I ve ordered a kurta. i ve already paid. they have not delivered and no details also and they are not cancelling the order and refunding it. it is 10 days past delivery date and no proper response

it has to delivered on 30jan and it 4feb and no details given inspite of complaining with customer care
pls resolve

My myntra.com account was access by unknow person and order was placed using my myntra credit and phonepe balance

I had given complain on same day before the order was dispatched no action was taken

Then 2nd and 3rd complain was again given by me after order got dispatched but again no action

And now this # are saying we cant help u need to register cybercrime complain for this

I need my money back u cheaters

Both the dress comes in single packet and when i opened infront of courier boy its deliver a shirt its wrong product.

Myntra using my money from last 20+ days. No any proper system its fake and fraud company

I want to return product order no[protected]-4405701 for medium size. But there are only option for exchange. I have a great experience with myntra but at this time myntra refuse to return this product. It’s my humble request to return this product. Please solve my problem and give me solution of my query. I called in cc my they did not give solution

I bought a michael kors watch.. The watch was not working so i placed a return request. Now the person who came to collect it said it's not working and didn't take the return. This is how myntra deals with the customers by mentally torturing them. How would i return it please somebody tell me. My order no. Is[protected]-3680601. It's an expensive watch and they don't even check before dispatching

I had placed order on myntra.com on 29/01/2019 for a red cheif brown shoes[protected] order no :[[protected]-0762901]. After approximately 3 days i received a parcel which contained an invictus brand shoes model no: 2612743). I had initiated returns and provided them with necessary things which was required to channelize return within 1 days after i received the product. Return request was approved.in spite of sending images of the wrong products shipped; the person who came to collect the products (For return) refused to collect them as they were not the same as what was mentioned in the order. Further the declined the return request. I again placed a return request on 4/ jan /2019, the same happened again. As the collection agency refused to pick up the product as they got the image of red chief shoes, which i actually ordered.

This is regarding puma men black solid slim fit ess padded jacket (Order#[protected]-7192803). This item was picked up on 24th dec, 2018 by myntra agent (Phone#[protected]) and he confirmed after 2 days that refund will be initiated soon and the details couldn't be updated on website due to the busy schedule during christmas sale. After that the agents no was switched off. Then i raised complaint with myntra customer care twice - complaint nos: in[protected] (Raised on 4th jan, 19) and in[protected] (Raised on 28th jan, 19). Each time i was promised resolution within 4 days, however i am still struggling with refund and any update from myntra.

I have called them multiple times and they simply put my call on hold or never give any reply. I am fed up of this ongoing issue. It's consuming a lot of my time and efforts. I am expecting an urgent resolution as this has been negligence and irresponsible behavior by team myntra and i am facing the brunt of it. Hugely dissapointed.

Mujhe product deliver nahi hua aur deliver show ker raha. Jabki mujhe iska koi out for delivery ka message aur nahi email nahi receive hua. Maine online payment bhi ki hui hai rs 1249.78. Myntra fraud hain. Logon ke paise lootte hain dhokha dete hain. Koi bhi satisfied nahi inke performence se. Myntra wale bahot hi galat mail bhej ke public ko bevkoof bunate. Kae product ke sath in logon duplicate bhi bheja. Kae product to packet ke ander missing bhi rahe

My Myntra order containing product(s) "Chemistry Women Navy Solid Cinched Waist A-Line Dress" has been delayed.oreder no.[protected]-5712903...Ordered on 20th January..Please kindly take a step and cancel my order and prepare my refund ASAP. I've already placed complaints on myntra customer care number twice but they are not helping me in this matter what kind of service they are providing you must check it also.

I ordered hrx by hrithik roshan blue colour jacket on 20 jan but the colour of jacket was so dull so i created return request and they pick up the jacket on 24 january 2019 return number is [protected] but still i have not received my refund many time i try to resolve my problem with customers service but they did not provide any relevant information

I ordered crockery set of varesha brand which is attached in the image, the order was delivered very late that expected before the delivery i called myntra customer care and spoke to the agent zeenat parveen whom i yol to cancel the order as the option was not reflecting in the website she upfrontly denied and said we cannot do anything you can receive the order and do the normal return procedure within 30 days, later when i tried returning the product it showed that i will have to self ship the product which was jot informed from their end, zeenat parveen gave a misleading information on the same its been more than a week for the escalations but they haven't done anything their case manager garima also called me just to inform that they cannot do anything. It is not my fault it is a fault from their end still they are not taking the responsibility of it not only that when i called and wanted to speak to the floor manager they kept my call on hold for about 57 mins stating floor manager are busy. I ordered roadster
Men blue skinny fit mid-rise mildly distressed stretchable jeans from myntra on 31st jan 2019. My order number is[protected]-7549801. I received my order but it didn't fit to me so i want to return this and refund my money back. But they are saying that they refund my money excluding delivery charge which i paid. I don't know whether my money will be returned or not. Please help me.

I have received credit money of myntra and now am not interested to buy products from myntra for many reasons. So i want my money to be transferred in my bank account. Myntra customer care is denying to transfer the money to my bank account. What should i do?? Shall i take a legal step for this??

Really big mistake that i have chosen myntra for shopping.

I had placed order for twills trouser and paid the amount online. I received trouser but the trouser is too fit it. I called and requested for replacement or refund.
I requested to return pickup. There was no tag attached when i received it. The person who came to collect denied pickup saying there is no tag. I have been calling myntra customer care but no luck. Today when i called, she cut the line saying she is not able to hear...

I had ordered for 2 tops from myntra. The order which i had received had 2 dupattas instead of tops. I had raised a return request mentioning the issue of wrong product, the return collector associate declined since the product doesnt match. I had called customer care notifying them about the missing transparent plastic on which the barcode of the product is pasted. Even after calling several times to the customer care, they have standard answer to share the barcode and wait 24 hours for resolution. I am frustrated with these answers and the product has not been picked up yet. I don't even see whether they would even do so.

I had an account with myntra since years and my account was suddenly suspended. I realised this probably after a month. I called customer service, was told two times that i will get a call back from a supervisor as the rep couldn’t disclose the reason. Did not receive call back but got two mails stating i have breached clause 4 and 13 due to which my ac is suspended. I checked online and the clause has in numerous reasons. I tried facebook messenger and twitter too. No live agent. No chat support. Finally today i got a call back from an absolutely rude and unprofessional case manger named nabiya, she started to scream and said we have sent you two mails and literally read the content to me. I asked her for a specific reason, like what did i do she said she does not know but the account is suspended. I asked for a supervisor and she said she can’t trabsfer. She said i absolutely can’t do anything and hung up the call.

It just fair to know why ac is suspended. I am not a seller and i have always had genuine transaction with myntra.

Was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 1st feb 2019 and i made a payment of 1539 through airtel money wallet ([protected]). Due to some problem i dont know why but money got debited from my account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntra side even though i keep calling their customer care. This is totally disgusting... I called them. When i placed order there was an offer of some cashback from myntra if i make payment through airtel app.. I have attached screenshot of payment. But money is yet to be refunded.

I recieved my order on 31st january 2019 and i placed the request for return that day itself as the shoes size was too large for me but the guy came for the pick up of shoes the very next day he didn't accept them just by saying that ma'am there are a few dust particles present on the sole of shoes but i think it is a obvious thing because when you try shoes some dust particles might get stick to the sole then he said ma'am you just have to call customer care and get the item approved and being a customer i am feeling tortured. I called there customer care like for 2-3 times and they said ma'am we can't return them as they now come in used condition. I mean it's very illogical. The pick up refused to accept it because they will otherwise deduct some amount from the amount he get. Now as a customer only i am suffering because i can't wear them and even my money got stuck. The worst service i have ever recieved.

I had purchases a blazer from myntra.com on 21st december 2018. Due to price issues i returned the blazer after 3 days of delivery as they have 30 days return policy. Since then i'm waiting for refund, i talked to them on phone but they aren't responding. They told me that they have already initiated refund and i need to call united bank of india or to call their customer care. I did visit the bank and called ubi toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated refund and they advised me to talk to myntra customer care and ask them to resolve the issue. I talked to myntra customer but they're not helping. They keep saying that we have initiated refund but i haven't received any refund
