ordered for Watch from myntra and till the day of my purchase online it has been more than 10 days as I am unable to get my delivery.

                                      Also there were few ups and downs in myntra customer care service when u complain against the delayed delivery, they simply tell u in reply that the logistics people had made two attemps where I know that there were no attempts made by myntra delivery person it was fake attempt...

                                      Even after the myntra logistics have their timings of making despatch between 9am-6pm I had received my first order by 1030 pm at night which is too late which is not safety prospects for customer to receive it and also to let people know from myntra my refund amount is not reflected or credited in my bank account...

                                      Poor service never expect this from Myntra😔
