I ordered two products from Myntra on 01/06/19. The first product was to be delivered on 06/06/19 and the second product was to be delivered on the 09/06/19. But products have not been delivered till date (18/0619). I have complained to Myntra on 4 times and I always get the same response, that we're working on it and we'll take a complaint regarding this. I even asked for a cancellation request and refund, to which they said that the package in on route and cannot be cancelled and that I should refuse to accept the product when it's delivered. I have prepaid for these orders, so why shouldn't I get my money back, the fault here is with Myntra and it's logistics team, why should a customer have to pay for it with their time and money. Please help resolve this. Thank you.

    I was supposed to get my order delivered by 6th june but havent got it yet. Myntra has not even shipped the order. I have made complaints everday since 7th june but they always want 24 hours to respond and never respond the other day. Not even are they cancelling my order so that i get my refund. This is customer harassment and cheating. I want this order cancelled today itself so that i get my refund.
    its truly bad experience for me if the order will not cancel or not provide me within 24 hours. then it will be my last purchase from this site and i will finally file complain on consumer forum of GOVERNMENT OF INDIA.
    i have also recommend my blogger to upload this whole issue on his site so that each and every person come to know about the reality of these type of companies.

      myntra not delivering at doorstep.

      NAGALAND- KOHIMA MYNTRA COURIER SERVICES ARE THE WORST. What's the point of doing online shopping with full home address?? the UNPROFESSIONAL Myntra delivery executives are not delivering to doorsteps without any reason. these kind of lazy, irresponsible employees should be either relieved from work or withhold payments unless they learn the meaning of online -home deliveries....

      So I bought a BEEVEE black cargo pant of Rs. 844 on 12/05/2019 on try and buy and returned it on they same day as the product colour was different. Myntra told that they initiated the refund on 15/05/2019 and it has been more than one month, it has not been credited into my account. On enquiring about the refund they told to send them all my bank details with the bank statement. I mailed them everything and they told me to get in touch with my bank and provided me with a reference no. and a link to raise a dispute. I raised a dispute against my bank, the bank responded that they haven't received the money.

      The customer care at myntra is really bad. Everytime I call them to ask about my refund I get the same reply from them.

        Dear Sir,
        I have placed a product on 29th may2019, 3rd june i received the product and it was not satisfactory so placed a return request, on 4th june delivery agent came and said some price tag not available so he refused to take the parcel, immediately i called up customer service and reported the issue, they ask me to wait for 7 working days, on 10th june i received email to send the product pics, which i did and on 12th june they called and said this particular product wont have price tag it was their mistake so they said to wait for 48 hours, since then they are asking me to wait but no resolution given nor the product was taken back and refunded my amount, every time they are saying to wait for 24-48 hours, my money is blocked and time wasted and mental tension i need justice on this and my amount to be refunded.

        Called up again today to Myntra second level escalation but again their only one answer wait for 24 hours this is what I am getting since 15 days very poor service
        Still no update from Myntra and they are just prolonging to wait wait wait that's it very poor service

          I ordered a item in myntra.cm and received on 14/06/2019. i am not satisfied with that product and i returned it. 17th jun 2019 agent was came for picked up the item but he was not returned back the order. he told some product code is missing in the tag so that he can't able to take back. The code is missing in the tag is there printing mistake not mine. i called customer support for myntra for this issue, customer support staff told to me the myntra app have contact option chat with up you can attached the tag photo but it was not opening, it shows agent is busy try after some times i tried lot of time but not getting...?
          please take action for this.

              I ordered a promod top from myntra app through online payment by Sbi debit card and later on cancelled the product due to some issues. But the refund of amount was not initiated yet as its been more than 10 days now. I contact customer care several timesand they mailed me a reference no. But it doesn't work.

                Definately i haven't had this kind of arrogant behavior from any of the e-commerce sites.You are the worst e-commerce site i've ever used.Your customer care executives are very unprofessional and unhelpful.They don't talk to the customers politely and nicely and i've the proof of that entire conversation which i am going to upload and publish on all social media sites(i.E. Facebook+ twitter+youtube+ telegram+snapchat+ instagram etc) including myntra(your all social portals) after listening that recording people will be able to judge that they really want that to be happen with them in future which has happened to me. I've been doing shopping from myntra for 4-5 years during that entire shopping sessions i've bought enormous amount of products in other words i was totally depended on myntra for clothing+ accessories+footwear+inner wear for each and every thing. It's been a while when i went to offline shops for clothing and it must be considered that definitely there will be exchange/return in correspondence of bulk purchas ing and many times i got used product/stained products/wrong products delivered and sizing/fitting/colouring and lot's of other issues were there and social media is filled with this kind of myntra fraud content if you don't believe just go on you tube and type myntra fraud then you will get to know your real worth that is the proof in my case as i am a genuine and loyal customer and most importantly you(myntra+ logistics) did mistakes and why will customer bear your unethical behavior of yours and definitely in those cases customer will utilise his right to return and it's obvious that being a customer no one will keep wrong products and definitely he/she will return that products and because of returning the products myntra has blocked my account.So myntra just be customer centric and before judging the customers first judge your mistakes and services which you are providing to customers.Put yourself on customer's place then you will be able to understand what kind of trouble i faced just because of your profit centric policies.You(myntra) don't think about the customers, you just think about your profit, ultimately you are not going to survive for long term in this industry because many giants are also here who provide better services than yours and if the customers are in trouble definitely your business will be wind up very soon.If i were a fraud customer i would definitely create a different account and do fraud activities from that account and don't put too much efforts (by writing this and calling multiple times to customer care who puts the call for long term hold)for getting my account unblocked.I am conscious about my rights, data, time and efforts (my wishlists+my order details for accounting purpose+my myntra credits & points)which are the result of my long term usage and trust on myntra but you have broken the customer trust and you have to pay for it.I literally begged to customer care executives for unblocking my account mant times but they gave me arrogant response and the entire customer community will listen that and definitely they will keep them on my place because we all are the customers and they will definitely feel the pain and trouble which i have right now just because of myntra and this is not the happy thing for any e-commerce site.Thanks for our government for introducing customer empowerment policies and definitely i'll utilise my right against you because i am genuine and alert customer and don't let it to be happen with others.If my account([protected]@gmail.Com) has not been unblocked within 48 hours then i'll definitely file a case on consumer court against you.#digital_india #myntrafraud #namo #alert_consumer #v_r_indianconsumer.

                  I have ordered a product on June 4th of this month and it is being shipped for last 12 days.When enquired about the order they are telling me to wait and they are changing the delivery date for the product which I have paid for.When I asked them about the delay the are not explaining me the what is the problem but telling me to wait for their next delivery date. I have been repeatedly telling them that order is not showing any update about delivery but they seem to be careless.I paid for my product and they are keeping me waited for so long. Please help me in this matter.

                  My product says shipped on 06/04 and delivery date is 06/11..From that day, almost every single day I have been calling to check on the delivery..Spoken to 3 supervisors who assured the status will be updated by EOD. I still don't see an update..After forcing the supervisor unlike other's who.promised. I finally got the compliment ticket number via email n again asking for 48 hrs...like the earlier complaint they are not will to cancel the product..Product was ordered for travel now it does not serve the purpose coz of the delay...I attached a complaint which is similar to mine..I want this issue...Speaking to 5 supervisors did not help...all I get to hear is 24 hrs..My is MONEY is stuck

                      I tried to order an Adidas bag from Myntra on the 15th of July 2019 of amount inr 2689. I got a message that the amount of inr 2698 has been deducted from my account but the order has not been placed and is still in my cart. There was also a glich in the website after the amount was deducted. I have also checked my bank account balance and i am sure that it has been deducted.
                      I will be very happy if you kindly return the same to my account.

                      Called the customer care department several times but everytime they ask for 24 hours..its been almost 3 days now but there is no communication from the team myntra
                      Actually i have collected the insider point by mistake so please at least exchange my dress other wise it is wastage for me and 4000 rs is very higher amount..now i will not busy anything from myntra if you guys are not refund my amount

                        I am a regular customer of myntra. I had ordered a shirt from myntra on 28/5/19 and it was not fit in size so I returned it and asked for the refund at "myntra credit (myntra wallet)" on 6/6/19, It has been more 10 days but the amount is not refunded yet and the customer care cell keeps saying that it will be initiated soon. This kind of behavior is intolerable.

                        I got my product about 4 days ago from today still cant confirm my order.!                           I ordered the shoes 2 weeks ago and it still isn’t delivered. i wanted them on urgent basis. the delivery system is veryyyy poor and i’m highly disappointed. won’t recommend myntra anymore.

                            Hello,

                            I bought a beauty product from Myntra.Tjori anti pigmentation mask. The MRP was showing at 947 and I got it on a discount for 335. However, in the original website of Tjori the product is priced at MRP 500!
                            My concern is how can any online shopping brand spike up the MRP on a product just to show heavy discounts? Maximum retail price means that the product shouldn't be charged more that that. But they are spiking the rates to almost double and then showing a heavy discount!! I don't know how many products they do this with, but this is consumer fraud. They are misleading the customers to see a wrong price and get lured by heavy discounts. Whereas the original product is much cheapee.
                            I think this should be taken up as consumer fraud and against RTI. Myntra or any online store should be sued for this.
                            I am disappointed with my experience and shocked that the company says that all this is acceptable under some company policy and criteria?? This is unacceptable and illegal.

                            Actions need to be taken against such instances that fool the consumers! I am attaching images as proof of the price variance. Awaiting some response and action to be taken.

                              i was placed order 2 peace of rodester (top, shirts) and total billing was 1081.00 and i have recived nly one peace (top which cost was 366) yesterday but i paid whole billings amount on dilivery time coz that time the amount was 1080.00. after then i have recevied one notification from your side that your another order is not diliver today its probale dilivery 16th of the june. today i have recived a call from your excutive side about delivery but he asked me more amount around 715 Rs including shipping charges. its oor cheating from you and your excutive side and your excutive behavior is also too bad.

And the status is showing that it has been delivered to me.

                                  Placed an order with Myntra 5th of June 2019 vide order no[protected]-3300901.
                                  Out of the 7 items ordered, 2 items delivered on 7th june’19 were wrong products . On calling customer care on 7th itself, they sent a mail to me asking for the details of the wrong products delivered. I responded to the mail with all the details on 7th itself and also spoke to the customer care who assured me of receiving the mail and a solution to be provided with in 72 hrs. and asked me to return the wrong product. (Ref Complaint ID IN[protected])
                                  I placed the return request on 8th June and the person who came to pick up the return refused to take the product back as the product was not matching as he had the details of the product I had actually ordered. I got a mail from myntra saying return rejected due to quality issues; whereas the packet is lying as it was delivered Again called the customer care on 9th June and told the whole situation again. They asked me to wait for 48 hrs. to resolve the problem.

                                  On 11th again I called up and spoke to the senior as well, I was assured that my complaint has been escalated and will definitely get a solution in 24 hrs. I called up again 13th and was asked to wait for another 24 hrs and the same happened on 14th. With no solution.
                                  They are neither accepting the return of wrong product and hence not sending the refund nor delivering the product ordered. This is sheer carelessness and harassment to the customer. Still waiting for some solution. It’s a shame on Myntra to cheat customers .

                                    I ordered wet and wild blush in the shade mellow wine. The blush was delivered completely broken and the pan was completely shattered. The product was all over the box and the zip lock bag they give. I ordered from myntra considering the good brand name but now I'm very disappointed as after charging a substantial amount of tax they can't even provide with the right kind of packaging for the products they sell.

                                      Ordered Items are 8 sets of home sizzler curtains of color brown.Out of 8, 2 are door curtains and 6 window curtains. Today(13th June, 2019) they delivered. I opened and found only 6 items are delivered.2 window curtains are missing and status in mantra was delivered for all the 8 items. Please do the needful
