I ordered hrx by hrithik roshan blue colour jacket on 20 jan but the colour of jacket was so dull so i created return request and they pick up the jacket on 24 january 2019 return number is [protected] but still i have not received my refund many time i try to resolve my problem with customers service but they did not provide any relevant information

I bought a pair of nike shoes a month ago..but have used just two or three times but some cuts marks have been emerged on on top front part of the shoes on each pair. I have been a regular customer of the site but this has happened for the first time to me. I kindly request you to resgister my complaint and replace the same product in short period

    I ordered crockery set of varesha brand which is attached in the image, the order was delivered very late that expected before the delivery i called myntra customer care and spoke to the agent zeenat parveen whom i yol to cancel the order as the option was not reflecting in the website she upfrontly denied and said we cannot do anything you can receive the order and do the normal return procedure within 30 days, later when i tried returning the product it showed that i will have to self ship the product which was jot informed from their end, zeenat parveen gave a misleading information on the same its been more than a week for the escalations but they haven't done anything their case manager garima also called me just to inform that they cannot do anything. It is not my fault it is a fault from their end still they are not taking the responsibility of it not only that when i called and wanted to speak to the floor manager they kept my call on hold for about 57 mins stating floor manager are busy. I have all the complain details and screen shots from twitter

    At first I thought it will be back in stock soon. But It seems like myntra isn't showing interest in its costumers' wishlist.

      I ordered roadster
      Men blue skinny fit mid-rise mildly distressed stretchable jeans from myntra on 31st jan 2019. My order number is[protected]-7549801. I received my order but it didn't fit to me so i want to return this and refund my money back. But they are saying that they refund my money excluding delivery charge which i paid. I don't know whether my money will be returned or not. Please help me.

        I have received credit money of myntra and now am not interested to buy products from myntra for many reasons. So i want my money to be transferred in my bank account. Myntra customer care is denying to transfer the money to my bank account. What should i do?? Shall i take a legal step for this??

        Really big mistake that i have chosen myntra for shopping.

          I had placed order for twills trouser and paid the amount online. I received trouser but the trouser is too fit it. I called and requested for replacement or refund.
          I requested to return pickup. There was no tag attached when i received it. The person who came to collect denied pickup saying there is no tag. I have been calling myntra customer care but no luck. Today when i called, she cut the line saying she is not able to hear and that too after talking with me on this issue for two minutes. Worst customer service. Please arrange pickup and return my refund.

            I had ordered for 2 tops from myntra. The order which i had received had 2 dupattas instead of tops. I had raised a return request mentioning the issue of wrong product, the return collector associate declined since the product doesnt match. I had called customer care notifying them about the missing transparent plastic on which the barcode of the product is pasted. Even after calling several times to the customer care, they have standard answer to share the barcode and wait 24 hours for resolution. I am frustrated with these answers and the product has not been picked up yet. I don't even see whether they would even do so.

              I had an account with myntra since years and my account was suddenly suspended. I realised this probably after a month. I called customer service, was told two times that i will get a call back from a supervisor as the rep couldn’t disclose the reason. Did not receive call back but got two mails stating i have breached clause 4 and 13 due to which my ac is suspended. I checked online and the clause has in numerous reasons. I tried facebook messenger and twitter too. No live agent. No chat support. Finally today i got a call back from an absolutely rude and unprofessional case manger named nabiya, she started to scream and said we have sent you two mails and literally read the content to me. I asked her for a specific reason, like what did i do she said she does not know but the account is suspended. I asked for a supervisor and she said she can’t trabsfer. She said i absolutely can’t do anything and hung up the call.

              It just fair to know why ac is suspended. I am not a seller and i have always had genuine transaction with myntra.

              Need help!

                Was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 1st feb 2019 and i made a payment of 1539 through airtel money wallet ([protected]). Due to some problem i dont know why but money got debited from my account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntra side even though i keep calling their customer care. This is totally disgusting... I called them. When i placed order there was an offer of some cashback from myntra if i make payment through airtel app.. I have attached screenshot of payment. But money is yet to be refunded.

                  I recieved my order on 31st january 2019 and i placed the request for return that day itself as the shoes size was too large for me but the guy came for the pick up of shoes the very next day he didn't accept them just by saying that ma'am there are a few dust particles present on the sole of shoes but i think it is a obvious thing because when you try shoes some dust particles might get stick to the sole then he said ma'am you just have to call customer care and get the item approved and being a customer i am feeling tortured. I called there customer care like for 2-3 times and they said ma'am we can't return them as they now come in used condition. I mean it's very illogical. The pick up refused to accept it because they will otherwise deduct some amount from the amount he get. Now as a customer only i am suffering because i can't wear them and even my money got stuck. The worst service i have ever recieved.

                    I had purchases a blazer from myntra.com on 21st december 2018. Due to price issues i returned the blazer after 3 days of delivery as they have 30 days return policy. Since then i'm waiting for refund, i talked to them on phone but they aren't responding. They told me that they have already initiated refund and i need to call united bank of india or to call their customer care. I did visit the bank and called ubi toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated refund and they advised me to talk to myntra customer care and ask them to resolve the issue. I talked to myntra customer but they're not helping. They keep saying that we have initiated refund but i haven't received any refund

                      I had purchases a sweatshirts from myntra.com on 15 december 2018. Due to price issues i returned the sweatshirt after 2 days of delivery as they have 30 days return policy.                         Hi,

                        The below order was placed on 14th jan’19 till date the order was not delivered, when checked the order status on myntra it was reflecting as return to origin, no msg or even no call for delivery and the order its directly rto’ed. Pathetic service.
                        When called customer support one agent first disconnected the call the moment the call landed. 2nd agent picks the call and says sorry now its rto’ed cant be delivered then he passes to his escalation supervisor akash he says sorry it wont be delivered place a fresh order. When asked him will there be early delivery he says no there is no resolution.

                        Guys its your fault and why should customer again place fresh order.

                          I had placed an order of wrangler men blue skinny vegas fit low raise clean look stretchable jeans size 38. But the item was delivered 34 size with myntra for which cash on delivery was already done. Customer care not responding properly. Even they don't bother the consumer concern. Not responding with clear resolution.

                            When i first learned of this problem, i contacted customer care at myntra and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because already i was told about the product return policy. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

                            As i request you to do the needful, at last, i don’t have any option other than i need to forward my experience to all my friends, colleague and family members. As i have a good number of followers on all my social media accounts so other people cannot be the victim of the same.
                            But still, i believe in myntra customer service as i am regular and frequently had bought items on myntra. When i asked customer care about recording i didn’t get any answer so when customer abuses myntra had the policy to record the call but when a customer has a grievance is there no recording policy???

                            I strongly advise to resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise i need to viral the customer unsatisfaction service that is being offered by myntra also please find an attached recordings that i had while resolving my dispute.
                            I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 3 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my few recordings. I may be contacted at the email id.
                            I have cross verified with myntra customer care before ordering a single product on call. During the call, myntra’s customer representative said that you can return any product within 30 days. So i asked again like i can return any product within 30 days and he said yes, you can return any product within 30 days. So i have ordered so many products. While i was trying to return all chhabra 555 products, myntra denied to take return as return policy of these products are only for two days. This is pathetic service of myntra and chhabra 555 brand. So i was requesting to myntra to listen my recording but they are denied to listen any recording. Even i have given surety like if i am going to wrong after listening the recording then i will give myntra to another 35, 000 rs.. But still they are not responding. I would suggest to don’t buy online any products of chhabra 555 form anywhere as product doesn’t looks physically.

                              Hello,

                              Myntra also started cheating the customer, as while check out it is showing the discount applied and while payment it is showing the complete amount.

                              Also customer care started claiming the customer dont know how to booked the order and they are not willing to cancel the order(which i am not getting the option to cancel my self).

                              At last they will keep you amount in your account for 20+...

                              Order id:[protected]-3188601. Im a regular shopper at myntra but the one thing that has constantly been degrading here is the attitude of the delivery persons... The delivery person's attitude was downright unprofessional and unethical... He just called me once and then cancelled the order himself... Didn't bother to call me again or to make another attempt... Just cancelled the order simply for his own convenience... When i complained at myntra customer care they were very casual about it and they simply said we can't do anything about it... If i order the same products again, i'll have to purchase it at a much higher price as i was getting them on offer before when i ordered and some of the orders are out of stock as well so i can't do anything about it now... It's very disappointing to see this kind of carelessness on myntra's end and to have such delivery person's is such a shame.. They didn't even try to resolve it at all.. They were just like they can't do anything about it as if it's none of their business.. Completely disappointed!

                                The behaviour of the delivery person is downright unprofessional... I had 5 orders and the order shouldn't get cancelled automatically before 5 days although it was to arrive early.. The delivery person called me just once and then cancelled the order himself... The products i ordered were on offer and now i'll have to order it freshly on much higher prices... When i called their customer care they were very casual about it and said they can't do anything about it... This is strictly a violation of consumer rights.. Being a regular customer on myntra, i never expected this kind of worst shopping experience...

                                  My order from myntra (Order number and other details are attached in screenshot) is kept on showing "rescheduled for next day". Please let me know when it will be delivered. The item has been shipped on 29th january after that there is no proper update. Every day it is showing the same thing. It is quite urgent.                                       I had ordered gold toned solid clutch from myntra, but it has been delivered defected. There were 4 cuts on the fabric from different sides. My order no was - order number 109805103641043677401.
                                      I have requested for a return. My return id -
                                      [protected]. I had received an email from myntra that my product will be picked within 7 days, post that they will refund my payment. But it's been 20 days no one came to collect the defected product. Neither they have refunded.
                                      What kind of service myntra is providing.
                                      I want the refund asap.
