I have placed my order on 7th feb19. Order no.[protected]-9374801.
In the website, the delivery date shows 16th, ad based on that i have ordered to wear on the occasion. I called myntra customer care to know the status, and i come to know that my order still not yet dispatched.
They dispatch on date 13th feb after i raised the questions.
On 15th feb 19 again i called to know the status and the location. But they denied and not giving my any information. They did not even mid to call or send sms that your package will delay. Earlier the delivery date was 16th feb 19, not they changed to 18th feb19. I have to face the problem because of their mistake. The senior supervisor vaishali was not even ready to accept the mistake and explaining they delivery dates mention in the website is not correct, it will changes according to dispatch date, that means myntra put the wrong information on their website?
Why misleading the customers like that.
