I buyed pepe jeans on 22nd december from myntra, today i. E 3rd jan i get the delivery but when i get i am totally shocked by seeing my product
It is of different company (Denizen)
Styles are totally different
Colors are different
There are two tags one of pepe that should tied by outside and other is denizen which is stitched in the jeans
This is totally fraudulent activity!

I have ordred three blackberry trousers on 24 dec 2019 through app order no.[protected]-6727301..
On 30th dec i recieced 2 trousers of three, unfortunatly both trousers were large 34'size, i have ordered for exchange of both trousers khaki and beige color but in khaki 32' size were not availabe so i requested for return khaki trouser and exchange for beige.
On 31st dec myntra delivery boy mr. Vijay (Phone no. [protected])...

I ordered 4items in myntra including clothes and accesories. Suppossed to deliver 30th dec 2018. When i go for online tracking its shows "not delivered customer refused to accept". What the hell with the delivery company. They are not having proper response and also not contacting us. Order no[protected]-2056501.

Only one item delivered so far. Myntra sending my order as 3 packs.

I received part of my order today, it is an cod order and there were 2 sets from “all about you” brand but in one of the set i received only the top i didn’t receive the bottom! Please help me what to do!

I don’t know how to inform this to myntra because their customer care number is not working and they dont have any email id to contact customers directly! Please make sure this is considered because i have paid amount for the total set!

My name is daniel jennings, i have placed order in myntra.com on 23rd dec 2018 and promised a delivery by 27th december, that moved to 31st december. I called them on 31st and raised complain, they said in 2 days it will be delivered but no update until now. I had purchased clothes to wear them on 1st jan 2019 for new year but i could not wear new clothes that day due to myntra's delay. This is my first order with myntra and the experience is disappointing. I am raising this complain to share it as a feedback so myntra can improve their service levels.

I have returned the product but it is not updated in app and i have not received refund or any email regarding return. Now trying to call customer service but it says invalid number [protected]. There is not other ways to register complaint like email or call. Please help me getting my refund and connecting myntra. Call me at [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com.

I tried calling mytra custumor care for almost 10 days now and many times in a day amd still till today they are still busy and not responding any of my calls... This is absolutely too much. Always busy. Always on hold. Never free. There is no option for even leaving a message!!! There is no option to even request a call. And when i call the customer centre, they are always busy!!! I need to know the whereabouts of my order and still no information at all!!! Its been stuck in 25th december in the same place till now... Not even moving and no one from the customer care seems to be doing anything. I get no calls. No messages and no one is pickin up my callsssss.. Why is there no chatting place in myntra...

I have received notification from myntra.com saying my item has been delivered but it has not. I have tried calling the delivery agent and also the customer service number but response from either of them.
I have called and tried everyway possible to get in contact with the myntra excutives but no response as there's no possible way to contact them. The number is invalid and the emails doesn't work. The delivery agent is denying my calls and i'm here waiting for my product. This is so not done.
What's the issue?

I ordered 2 madame tops on 31st dec 2018, out of which one of the top get delivered on 1st jan 2019 wherein the mode of payment was cash on delivery.
I checked the delivered item immediately on the same day and came to know that the i have got the wrong parcel which was hrx t-shirt.
I immediately logged a return request at myntra.com website and claimed for refund amount.
On 02-jan-2019, i handed over the wrongly delivered parcel to myntra delivery boy and received the email confirmation of the same.
As per the information available on myntra policy page, if the refund request is of myntra credit, the refund amount will get credited in the account instantly but i haven't received it yet.

I tried calling myntra customer care number ([protected]) and is constanly engaged and i am unable to connect with them.

Myntra stooped to low levels and looting customers of their hard-earned money. I am a victim who had returned two vimal johnny thermal sets amounting₹418.95 each on 10th dec'18 and till date have not received my refund. On initial contact with their team they said that they don't have my bank details followed by refund have been processed on their end and hence told to contact my bank and file refund dispute. When i contacted my bank they said on such refund transaction have been done by myntra and was directed to contact myntra itself.

Finally contacted them yesterday and they gave another excuse that they have filed refund complaint for wrong order and need additional 4 days for complaint processing for which they have send no email. I have already shared my bank account statement showing no refund received still they are not refunding and wasting my time. Product return no.[protected] and [protected].

Beware people you will be next victim.

I am priyanka arolkar i have ordered two items from myntra account the delivery of the same was schedule on 31st december 2018 how ever on that day i didnt receive any call from delivery agent shivam store-shivam str ([protected]) i tried calling him so many time there was no respond from his end and in the evening i received a message on the registered number saying unable to deliver your order.
Every morning i am receiving messages from myntra saying my items are out for delivery but your agent dont come to deliver it and later in the evening i receive messages saying unable to deliver. Even my colleagues faces same problem with your agent.

I request you to kindly look in to this matter and take the necessary action at the earliest.

I had placed order on 24th dec’18 and paid through upi (Phonepe) assuming that my order will get place post new year.
But it didn’t.. I received message on 1st january’19 that it has been dispatched. But till today (03rd jan’ 19) i am yet to receive an order.

I expect earliest action on above concern.

Have order 2 products on 1 january from this side and expected delivery date is 5 january and 7 january respective and now date change to 10 january

Have emailed them and calling since 2 days and today i got lucky and they pic the call and they don't have any excess to resolve the query

I feel this is purely unprofessional on there side after confirming the delivery date have ordered item and nee them by 5 january

I had bought a shoes from myntra and returned it.

The refund has been processed, but it says that the refund amount will be added to my myntra credits.

I cannot use that money now, unless i shop at myntra.

But, i want the refund to be credited in my bank account.

I recieved the email regarding the refund today morning.

I got the shoes on 28/12/2018 and it was picked up on 31/12/2018.

I am a regular customer of yours and i recently made a purchase of a pair of san frissco navy blue sneakers for men, my order number being[protected]-9335903. It was delayed and then i received a message saying the order will be delivered soon. I checked the status again today and found out that it was canceled and a refund has been initiated for the same.

I don't understand how you can cancel an order without informing me beforehand when i kept waiting for it to be delivered to me because of the message sent by you. I am attaching a screenshot for the same below. Had you guys informed me that there are quality issues with the product, i would have ordered a replacement. I can't do that now because the product is no longer at its discounted price and there is a hike in its price.

I was really looking forward to receiving it and it was supposed to be a gift. Very disappointed in your service and this is not something i expect from a renowned company like yours. Awaiting your response.

The online shopping website myntra has taken a order of 12 item on 25th december 2018, where 11 item was delivered on time & one last item delivery date showing 4th jan 2019 which was already shipped.. Now at last days myntra cancel my order without information due to out of stock while it was still available on their app/website.. Either they are not responding in email and call was not connecting their number.. So their is no optio to connect the their customer support.. So i request please help

I ordered a pair of shoe from myntra of size 8, but they send me the shoe of size 11 so i placed a return request of my order. After 2 days of placing a return request the pick up agent came and picked up the item but problem is that it's nearly going to over one week and i didn't received my refund till now. I also don't receive any email yet.
So please help me to get my refund.

I ordered this grey roadster t-shirt from myntra on 23rd of dec, when the sale was on and free delivery offer was provided. The order was placed before 12 a. M of the night and the amount that was shown to me was rs.197.33, which can be seen even now in my orders of my account. But when the order was delivered to me, i was asked to pay rs.349, i. E. I was charged for the delivery. I spoke to the help line executives of myntra and one of them named mohammed owais assured me to refund me back my amount, but now they deny saying they can't give me a refund. How could they charge me for the delivery without showing me the total amount? If i had known, i would have cancelled my order and placed it the next day when the offer would begin again. I've been cheated for the sake of delivery. On that, one of the help line executives named amit ended my call while i was talking to him. It's so annoying and irritating when you have to wait for 20-30 minutes before you get to speak with some executive and then that person just disconnects your call while speaking. I need a full refund of my amount or a compensation for the time and money that has been wasted over this query. Or else i've got all the required photos and data to get this on social media platform.

I had ordered a few items and paid the money online. Order no is[protected]-4440803.
They cancelled my one item and refunded amount in two parts, one sent in myntra credit and rest in my source account.
When i contacted myntra, they are not answering properly and not accepting this as complaints.
It was my money who has authorised them to devide my money like this.

What a worst service. Myntra should learn from this.

Amazon is much better than myntra atleast they value customer.
