I placed a dress for exchange as i ordered a size S which was too tight...i want the size M..The first day i could not take it as i was in work.but i confirmed to give it in the next day but from the second day, the message came that the product will be delivered ...but from the second day i got message that it is cancelled which i didnt cancel myself.. i need my dress asap.

    I got the product delivered on 24th of june from myntra.. But as i was out of station... So it was dropped at my pg as per my instructions.. Yesterday as i unpacked it there was no product inside.. Except its packaging.. I already called the customer care... But there is no help yet... I never thought of that... This could also happen... So i didn't told anyone to unpack it... Plzzz do help soon

      I was supposed to get my order delivered by 6th june but havent got it yet. Myntra has not even shipped the order. I have made complaints everday since 7th june but they always want 24 hours to respond and never respond the other day. Not even are they cancelling my order so that i get my refund. This is customer harassment and cheating. I want this order cancelled today itself so that i get my refund.
      its truly bad experience for me if the order will not cancel or not provide me within 24 hours. then it will be my last purchase from this site and i will finally file complain on consumer forum of GOVERNMENT OF INDIA.
      i have also recommend my blogger to upload this whole issue on his site so that each and every person come to know about the reality of these type of companies.

        I ordered 12 products for a sum of rs.6087 during 27th june out of which 4 items returned back to origin. The delivery date was mentioned as 28 the july but the delivery boy came soon. It is really annoying that he approached us only once and the product returned to origin after that. I want all those 4 products at the same price. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. Thanks in advance.

          I had placed a return request regarding order no.[protected]-7588601. I ordered olli women's navy blue and white printed sleep shorts olliwssb005 and olli navy blue and grey checked sleep shorts olliwbock004 but i received two different products instead of these. When i placed a return request it was put on hold because the product didn't pass the quality test. Inspite of repeated reminders the request has still not been entertained. Kindly consider it and replace the items asap.

            This is about my recent order which i have been ordered as on 20th june'19 and its 29th today i have not received the delivery of the product. Myntra a platform where deaf and dumb staff is working. The bloody delivery person is not taking calls and updating fake remarks about attempt for delivery. Ridiculous services i can ever expect from myntra. Aside of this being a customer why should i take the rude behavior of your so called delivery person who has no curtsy how to talk to a customer. And very smartly myntra has updated delivery date till 2nd july where itr was till 28th june. Who is that # delivery person i want him to suspend right now the behave he has done is not acceptable. Neither i m getting nay email id so that i can open this # in front of every one where whole system is #ic..
            I am not gonna ignore this instance this is been ludicrous and intolerable to wait for the product while paying the amount in advance customer is not your slave. And i m sure now there will be any mis happening or type of product change will be there by your cheater delivery person bloody # is not delivering the product.
            The product is not delivered and i m getting fake messages that they have attempted delivery where i do not have received a single call in past 3 days.
            The delivery person is so called illiterate person who dont know even how to talk. Not able to understand what kind of standard myntra is maintaining.
            Is this i m getting being a customer stupidity waiting for the delivery of the product while paid in advance to the so called consortium.
            Worst service i have ever received from any online platform. No one is there to listen or revert #ic staff have working on call center services.
            No business ethics and dignity remains with myntra. Dont no what kind of cheap delivery partners are serving with myntra along with cheap staff.

              I ordered this tshirt on 9th june. They share tracking number from ecom that they shipped. Tracking number:
              Courier name: ecom express
              Tracking no: [protected]
              From 10th june its saying that pickup rescheduled: https://ecomexpress.in/tracking/?awb_field=[protected] this is the link.
              When i complained them first, they said wait till 23rd june. After 23rd june i called they said wait 72 hrs. Then again i sent message they say wait 48 hours. Today i called they say wait 24 hrs.
              I just want my money back and i said them refund my money.
              They are just playing and delaying.

              Kindly, i would request your help to get my money refunded.

                I have ordered a few products from myntra website on 22.06.2019 during their sale season and received them after the sale was over. However, i realised one of the products (Order no.[protected]-2462601) didn't fit me well and while trying to return the same a message popped-up saying 'since you have redeemed the insider points you are not allowed to return/exchange it anymore'. I dont even know about these points and while trying to contact the customer care for help, they turned a blind eye saying there is no option of cancelling the points and hence they cannot accept the return. Since the product costed me around rs.1900/- and is of no use to me anymore kindly help me out with a way forward in getting it returned.

                  I had placed order for jumpsuit vide order number[protected]-1849903 on 22.6.2019 and got on 28.6.2019 the product quality was so cheap or bed how could myntra sell such types of products. I wanted to raise a return request as soon as got it but there was not showing for return/exchange options because of delivery boy did update his item delivered status on his system then how will return it. I contacted to customer care they told me wait for 24 hours but i know every well that myntra will not return that and then they will say it has been 24 hours over so we could not raise your return request.

                  Myntra can check attached screenshot of the product that delivered to me but still not showing delivered in his system then how product will return/ exchange.

                    I ordered a carrera sunglasses and i received the delivery of the package on 21.06.2018 but when i open the box it was empty. It is very annoying and i felt so cheated & helpless. Imagine paying 5593 for an empty pack against bhard earned money.

                    I am a frequent shopper from myntra from few years now but this episode has completely taken away all the trust and loyalties build for the brand so far.

                    When i found box empty within 5 min i called the customer care, they called that complaint can't be taken for next 4 hours sytems are not ready after their big eors sale. During my 2nd call they assured me to provide solution latest by 28th june through email.. But nothing happen. I have been running around for my money and mynra team is not bothering to solve this promptly.
                    I want my money back and will take to consumer forum level to teach these guys lesson.

                    Beware shoppers, don't order from myntra.. Even you do.. Do check the package thoroughly especially expansive purchases like mine.

                      I ordered esprit men navy blue solid round neck t-shirt for rs.1164 on 23rd june i paid with my card order #[protected]-8739603 they said that they have delivered the product on 27th june at 17:57 pm but i did not get the product. I have raised a complaint but seems they will not be able to do anything about it. It is very frustrating i am going on vacation and i ordered this for that, now i don't have the product and not the money too.

                        I forgot my login details and now i m not able to login because at the time of sign up by mistake i sing up with wrong details and ordered two shirts. One is from highlander that is delivered but the second one from here&now is not delivered yet. The order placed date is 13-14 june and date of delivery is 20 june 19.

                          Worst delivery service i had never seen... I have ordered the product on 15th june 2019 and it is supposed to be delivered on 25th june 2019. Two complaints were raised in customer care and there is no proper response. For past four days am receiving a message saying "hi, sorry. We were unable to deliver your order. We'll be back with your order with 1 stylo bug lehenga choli." guys please dont choose myntra for any occasion and you will never get it on time and you will be highly disappointed...

                              I have ordered a kurti with jacket when the sale was going on between 21-24th june. So the price of the product was less as compared to now. But myntra delivered the product without jacket. So i raised a complaint that i have received a wrong product. Then myntra itself created a return request which i didn’t want. So i called again the customer helpline and they suggested that when the delivery boy will come to receive the product u we deny and u we receive a call and u wl deny the return request. And also told that after cancelling the return request u can exchange the product. I followed all steps.. And when the delivery boy came with the exchanged product he denied to receive the old one because of a missing product. Again i called myntra and they said that they are help less and u have to return that product and u can reorder again i[censored] want.. The point is u have to pay the current price of the product which is higher than before..
                              As a customer i can’t tolerate these kind of things going on the online shopping company.
                              I need proper solution to that issue as i have paid both my time and money.

                                Regd order no[protected]-6106003, basically they are blindly doing fraud, they have mentioned 2 products in one packet, but i have received only the top they did not send the watch, tried to raise complaint immediately but it was not reachable and placed call me back request 2 times but they did not call back, after 3 days when i have called again they are saying 48 hrs gone and they cant take the complaint. They simply taking customers money and cheating.

                                    Bag amount: rs 999
                                    Bag discount: rs 400
                                    Total: rs 599
                                    Shipping charges: rs 149
                                    Coupon discount: rs 149
                                    Total: rs 599
                                    Tax: rs 23
                                    Total: rs 622

                                    On return of product since product was not in stock for exchange amount received was rs 473.
                                    Amount to be refunded should have been either rs 622 or rs 599. How come amount is rs 473.
                                    As per the shared 2 screenshots of the original invoice
                                    And the invoice for return conveniently the discount amount has been changed and a refund has been given.

                                        I was ordered online through myntra.com website on dated 09.06.2019, having order no 111197610216412910401, item description - blue track pants (Sports 52 wear).
                                        Here, the delievery date was mentioned 18.06.2019, but till date my order status showing only shipped, no other information updated from 18.06.2019 onwards.
                                        Now after 18.06.2019, i was contacted to customer care of myntra, they told me wait for 72 hours, you will get some information related to your order., then after 72 hours was gone, no information were update neither by online email, sms, by call.
                                        Then again, i was contacted to customer care, they told then again wait for 24 hours, then same results, no information provided by email, phone call, sms.
                                        Same order status is still showing, customer service of myntra was very bad, nobody gives me detailed matter & where is my item, from which warehouse it was despatched, when it will deliever, etc.
                                        This is very shameful to myntra customer service.

                                        Requesting to you kindly treat this matter on prior basis.
