Myntra customer care is not satisfactory at all and they don’t have any sense of ownership while resolving cases.
I have ordered two footwear from myntra and both of them are small to me, i had raised an exchange and return request (Since my size was not available) and mistakenly, i forgot to change the pickup address. I called customer care, they told me to refuse the order when i will get a message (Your order is expected to be picked up today) and then i'll receive a call from myntra asking about do you really want to return the product or not. Then i can inform them about the correct address, they will change the address for me and everything will get sorted.
Then, i followed the exact same procedure (Refuse the delivery boy) and waited for 24hours for the call but i didn't received any call from myntra.
The next day, i again received a message from courier service (Your order is expected to be picked up today), i again called the customer care, explained everything but they told me to follow the same steps again and wait for the call.
Also, as per their 30 days return policy, my product's 30 days are going to get over in few more days and till now i am not able to return my product.

    I ordered tommy hilfiger flip flops and received some local brand poor quality flip flops. I requested for exchange but they are not responsive. I placed the request on 16th june still there is no follow up on it from their side.
    Its been 20 days and my money (1500rs) is stuck with them.
    I even contacted the customer care service of myntra, they gave me false assurance for it and did nothing to resolve my issue.

      अभी तक हमारा ऑर्डर नहीं आया हमारे पास आप लोगों सभी इतना घटिया प्रोवाइड करते हैं सबसे घटिया सर्विस है myntra 1 तारीख को शिकायत दर्ज किए थे तो myntra se बोला था 72 घंटा प्रतीक्षा के प्रतीक्षा करने के बाद जब हम फिर से कॉल कर रहे हैं तो बोला 24 घंटा वेट कीजिए ऐसे करते करते 4 बार 24 घंटे का प्रतीक्षा करवाया पिछले 72 घंटा myntra से एक ही बात करनी है आप लोग का अंदर में चोरी करने का नियत से कैश ऑन डिलीवरी अगर होता अब तक या ऑर्डर हमारे पास बटन पेमेंट करने के बाद ऐसे ही यह लोग नौटंकी करते हैं जब भी फोन करते हैं आपको 24 घंटा वेट करने के लिए बोल रहे हैं

        I would like to inform that, myntra's customer support is the worst i have ever seen.
        I have received 2 and about the delivery of the products, however it has not arrived yet.
        Customer care number or the delivery agent number is of no use at all..

        I'm not sure to get my amount refunded even if i opt to cancel the orders..
        Totally disappointed with the service and i would expect to receive my orders at the earliest..

          Myntra's tracking system is horrible, my order says it's just packed even after 7 days of ordering. While contacted, they're responding like some mentally ill people, saying things that are not relevant, though not solving the problem in the end. There are so many cases like this. This is fraud, taking the money and delivering the order is outrageous

              Hi,

              I have ordered a flip flop on the sale day of Myntra EORS, The order was been two weeks with them, on July 4th they have cancelled it without my knowledge. Now they provide me 40% off on order 1000. But I brought that product for 566, Now the actual price of the product is 1499, if I spend 40% now it's around 890 exclusive of GST. As a consumer based company the quality of supply chain and technology should be good, as a valued customer they shouldn't do this to me. They had my money for 2weeks without any reason, I need to get this addressed.

                I order three suit which i got offer at 28th june, 2019 and amount huge... I have completed my payment, otp and all,,, while processing.. Showing error and failed but the amount was debited from my acount and i check my statement it shows amount was debited and credited to myntra account. Its been a week i have refund back my money from mnytra, i complaint through email, just reply that it takes 24 or 48 hrs.. Yesterday i got a mail that they are not received those amount to myntra and it take 48hrs for payment gateway to you or myntra... This i got from myntra... I asked me to request to contact bank support team. I dont why is acting like suddenly... I have been purchasing since past 5 yrs... Never had this kind of problem. I have send so many request to myntra but still not positive reply... Seems like i am middle of nowhere. Myntra said they dont reeived my money and bank already debited as per statement and account balance... Where is my money???

                  Myntra.com — myntra is not taking back the product, every time the courier boy comes and, says the serial number is not matching providing very bad service

                  I ordered a purple check shirt from myntra. I received the product and it had hole. Its a defected piece.
                  When after two days a courier boy came for pickup he refused the package saying that the serial number is not matching. All the stickers and tags are intact.
                  I called service centre and explained everything. He assured me that the courier boy will come and pick up the product. And then after an hour my return request was declined.
                  I had to place another request for the same thing. I have talked to customer service many times.. They are just assuring.. Doing nothing.
                  The courier boy came the second time today and again refused the product. Today also i called the service centre.. They said that they have registered the complaint that the product is defective and will tell after 48hrs whether my request will be approved or not... So much hassle. She did not even tell that the product will be returned... Such a bad service they are giving.. Please help me get out of this and get my product returned.in the name of e-commerce they are selling bad product, giving bad service and cheating the customers.

                    I ordered a package of 8000 rupees from myntra. My products were never delivered. The executives called afterwards and said sorry but your deliveries can be made.

                    #imran their delivery person called and screamed at me instead while enquiring. Today their customer care called and said that the order will be cancelled and that nothing can be done.

                      I have order shirt from website and set my office address as delivery address

                      I got message at night 11:30 pm that your delivery is done on given address, but i did not get call from delivery agent that we have delivered your item.

                      Delivery boy has given parcel to watch men outside my office, what if parcel has misplaced by watchmen? Who will be responsible for it?

                      At 11:30 my office time was complete so i was at home, thank god that my office was open, so i called immediatly to my friend who come office on night shift to pick that parcel when i got message that ur parcel delivered.

                      If office address is mentioned in delivery then it should be proper time of delivery of that parcel.

                        I had ordered 2 t-shirt. When i trace that order i get the order delay after tha delay date i didn't found that order & have be returned it's origin. The time is taken by the myntra and after a long time i got finally the order have to return it's origin. That is not good.
                        The shopping with this site is time waste.
                        And i have paid online so i want to suggest every customer don't buy anything with this site...

                          Delivery agent is so rude he did not wait even 10 minute... I want to complaint to police and indian government mantra should be stoped... This is just against to digitilization it seems they do not want to gud work in india... Where i should go... I want to go court and want to copalsation for my time waste for delivery boy side they are rude it seems they bheave that customer are just animal front of them i heart my personal and get emotionaly harshment... Coz my product not delivered after i got the massage by myntra...

                          I spoke to customer care for a item that I have already returned, first they said they have received the item and then that they never received it. I have been calling them since 20, days now. Today I spoke to an agent at 12:10 pm. He was so rude he started to get louder and had a very rude tone, when I said how can you ask me for pick up agent's phone number and name when you never provided it, his reply was "then don't give if you don't have it". I felt so bad I was about to cry. Then he continued to interrupt while I was speaking and continued his rude tone, I had enough and I called him out on his behaviour and when I did he stopped speaking at all, no reply for good amount of time and then just disconnected the call.

                            I bought 2 w kurtas... Both were misfit so i requested for one return and one exchange. A guy came to pick up the kurtas and both the kurtas were handed over to him.                               I bought 2 set of priyasi kundan bangled
                              The bangles did not fit me so i made a return request and shipped it back.
                              Now they have sent me sms and email saying the return request is declined because it did not pass the quality check.
                              I did not even wear the bangles as i could clearly tell they were not my size.
                              Every stone was intact and in place. Not even a single scratch was there.
                              I carefully wrapped them back in the bubble wrap and put it back in the box it came in.
                              I'm 110 % sure about the quality of the bangles
                              Myntra is in no mood to refund my money and is making false claims.
                              Their intentions clearly are to fool their customers.

                              I could not click a picture as i did not think they could make such false claim untill now.

                                I had ordered 2 bags of vera moda and i had got the message that it would be delivered on monday 1/7/19 it was not delivered the on 2nd /7 /19 that your packet was returned with out any intimation today morning i recived a message that the packed would be delivered today.

                                  I received men grey nike flex contact 2 running shoes on 29th june 2019.

                                  After receiving and trying it on. The size was not fitting and we placed an request for return the next day (30th june)

                                  The pickup delivery boy came on 2nd july 2019 and failed the product on the basis of quality check. He said it's been used (It had been worn just once inside the house to check the size) and said there's a stain on the sole (Only he could see it).
                                  He said he won't pickup and talk to the customer care. I did that and they said to not worry and it'll get picked up. I received an email and stating the same. But again today i received an email that request for return has been put on hold. On calling up the customer care they said the product won't be picked up because it has a smell and failed quality exam (The pickup boy never mentioned any smell when he had come… i don't know when they added this to the list) they clearly stated the product can't be returned and now i'm stuck with a small size shoe worth so much money. I'm adding pictures of the shoe to prove it has not been used and there is no stain whatsoever... I also have the receipt….

                                    I ordered one of the product that order number is[protected]-0116403 dated 18th jun-2019. I received one message on 22nd of jun-19 from myntra that product is out for delivery but suddenly got another message that product was delivered. The same day i approached to myntra customer care they tell us the product is delivered to you and they send us as proof of the signature of delivery but that is a fake signature. I logged dispute against this to myntra customer support team but till date, i haven't received any resolution from myntra.
                                    They cheated me and i would recommend don't buy their products and don't lose your hard money as i am.

                                    They are cheaters and not bothered about their customer's resolution.

                                    They are still saying wait since last 10-12 days for 24hrs. Till 3rd of july-19, i haven't received any resolution. I don't know how much time they will take to give me a resolution.

                                    I am not expecting that type of poor customer support from myntra.

                                    They did not deliver my product or my money into my account.

                                      As already informed on 2nd july 2019 to myntra customer service, i had placed an exchange request for the libas blue and green striped kurta l size to xl size on 25th june but it didn't happen as the delivery person denied to accept it saying some serial number is missing. Since 2 days i was receiving messages that the exchange delivery attempt is failed though no delivery person tried to contact me. On 2nd july the delivery person came but didn't take up the packet saying some serial number is missing and declined the exchange delivery. Though the original packet, bill and tags are intact i couldn't find which serial no. He wanted. When i called up in customer care they didn't ask about any serial no. Or not even informed where it could be, but asked for the bar code no. Only and said they had raised a complaint about the delivery and in 72 hrs it will be resolved. And now i have received a mail saying that the exchange itself has been declined may be because the delivery man couldn't reach me. So i thought to return the product as this size is of no use to me. I tried to ask for a refund to my bank account so there were some technical errors coming. The moment i asked it in myntra credit within a second it was done. Its like capturing and blocking the money of the customers. We have to spend that amount in myntra only. Though i have been a regular customer on myntra i was still fine with it. I have now asked for a return but i want a reason that why these companies don't check out with the delivery details or try to find out more from the customer side that whether the delivery person really attempted or had been just faking. Why there is no accountability of the delivery people or the customer service? On 20th june i had ordered and waiting for the right products since then and this is how they procrastinate things. 2 more products are pending which i don't want anymore but there is no option popping to cancel it. If a request is given to customer care they'll use big words that we have lodged your complaint for this and that but ultimately it happens what the company wants.

                                        I ordered a green color giordano watch for my friend as a bday gift and when the watch was delivered i got blue color watch that i dont want. So i placed the exchange order, when i got the exchanged watch i got the same watch that i have received earlier for 2nd time.. Then i again placed the exchanged watch and then for the 3rd time i have again recieved the same blue color watch that i dont want.. I asked the cutomer care they always told me that this is there mistak eand they'll rectify it but they didnt.. This is worst customer service they have delivered and the mental pressure they have provided bcoz of their negligence.. Moreover bcoz of this i felt ashamed on front of my friend for whose bday i purchased the watch.
