Hi,

I purchased two products i returned one of them while returning i asked them to refund money to my bank account, they added back to myntra credits, and some amount to my bank. when we requested to add money back why they should add to myntra credits?
I would want my amount to be credited to the bank account which was returned not to myntra credits.

So disappointed with the services of Myntra.
I received the product today. It was in a basic cardboard packing. Being a makeup product, it should have been properly packed in bubble wrap so that it’s safe against being broken instead it came in a zip lock packet. The highlighter was entirely broken when I opened it and the product just spilled all over me.

One month back i ordered zivame night pant but got a body shapener instead of it, i complained to its customer care but they suggetsed me to mail the pictures now while mailing the mail is undelivered the address the provided is not accepting my mails,
secondly again i ordered a globus t shirt instead of which i got a shirt i complained again but no action taken .
thirdly i ordered under garment which is showing delivered in status but i didnt received my parcel its been 2 months i complained but no action is taken yet

The myntra website is so fake that if customer wants to exchange or return a product within the validity date the pickup guy is not coming to door step and making a fake update stating that incomplete item. I have the complete item and i have sent the images to the company website but they are dragging and not giving resolution of proper pickup date and they are forcing me to keep the product. The registered email i'd for myntra is [protected]@gmail.com and the order i'd is[protected] 9271801 and the product is women grey beanie cap

Ordered product supposed to be delivered on 11 june 2019 but not yet delivered order number[protected]-7207901. When i contacted customer service they just say to wait for 24, 48and72 hrs no response or resolution. Please help the consumers rights. Please help to regulate on ecommerce website they take the don't take care of customers even with vogo i faced this issue.. Customer service is not respecting customers

On the 03th of june, i placed an order for a pair of 'louis philippe
Men coffee brown leather formal derbys' and 'bombay shaving company
Unisex charcoal face & body wash and cleanser value pack' on myntra app, the order number was[protected]-2120101. I paid using my credit card online.

After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by the 8th of june. I didn't receive any updates after that. On 10th of june i raised the complaint.

After that i am following up everyday but no use. They are telling wait for 24hours. Today (24th june) i called again to myntra, again same reply.

Very funny and worst thing is myntra backend team have no idea about the product tracking. And where is my product. I told them atleast cancel my product and refund the my money (3, 999 bucks). They told me that they dn't have option to cancel the product wait for 24 hours more you will get update.

Can you please do needful, cancel the product or delivery my product asap.

I am using myntra from last many years and few days back myntra had blocked my account with out giving any reason to me. They are only saying that read our terms o[censored]se link. I talked to so many customer care executive and seniors but no one is trying to understand my things. Every one has the same answer we cann't do any thing in this regards. This is totally unprofessional from myntra. They are not giving any reason. They are not returning products. My 16000 rs has been stuck in myntra and no one is going to help me. I requested to them to arrange pick up of this order but no one is hearing my this request. Please help me this as myntra is doing such kind of cheap practices with lots of customers. Myntra is worst website and never do any kind of shopping with myntra in future. Guys please beaware of doing big amount shopping with myntra as you never know when they will block your account. There customer care executives are very unprofessional and even they don't listen your things. At the end they disconnect phone by saying thanking for calling myntra.

On 21st of June i placed an order from Myntra a mast and harbour blue chinos on 24 th of june i got a message that the order will be delivered today but i didn't received the order instead i got the message that the order was delivered. When i enquired about it on Myntra customer service they sent me a mail showing Proof of delivery (POD). The signature shown in that was not mine. Someone forged my signature and took my order. Please help me.

I am having myntra account since more than 2 years and on 4th of jan i placed order for 1 shoes pair and some shirts, after receiving the order found that some products was not fit to me and then i was trying to open my account for exchange and return and i found that my account has been locked then i have called to customer care & they were inform me that concern person will call you in 24 hrs. On 15 th june i have received email that your account has been locked and can not reactivate and can't refund or return products from this account you may read terms o[censored]se from our website clause. Really it was very much surprising to me because i was going to exchange and return my unused products due to oversize and understand my account has been suspend without any reason and now i can not return or exchange my products worth of more than rs 18000.. Please advice me what can i do now because understand account has been locked intensionally by myntra to customer can't return or replace products.

The amount has been deducted from my account using bhim upi paytm and transferred to myntra but the order was not placed. The incident happened on 24th june, 2019. Myntra is declining that they received the amount. I want the refund of rs2411 back to my account. This was my first time experience with myntra and it turned out to be horrible. Moreover, the customer service also sucks.

On 20th jun, i had placed an order of 5.9k it was a prepaid order. The very next day my account was locked without any prior intimation. My payment is already collected by myntra, account is locked and items are still not delivered. When i called up customer care, they said since the account is locked nothing much can be done. Neither can i cancel the order nor get a refund for the items not yet delivered. Above all they are not sharing the specific reason for my account being blocked.in revert, they've sent me a mail saying that i must have breached their t&c policy. I'm a regular myntra shopper and also have select insider points, i want to the exact reason for my account getting locked, sending across a generic mail won't work.

I had ordered, acutally preordered a superstar shoes from myntra during eoss sale and the seller was health &happiness pvt ltd
And today i got it delivered
The packaging was good and inside was a geniune adidas superstar box but inside it was some cheap shoe called as pine berry shoe.
So what is wrong with this company
Do you really make profit by these cheap means??
I demand my shoes back, the one i had acutally ordered and take these cheap shoes away

I have placed order of 6-7 items a d now unable to login to my account which exists from last 4-5 years. Suddenly it started saying account locked. Now i have no way to return or track my order. This is really frustrating as the customer care says you cant so anything or even we cant do anything as you dont have an account! Its serious concern that i when i receive items how will i return them if i want to! This is too disturbing of an incident with such a famous site

Myntra closed my account telling some breach of their policy...I had 9000 in my Myntra cash...and they are not even telling what breach of policy i have done...they don’t respond to emails...and customer care says they cant help...I have rights to know what policy I breached...and I want my money back...every customer has the rights to know what breach of policy...i have full rights to get my money back

I got my myntra package rest two items one dhoti and frock were there giordano analogue wrist watch was not there in package and it is showing delivered. I got message that wrist watch is delivered but in package it was not there. Mantra z executive told me to wait. But it is very bad experience from myntra. It is really shocking and heartbreaking. I don't expect this from myntra. I want my refund or my watch back. It is like mental harassment. I am kidney patient too. I can't take that much tension. I want my refund as soon as possible.

I returned an item and it was picked up long back. However even after calling up the customer care so many times asking them about my refund, they always kept delaying it and they haven’t given my refund yet. Please see to it and give me my refund. It’s a very big disappointment to see such a large online store being irresponsible. I’ll make sure that i don’t order anything from this app ever again

I bought a tshirt from myntra of roadster which is delivered on monday 17th june.
But the product is totally different which i have ordered. When i place a return request the delivery boy rejected it saying different product where the bills and tags are all intact with the tshirt.
Kindly help to get this returned as the product you guyz sold me id different.

I orederd a tommy hilfiger casual shirt from myntra. The product i received was different from the image so i create a return request. On 29 may my product was picked up successfully and i got an email regarding this. And on that same day i got a message that myntra has initiated your refund in your bank account and amount will be reflected in your account with 72 hours. But on 29 may to till now no amount has been credited in my account. I call myntra about 20 times they have only one answer that gove us 24 hours your problem will be resolved. But it almost one month but no satisfactory answer given by myntra. The product and my amount both was in the hand of myntra. Please help me

My myntra account was hacked last night, it had credit balance of 3500 something and i had ordered items but the hacker canceled my order and used the refunded credit to buy his goods. Morning 4 am i got message that from my myntra some one from delhi has order 4 items, firtaky i cancelled them, called up myntra they could not understand the emergency and all they said was to reset my password, i did that.
