On 15th of feb.'19, a fraud buyer logs into my myntra account, changes all details like password, contact no. Delivery address, places an order using my wallet balance of rs. 870, which subsequently gets delivered on 22nd feb.'19. The matter was discovered by me on 25th feb.'19 when i tried logging into my account. Since then i spoke to customer care several times, sent mails to [protected]@myntra.com, highlighted in social media platforms but without any noteworthy response from myntra. Further there reaction was very casual, reluctant and insensitive towards a customer's suffering even till today (14th mar.'19). I have proved that the delivery address where the item got delivered does not exist at all and the contact number linked with it is also invalid. I was not intimated about my order placement nor about the claim of my wallet balance. But myntra is trying to ignore the entire matter and not taking any concrete action against the loss i have suffered.

    An order has been placed in my account by some one on 11 th march 2019, i have called myntra customer care and raised a complaint.
    Reference number : in[protected]

    I have asked them to stop the order and the person told they can not stop as it is in packed status. I am following them and they say wait for 24 hours. Now the status of that order shows shipped.

    Kindly help to get hacked order cancel and refund my money.

      I had ordered this steve madden watch. When i received the watch i realised that the other 3 dials of the watch were mock. I placed a return for the product and the concerned person took the product from me the very next day and he checked all the price tags right in front of me. I later received a message that the product wasn't accepted in the quality check process and i had to contact the customer care for further details. They told me that the price tag was missing, i also informed them that the product was returned to them as it was and no changes had been made to it. They still didn't help me in any manner. Two days later i received a message that the product will be reshipped to me. I called them again regarding the same and now they're telling me that i will have to go through the return process again. I expected the return process to be very smooth. It is upsetting that even though i'm very loyal with myntra yet they do not consider my issue and help me out with the same. This situation has given me trust issues with online shopping. I don't think i'll ever place an order with myntra hereafter.

      On 25th Feb 2019 I have returned the Marks and Spencer dress costing Rs2999, but till date I didn't got my money back. I paid in cash on delivery. Customer care I fooling me around and not helping me. I want my money back.

        I ordered a biba kurta in question along with two other kurtas. I didn't receive the biba kurta i ordered but something entirely different. I posted an exchange request for the wrong kurta, it was picked up from my place without any exchange and information. I called up customer care four times explaining the whole situation asking to deliver the original kurta ordered or issue a refund but my claim was declined saying the kurta (Picked up from my place) is never received at the head office.in actual the pick up guy was not suppose to pick up the kurta but he did and lost/stole it. But the company doesn't take the ownership of the misconduct by its staff.

        I want my money to be refunded.

The sandals are from a very reputable brand but has an extremely bad finish. The foot-bed of the sandal is already coming apart. I have paid rs.2770/- and would like it to be replaced with a good pair of the same sandal - size uk6 (Euro39)

          I ordered 7-8 product and it all came in one parcel and one product was missing from that but on my myntra app it's showing that it is delivered. Kindly look into this issue ASAP

            I had lodged a complaint with myntra about the red tape espadrills which got spoilt after use in one week. As the product was still in warranty, i decided to take an action. The complaint was done in january. It's been 2 months and no productive action has been taken.

            I have called myntra customer care multiple times. Everytime i call i have to talk to a new person and explain the whole process again and again. When i ask to be connected to the previous person it gets declined.

            The pick up of this product was accepted by myntra. The person from ekart who came to pick it up, refused to pick up the shoes saying that myntra has not mentioned in their mail that the product has been used and damaged after use. This is the fault of myntra and the ekart fellow hasn't received an email.

            I connected the myntra customer care person named owais and ekart pickup person named nilesh on a conference call. After talking for 20 minutes nobody came to a conclusion and i don't have any answer to what is going to happen to my shoe??

            I'm tired of calling myntra again and again and have now refused to reply to my emails. Kindly do note that myntra is not actively taking part in it. If the call gets dropped, its the duty of that customer service person to call back so that the person who is complaining doesnt have to repeat it again and again.

              Hi,
              I place order with myntra and i paid for it due to size issue i had to return the product, they ask me for self shipping, that i did on 27th february afterwards i shared my tracking id, delivery date, and receiver name with courier weighnt, this was done from my company courier so i was not able to share my courier charges, i had also mail them that i donot want any courier charges, just refund my product amount, now from than myntra is giving excuses, that they need proper detail, and they cannot accept my courier, i try and connect with them several time but still i havent got my money, it is expensive product, and plaese help me getting my money back, this is not happening first time also happened many times

                    I ordered tshirt of #aeropostale from.#myntra whose seller was konde products and services private limited, ksquare industrial park, warehouse 4, near mela hotel rahul narkhede, thane, maharashtra-421101
                    I complaint against the same in myntra that i got wrong tshirt and they asked me to submit few related information to it i shared the invoice and barcode. Now very next day as that tshirt that i ordered got out of stock and i received a wrong product which i cant exchange also, i called myntra and asked them to give me replacement product of the same they denied and said we can't do that so we are refunded the amount back to your account, i got shatered as myntra hassesed me mentally and played with my money and this act of myntra not asking me that what best can be done for you so that this complaint can get sorted.

                      I ordered adidas men navy supernova m running shoes vide order no[protected] 5182801. Instead wrong item rather substandard item was delivered to me at 1630 hrs of 4.3.19. Immediately i placed return request at1638 hrs on 4.3.19 itself as per procedure. Pick rep. Of the agency came on 5.3.19 but refused to accept the wrong item. So iodged complaint in custamor care they in turn gave approval for pick up on 6.3.19. Then pickup representative came on 7.3.19 and i showed him approval of myntra for pick up but he did not respond. Since then i am regularly approaching myntra customer care to resolve the problem but pick up representative does not turn up to pick up the item. Custamor care says pick will be done but no pick up of wrong item has been done so far. Please look into it

                        Weide watch, i got 2 watches delivered yesterday morning, out of which, i wore one, in evening when, i came back home, and opened my watch, i found the knob for mode settings is missing, just want to let myntra know, that i bought a watch, not an antique, which is supposed to be so delicate.                           On 3rd of mrach i ordered 7 items from myntra.
                          On 4th, two shoes and two shirts were scheduled to be delivered.
                          I got two shoes on 4th march but i haven't yet got the shirts, but in the myntra its showing that the shirts are delivered.

                          I have raised complaint to the customer care but no one is taking is seriously, 1st one customer service associate said that action will be taken in 3 working days and after 3 working days when i called them, they are saying that please give more 24 hours excluding saturdays and sundays.
                          Now they said that the complaint has been declined.

                          On the day of delivery i got a message stating that i ll get 4 products. However i got only shoes no shirts, i first called the delivery guy, he said that he had the only 1 package that he delivered and asked me to call myntra customer care.
                          I did the same. But they are not accepting their fault.

                          1.) at the time of delivery, the delivery guy does not to give enough time to open the pack even if the item is already paid online. He simply collects the signature and just departs.
                          2.) in my case, i received a big package untempered, and at my room when i opened it, i saw only two items.
                          3.) i went to the ware house today and met with the delivery guy, he said he had only one package of mine and that he delivered. (They said that if the package is untempered then there is a problem at the upper level while packing)
                          4.) i suspect that, at the point where this items were packaged, that point is faulty. Maybe by mistake they would have missed those two items to put it in the same package.

                          And myntra customer care is not agreeing and moreover they have simply denied my complaint.

                            I had ordered 2 jeans from myntra.com. One jeans was worth rs.579.64 and one was worth rs.588.14, i returned both the jeans worth rs.1167.78. I have not received my refund after pickup was done. I too received refund initiation mail from myntra & refund timeline has been passed. Kindly take necessary action against myntra & refund my rs. 1167.78. The required timeline for refund has been passed. For proof i am attaching photos. I received mail from myntra on 27th jan 2018 but the timeline of 10 days have been passed i still did not get refund. Its been more than a month i did not get my refund.

                              I liked the aeropostale men solid brown biker jacket very much. I need size 'small' but it is currently not available, other sizes (From medium) are available. When can it be available back in stock? How often does myntra restock products which are out of stock? I need it within a week. Is there any chance that it will available soon?                                 I have returned a product worth rs 463 which is the total amount whereas, myntra only refunded rs 314 claiming that they dont refund the shipping charge amount. This is the first time i am facing the issue. People rely on mynta all the time and am a frequent customer of myntra for past 3 years and this is what they return to us. I believe this policy has to be withdrawn asap orelse the customer will be in loss.
                                Kindly work on this. Our money are not just to be wasted in vague. And if this continues people will no longer rely on ecom portals.

                                  Worst shopping site.. Thieves

                                  U first delivered wrong product then picked it up for return..
                                  Next u put the item on hold stating that i’ve given wrong product (Though i clearly mentioned in the return request that the reason for return is wrong product received)

                                  Now after 5 calls since 24th feb, you guys are neither returning that product nor the money

                                  Beat site if you want to block your money and being harassed as everytime i call, i am assured a solution within 2-5 working days but then i never receive a call back or any solution, till i call again, again to repeat everything what happened...

                                  I think the best solution would be to order items on cod and then not pay a single penny to your delivery guy.. This seems to be the only way now to get my money back

                                    I got a call from [protected] he was saying u won some gifts, just you havr to add to cart the order worth 3000 and just pay to company nos. For the order ypu will never receive, just beware of these numbers. Kindly take strict action against them as they are looting many customers by providing exciting offers. Please look up to this matter this should be a matter of concern fpr you all

                                      Worst experience of online shopping on myntra..
                                      I had ordered hrx brand jeans on 1st march 2019 from myntra sale. On 2nd march, i received the package but the product delivered was jeans of some other cheap brand. I raised an exchange request where i selected that wrong product has been delivered, explained the issue in comments. Next day, 3rd march, the delivery boy comes with right product and when i handed him the wrong product, he denied to given me the package saying – this is exchange order so he needs hrx jeans in exchange of hrx. He told me to raise a complaint and get approval email that will be sent to me as well as them. I did that and i received an approval email from myntra on 4th march. I thought now i’ll get the right product and issue resolved. But it was start of frustrating whole week. The delivery person from myntra logistics is denying that they didn’t get any approval email so they won’t provide me the package. Everyday morning, i get the message the product is out for delivery, delivery boy comes to my place, i show them the print out of approval email, delivery person denies that they don’t have such approval email and takes the product back.
                                      I raised a new complaint again on 6th march, the customer care person said this complaint would take max. 72hrs to resolve. The problem is not yet resolved. Today after 72hrs, i again called to customer care now the customer care person says this complaint would take max. 48hrs. How much time does it take to forward an email to your own delivery company myntra logistics? You can send me approval email in a day but can’t do that with your own delivery company. Why do you need 72 + 48hrs? If a person is calling you every day, if an exchange order is taking more than a week, this should be a critical of high priority issue for you. There is no escalation or fast track resolution. I am not sure if this problem is ever going to be solved. I don’t trust myntra, myntra logistics. This seems to like frustrate a person to such level so that he/she will stop calling customer care and keep the wrong cheap product.

                                        I have video camera fit into my pg. Any delivery would not be hidden, hence i requested the customer care executive to re - raise a complaint and this time send a person to mine pg for cc tv verification.

                                        Still no response.
                                        Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        1.) At the time of delivery, the delivery guy does not to give enough time to open the pack even if the item is already paid online .He simply collects the signature and just departs .
                                        2.)In my case, i received a big package untempered, and at my room when i opened it, i saw only two items .
                                        3.)I went to the ware house today and met with the delivery guy, he said he had only one package of mine and that he delivered .(They said that if the package is untempered then there is a problem at the upper level while packing )
                                        4.)I suspect that, at the point where this items were packaged, that point is faulty .Maybe by mistake they would have missed those two items to put it in the same package .

                                        And Myntra customer care is not agreeing and moreover they have simply denied my complaint .
