I had purchased a rain jacket of wildcraft for men on 11th april, 2019. Yesterday my husband used it for the 1st time in rains and it’s started peeling off from the inside. I was shocked to see the condition of the rain jacket as i had spent such a huge amount and bought this branded jacket. I now wonder if it’s a duplicate product or a very old worn out stock. It was a 1st wedding anniversary gift to my husband and really sad to see that it turned out so cheap quality.

I request myntra to look into this urgently and send me another jacket of same size and color or refund me my amount. I have given the details of the order below. Please let me know if you need any more details from my side to resolve this issue.

I have ordered two items on 21/6/19 and is cancelled on the same date after 10 minutes. Till the date my money is not credited back in account. I ordered women navy blue striped straight kurta of anouk and men blue & maroon pack of 2 checked boxer of xyxx.
Its been 11 days after cancellation of the products.
Total money which is to be credited back is - 890/- in wors eight hundred and ninety rupees

I order for puma men balck shoe on 12th june 2019 and it has to placed by 26 th june.. But my order item is delayed for more than 7 days.. And i called customercare and they told me that i will get email with in four days two days like that.. But ididnt get any information regarding my product and i allready paid the money.. And there is no cancel option also..
So simply this guys are really irresponsible and robe my money... And if i ask about the status of my product they told me that it will be order with in a few days.. And they dnt have any information about my product

I ordered 2 jeans, lipstick and purse from myntra. 1 jeans and lipstick delivered in 1 packet and 1 jeans on other packet on a same time. Delivery boy asked for payment, i handover my card but his machine was not working so he collected 1500 rs cash from me as my bill was 1242 rs (708+534). Now he is claiming that i didnt pay my money (Rs 534) and calling me continuously to pay the money. He already taken the payment for the same

Put up the order on 21 june order no:[protected]-8511103 and the due date for ordered to be delivered was 26th june. Had ordered 6 diff items, though not a single item have received, this is the first time i am facing such issue that not a single item from lot of 6 items has been received.

To my surprise myntra logistics is saying all the items are packed in single courier, and the reason that no item has been produced.

On 26th itself the items were showing in nearest dc of their that to in my locality. I have raised several complaints but yet to get details where exactly are my products and when will i be receiving them.

Very embarrassing to see myntra not resolving and lagging in providing info as well.

I have placed an order for vastramay men black gold-toned sherwani with dhoti pants order number:-111258450916497039103 and tracking no. Ml[protected] on 16th june 2019, the estimated arrival date generated was 12 day after order placement i. E. 27th june 2019, i waited till 27th june patiently and raised complaint on 28th june vide sr no. In[protected], i have been asked to wait for 72 hours for response on 28th june, and as usual i didn't got any response from myntra within 72 hours and not after this period of time, so i called up myself again on myntra helpdesk on 1st july and the executive asked me to hold the line for a while and disconnected abruptly, again i called on helpdesk this time helpdesk executive picked up the call, i explained my problem to her in response she sent system generated apology mail on my id which is of no use for me since it doesn't helped me with my order whereabouts and asked me to wait for another 48 hours for acknowledgment of concern raised, there was no legit solution provided to me even myntra employee was unable to track the order. It's been 16 days of prepaid order placement and i don't have any track of my order nor any solution received from myntra's part, i trusted on myntra for purchase of this outfit for my brother's wedding which is on 4th july, now i am left with no option, thanks to myntra team for creating this mess, this is my worst and last experience with myntra ever.

Order shows the product is delivered.
I had made complaint and was informed, the product will be delivered within 2-3 days as there might be some issue in packaging.

Now they are refunding the amount without any prior notice and also the product price has gone up now, as i had purchased the product in sale the price was less.

This is the worst experience, please don't fool your customers with sale and discount when you can't keep up with your orders delivery.

I ordered lakme sunscren compact and my delivery date was of 30 june bt it is not delivered yet its courier name is myntra logistics and tracking no. Is ml[protected]. I just want to get my oroduct as soon as possible and want you to give immidiate action regarding this. It will then help me a lot. So that i could order further more things in myntra. It is almost 2 days late from the delivery date of myntra does tgis kinds of late delivery i cant order further more things on myntra and laso don't suggest to anyone to bug anything on tgis site

Recently i have placed an order in myntra, my bag contains 3 items.in the tracking it showed that it will be delivered by 29th june and then it showed as delay in delivery. Today i. E, 1st july i got a message as shipment is out for delivery and now it is showing as the shipment is delivered but till now i didn't received my products.

What is the solution for this issue

I placede two orders on myntra eoss, of order[protected]-7334101 received only one right leg heel from that catwalk pair, disposed it off since it is a one footwear, requested refund, they’ve been raising a return request, and i have nothing to return now. Another order[protected]-6152701, cancelled a product, still didn’t receive refund, an other product from the same order is never delivered but marked as delivered, when called back and asked the delivery agent, he lied saying that he gave me the product. I would like to have full refund on all the three products. Pls help.

I ordered products from myntra on 21/06/2019. They are given expected delivery date as 30/06/2019. But they didn' t delivered within expected date. I called customer care and they said "we raised a complaint about this and wait for 72 hours for knowing delivery issues". Till now i wasted more than one week for waiting for products and again they saying wait for 3 days for knowing the what the problem for late delivery. After complaining also they are not saying upto how many days it will take product delivery. They are not providing compensation for late delivery.
I need compensation for this

I ordered dressberry pink sneakers from myntra. Now its more then a week and i have not received my order. Its highly disappointing. This was not expected from such a reputated online shopping site. The order no. Is[protected]-5507603. Though the payment mode was cash on delivery but i wanted them urgently and now its a mess. I want you to give me certain discount or refund money for the same before me taking any other action or facing further trouble as a consumer.

This problem started in the starting of this year. As i am a working woman it is not possible fir me to be available at home to collect the products always. Thus it is the fourth or fifth instance with me that my product was delivered to me and returned to origin without my knowledge and then when i talk to customer service about it they have a single answer that as it is returned to origin we cannot do anything about it. It is the height as this pathetic service provided by mantra has lead to several calls and my time wastage. I will like this matter to be looked seriously and need the result as soon as possible. I have placed an order on 07jun'19 and expected delivery date 12jun'19, product details: no#[protected]-4612003, gauge machine
Unisex navy blue solid laptop bag, amount: 2477. The item is not delivered despite raising a customer complaint on 26jun'2019. Till now there is no proactive update from them, they extend delivery date to next 48hrs. On 01-jul-2019 call yet they are not sure on this delivery.

Now, as i want to return the product, the status of product is still out for delivery. As i have received the 25.06.2019, i tried to confirm delivery with the bar code/no. But it is not accepting the code.

I bought shoes on myntra which is delivered to me on 23rd june 2019 and i used it on 27 june now today is 1 july and i got it's lesis side (Dhaga) is break i am very disappointed to get this shoes pls solve this complaint. If within 2 to 3 days shoes will damage then why will we get brended shoes pls kindly request you to take this on priority

I submitted a request for return of a purchased product and no one is here yet. I was given time for 26/06/2019 in the morning and yet after 5 days no one is here to pick up the package. Customer care number is not valid also. Can some one please tell me how this work or is myntra customer care really sucks? I am reconsidering buying anything again.

I have ordered a highlander maroon shirt from myntra which was expected to come on friday by the delivery boy from myntra logistics but he doesn't delivered it. He make an excuse that it's too late so he'll deliver it next day. Again next day he made an another excuse that he can't come right now and even asked me to come and take my product as he can't come toh my address. He said he'll deliver it today i. E., sunday but nor i get a call today not even a message. I really disappointed for this awful nd disgusting behaviour of the delivery boy. I am really very angry. What kind of thing it is. I've been shipping in myntra for so long and this kind of thing never happened. I've already paid for my order. I called to the help center but didn't get any kind of quick response from them. They told me to wait for 72 hours. Wtf is this. My product is near me but i am not getting it. I don't even know where the hell is the office of myntra logistics here at ramgarh. Or where is this # delivery boy is. I have to wait for my product according to him. I have some plans hopes etc etc.
I am really very disappointed.
