My last order which was denver deodorant is not delivered to me but showing delivered on my myntra app. 189/= rs. Also deducted from my myntra credit. I tried to call many times to myntra help line number but did not connected. Computer says that the number you have dialed does not exist. I am very much disappointed. I want my order order delivered or my money back.

    I cancelled one top from myntra for which i paid through debit card. Its more than 10 days and the money is not reflecting in my bank account. I called them and they told me that the refund has already been processed from their side and if its not reflecting in your bank account kindly get in touch with your bank customer care. They provided me this bank reference no.[protected]. They told me that your bank support team will be able to trace the transaction and will update you regarding the same. They also provided me this link https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ for registring online complaint. I registered complaint with the sbi but after few days i got replied from sbi that no such payment had been recieved from myntra. Again i called myntra customer support and they are just repeating the same thing refund has already been processed you get in touch with your bank. If you are refunding money its your responsiblity to track the status of your refund and if the money is not credited its your responsiblity to check why its not credited. Bank is saying no such refund has been initiated by you, you are saying you have refunded then where money has been stuck electronically. I was a very big fan of myntra but after this experience i have lost faith.. From last 20 days i am just calling sbi and myntra but sbi is saying myntra has sent you money get in touch with them, myntra is saying we have sent you money get in touch with your bank. Horrible experience

    The same problem is there refund transferred and give me bank reference no:[protected] but still refund is not credited to my account its more than 10 days, they provide me this link https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ after few days i got replied from sbi that no such payment had been recieved from myntra. Where is money gone, if my money is not back to me it means myntra is a fraud and theif, future i ll case against myntra from last 20 days i am just calling sbi and myntra but sbi is saying myntra has sent you money get in touch with them, myntra is saying we have sent you money get in touch with your bank. Horrible experience

      Dear sir

      I put an online order with the myntra for one pair of mochi men tan textured leather slip ons for rs.1746.00 which i paid through online by my card, but after receipt of the shoe i found it is not fitting to my feet shoe i lodged online request for return of the product & send me the new size shoe o[censored]k7 in place o[censored]k6 size, then i got mail as well as sms for pick up by their team, but unfortunately it had been more than 3 days no one is picking the item for return. Unfortunately this company neither have any other complain forum like customer care numbers or any suitable mail id to further complain. Whatever mail id they have, that do not accept incoming mails. It is quite disgusting & looks like a cheating online marketing company. I request to escalate my issue & resolve.

        I have ordered Louis Philippe Sport Trouser on 29th June 2019 and my order number is:[protected]-4500901 which i have received on 3rd July 2019. The size i have ordered is not fit for me and then i called to myntra customer care for return of my product but according to them i cant return my product as i have collected insider points which was collected my be by mistake. I have requested them to take back insider points which i have collected and return my product which is of no use for me due to size issue.
        Is this the way myntra do to customers? If they can return my product then why they are not taking back and refund my amount.
        Requested you to help me for the same

          There was a product bought from myntra. Product of tracking no. Ml[protected] has not been delivered yet. Delivery boy not even made a call yet. The number of delivery agent is either unreachable or unpicked if contacted.
          Please help me with this product delivery. Its been more than 5 day late with respect to scheduled date.

            I request the return of a product I bought off Myntra during end of reasons sale
            Its because When I opened the bag the product was different than what I've ordered. So I requested a return request.
            Now even when I selected return reason as different product delivered the pickup agent insist that I must return the product that I ordered.
            What the hell is happening. How I am supposed to return the product which I never received in first place.
            I wish I would've bought off Jabong despite it being a little costliest.
            Now what I am supposed to do.
            There's not even a word from the side of Myntra as on why my return was not picked and put on hold.
            I've tried contacting Myntra but their contact us option seems like broken and never works

              I ordered on 23th june and they assure me that parcel received on 1 july but today is 5th july till date not receiving any parcel and their delivery boy are so arrogant that they did't properly answer rude behaviour. Is this service what for i pay?? Company don't show any loyalty towards customer this is my first order i'm higly dissappointed.

                On jun 20, 2019 i have ordered the "kappa sweatshirt - rs839 (Order no :[protected]-9688401) from myntra. On jun 28th i got the message like product got delivered but i didn't received the product. I complained three times but till no proper reply. Whenever i call, customer support people ask me to wait for 24 hours for update. Already more than 10 days gone, they won't reply properly even they won't provide any email address for communication. I'm completely frustrated. I won't recommend myntra any more. Poor service.

                    I by mistake ordereed clothes through an old username the email for which is not functional anymore. After accruing myntra credits, I realised that in order to use those, I would need to provide otp on the email. I contacted Myntra and they said that I can request for transfer of myntra. Credits from my one a account to the other once all the orders are delivered. Now when it is all in place, I have been calling myntra over and over and they are not transferring my money. Worst experience ever! Will not recommend Myntra to anyone.

                      Myntra customer care is not satisfactory at all and they don’t have any sense of ownership while resolving cases.
                      I have ordered two footwear from myntra and both of them are small to me, i had raised an exchange and return request (Since my size was not available) and mistakenly, i forgot to change the pickup address. I called customer care, they told me to refuse the order when i will get a message (Your order is expected to be picked up today) and then i'll receive a call from myntra asking about do you really want to return the product or not. Then i can inform them about the correct address, they will change the address for me and everything will get sorted.
                      Then, i followed the exact same procedure (Refuse the delivery boy) and waited for 24hours for the call but i didn't received any call from myntra.
                      The next day, i again received a message from courier service (Your order is expected to be picked up today), i again called the customer care, explained everything but they told me to follow the same steps again and wait for the call.
                      Also, as per their 30 days return policy, my product's 30 days are going to get over in few more days and till now i am not able to return my product.

                        I ordered tommy hilfiger flip flops and received some local brand poor quality flip flops. I requested for exchange but they are not responsive. I placed the request on 16th june still there is no follow up on it from their side.
                        Its been 20 days and my money (1500rs) is stuck with them.
                        I even contacted the customer care service of myntra, they gave me false assurance for it and did nothing to resolve my issue.

                          अभी तक हमारा ऑर्डर नहीं आया हमारे पास आप लोगों सभी इतना घटिया प्रोवाइड करते हैं सबसे घटिया सर्विस है myntra 1 तारीख को शिकायत दर्ज किए थे तो myntra se बोला था 72 घंटा प्रतीक्षा के प्रतीक्षा करने के बाद जब हम फिर से कॉल कर रहे हैं तो बोला 24 घंटा वेट कीजिए ऐसे करते करते 4 बार 24 घंटे का प्रतीक्षा करवाया पिछले 72 घंटा myntra से एक ही बात करनी है आप लोग का अंदर में चोरी करने का नियत से कैश ऑन डिलीवरी अगर होता अब तक या ऑर्डर हमारे पास बटन पेमेंट करने के बाद ऐसे ही यह लोग नौटंकी करते हैं जब भी फोन करते हैं आपको 24 घंटा वेट करने के लिए बोल रहे हैं

                            I would like to inform that, myntra's customer support is the worst i have ever seen.
                            I have received 2 and about the delivery of the products, however it has not arrived yet.
                            Customer care number or the delivery agent number is of no use at all..

                            I'm not sure to get my amount refunded even if i opt to cancel the orders..
                            Totally disappointed with the service and i would expect to receive my orders at the earliest..

                              Myntra's tracking system is horrible, my order says it's just packed even after 7 days of ordering. While contacted, they're responding like some mentally ill people, saying things that are not relevant, though not solving the problem in the end. There are so many cases like this. This is fraud, taking the money and delivering the order is outrageous

                                  Hi,

                                  I have ordered a flip flop on the sale day of Myntra EORS, The order was been two weeks with them, on July 4th they have cancelled it without my knowledge. Now they provide me 40% off on order 1000. But I brought that product for 566, Now the actual price of the product is 1499, if I spend 40% now it's around 890 exclusive of GST. As a consumer based company the quality of supply chain and technology should be good, as a valued customer they shouldn't do this to me. They had my money for 2weeks without any reason, I need to get this addressed.

                                    I order three suit which i got offer at 28th june, 2019 and amount huge... I have completed my payment, otp and all,,, while processing.. Showing error and failed but the amount was debited from my acount and i check my statement it shows amount was debited and credited to myntra account. Its been a week i have refund back my money from mnytra, i complaint through email, just reply that it takes 24 or 48 hrs.. Yesterday i got a mail that they are not received those amount to myntra and it take 48hrs for payment gateway to you or myntra... This i got from myntra... I asked me to request to contact bank support team. I dont why is acting like suddenly... I have been purchasing since past 5 yrs... Never had this kind of problem. I have send so many request to myntra but still not positive reply... Seems like i am middle of nowhere. Myntra said they dont reeived my money and bank already debited as per statement and account balance... Where is my money???

                                      Myntra.com — myntra is not taking back the product, every time the courier boy comes and, says the serial number is not matching providing very bad service

                                      I ordered a purple check shirt from myntra. I received the product and it had hole. Its a defected piece.
                                      When after two days a courier boy came for pickup he refused the package saying that the serial number is not matching. All the stickers and tags are intact.
                                      I called service centre and explained everything. He assured me that the courier boy will come and pick up the product. And then after an hour my return request was declined.
                                      I had to place another request for the same thing. I have talked to customer service many times.. They are just assuring.. Doing nothing.
                                      The courier boy came the second time today and again refused the product. Today also i called the service centre.. They said that they have registered the complaint that the product is defective and will tell after 48hrs whether my request will be approved or not... So much hassle. She did not even tell that the product will be returned... Such a bad service they are giving.. Please help me get out of this and get my product returned.in the name of e-commerce they are selling bad product, giving bad service and cheating the customers.

                                        I ordered a package of 8000 rupees from myntra. My products were never delivered. The executives called afterwards and said sorry but your deliveries can be made.

                                        #imran their delivery person called and screamed at me instead while enquiring. Today their customer care called and said that the order will be cancelled and that nothing can be done.

                                        Myntra is a total # customer care.
