I am writing with respect to the issue that i am facing with the myntra and not able to get satisfied customer experience though i have purchased goods worth near to 35, ooo rs. I am enclosing details of the entire products of chhabra 555 brand that i have purchased and wanted to return the products but i am not able to return the same after having a discussion with customer support executive as well as with customer support senior executive as well.

When i first learned of this problem, i contacted customer care at myntra and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because already i was told about the product return policy. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

As i request you to do the needful, at last, i don’t have any option other than i need to forward my experience to all my friends, colleague and family members. As i have a good number of followers on all my social media accounts so other people cannot be the victim of the same.
But still, i believe in myntra customer service as i am regular and frequently had bought items on myntra. When i asked customer care about recording i didn’t get any answer so when customer abuses myntra had the policy to record the call but when a customer has a grievance is there no recording policy???

I strongly advise to resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise i need to viral the customer unsatisfaction service that is being offered by myntra also please find an attached recordings that i had while resolving my dispute.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 3 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my few recordings. I may be contacted at the email id.
I have cross verified with myntra customer care before ordering a single product on call. During the call, myntra’s customer representative said that you can return any product within 30 days. So i asked again like i can return any product within 30 days and he said yes, you can return any product within 30 days. So i have ordered so many products. While i was trying to return all chhabra 555 products, myntra denied to take return as return policy of these products are only for two days. This is pathetic service of myntra and chhabra 555 brand. So i was requesting to myntra to listen my recording but they are denied to listen any recording. Even i have given surety like if i am going to wrong after listening the recording then i will give myntra to another 35, 000 rs.. But still they are not responding. I would suggest to don’t buy online any products of chhabra 555 form anywhere as product doesn’t looks physically.

    discount coupon applied and account not been reflected

    Hello,

    Myntra also started cheating the customer, as while check out it is showing the discount applied and while payment it is showing the complete amount.

    Also customer care started claiming the customer dont know how to booked the order and they are not willing to cancel the order(which i am not getting the option to cancel my self).

    At last they will keep you amount in your account for 20+...

    Order id:[protected]-3188601. Im a regular shopper at myntra but the one thing that has constantly been degrading here is the attitude of the delivery persons... The delivery person's attitude was downright unprofessional and unethical... He just called me once and then cancelled the order himself... Didn't bother to call me again or to make another attempt... Just cancelled the order simply for his own convenience... When i complained at myntra customer care they were very casual about it and they simply said we can't do anything about it... If i order the same products again, i'll have to purchase it at a much higher price as i was getting them on offer before when i ordered and some of the orders are out of stock as well so i can't do anything about it now... It's very disappointing to see this kind of carelessness on myntra's end and to have such delivery person's is such a shame.. They didn't even try to resolve it at all.. They were just like they can't do anything about it as if it's none of their business.. Completely disappointed!

    I got a bra n the size Is smaller and even the product finishing is not good, I request to return it but, they been asking for courier it to near by center
    It's totally unfair by u guys to do this . I want the the concert person to pick the product from my place .

      The behaviour of the delivery person is downright unprofessional... I had 5 orders and the order shouldn't get cancelled automatically before 5 days although it was to arrive early.. The delivery person called me just once and then cancelled the order himself... The products i ordered were on offer and now i'll have to order it freshly on much higher prices... When i called their customer care they were very casual about it and said they can't do anything about it... This is strictly a violation of consumer rights.. Being a regular customer on myntra, i never expected this kind of worst shopping experience...

        Sir,
        My order from myntra (Order number and other details are attached in screenshot) is kept on showing "rescheduled for next day". Please let me know when it will be delivered. The item has been shipped on 29th january after that there is no proper update. Every day it is showing the same thing. It is quite urgent. Your prompt response will be helpful thank you.

            I had ordered gold toned solid clutch from myntra, but it has been delivered defected. There were 4 cuts on the fabric from different sides. My order no was - order number 109805103641043677401.
            I have requested for a return. My return id -
            [protected]. I had received an email from myntra that my product will be picked within 7 days, post that they will refund my payment. But it's been 20 days no one came to collect the defected product. Neither they have refunded.
            What kind of service myntra is providing.
            I want the refund asap.

              I have purchased two joggers on 21st of jan with a delivery date of 24th jan. But i didn't got the delivery on 24th jan, the last update which was showing was that the item has been shipped on 21st jan itself, after that there was no update from them. So on 24th i have raised an complain on for this, they asked me to wait for next 72hrs. The issue will be resolved but till 28th jan there were no update from them, the last update was of 21st jan only. So on 28th jan i called them asking for an update they told the investigation is still going on will provide you an update within 1 day. Again i called them on 29th jan but they were still saying the same that we don't have any update on this investigation is still going on. So this time i didn't agree with them and asked to connect me their supervisor and senior supervisor and they both gave me assurance that within 24hrs you will get an update. Then after couple of hrs i. E. On 29th jan night i got an update that the item has been shipped two nearest delivery center and within 12hrs i got an update the item has been lost so we couldn't deliver the product.
              How an item can be lost within 12hrs, that's mean the update which was provided to me 29th jan was a lie to calm me down. How can a company do that keeping customer money for days then not giving the product and cancelling the order. And fyi... The warehouse from where the product has been shipped is bangalore and delivery address is also of bangalore, so within city they are not able to deliver the product.
              Now they are giving 400 rs coupons with a validity date of 1 month, i need 50% of order amount as coupon or 25% of order amount should be credited to my account

                I had bought some products from myntra few weeks back. That time pay on delivery was available to pin code 670571. But now i found pay on delivery is not available. Why is it so ? Expecting a solution fast. Please do something
                I got a call from the E commerce delivery agent but they told like yesterday i ll deliver the parcel but they didn't deliver it .when i checked this in Myntra site there the status is return to origin

                  I ordered a product with cod and payed through g/pay. There was some error and additional amount was deducted. The delivery guy is not returning my amount back. Please help me get my money back. Since there was an error the delivery guy has taken payment through cash. However the cash from google pay was transferred to the delivery guys account. But he is not returning my money or even answering my calls.

                    My refund of 10734.46 is pending and Myntra customer service people ask me to wait 24 hours daily when I call. It’s been more than one month like this .

                    I have been a loyal customer to them so far. But they are not doing good to their customers.

                    I lost my faith on the brand . This is pure harassment. That is my money and they are not refunding it.

                    PRODUCT AMOUNT paid: 10734.46/-
                    Issue: Refund pending for a return of COD order.
                    Date of return : 18th December.

                    Message received “refund issued” on the same date i.e. 18th December at 2:23pm.

                    But Till now i got no refund even after sending bank details through app and email so many times.

                    Customer care wasn’t ready to take my complaint. After calling them daily, last day they gave me a number (incident IN[protected]) through a no-reply email adress where I can’t reply back and with nothing mentioned about my complaint.

                    This is fraud. They are harassing me for my money and not ready to refund It. They don’t have any customer care email adress mentioned on their iOS application where I can reach them with all details theoretically.

                    Their app shows refund processed. They should mention refund failed.

                    Incorrect details given by them to harass customer. But I have call recordings from Myntra in which they accept the refund is still due.

                    Very disappointed with this website Myntra.com. Their customer service on call is even worse.

                    How can a fraud e-commerce site like this continue to do fraud with people in INDIA?

                    I want my money back.

                    And I expect this site to help me!

                      I placed this particular order of a Libas Women Kurta set ( including a Kurta and a Palazzo) on 11 October 2018.
                      Order no.[protected]-6455903

                      But the package I recieved was an INCOMPLETE order which had only the Palazzo. I straight away placed a return request on the day I recieved the order (13 October 2018).

                      But around 5 times the delivery person refused to take back the order and exchange it citing the reason that the bill mentions a Kurta Set and we cannot take the incomplete order.

                      I have called the Customer Service around 4-5 times to resolve the issue but only on 16 November'2018.

                      I got a mail that the refund amount is processed but till now the amount doesn't reflect in my account.

                      It has been months and Myntra is by far the most unprofessional shopping site used.

                        I purchased Adidas Shoes on 17th January, worth ₹3539 paid using online mode.

                        After waiting for 11 days and calling the customer service representative twice regarding the product delivery, I was told that the product would be delivered in 3 business days.

                        On 28th Jan'19, I received a mail that the order is cancelled and the money will be refunded, without any valid reason.
                        I am not sure if the money will be refunded as this problem is continuously occurring with Myntra orders.

                        They quote a lower sale price and then are unable to complete the order and simply send a cancellation mail.

                          I had placed an order of 2 dresses with myntra for which online payment was already done. One order was received on time. For The other order, i did receive a call confirming my address but never received it. I called on that no of the delivery boy, he said he will deliver it to me by night. But it wasnt. So i called up myntra contact desk(call centre ) and they said they will look into the matter. All this while i was calling dat delivery guy n he wasnt picking up the call. I again called the call centre on friday 24th and they registered a complaint, saying it will take 2 days and will inform us on monday 28th Jan. But i got no response, so i called them today i.e.29th Jan.They said they cannot help me in any manner stating they have the delivery proof. As a proof they have sent me signature which is juz a line drawn. I dont understand how can dat be considered as a sign. Ull will be having some manual regarding the sign right. Or if no whats my fault. I have not received my order. I wish to either receive my order or expect a refund of the amount. The call centre employee completely refused to help me any further. I want to know that ull will be having some SOPs regarding delivery of an item to a customer. What are those. Not only dat, if this is what is going on then how are we to place any kind of order with ull. If this sign is valid then i guess the message ull are giving out is anything wrong happens ull are not bothered and tampering with ur delivery items is very easy bcoz no action is taken inspite of such an incident. I am sorry to say that this will be the last time i will shop with myntra. An attachment of the so called signature they sent to me has been attached.

                          As from last 15 days i twiced raised the return complaint but from your side no one is still coming for pickup what are you doing you dont have any command on your delivery partner [ecom express] they have the worst shipment process. Kindly suggest me something so i can return it before your 30 days goes down ..

                            I raised the return request on myntra on 18-jan-2019. Expected date to be picked up was 23-jan-2019.
                            I did not get any update from myntra till 23-jan-2019.

                            I contacted and raised the complaint for the same and promised resolution time given to me was 72 hours (26-jan-2019).

                            Even after 27-jan-2019, there was no update and i tried to connect my call to escalation supervisor/senior.

                            He promised me the time of 24 hours and i waited till 28-jan.

                            Again on 28-jan i had talk and i have been told to wait 24 hours. Again on 29-jan i called and i have got the same update that wait for 24 hours.

                            This is what happening everyday and my query is not resolved yet and every time i'm getting the same line that wait for maximum 24 hours and now escalation supervisor is disconnecting my calls also.

                              I had purchased a shirt from myntra, mayra women black regular fit solid casual shirt. The size was not a fit so i decided to return the product. They picked up the item but i still didn't get the refund. Also got a msg from myntra saying the refund has been initiated, but even after 7 days, no further update. My order no is:[protected]-9071201 placed on 31 dec 2018. I tried calling their customer care but the call would not connect.

                              The innoxa foundation stick delivered to me is broken and a complete mess.moreover It seems used and second hand.it is in an extremely bad condition. It is very disappointing considering that myntra is a well known site . It can't even be returned and I am utterly unsatisfied
                              I ordered a converse shoe and I received a fake one.

                                E com exp has taken my refund product on 19th Jan, whose E-way bill no.[protected], and order no.[protected], and when I call to help me, they only hold me for 5 minutes and say "it will take some more days", but no any output will come yet.Even I call two times to the help centre but they doesn't resolve the problem.one important thing is that their help centre call no. is chargeable, at a time Rs 10-15 balance of mobile will be deducted.I totally lost my trust to Myntra.please help me to get my refund amount.

                                My account is locked by myntra, i have received a wrong product, i continuously calling myntra they gave me approval but pick boy has cancelled it 6 time and give me reason that the product is different and tell me that the dc manager told them to do this

                                  I am having mantra account since more than 2 years and on 4th of jan i placed order for 7-8 shoes pair and which was received by me on 15-16th jan, after received of order found that some of shoes was not fit to me and then i was trying to open my account for exchange and return and i found that my account has been locked then i have called to customer care & they were inform me that concern person will call you in 24 hrs but no one has called me since 24 th jan. On 24 th jan i have received email that your account has been locked and can not reactivate and can't refund or return products from this account you may read terms o[censored]se from our website clause. Really it was very much surprising to me because i was going to exchange and return my unused products due to oversize and understand my account has been suspend without any reason and now i can not return or exchange my products worth of more than rs 8000.. Please advice me what can i do now because understand account has been locked intensionally by myntra to customer can't return or replace products.

                                    I have ordered the shoes on 22jan and it was to be delivered on 28jan 2019. I have been updated about my product till 23 january after that no updates. I have paid the amount of shoes by online transaction (Airtel money). Shoe cost me 2241. My courier name myntra logistics and tracking number mlo[protected]. My name is mobassir husain.
                                    I have not been delivered about my product till now so please help me

                                    I ordered a converse shoe and I received a fake one.
                                    Dear sir my order not delivered no amount refund
                                    I ordered my mast and harbour shoe on 12 th january. the delivery date was 20th january.But my shoes are not yet delivered.the delivery date is delaying, and I don't know what is the reason.its been almost two weeks since I ordered .So I kindly request to consider my complaint

                                      I ordered 3 items on 5th jan but only one item was delivered on jan 12th. The expected delivered is on 15th jan but i haven't received my delivery yet. I contacted the customer care 4 days ago and they told it will take 72hrs. Still my order was not delivered. My payment mode is through online. Please make the delivery as soon as possible. The delivery is late by 12 days now. The customer care number is also not working properly.
                                      Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I cancelled an order right after payment via debit card on Myntra, Please process payment
