Hi,

I tried placing an order on myntra app on jan 22, 2019 for two dresses from stalkbuylove amounting inr 1627 but the order was not placed and the payment got deducted from my standard charted bank credit card.

I have checked it from my bank's end and they have quoted that the amount was paid to the merchant and is not yet refunded. They have shared the reference transaction number as [protected].
I have been calling myntra almost everyday and have also shared the transaction details as shared by the bank plus the bank's statement still there is no response from their end.

Please help me on this issue.

    I have purchased two nayo kurthies from myntra. When i got the product, the fabric quality is too bad. Then i request for return. But after 7 days the request become cancelled. Then i again try for the same. Again after 7 days. It cancelled.in between these day i was talk with the myntra customer care representative more than 15 times. They give surety that, their agent will come and pick the product. But 20 days is gone. No agent is come here for the reverse pickup. Very bad service and. I really fedbup.
    I need my refund.

    Someone ordered from my Myntra account using my Myntra credits on 10th Feb 2019.
    The order is out for delivery today (17th Feb 2019) and there's nothing Myntra can do about it even after calling them so many times.
    I have that person's address and phone number.

      My order no.:[protected]-6574301 priced rs.1958. On 11th february, i was delivered this athena red hooded trench coat. The item which was delivered was used, dirty, torn, beltless, foul smelling. I instantly raised exchange request through app highlighting the above mentioned negative details regarding coat to the seller. On 11th february i received a confirmation from seller that he has approved exchange. He shipped that new parcel on 14th february. On sunday 17th february as the courier person biswajit came for pick up he denied to do that saying he has not received an email confirmation from myntra to pick up dirty garment & deliver the fresh exchange parcel to me. He has kept that parcel delivery on hold & myntra is also not cooperating. I am continuously contacting them but they are not replying properly. I had complained at myntra facebook too. At that time also they gave fake assurance that they will look into this matter but which they never did. The seller supported my cause but myntra is intentionally not delivering my parcel sent by seller.

      Yesterday Myntra gave back my EXCHANGED parcel which the seller had sent to me. In this way they resolved the issue.

      Yesterday, Myntra gave back my parcel and resolved the issue.
      I I had bought many of the apparels from myntra. I had got cash on delivery in the pincode 798601, but now they are telling me there is no delivery here. Please, I want the solution fast...

        I had placed an order for shoe on myntra but at the time for delivery i got the wrong size so i requested for product exchange but instead got a completly different product, so i requested for exchange of product but it's been approx 15 days that i didn't got any progess in the process. And also even after total of 4 complaints there is no progress

          My self amit gupta and i had placed the ordered for some undergarments accessories dated on 08/02/2019 at 8:46 pm. Order id no.[protected] 8998503 physically received the products dated on 12/02/2019 at 10:32 am. I had checked the items but 3 products are fault. Two products are defected pieces and one other product is wrong item delivered. I had contacted to myntra customer care representative team guys and also talked to two times in supervisor regarding this matter. So everybody ask me and surety he will pick up the fault products asap by courier. Believe me at least 4-5 times approved the return pick up successfully and after that refused for the same from courier person. Yes it's forth times physically person clearly speak to courier guy he will not take or pick up the undergarments accessories along clearly instruction to myntra customer care team but he was asking he will not pick up due to some instruction to our manager and don't pick up for the same. Every time pick up request approved from myntra side and every time refused from courier guys. And already crossed to 6 days and waste the my money, energy and time. Every day 1/2 hour to 1 hour daily calling to myntra customer care team and update the matter but not resolve the problem till time. I also speak to customer care team and say i will personally handover these faults products to your nearby warehouse but he can't accept for the same. I am the new customer and very disappointed and unhappy regarding for the ordered.

          Now it's already too delay and no result from myntra side. I need my full refund amount to my original payment method. So pls. Look into this matter and top priority base you will sort out the case immediately basis.

            My daughter purchased one pant from myntra.com online shopping through the app size 30 on[protected] but she received the pant with size 34, it was returned since the size was wrong. After that exchange came again with wrong size of 32. The same was return by us and requested for return of money.
            She got the refund of payment of rs. 1028/- in the form of myntra credits???

            Why it is in the form of credit when they can't fulfil the customer requirements with commitments. Now they got the material back with them and our money too??

            We want or money back either to our bank account or through cheque.

Kindly show the orde in account of Myntra. I have ordered a jacket and pair of shoes and paid the money. Further money has been deducted from bank account but in myntra account it is not showing any orders. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible

                I had ordered a pink biker jacket of all about you in the last week of january 2019 via order no.110143631961579830103. They sent me a golden one. After repeated complaints, i received the same golden jacket four times in exchange instead of pink jacket. Now they are not even responding to my e-mails. I am now saddled with a colour which i don’t want and the jacket has gone out of stock from other sites also so am unable to buy it. A very irresponsible company and a very bad experience. I will never buy from myntra again and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Received e-mail from Myntra that the jacket has been exchanged.either Myntra customer care is too dense to understand what I ordered or they are deliberately doing this .plz send me a pink p u biker jacket I XXL size from All About You in exchange of the rose gold one u have sent me three times .i want this colour in XXL size👇

                  I buy ruhan shirt from myntr which was delivered on 13 feb. But due to broken button also bad quality of buttons. I return that shirt. When i opened the package shirt already look like dull. Like someone already tried it. So i packed the shirt and applied for return. On 14th pick up boy come, take the shirt out from pack scan the bar code and take the shirt along with him. But now when i spoke with customer care person (Ms. Riya) she told me that my refund has been rejected on the basis that product has been used which i don't. If product get used than all the stickers or tag which was attached with product should not be their and pick up boy who pick the product and checked it, he will also raise his concern that tag are not available and shirt has been used, which he didn't. He simply check the shirt, put a bar code on package and scan it and take my signature. When i asked for return slip he told me that that's not required and he left. I want that my refund. Please help me in this regard

                    This is quite disappointing for me as i am the frequent buyer from myntra.
                    I totally trusted this website as due to work it is not possible for me to do offline shopping.
                    I usually order from myntra only. But they have blocked my account without any notice they are not even reverting to my queries.
                    The prices of the things i ordered were fluctuating on myntra so i returned it and re ordered on the revised price.
                    But they blocked my account and not even have refunded my money back which almost cost 50000
                    How ridiculous is that. Shame on you guys @myntra

                      On ordering shoes, Myntra provided me fake adidas shoes. I made a return request and the guy who came to pickup the shoe took the shoes but never updated me with a confirmation message saying that the item has been picked. When I checked myntra it said request has been declined. They stole 2700 rupees from me and the shoe was also taken by the delivery guy. Since then I have called them many times but they just keep saying they’re investigating and now its almost 20 days they haven’t returned the money nor have they taken any action. I demand strict action and investigation. This website is fraud. They are stealing our money.

                          I have placed my order on 7th feb19. Order no.[protected]-9374801.
                          In the website, the delivery date shows 16th, ad based on that i have ordered to wear on the occasion. I called myntra customer care to know the status, and i come to know that my order still not yet dispatched.
                          They dispatch on date 13th feb after i raised the questions.
                          On 15th feb 19 again i called to know the status and the location. But they denied and not giving my any information. They did not even mid to call or send sms that your package will delay. Earlier the delivery date was 16th feb 19, not they changed to 18th feb19. I have to face the problem because of their mistake. The senior supervisor vaishali was not even ready to accept the mistake and explaining they delivery dates mention in the website is not correct, it will changes according to dispatch date, that means myntra put the wrong information on their website?
                          Why misleading the customers like that.

                            I called 6 times to different service guys including two seniors. And every time the said we will send you just wait for 24-48 hours.

                            The never sent proper invoice which has gstin number of distributer. The send a screenshot which has product information and delivery address over mail.

                                I have placed an order which when placed didn't say anything about self shipping but later, they when i wished to return the same, they told me to self ship the same.
                                And i made a call in the customer care complaining for this lack of information and such unethical means of selling the products, they didn't register the complait, kept on putting my phone of hold for around 15 mins in the conversatuon of 17 mins, neither resolved the query nor called back like they had promised to..

                                This is highly unprofessional and unethical.

                                    An order has been placed from my account. I had called the customer care person on jan 19, 2019 that some one hacked my account and ordered this reebok slippers using my mytra credit and asked him to stop the delivery. But that person informed me that now myntra cannot do any thing in such case where the order has been shipped. I was following the myntra for this case from jan 19 onwards and complained in the cyber crime department as well.
                                    Whenever i call, they always said the same line, "wait for 24 hours". Yesterday night on 12th feb, 2019 i got a call from myntra escalation department asking me to follow the cyber crime department and we as a company could not do any thing regarding it.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I am hereby writing this complaint so as to bring my issue in your notice. I had placed order for 5 nos. Sweat shirts in which 1 set was supposed to contain 4 sweatshirts & another set with 1 no.
                                      However, i regret to say that i had received only 1 no. Sweatshirt and another set which was supposed to have 4 sweatshirts was received in tampered packaging. On opening the package there was only packaging material and no ordered item was present. I was shocked to have received such fake package. I had made a pre-payment on goodwill gesture keeping in mind the brand image of mantra. But on the contrary, i had not received any refund amount nor any support regarding this issue. Further my refund request has also been cancelled without any intimation.
                                      As a customer i have suffered huge loss due to a issue which is not known to me and does not pertain on my part.
                                      I request you to reconsider my case and initiate an immediate refund of my payment. I will be very grateful for your support.
