I ordered a pair of heels on myntra meant to be delivered on 2nd march. I didn’t receive any order or intimation or updates till that day. I then called their customer care on 2nd march, who said i need to wait 72 hours before they can give me any information about the same. Still i receive no response from then so i called them after 3 days they said the case was randomly closed. Reopened it and made me wait for another 48 hours only to...

I have ordered crew street men navy blue sneakers (Size 7) and i received it on 3rd march, 2019.
Though the quality of the sneakers was not good, i decided to keep it and start wearing.
In two days, from toe end the pasting of the shoes plucked up.
Such a poor quality shoes they provide.
And the irony is that i have ordered another pair of allen cooper same time.
And when it delivered, i checked it before wearing, its pasting also rooted up from toe end.
This is my first experience with myntra.
Very bad.
Please take your crew street shoes and refund my money as i am not able to return it from your website.

My money is stuck with myntra credit and i am unable to move it out to my account. They say you can buy from this credit only from myntra but not move it to your bank.
The amount is significant for me and i need it urgently. This is also against rbi guidelines and a total propaganda to hack peoples hard earned money.
I would appreciate if you could get the problem solved.

One of the items that i recently purchased on myntra.com was a nike tracksuit (Which comprises of both the jacket and the joggers/trackpant). The order amount was 2830.26 and was paid in full. Upon receiving the parcel, it was found that it only contains the jacket and not the trackpant. I spoke to myntra support team twice which assured me that i would be receiving an email with the complaint number and that the issue would be resolved completely in 3 days. It has already been 3 days and i'm yet to receive an email from them.
I have no other option left then to initiate a refund process which i'm again sure wouldn't be a straight forward process. Highly disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.

I received all the orders expect for the costly necklace piece among the items that i ordered.

I never received this product but myntra has marked it as delivered.
I have been endlessly calling and following up with them since then, there has been hours and hours of phone calls with the customer care person. Every-time they hear the complaint like a new story and they ask questions as if they don't have any record of my complaints.

The recent i called couple of days back, they said they had sent me an email stating that they have closed my complaint as they had delivered the item as per the record.

But, i never received the item nor the email that they said they had sent. When i asked then to send it back so that i know what happened to my product and money, they say they cannot send the email again. I would not know why so?

After endless calls, i was given a complaint number and was asked to send email to then with them so that i can get the email. I am feeling very annoyed by their way of handling my complaint.

I have wasted enough of my time and energy but they are of no help in resolving my issue.

Order got picked up and delivery guy updated as customer declined. Since 23rd feb m calling myntra customer service and have reciy no response. They asked me to wait for 24 hours everytime i called them. Now they say they are transferring the call and disconnect it. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I want my issue to be fixed within 24 hours

Item was not delivered, after 3/4 reminder complaint calls nothing is still done. They were saying it is delivered on feb 13 but till date it is not delivered and it is already paid for. It is heights no one has gotten back or resolved the complaint. The customer is cheated of his money. The order date on myntra is 10/02/2019. Amount is 1174.97.
Date delivered in reality is none. Date they claimed to be delivered is 13/02/2019.

Since, myntra permited the castomer to reject/ refused the items of their order at the time of delivery... Few days ago.. I received a percel from myntra.. But without aware of the shipping charge. The price was more than i expected.. I was confused and told our servant to refuse the item over the phone.. (Since i was not at home at that time). Then the delivery boy telephone me.... Next time we can not delivering your order anymore...br...

The item is near me its been 5 days but it's still undelivered to me, the item is shipped through the myntra logistics.

When i contacted to them they saying that wait for three days we will take complaint on that issue but they are not saying the exact date of delivering product.

In recent order also happened the same and the item returned to their origin with out informing me

I ordered something from myntra which was to be delivered by some delivery guy... But actually nobody attempted the delivery i got sorry messages that delivery will be attempted next day... And the no which was provided to me that this guy will be delivering this... I called him and he said he doesn't have my package and i told him the matter that all this have been going on from the past three four days to which he said i'll contact the company and later he informed me that your delivery will again be attempted tomorrow... And the next day my order got cancelled... This is not acceptable the product is now out of stock... Myntra is getting worse

I have purchased a dress on 10feb 2019 and returned next day only because of d size issue bt my refund is still pending. I had got a mail frm myntra asking for correct bank details and i also sent it to them bt after constant follow up wen amount was nt refunded i enquired and got to know my refund is processed in a wrong account which was axis bank.. Aftr telling them many times that this was not my account they r not doing anything everytime they tell me to wait for 24 hours for the solution but nothing has been done till date.. Not sure they are planninh to refund also or not even, they had made a mistake in doing a wrong transaction but i m d one who is suffering. Please help and take action against myntra

I have been calling and registering complain in myntra since last 2 weeks but they have not responded till now on the issue. I have registered a complain where in the product has been taken but i haven't recieved any refund yet. The executive speaking says please wait for 2 days sometimes they say wait till the evening. The refference id of complain #1n[protected].

I order for a kurta and pack of two floret bra. I got the sms stating my packet containing floret bra and one more it. Em is on the way. I collected the packet and paid the money. When i opened the packet, the kurta was missing.

Though i have called the customer care but i didnt get positive response.

This is ridiculous. If this is the case, i will delete the app and will not recomment anyone for online shopping.

It consists of two overcoats which were purchased on 7th feb'2019.
I had placed a return request on 15th feb 2019. But neither it got picked up nor i received any notification.
When i am trying to place a return request again, i am unable to do so.

There seems to be some glitch with the application and i hope this gets resolved asap.

My order :[protected]-0446601 was delivered on 21st february.

Among that, one item which is "zone stretch men pack of 5 navy briefs" was an absolute cheating from myntra side. The packet was sealed, and there was no issue regarding the delivery, but the issue is: you promised a pack of 5, but i received a pack consist of only 1 piece. This is poor standard from myntra.

If myntra is not capable of deliver the things they promise, they should stop doing this business, its cheating, as a customer its a waste of money and time.

On 15th feb i ordered a trolley through myntra app and they are sending it through gati hazmat courier... I will be tracking my product in gati website daily with docket num[protected], and i found that destination location given is incorrect.. Its given as guwahati but it should b dhubri... Daily i am getting message that it is undelivered due to mismatch of pincode whereas my address, pincode and phone num is completely correct and moreover an i am not getting any calls from the delivery boy only..., they are not delivering the product on the correct location... I called them several times but no use... Dey r telling me to wait... They are doing this wantedly i am damn sure... They are wantedly not sending the parcel from guwahati to dhubri (Which is 6 hours journey by bus) dont know the reason behind it... But seriously its a big headache... Kindly resolve this issue and contact gati company to do d needful... Gati people is updating false status daily and not delivering my product. Even today also they updated status as undelivered.. We tried to contact through phone but they are bluffing us, adddress is incorrect kind of silly reasons. We have ordered many packages online and never ever our address or pin was an issue for any of the courier service team. I am afraid these people might have mishandled the package, kindly resolve this issue and get the parcel delivered in dhubri at the earliest.

I applied for return number: [protected], for shoes due to fit issues, but daily i recieve message that today they will pick my return but its not happening and even pick executive number which they have given in message also not working, so this way this company is wasting consumer time and troubling us. So please make this pick up as soon as possible and please tell assiociate person to put correct number on message, dont make people trouble by putting wrong or number which is not working.

I am swapnil pralhad wagh complaining about not getting my refund of my returned product. I ordered highlander round neck tshirt amount of 424 rs. Placed on 11 jan 2019 (Order no - 109910495778653182501), but after getting my order because of fitting issue i returned the product. My product is picked up on 19 jan 2019 by ecom express curier boy (Tracking no.[protected]. Returned product successfully picked up by me on 19 jan 2019 but i didn't get my refund yet, even product reached to myntra warehouse. I didn't get any sms or email from myntra or ecom express about my returned product. So i contacted to myntra customer care 10 to 15 times but they ignored me and unable to solve my problem. At this moment i am too much unsatisfied by myntra service. I want my refund as early as possible. I am cheated by myntra. Hence now i am complaining against myntra to consumer court. Please dear judge help me to give my justice and take strong action against myntra.com. And help me for getting my refund amount 424 rs. Of my returned product and give penalty and strong punishment to myntra.com

There are multiple products i got from myntra and they are damaged even after complaining they don't respond what should i do? Like there are 2 scenario first where i bought a nike shoe and i didn't feel it was fresh piece as threads were wearing out so i arranged a replacement without my concern they cancelled my replacement request it was unacceptable as i'm not aware where to complain about it i started wearing that shoe 2nd instance i bought shoes for my younger sister same from myntra and the brand name is carlton london the quality of the shoes i's worst and the box in which they delivered the shoe was damaged still no action by them just they keep in ignoring i want to take serious action against them help me. As they offer 30 days return window how can they just cancel my return request
