I bought 2 w kurtas... Both were misfit so i requested for one return and one exchange. A guy came to pick up the kurtas and both the kurtas were handed over to him. But the mail confirmation only says one return item received. I am unable to receive my exchanged product because they are continuously denying that they picked up both the items. Kindly look into it.

I ordered a watch. It was supposed to be delivered by 1st July but was not. But, infact, it said it was already delivered.
I want to know where is my order and I want the product. If not atleast refund me.

I have returned a women green printed Top for Rs 503/. My order was placed on 01 May 2019 and the order no is 110859650335269893801. Mr return no is [protected]. Till now I have not received any information regarding my return.Whether I will refund my money or adjust in the next purchase?

    I bought 2 set of priyasi kundan bangled
    The bangles did not fit me so i made a return request and shipped it back.
    Now they have sent me sms and email saying the return request is declined because it did not pass the quality check.
    I did not even wear the bangles as i could clearly tell they were not my size.
    Every stone was intact and in place. Not even a single scratch was there.
    I carefully wrapped them back in the bubble wrap and put it back in the box it came in.
    I'm 110 % sure about the quality of the bangles
    Myntra is in no mood to refund my money and is making false claims.
    Their intentions clearly are to fool their customers.

    I could not click a picture as i did not think they could make such false claim untill now.

      I had ordered 2 bags of vera moda and i had got the message that it would be delivered on monday 1/7/19 it was not delivered the on 2nd /7 /19 that your packet was returned with out any intimation today morning i recived a message that the packed would be delivered today.
      I called up the person at+91-[protected] to deliver after 2pm he said it is ok

      But untii this the packet has not reached and the complain was launchedat your site after i recived the message the the packet was returned with out intimation

        I received men grey nike flex contact 2 running shoes on 29th june 2019.
        Order no.:[protected]-6851201

        After receiving and trying it on. The size was not fitting and we placed an request for return the next day (30th june)

        The pickup delivery boy came on 2nd july 2019 and failed the product on the basis of quality check. He said it's been used (It had been worn just once inside the house to check the size) and said there's a stain on the sole (Only he could see it).
        He said he won't pickup and talk to the customer care. I did that and they said to not worry and it'll get picked up. I received an email and stating the same. But again today i received an email that request for return has been put on hold. On calling up the customer care they said the product won't be picked up because it has a smell and failed quality exam (The pickup boy never mentioned any smell when he had come… i don't know when they added this to the list) they clearly stated the product can't be returned and now i'm stuck with a small size shoe worth so much money. I'm adding pictures of the shoe to prove it has not been used and there is no stain whatsoever... I also have the receipt….

          I ordered one of the product that order number is[protected]-0116403 dated 18th jun-2019. I received one message on 22nd of jun-19 from myntra that product is out for delivery but suddenly got another message that product was delivered. The same day i approached to myntra customer care they tell us the product is delivered to you and they send us as proof of the signature of delivery but that is a fake signature. I logged dispute against this to myntra customer support team but till date, i haven't received any resolution from myntra.
          They cheated me and i would recommend don't buy their products and don't lose your hard money as i am.

          They are cheaters and not bothered about their customer's resolution.

          They are still saying wait since last 10-12 days for 24hrs. Till 3rd of july-19, i haven't received any resolution. I don't know how much time they will take to give me a resolution.

          I am not expecting that type of poor customer support from myntra.

          They did not deliver my product or my money into my account.

            As already informed on 2nd july 2019 to myntra customer service, i had placed an exchange request for the libas blue and green striped kurta l size to xl size on 25th june but it didn't happen as the delivery person denied to accept it saying some serial number is missing. Since 2 days i was receiving messages that the exchange delivery attempt is failed though no delivery person tried to contact me. On 2nd july the delivery person came but didn't take up the packet saying some serial number is missing and declined the exchange delivery. Though the original packet, bill and tags are intact i couldn't find which serial no. He wanted. When i called up in customer care they didn't ask about any serial no. Or not even informed where it could be, but asked for the bar code no. Only and said they had raised a complaint about the delivery and in 72 hrs it will be resolved. And now i have received a mail saying that the exchange itself has been declined may be because the delivery man couldn't reach me. So i thought to return the product as this size is of no use to me. I tried to ask for a refund to my bank account so there were some technical errors coming. The moment i asked it in myntra credit within a second it was done. Its like capturing and blocking the money of the customers. We have to spend that amount in myntra only. Though i have been a regular customer on myntra i was still fine with it. I have now asked for a return but i want a reason that why these companies don't check out with the delivery details or try to find out more from the customer side that whether the delivery person really attempted or had been just faking. Why there is no accountability of the delivery people or the customer service? On 20th june i had ordered and waiting for the right products since then and this is how they procrastinate things. 2 more products are pending which i don't want anymore but there is no option popping to cancel it. If a request is given to customer care they'll use big words that we have lodged your complaint for this and that but ultimately it happens what the company wants.

              I ordered a green color giordano watch for my friend as a bday gift and when the watch was delivered i got blue color watch that i dont want. So i placed the exchange order, when i got the exchanged watch i got the same watch that i have received earlier for 2nd time.. Then i again placed the exchanged watch and then for the 3rd time i have again recieved the same blue color watch that i dont want.. I asked the cutomer care they always told me that this is there mistak eand they'll rectify it but they didnt.. This is worst customer service they have delivered and the mental pressure they have provided bcoz of their negligence.. Moreover bcoz of this i felt ashamed on front of my friend for whose bday i purchased the watch.

                I recently purchased a pair of blue jeans from myntra. The jeans did not fit me properly and so i requested for return.
                However, it has been 10 days already since then and no attempt for pickup has been made despite my repeated complaints to the customer care as well.
                Everyday i call the customer care and tell them about the issue. They tell they would look into the issue but no actions has been taken since then.
                The pickup partner assigned for this is xpressbees but they also do not respond and have provided me with an invalid contact no.
                Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                  I had ordered a catwalk shoes few days back like one week back from myntra, i had ordered a size 39 and they delivered me wrong size 37, they denied to take it back the product saying the box is not there we want the product with the box and when the product is in the state the way i got it without any tag just with invoice.
                  It is really unfortunate that in spite being a known trusted fashion brand they are being so least responsible about the delivered product and disappointing the customer in many ways there where few more instances which i always ignored but this was not at all acceptable as the is really a very big trust issue factor. Because of me even my friends started shopping from myntra i was so wrong to trust these people.
                  From now i will not buy anything from here and i even cancelled all my further order i had placed, i will also warn everyone else too. It was my mistake to trust you guys.
                  But you guys should understand the fact that trust is the main factor which binds a consumer.

                    I placed two orders on June 20 and June 21, 2019. I have already made the payment for sneakers (please see attachment). My jeans was on a cash on delivery basis. And I was supposed to get both the items on June 25, 2019. However, one week has passed and I still haven't received my items. In fact I do not even have any updates regarding the new delivery date.

                    I kindly request you to look into this matter as soon as possible, else I would not think twice before knocking the doors of the consumer court.

                      I have ordered one mango shirt from myntra.it is supposed to be delivered today, according to the msg received from myntra.However I haven't received the package and no call from delivery person .but the status is delivered on myntra app.I tried to reach customer care., however no one is available. I have not received the package and my money is deducted from the account. I even try to call the delivery person but he didn't pick the call. I just received one puma shoes today.but I am supposed to get the mango shirt as well.

When i tried to call the agent, he repeatedly said that he would deliver me the product, but of no avail. It was supposed to reach me by 28th july but i still don't have any clue

You promise us a delivery date you won't stick to it when I call your customer service they ask for a 72 hours time. But they never resolve and besides that you keep on posting your offers. This is horrible and very unprofessional experience I had with you

                          missing product when its delivered

                          I have ordered BOaT headphone from Myntra on June 30 2019 whose price was Rs 470. I received the parcel on 30th June of the month. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. When I saw the parcel it was torn from one side and was sealed with white tape. So I opened the parcel in front of the delivery agent. I only got the box of the earphones and the earphones was missing. So I immediately filed a complaint to Myntra customer...

                          Wiztech corp sell defective items. My experience with them buying a kurta from the brand the house of pataudi was horrible. Myntra failed to pickup the kurta requested for pickup. Everyday since i requested for a return pickup, the pickup agent would not pick it up and initiate a reschedule from their end. The timeline to resolve the issue was:
                          1. 72 hours
                          2. 48 hours
                          3. 6 days
                          4. 7 days
                          I'm still waiting. I carry the kurta to my office everyday and then back home. By 5 pm when they fail to pickup, i carry it home which is just the next street to my office. It has become a sore. I wonder why i opted to buy from myntra, discounts aside.

                          Buying from myntra has not been a smooth ride for me. I also order a linen trouser from breakbounce which was delivered defective. The stitches on the high came off with nick on the waistband. This luckily got picked up because the pickup agent was a nice guy.

                          2 items delivered were defective while two other items i bought were over sized which was not a big problem to return.

                          I wonder why is myntra trying to sell, factory rejects in the name of discounts etc.,
                          Worst are myntra's men trying to resolve issues sitting in ac rooms somewhere.

                          Not something anticipated from myntra.
                          Only yesterday, i had to spend more than an hour trying to drive some sense into one of myntra
                          's executive who was trained not to speak a line out of the generic script. At one instance the gentlemen went on to say that he cannot help me with the issue at hand apart from standard jargons. Even speaking to his supervisor bore no fruits.

                          Of all their seeming courteous asurrances, i have not received any return pickup text message or email today so far.

                          Highly inappreciable. Perhaps, these are the perks of comfort buying.

                          No return pick up initiated since July 1.
                          I received a fresh assurance from Myntra lady champion, that within 72 hours from minutes ago, they will initiate a return pick up for my defective kurta.

                          Also, I received a call from a gentleman Rahul Sharma, [protected] who identified himself as being from Myntra. He quizzed me into the complaint lodged and seemed to know nothing of the issue at hand. The moment, I told him, that I had lodged a complaint with Consumer Complaints, he hung up. I called him, but he did not receive the call.

                          Followup call to Myntra champion gentleman confirms that return pick up has been initiated from their end while delivery partner has not responded. Meantime, complaint has been raised against delivery partner only yesterday! Of the 72 hours time limit. The first 24 hrs has gone by. Today too shall pass by. Leaving tomorrow to watch and I am sure nothing substantial can be expected from this time-math.

                          This gives us to understand that Myntra's delivery partners are grossly unresponsive within their own terms and conditions with Myntra. Which means Myntra has failed to reign in their Delivery Partners and customers need to bear the brunt.

                          The most important thing being Myntra being a major stakeholder in the House of Pataudi is the least concerned about Whiztech Corp shipping defective/factory rejected/Quality rejected items to customers under the garb of discounts.

                          Let's watch this.

                          Myntra finally succeeded to pick up defective item on July 4 evening and initiated refund.
                          Refund was received on July 9.

                          The battle for the time being is over.

                            I have ordered a tracksuit from myntra. But as i received my order i got only track pant, upper was missing. I felt stunted and speechless. As order was expensive myntra should have taken care but no! They don't.
                            It is very unfortunate that in spite being a renowned fashion giant and most trusted marketing service. Myntra had been indulging in such a heinous thing.
                            From now i will not buy anything from here and will also warn everyone else too. It was my mistake to trust you guys.
                            But you guys should understand the fact that trust is the main factor which binds a consumer with a retailer.
                            May those sum of money you got from selling those fulfil your desire.

                                It is surprising that most of my items ordered in last few days have not yet been delivered & have crossed the promised date. So far there has been no update on these items despite logging a complaint. It is critical for me to receive the order on the promised date as i am not a resident of india & i travel quickly out of india so my orders are always basis the delivery date. Didn’t expect this kind of service from myntra. Some items are due tmrw & i am sure they will not be delivered on time

                                I placed the order today at 7:05 pm and money has been deducted. I did nt get any confirmation mail of order placed. I called to myntra they said order is not placed
                                I had applied a coupon on a purchase and after returning the product the amount was deducted from my refund.
                                This is in reference to the order that I have placed on 20th of june.. tracking number MYNP[protected] but Have got a different product in the name of different customer..
                                billing address was different and the delivery address was mine had ordered a red dress instead got a pair of black jeans

                                  I had purchased a rain jacket of wildcraft for men on 11th april, 2019. Yesterday my husband used it for the 1st time in rains and it’s started peeling off from the inside. I was shocked to see the condition of the rain jacket as i had spent such a huge amount and bought this branded jacket. I now wonder if it’s a duplicate product or a very old worn out stock. It was a 1st wedding anniversary gift to my husband and really sad to see that it turned out so cheap quality.

                                  I request myntra to look into this urgently and send me another jacket of same size and color or refund me my amount. I have given the details of the order below. Please let me know if you need any more details from my side to resolve this issue.

                                    I have ordered two items on 21/6/19 and is cancelled on the same date after 10 minutes. Till the date my money is not credited back in account. I ordered women navy blue striped straight kurta of anouk and men blue & maroon pack of 2 checked boxer of xyxx.
                                    Its been 11 days after cancellation of the products.
                                    Total money which is to be credited back is - 890/- in wors eight hundred and ninety rupees

                                    I ordered a Louis Philippe belt with return no.([protected]) from myntra which didn't suit me so I had to return it. The belt was successfully picked up after a proposal of return option in my orders, but it been a week price money is still not refunded to me.

                                      I order for puma men balck shoe on 12th june 2019 and it has to placed by 26 th june.. But my order item is delayed for more than 7 days.. And i called customercare and they told me that i will get email with in four days two days like that.. But ididnt get any information regarding my product and i allready paid the money.. And there is no cancel option also..
                                      So simply this guys are really irresponsible and robe my money... And if i ask about the status of my product they told me that it will be order with in a few days.. And they dnt have any information about my product
