I have orderd one dress through myntra but product didnot suit. So we given refund request. The product was picked up by myntra delivery boy on 18 jun 2019 at manipal academy bengaluru chokanahali.
But in myntra account, it is showing that my return request was failed.
And i have not received refund money till date.

    I have ordered nike shoes from myntra with order number 9228701 but insteaf of that i got an ugly hrx tshirt with different order number that is 8209003
    Address was the same that i have mentioned but the buyers name was different
    I have raised a return request
    I even spoke to myntra people theg are not responding
    I ordered shoes of ₹2000 approx
    And the weong product i got is hrx tshirt which is very cheap and price is writern 399
    This is a big spam
    As you can see in photos i have screenshot of my order
    And the order is got i which buyers name is wrong
    Kindly look into the matter
    How could they do this to me

      I had purchased the Blink Go fitness band from myntra, but that has stopped working. They have mentioned one year warranty but when asked where to claim it they are not aware of the information. As it is a myntra house product they should be able to help us with this. Customer care is least interested in the issue and there is not where we can go now. My money is completely wasted. Team kindly request you to take some action and help us from such false claiming people.

        Hi team,

        I have ordered for zaveri pearls gold-toned floral stone-studded bracelet-one size. But when my mom opened it, the package was empty.
        Enclosed are the pictures of the same.
        In the myntra app i couldn't find any option to raise this complaint rather than just return and exchange. However, in the faqs i found about pilferage usage but nowhere mentioned how to raise the complaint. As i'm an nri customer i'm not able to contact them over the phone. But for any queries, the team can contact in the local number provided in my myntra profile.

          Hi,
          I am a regular buyer from myntra. I ordered a levi's top worth 1019/-. Instead of the top i received a male spykar jeans worth rupees 2499/-. I placed a return order for the exchange of the wrong product. Everytime i placed a return request no one came to pick it up and it was either rescheduled or cancelled. Return i'd : [protected]
          Yesterday the picking agent called me and refused to accept from my pick up point (Office) instead asked to return it at my home address. I agreed to that even. But the picking agent refused to provide me acknowledgement slip or a message regarding pick up accepted and said he has no battery in his cell phone. Again they are not agreeing to pick up the item from my delivery point.
          It's very annoying to receive such a behaviour and customer service from much reputed myntra.

          I had ordered yk organic T-shirt 6-12month size with the pack of three T-shirt but I have received only two in the pack that is in the below pic the red and yellow combination T-shirt is missing.

            Your delivery agent had come on yesterday at my office at 9 am in the very early morning, but my office timing starts from 10 a. M and i had also told him to come after 10 a. M. However, he did not come till today and i have still not received my ordered product. I am so much dissatisfied with your services.

            Pls look into my matter otherwise i will file complain in consumer court.

When i contacted customer service they just say to wait for 24, 48and72 hrs no response or resolution. Please help the consumers rights. Please help to regulate on ecommerce website they take the don't take care of customers even with vogo i faced this issue.. Customer service is not respecting customers

                Myntra has not delivered by order ending with 90601 that was placed on 06 june 2019. It was expected to be delivered on 16 june 2019. I lodged a complaint on 18 june 2019, but they are only dragging saying to wait for 24 hours everyday.
                Also they are not refunding the order money. I being a regular customer of myntra feel cheated at their behaviour and solution they give. They are also not looping me into the complain mail so that i can get the status. Kindly help from such fraud things.

                      I purchased two products i returned one of them while returning i asked them to refund money to my bank account, they added back to myntra credits, and some amount to my bank. when we requested to add money back why they should add to myntra credits?
                      I would want my amount to be credited to the bank account which was returned not to myntra credits.

                        So disappointed with the services of Myntra.
                        I received the product today. It was in a basic cardboard packing. Being a makeup product, it should have been properly packed in bubble wrap so that it’s safe against being broken instead it came in a zip lock packet. The highlighter was entirely broken when I opened it and the product just spilled all over me.

                        I ordered a makeup revolution highlighter palette from Myntra on 20th June 2019 (order no.1112920-9621625-7427803) . On 24th june, i got a message that my product was out for delivery and after sometime I got a message of unsuccessful delivery. When I called on the customer care no. They told me that the delivery agent had specified that I had asked to reschedule the delivery. Whereas, there was no call from the delivery person and he didn’t even attempt the delivery. On 25th june, i received the package and when I opened it, it was entirely broken. Instead of coming in a bubble wrap it was in a zip lock packet. I called the customer care no. And they have asked me to wait till 72 hours. Kindly resolve my issue by either exchanging the product for a new one or refund my money. Otherwise I will file a complaint.

                          One month back i ordered zivame night pant but got a body shapener instead of it, i complained to its customer care but they suggetsed me to mail the pictures now while mailing the mail is undelivered the address the provided is not accepting my mails,
                          secondly again i ordered a globus t shirt instead of which i got a shirt i complained again but no action taken .
                          thirdly i ordered under garment which is showing delivered in status but i didnt received my parcel its been 2 months i complained but no action is taken yet

                            Hi,
                            The myntra website is so fake that if customer wants to exchange or return a product within the validity date the pickup guy is not coming to door step and making a fake update stating that incomplete item. I have the complete item and i have sent the images to the company website but they are dragging and not giving resolution of proper pickup date and they are forcing me to keep the product.                             I have sent numerous emails to the company myntra.com but then they ask me to wait 72 hrs every time on email mode, call mode and chat mode. How can they drag and waste this much time of the customer without giving a proper resolution. Theie pickup guys are so rash and rude and very unprofessional and never come to pickup the order and give a wrong update to the company and the company asks the customers all the images of the products without even asking y their delivery pickup guy did not come for pickup. I m attaching all the images again. The entire product along with price and barcode is available.

                            Hi I was looking to purchase a jumpsuit. It was a green coloured jumpsuit. Thereafter opted for NetBanking.                                   On the 03th of june, i placed an order for a pair of 'louis philippe
                                  Men coffee brown leather formal derbys' and 'bombay shaving company
                                  Unisex charcoal face & body wash and cleanser value pack' on myntra app, the order number was[protected]-2120101. I paid using my credit card online.

                                  After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by the 8th of june. I didn't receive any updates after that. On 10th of june i raised the complaint.

                                  After that i am following up everyday but no use. They are telling wait for 24hours. Today (24th june) i called again to myntra, again same reply.

                                  Very funny and worst thing is myntra backend team have no idea about the product tracking. And where is my product. I told them atleast cancel my product and refund the my money (3, 999 bucks). They told me that they dn't have option to cancel the product wait for 24 hours more you will get update.

                                  Can you please do needful, cancel the product or delivery my product asap.

                                    I am using myntra from last many years and few days back myntra had blocked my account with out giving any reason to me. They are only saying that read our terms o[censored]se link. I talked to so many customer care executive and seniors but no one is trying to understand my things. Every one has the same answer we cann't do any thing in this regards. This is totally unprofessional from myntra. They are not giving any reason. They are not returning products. My 16000 rs has been stuck in myntra and no one is going to help me. I requested to them to arrange pick up of this order but no one is hearing my this request. Please help me this as myntra is doing such kind of cheap practices with lots of customers. Myntra is worst website and never do any kind of shopping with myntra in future. Guys please beaware of doing big amount shopping with myntra as you never know when they will block your account. There customer care executives are very unprofessional and even they don't listen your things. At the end they disconnect phone by saying thanking for calling myntra.

Bt nody calls me before courier delivered n i did not get that what about my money what about my order where the hell its been
                                    Myntra is fraud website it doesn't trust on customers.My account has also been blocked.Being an indian consumer i am very serious this time.It has to be noticed by the indian government for the protection of consumer rights.Myntra is looting to customers you me and many people are suffering this time serious actions are required by us against this fraud site which is breaking our(customers)trust.

                                      On 21st of June i placed an order from Myntra a mast and harbour blue chinos on 24 th of june i got a message that the order will be delivered today but i didn't received the order instead i got the message that the order was delivered. When i enquired about it on Myntra customer service they sent me a mail showing Proof of delivery (POD). The signature shown in that was not mine. Someone forged my signature and took my order. Please help me.

                                        I am having myntra account since more than 2 years and on 4th of jan i placed order for 1 shoes pair and some shirts, after receiving the order found that some products was not fit to me and then i was trying to open my account for exchange and return and i found that my account has been locked then i have called to customer care & they were inform me that concern person will call you in 24 hrs. On 15 th june i have received email that your account has been locked and can not reactivate and can't refund or return products from this account you may read terms o[censored]se from our website clause. Really it was very much surprising to me because i was going to exchange and return my unused products due to oversize and understand my account has been suspend without any reason and now i can not return or exchange my products worth of more than rs 18000.. Please advice me what can i do now because understand account has been locked intensionally by myntra to customer can't return or replace products.
