My myntra account has been locked 10 days ago without any prior information or any notice and without any specific reason. Iam holding myntra credit amount and I need that in my bank account And Please look into the matter and take action asap. My mail id - [protected]@gmail.com

After waiting for two weeks they told myntra credit won't get transferred.
I was holding 2300 rs in my myntra credit account and I want that in my account.

    I had ordered Silver-Toned Q Exploris Touchscreen Smart Watch FTW4000 ON 3rd of June it was supposed to deliver on 8th of June and I received it on 9th of June when I received the product I told the delivery boy that this packing is not usual, he was like"yes sir sometimes company will send like this "i was like OK and i bought the package inside and when i opened the box i got to know that the product i received is completely different than product I had ordered for, immediately i called that delivery boy to come and see that what they have sent, he said he will be coming in 5 min and i waited out in sun for 15 min he never came and when i called him he didn't even receive my call i tried calling him from different number then he received and he was like sir i came to office, this was his response from delivery boy
    part 2: i registered a complaint on 9th June 3pm requesting that i have received different product they were like sir, kindly give us 72 hours i was like ok their requested 72 hours was over on 12th june 3pm and again they requested for 24 more hours when I ask them for solution was their reply was" That shouldn't have happened, Prajwal. We have taken feedback and cascaded for the review. Further, we assure you that such events will not occur again.We would like to inform you that we have thoroughly reviewed your claim and the same has been declined as the product was properly packed and shipped out from our warehouse post quality check. Sadly, we're unable to make any exceptions in this regard. Request your understanding. - SH" order details

      Hi sir/ma'am,

      I am tiered of communicating with myntra and sbi.

      I have made a purchase of rupees 1364.00 on 20th May 2019 & a purchase of rupees 1552.00 on 20th May 2019 through my Master card (SBI) on myntra.com.

      Now, they have refunded my money back to the same source and these are the transaction numbers. (Rupees 734 credited to my sbi account)

      Myntra says these payment has already been transferred and sbi should have credited these payment to my account which is currently not reflecting.

      I reached out to my sbi branch and they confirmed that myntra hasn’t credited the refund to my account. I reached out to myntra cs team again and they refuse to research where is the payment gone. Can you please help me.

          corsica footwear quality issue

          Hii, on 8th of May I got Corsica footwear as gift which was purchased from Myntra but within one month o[censored]se, they got damaged and that damage is related to the quality of product as pasting of footwear is gone. I have logged complaint in Myntra but they declined the same by mentioning that its not manufacturing defect. May I know that whose defect it is? if product is getting damaged within one month, that means Myntra is not delivering...

          I ordered 4 jewellery items from myntra on COD. out of these 4, i received 2, and for the other 2 i received empty boxes. one product was received on 9/6/2019. the other 3 items were to be delivered together. the package i received was on 11/6/2019 was sealed, but inside the package was a lot o[censored]nnecessary paper and loose plastic wrapping just thrown in the bag. there was one pair of earrings present in a box, and an empty box for the other pair of 'carlton london silver toned & peach coloured rhodium plated CZ swan shaped studs'. and one empty opened box for the 'prita red & off white stone studded handcrafted necklace' i ordered.
          on receiving, immediately on opening the bag and finding out, i called up myntra customer service. they told me they have registered a complaint and i will receive an email by 14/6/19!!! after 3 days will i receive an acknowledgement email of my complaint!!!
          when are they gonna resolve my issue then???!!
          i have no doubt that let alone resolving the issue, myntra is not even going to accept that there is an issue.
          i want refund. and i am never going to order from myntra again. this is fraud. so openly. how can they just take the money and give empty boxes. so disappointed. its very distressing. the items i ordered were for an occasion and not just that i dont have the products i needed, but hte added distress of my hard earned money gone down the drain.. and the absolute dry response from myntra makes me feel that the company knows what is going on and is deliberately doing it.

          yesterday i received an email from myntra saying they will refund my money for the carlton earrings. thats just half of what was not delivered. they have not acknowledged the prita red and off white stone studded handcrafted necklace. i want refund for all the undelivered products.
          and they have asked for my bank details. i do not trust myntra and hence dont want to give them my bank details. they should not even be asking for it as they can just simply transfer the money to my myntra wallet.
          which they should.
          I have ordered a shirt on 30th of MAY 2019 and it is still not delivered. I've called them and they said that the problem will be resolved with in 3 days. Now it's 4 days and still I've not received the order. Please help.

            Order No[protected]-9586803. Puma Men White Flip Flops ordered on 07th Jun 2019 MRP : Rs.1699/- prepaid received on 10th Jun 2019.

            Received a local brand flip flops which we can find road side selling for Rs.99/- never expected this kind of fraudulent from a reputed online shopping website like Myntra. It is really bad to cheat your trusted and regular customers. You can find the photos attached below.

              I have a concern about my Myntra account. I have to return my product on myntra app but after discussing with customer care, that people are saying that they blocked my account due to some security breach but the product will be picked up after conveying you on the email. The customer care people didn't sent me email regarding product return but they reply the same email again n again that your account had been blocked. As per company policy if a person don't like any product, myntra is responsible to return that product and refund the amount. But in my case myntra customer care people are not following their company policy. I have called several times in last 7 days in myntra customer care but they are making me fool and saying "AAP NISHCHINT RAHIYE AAPKA PRODUCT RETURN HO JAYEGA". Kindly take same strict action for my problem.

                Iam a regular customer of myntra but never exchanged or returned any products ordered...
                this time I have ordered Sangria Women Coral Printed A-line Dress from myntra whose fabric I dint liked so i have placed return request on 8 June for the first time . Return pickup has been done for which i got the msg stating that myntra logistics associate will pick up the product. But Iam getting mails stating myntra associate is unable to trace my Adress location so pickup attempt failed..(Return no. : [protected]

                It is very irresponsible behaviour please kindly check into this matter.

                  Sub: Order no.[protected]-1339103, MYNTRA IN COLLUSION WITH FRAUDULENT SELLER DENIED REPLACEMENT FOR DELIVERY OF DUPLICATE ITEM TO ME.

                  I placed the above order bearing order no.[protected]-1339103 for a product I.e. Fossil silver-Toned Q Exploris Touchscreen Smart Watch FTW4000, Size: ONESIZE said the product was delivered to me on 30/05/19 The fraudulent Myntra seller sent me the Duplicate product, the said unboxing video is recorded by me which I have sent to myntra via email to which they are denying that they didn't receive any video.

                  In pursuance of the said complaint Myntra asked for time for resolving the issue within 72 hours. After a period (72 hours) lapsed I called again and I received the same excuses that we will solve your problem within 24 hours. and it's been almost 12 days till now i have been following up with myntra on the same.

                  When I asked for a replacement I was given a lame excuse that we will solve the issue as early as possible. I would like to inform you that the said watch is not original and it is a duplicate copy. I ordered the smartwatch which is a touch screen and I received the watch which is analog and sticker on it of the smartwatch. Hence your statement is of no help to me. At the time of delivery, I was promised that I can get a replacement or refund of my money. However, now you have committed a breach of trust. You in collaboration with your fraudulent seller and courier partners have committed fraud on me. You are under moral as well as legal obligation to give me a refund of my money. Cases of fraud by your sellers are on rising and I understand that you are not interested in customer satisfaction but only in cheating Indian customers.

                  I would like to inform you that I immediately want a refund of the amount of rupees 17648/- (rupees Seventeen thousand Six hundred and Forty-Eight only) paid by me on 30/05/2019 along with additional compensation for causing loss and mental agony to me. Terms of service also provide that you should deliver the brand new product in working condition and not a duplicate product. You have committed a breach of commitment made to me at the time of placing order and money consideration paid by me. Kindly take your duplicate product and arrange a refund of money at the earliest. This is the final notice to you. Kindly note that if I this issue is not resolved immediately I will be forced to publish said unboxing video of your duplicate product on social media and also print media.

                    I ordered a jeans and a t shirt of order no.[protected]-6916703 from Myntra app through online payment method by SBI debit card and later on cancelled the order due to some product related issues but the refund of amount 1874/- is not done at all.After calling them several times they finally asked my bank account details so I gave, but they provided me with some *unvalid reference number* to show it to my bank, as I've contacted several times to SBI bank, SBI mentioned it truly unvalid. Myntra claims amount refunded but I haven't got my money back yet. Such a worst experience ever with this app.

                      As per your claim, the 'Pepe Jeans Boys Black Solid Biker Jacket' was used or defective from the shipment/package of the mentioned order.

                      After conducting a thorough investigation and review of your claim, we have found that the products were dispatched from our warehouse in a properly sealed package after a stringent quality check.

                      We have also received a confirmation from our Logistics team that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order.

                      We regret to inform you that the claims stand declined and thus we would not be inclined to look at the same anymore.

                        I had purchased myntra gift card and redeemed on my myntra accoutn. Now at the time of purchase it was asking for OTP and OTP was only sent by them on email. I was not receiving my email while inquired with customer care, i was told my email id has typo error so I need to create new account to get credit of myntra gift card. I created new account and inform myntra customer care. Their support executive has suspended both of the account due to which credit has not transferred. While asking for update, I was kept told by their support team that your issue will resolved latest by 10th of June 2019. While talking to their customer care executive, customer care escalation supervisor and customer care escalation manager, I was surprisingly told that as per myntra policy they can not reactive account even though it was mistake of their person. I will have to create new account again and they will transfer my credit within 24 hours. Thinking there is no choice, I created the same and informed them. It is more then two days I spoke to them couple of time but still there is no resolution and only false commitment.

                        What a worst and ridiculous services provided by them. Never ever purchase anything from them because their customer care services is like harassment to their customer. I am putting my this complain with expectation of quick resolution and also to make other people aware before buying anything from myntra.

                          From 3nd june 2019 i am trying to return the Lobby Pink jwellery set which i recieved on 26th may only. ekart logistic came for pickup and said the bar code no. Is not matching and that the product is mismatch. I tried 4 times for return of the same product, complained thrice on myntra customer care complain number IN[protected] ( Rubina, Saurabh, Surbhi etc) explain them even provided them with the bar code no. which is matching with their bar code But still my pick up is not done.
                          I am a regualar customer at myntra but after this poor customer care support and pickup experience i will never buy at it again... Really disappointing ☹️

                            I ordered 5 things on 5th of may 2019 n received the order on 8th of may as i was out of station i tried it on 7th of june and as soon as i tried to place a return request at 3:30 pm there was no return option i called myntra contact service at 3:44pm and he told me that he placed a return request n i will get a message in next 24 hours but i didnt get any update then i called the myntra customer care service today on 9th of june and they told me there was no return request placed and they cant help me and now i'am going to face a loss of 5000/-

                              I purchased one skirt from myntra. At that time, it was showing 30 days return policy. Now the same item is showing 7 day return and exchange policy, it is not my fault if service is changed. Now, I am not getting option for return. It is not good to change your policy for older customer that has already purchased with different policy.
                              I have the screen shot of all the polices.
                              Don't try to fraud with the customer.

                                  My account has been deactivated stating some weird reason mentiond under the hidden Terms & Conditions. The previous orders delievred can't be returned and when asked for a reason, they give std robot answers. Need a resolution to return the products or activate my accnt

                                    This is regarding the *non-delivery of the product* for order number[protected]-1313801 placed on 3rd June, 2019.

                                    Myntra people are saying that it has been delivered, however, it has been not.

                                    There is a discrepancy in the SMS that I have received. One says "could not deliver", the other one says "delivered". The app says that it has been delivered. Neither me nor any of my neighbours have received it.

                                    I was not given any call by the delivery agent. The Proof of signatures that they have shared is not recognisable from my side.

                                    I have been ordering from Myntra since long and have never faced such issue before. This is strange, this careless behaviour of your delivery agent is awful.
