I ordered products from myntra on 21/06/2019. They are given expected delivery date as 30/06/2019. But they didn' t delivered within expected date. I called customer care and they said "we raised a complaint about this and wait for 72 hours for knowing delivery issues". Till now i wasted more than one week for waiting for products and again they saying wait for 3 days for knowing the what the problem for late delivery. After complaining also they are not saying upto how many days it will take product delivery. They are not providing compensation for late delivery.
I need compensation for this

    I ordered dressberry pink sneakers from myntra. Now its more then a week and i have not received my order. Its highly disappointing. This was not expected from such a reputated online shopping site. The order no. Is[protected]-5507603. Though the payment mode was cash on delivery but i wanted them urgently and now its a mess. I want you to give me certain discount or refund money for the same before me taking any other action or facing further trouble as a consumer.

      25th Jun i recv product & 26 i call to customer care & customer care listen complaint but not able to resolved & not doing anything.
      Customer executive not taking it seriously.
      Whenever i call to customer care Everytime asking to give 24hours time & not do anything.
      I need actual product i ordered on time but it is already delayed.
      I wasted my time & harassment from Myntra

        This problem started in the starting of this year. As i am a working woman it is not possible fir me to be available at home to collect the products always. Thus it is the fourth or fifth instance with me that my product was delivered to me and returned to origin without my knowledge and then when i talk to customer service about it they have a single answer that as it is returned to origin we cannot do anything about it. It is the height as this pathetic service provided by mantra has lead to several calls and my time wastage. I will like this matter to be looked seriously and need the result as soon as possible.           Unisex navy blue solid laptop bag, amount: 2477. The item is not delivered despite raising a customer complaint on 26jun'2019. Till now there is no proactive update from them, they extend delivery date to next 48hrs. On 01-jul-2019 call yet they are not sure on this delivery.

            Now, as i want to return the product, the status of product is still out for delivery. As i have received the 25.06.2019, i tried to confirm delivery with the bar code/no. But it is not accepting the code.

              I bought shoes on myntra which is delivered to me on 23rd june 2019 and i used it on 27 june now today is 1 july and i got it's lesis side (Dhaga) is break i am very disappointed to get this shoes pls solve this complaint. If within 2 to 3 days shoes will damage then why will we get brended shoes pls kindly request you to take this on priority

                I submitted a request for return of a purchased product and no one is here yet. I was given time for 26/06/2019 in the morning and yet after 5 days no one is here to pick up the package. Customer care number is not valid also. Can some one please tell me how this work or is myntra customer care really sucks? I am reconsidering buying anything again.

                  I have ordered a highlander maroon shirt from myntra which was expected to come on friday by the delivery boy from myntra logistics but he doesn't delivered it. He make an excuse that it's too late so he'll deliver it next day. Again next day he made an another excuse that he can't come right now and even asked me to come and take my product as he can't come toh my address. He said he'll deliver it today i. E., sunday but nor i get a call today not even a message. I really disappointed for this awful nd disgusting behaviour of the delivery boy. I am really very angry. What kind of thing it is. I've been shipping in myntra for so long and this kind of thing never happened. I've already paid for my order. I called to the help center but didn't get any kind of quick response from them. They told me to wait for 72 hours. Wtf is this. My product is near me but i am not getting it. I don't even know where the hell is the office of myntra logistics here at ramgarh. Or where is this # delivery boy is. I have to wait for my product according to him. I have some plans hopes etc etc.
                  I am really very disappointed.

                      I have ordered a shoes on 17th june, which was confirmed on 21st june. But still have not received the product and neither they sent me mails or messages regarding the same. Same product i have ordered even before, on 2nd june. Also i have not received the product and got no info for the same. All of a sudden it is showing that the previous order got cancelled.
                      Why are they making fool o[censored]s? If they don't have then why are they displaying it? Fake it is.

                        On 26th june 2019, i received the delivery of one of the items (Corelle, white 6-pieces printed glass plates set) i had recently ordered in myntra on 21st june 2019. I wish to return it and get a refund as the design of the plate is not what i had ordered.

                        However, i'm unable to apply for the return as the barcode (U100da878) is not processed inspite of my numerous attempts. I'm also unable to use the facility of the help center or the customer care phone number as the status is not updated to 'delivered'.

                        Please look into the matter and help me in returning and getting a refund on the item delivered.

                            Hi sir,

                            Myntra is one of the fraud company. I have raised a concern and they have been delaying it with out providing resolution for every 24 hours. I have created an account with incorrect mail id which has spelling mistake, myntra has accepted account and it allowed to purchase myntra credit of 5000 rs with out any verifying my mail id, now when i try to place order myntra is asking for otp which was sent to registered mail id. I called up cust2 care executive and informed them to skip otp part and allow me to buy products or send otp to mobile number, they informed that they don't have option to send otp to mobile number it seems, hence i informed to transfer credit to different account as i wanted to purchase items during sale, myntra cc informed that it will take 4 days to resolve issue. I was upset as sale completed by then, i said ill wait. Myntra customer care have been repeatedly failing in transferring my credits to other account.

                            I have been spending to literally daily 1 hour speaking to them explaining issue for every new customer care executive and need to express my pain. Everyday myntra guys inform give us 24 hours and again when i call again they say same wait for 24 hours.

                            I m mentally tired to get my own money back. I m really tired calling myntra
                            I seriously urge to please help me in getting track of my money.

                              I had ordered 3 nirthaan from mantra during the sale time.. And i cancelled one of the kurthas after placing the order but the order wasn't dispatched or shipped. They said that the refund will be initiated in 7 to 10 days, but nothing has been done or notifies through sms or mail.
                              The other two nirthaan was shipped and reached before time, the quality was really bad and the sizes didn't match, when i tried to place a return option, it was shown on the app that the products are still out for delivery and delivered yet. I tried to call the logistics office and they didn't give a proper response.. It's been more the 4 days and the app still shows that the products are out for delivery... I mailed myntra a complaint, but no response. I tried to call the customer service but it's been busy for the last 3 days and no reply to my messages on the app or even instagram.. It might be okay for them to neglect these issue but i'm the one who's losing the hard saven money

                                  I purchased products from myntra. One of the product was damaged. I requested for the replacement. The replacement was scheduled after 7 - 8 days. At the time of delivery the delivery guys was rude and said you need to come downstairs to pick the product but when i was there he left the place and when i call the guy he said i moved away but i did no received any message and call about the same. I complained with customer service about the same and they said we will take you suggestion and feedback and promise for next day delivery. After that from last two days no delivery was attempted and keep receiving the email about the we are unable to deliver without any reason.

                                  Fake promises and liars and trying to cheat my money for the damaged product.

                                    I had purchased one shoe and one sojanya self design kurta pyjama set from myntra few days back. After wearing i came to know that both has fitting issues.. Then i marked the return request. But our baby misplaced the tags attached to the product. They are just harassing me. Every detail with them. No other like amazon flipkart demanding price tag so strictly for returning. I have requested them to treat this case a special case. But they kept on refusing..
                                    Please help me out. Myntra stop harassing your customer please.

                                      In the eors sale, and then cancelled the order on the next day. It was a prepaid order. It's been 10 days since i've not recieved my refund.
                                      I request myntra to refund my money in my account and also its a kind request to them that do not provide me the reference number and ask me to go now n then to the bank as you're adept in doing that. I gave you the money, its you who should give me back. I'm facing this issue from your side the second time.. Other shopping sites like flipkart either refund in 2-3 days or they escalate such issues to their refund team which solves the matter in a day or two. And you always ask us customers to waste our time in visiting the banks. Its you who we trust n give money. You should take the liability. But you never!!! Highly disappointed..

                                        I had received delivery by myntra on june 26, 2019. Out of three items ordered, i had received delivery of only two items and one item was missing in delivery package. However, myntra is stating that all three items are delivered.
                                        I had lodged the complaint regarding missing item to myntra customer care on the same day. Customer care executives informed me that my complaint will be resolved by june 29, 2019. However, i have not received any reply from myntra on my complaint and my complaint is not resolved yet.
                                        My complaint reference number is in[protected].

                                        I request you to help me in resolving my complaint. I shall get my ordered item immediately or immediate refund of amount against the order.
