I have ordered a roadster jacket on 21st june, due date of delivery was before 3july yet its 9th july and there is no update from them... I have called customer care 4-5times.. All they do is ask to wait for 3 days or 24 hours.. And still don't get an update from them... They say when the order is marked as status-"shipped", no one has the option to cancel the order. I have made the payment on 21st june itself... They need to work on their refund, cancellation policies. They say unless the delivery boy comes home with the product, i can't cancel or reject the order... But they are not working on the delivery

    For the last 14 days, i tried multiple times to connect with myntra.com executive to address the cashback issue. But the team has no clue about their company promise. They don't even bother to resolve customer issues. As myntra.com promised cashback offer in payzapp (10%) during end of reason sale. I ordered the us polo shirt pant and it's cost me 2344/-. Now they are denying to reimburse the cashback amount.

    Always giving excuses their team abusing on call too. Which was literally bad for a company like myntra.com.

    Awful experience!!!

    I will post this incident on other channels.

      I just got a call from some spam number and the person told me that i have won a lucky draw worth rs 12 lakhs for my last purchase on myntra. He also provided me with my purchase details and amount etc. This is a fake call and i would highly suggest everyone to be aware. They ask for bank details like account number and ifsc code and your aadhar number which btw are very private details and must not be shared with anyone unless you trust the person 100%. I told him to keep my cash prize as im already very rich and hung up the call 😂

        I ordered a product of order no (1113782, 2273365, 3970401) on 30 june 2019. I personally made the call todelivery boy and asked him about the status of my order he replied me by saying your order has been came and i will deliver you on saturday ie, 6/7/19. But he didn’t deliver. Again i called on saturday evening to delivery boy and he told it will be delivered on sunday. Now today is tuesday and this morning i called him he replied me o don’t know about your order and start misbehaving with me and give me onother no to talk. I just want to ask this type of courier services you are providing to us. We are your customers. So i thing delivery boy should apologise for this. Else we never use myntra for shoping.

          I ordered a watch from myntra on june 22. The expected date was june 30, which they then moved to july 1. Today is july 9 and i still haven't received my order. When i called their customer care they said i will get an email within 72 hours. But no email. They also told me i cannot cancel my order as my order has been shipped. The watch is worth rs. 5093.               Order no.[protected]-5057003. The order was cancelled within 10-15 minutes after its placement. I received an e-mail regarding the refund initiation but have not received any. They asked for 7-10 days time which has been given and four more days have passed. Date of cancellation - 24/06/2019. Amount of product - rs.1940. I have called them more 6 times and my request has not been considered so i had to file a complaint.

                I am user of myntra i cancelled products on 23 june 2019 but the amount was not credited back in my card as they keep saying they intimated the refund but it's now 13 days since then where the miney has gone then i have gone to bank they are not helping they can't track the reference number they want transaction id which myntra don't have now what to do

                  I did shopping in mantra app on 23 june 2019 and purchased US polo shirt and paint the total cost was 2344 INR and cashback was offered 10% on it. 14 days has passed and called multiple times but they didn't credited the cashback amount in payzapp as promised in mantra app in end of reason sale.

                  Their executive is now denying that offered. Please see the attchement about my concern. That's the bad experience that I have ever now I will raise this in other channels. Now I feel betrayed by myntra. Useless shopping I ever had.

                    Had intregated for an product exchange so today the product was out for dilivery, dilivery boy did not exchange the product just because the tag was not attached to the product and he update false reason as used smell on my profile and it's creating problem for me...I have the product tag unused products with proper plastic bag so please help me with this nd solve this problem as soon as possible ...and I was trying to contact with customers care since many days and they told to wait till 8 July today it's 8 how many days it will take, when ever I call customer care the only thing I get to hear is call after 4 hours..so please look in the matter

                      First of all wrong products was received then raised request to return it however same was done it's been months i am waiting for my original product.
                      Next i ordered blink watch which was to delivered by 28 june and july that has not been done.
                      My money gone.. I want my product back.
                      Such a pathetic experience.
                      In the meantime, i have called customer support multiple times they refuse to help me. They raise wrong request due to which this much delay is there.

                      I don't want any refund. I just want my correct product to delivered soon.
                      I ordered two items a men jeans and a ladies kurta and items are delivered today. The jeans which I received today is someone's used one. So instantly after seeing that jeans I registerd a complain by calling at Myntra's official number. They might take action or may not. But I am confused that how such a gigantic company can deceive people.

                        I placed an order on 24th june 2019 from myntra and due to fit issue... I returned it one product out of three.

                        My return picked up is successful... Got a mail "your refund of amount ₹285 is initiated.
                        But in actual i got only ₹161 in my account.
                        And deliberately i seeks for help from your provided number but either provided number out of service or switched off.

                        Hope you will promptly solve my issue!

                          The order status was marked as "delivered" on 4th july, but i haven't received it. I've been trying to contact myntra multiple times but they do not let me contact one of their members. These guys didn't even contact me. They say something related to the sale which is really annoying and unhelpful. I haven't received one t-shirt and one jeans that i ordered. Please do something as soon as possible. Really bad service from myntra.

                          I placed an exchange request of this product on 15th June, the promised date of delivery was 27 then it changed to 30th June, but I have not received the order yet, the status is saying packed, which means that product is not even shipped yet.

                            After receiving the courier and opening the package i found that the earphones and its charging case was missing from the box. The only item in the box was extra earbuds. Soon after receiving the product within 5 minutes i lodged a complaint about this to myntra and they said that they will return with a resolution. After more than 15 days of chasing them for resolution, they came back saying that product was dispatched from there warehouse and it's not there fault now. I have already made the payment and now they are neither returning my money nor providing me the product.

I've been trying to contact myntra multiple times but they say "since the huge number of orders, we can't contact you" or something similar. This is so annoying. When will you guys contact me?                               I have ordered 2 item from myntra . The delivery boy behaviour was harsh he said we dont have paytm option for payment. cancel your order i will not coming for your order again and again. i dont have cash on that day.he dont even know how to talk politely.
                              I called customer care to provide me the option of return or exchange. Guy was rude and said me to go to nearest centre or keep the product which is not the solution.
                              I am a college student and I can't go out.
                              The size is small and i am not getting option to return.
                              I am really upset with this service. Need your help.
                              I have ordered an product with tracking number MYNC[protected]. Product that i have ordered is supposed to deliver me at 25th june, 2019, but there is no response from their side even after i called them. This over slow delivery cannot be accepted. I want to cancel the order.
                              Myntra shipped a used product which is also broken! The box came sealed but with a fully used slipper with cracked sole.

                                20 june, 2019: i claimed 1999 insider points to get a myntra gift card shopping voucher worth rs. 1000. I received a confirmation email about the same.

                                21 june 2019: i tried to apply the gift voucher along with the pin to my shopping cart, however, i kept received an error that the voucher has already been used. The specific error message is: "gift card has already been added to user a*y*m*r*[protected]@gmail.com."

                                23 june 2019: i raised a complaint with the myntra customer care and the ineffective people monitoring the mailbox simply did not understand the issue and kept giving me irrelevant resolutions. Incident# in[protected].

                                28 june 2019: i called up the myntra customer care team at around 4:00 pm and spoke to a person named manish. I spoke to him for about 30 minutes, and he was the only one who understood and investigated the issue. He assured me that his manager would call me back. He acknowledged was that this is a technical issue from myntra and explained the issue as follows:

                                Basically, another person by the name acy hmer (Or something similar to that) with the contact number [protected] from tripura, also enchased his insider points for a gift voucher worth rs. 1000 at around the same time that i enchased my coupons.

                                The representative confirmed that this is not a fraud case and is a technical issue wherein somehow one gift voucher was generated for two separate customers and he assured me to have this fixed in 24 hours. It’s been 10 days since i’ve spoken to manish and 18 days since i encashed my insider points. I am stuck with a gift voucher code that i cannot use and the insider points also haven’t been refunded as yet.

                                  I have an order placed more than 10 days back in myntra and have 2 out of 4 items not delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered 4 days back (At the time of writing this message). For reference, order no:[protected]-2647803.

                                  I have called myntra multiple times asking about this order, when it is going to be delivered as i am not even getting any updates on my contact no. As expected. Everytime i call myntra customer care, they say that are having a system issue and tell me to call 4 hours later. This is a lie and seems like a scripted reply because i did call multiple times, even 24 hours later and i got the same reply from them. They are unable or maybe unwilling to help on this. I want appropriate and stern steps to be taken on this matter. This is clearly harassing customers at this day and age which is highly undesirable for their brand.

                                    I have ordered visudh peach colored kurthi on 22jun and they gave expected delivery date as 30-jun, i haven't received the product but they have marked it as delivered on jul 1st. I have spoken to myntra logistics people they said that they don't have the product and i called to the customer care, they are saying order was delivered. I haven't get any message or call before delivery and just got delivered email. I haven't seen such worst service ever. I really regret about ordering products in myntra

                                        Hi, i got the mail your order has been confirmed even id dont use the myntra !! he ordered 3 time about 5-6 thousand rupee first order he cancel but again 2 times in a row he again order, how someone can order by using someone email id the security privacy in myntra too poor i ask help about myntra for this via twitter they said kindly content cyber cell what!!! even i provide all the details of culprit to take action they said contact cyber cell wow!!!
