    I have bought a colorbar radiant white uv fairness sandy nude compact 003 with order number[protected]-9451403. The compact that i received was broken. The package was not packed properly. This kind of service is not expected from brand like myntra. I am frequent costumer of myntra and never expected this. I want refund of this as soon as possible.

      I returned (Self-shipped) aurelia kurti because the stuff was not good. Myntra putted my returend order in hold and when i called the customer care she told that your return order is cancelled because that product was used. I returend after few days... So bad stuff why i will wear it and returrn it after wards. Not happy with myntra service. Return request no. [protected]

        Hi,

        On dec 23rd, i ordered 2 libas kurtas and one trouser. For your visibility my order id =[protected]-8839703. But i just received 1 libas kurta. I need my other two products within the eta. It seems to be forgery or a fake online shopping if i didn't receive my purchase. I couldn't able to track my order. And i need an immediate response regarding this.

        And please make the customer to be in touch through a valid help center. Tried contacting you from my registered number on both [protected] and [protected] but no use. Its saying that am not allowed to make a call. Please be a real one among all other online shopping. Never ever get this kind of bad response and disappointment from other shopping trades.

          I returned my product on 11th dec 2018. And my refund is still pending as on 1st january, 2019. I have called customer care many times, usually once in a day from the past 20 days but my issue still remains unsolved. I even talk to their senior executives regarding my issue but even they will assure me my refund within 24 hours and will not generate it. I want my refund of rs. 1299 back as soon as possible and expect myntra to show some sincerity

            Dear Sir / Madam

            In myntra they started a year end offer of 50 to 80 % Off on all product from 22 Dec 2018 to 25 Dec 2018. After knowing about the offer to me i palced a order no.[protected]-[protected] shirt and 2 paints of Rs 2149/) on 22 Dec 2018 At In between 12.00am to 2.00am after placing the order they menctioned that order will be delivery on or before 28 Dec 2018 On 24 Dec 2018 They updated the status that order is In shipment. The status is They till 28 Dec 2018 till called to myntra consumer care [protected] after that they send me a message that ordered will be delivery before 01 Jan 2019.

            On 31 Dec 2018 at 8.30am They send me a message that my order is Out for delivery and it will delivery on 31 Dec 2018 and courier perosn number is +91 [protected]. after seeing that from 10.00am i keep on trying that delivery person he is not responsing and disconnection my call til 8.15pm I called to myntra consumer care they are saying that order is out for delivery. and on today i.e 31 Dec 2018 we cant do anything because our delivery person are having time from 10.00 am to 6.30 pm only orders will be delivery after it will be delivery on next day

            If they cant delivery the order on the mentioned date they why need to start the year end or x mess sale. I need a companions for this for not responsing by there delivery person and Miscommunication of the order delivrey

              I have raised a complaint about honey by pantaloon jacket. I had handed over the product to the ekart logistics. But they had misplaced my product and cancelled my return request by saying i want to keep the product. But i immediately called and raised a complaint. Executive had told me he surely resolved my problem. But i did not get any information from your end. Then i called you today but i got surprised when i came to know that my complaint has been closed. I am just highly disappointed that you guys did not help me you just listen to your logistic company. I simply want to know that are you guys serving customers or courier companies?? Do you really think i want to get only 500 rs from you?? I shopped many thing from myntra. But you don't trust my concern and closed complaint. How come you guys do so? You guys don't give any slip so i dont have any proof of it. Is this my mistake?? I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Now i will think thousand times before purchasing any thing from myntra.. Really shame!!

                I ordered mast&harbour shoes, i received the delivery on 31.12.2018 but when i open the box it was empty, i received nothing inside the box except some packaging papers. After that i called the carrier, and they told me it they didn’t do anything and it was already like that when they delivered it. And the package is perfectly sealed and no tampering. It is very disgusting i usually do shopping from myntra but now trust is broken. I think that this must be a problem in the warehouse and the packaging department forgot to put the item inside.
                I want my money back.

                  I placed an order on Myntra app on 21st Dec.2018 worth ₹2171.33/- I ordered two jackets from which I recieved one jacket on 24th Dec 2018 but the next day I wasn't available to receive the call bcz I was in a meeting so I opened the app to check status and it was shown there as delivered. But I didn't receive any order. So I checked the messages and started calling the delivery guy on his number but his phone was continuously switched off so I started having a bad feeling so I decided to call Myntra helpline number [protected]. I told them d whole scenario and asked me to wait 72 hours and they also assured me that I ll receive mail from them regarding the issue. But I received nothing. So I called again n the same response n then I waited and called after two days n they said they are re opening my case and I am in the priority list and the issue will be solved within 24 hours. But nothing happened n since then I waited continuously n then I received a mail saying my complaint is declined n then I called them n requested for the refund of d product they couldn't deliver but nothing happened. Please help me . I am attaching important information n evidences for your reference.

                    Myntra order number[protected]-7353303, liberty pack of 4 innerwear vests ks0. The pack was accepted with a cod of rs564. On opening it was found that the box had only two pieces. They have been informed on their feedback, myntra mail but to no response. Their call centre is ivr and has no menu for missing or short products, there seems no means of reaching out to them and i feel cheated. The code on the box is[protected] which is not getting acknowledged either on their return portal.
                    The box that contained the product cannot hold more than two articles.

                      I have ordered a sling bag from myntra on 25 dec during eors. Ths ws delivered to me yesterday in 30.12.2018. The product however i got ws a kids t-shirt. I tried both options like calling helpcentre and call me back options but both were busy i ws not able to talk to them. After 8pm it started showing in "call me back" option that service unavailable from 8pm to 8am.in the morning after 8 i ws finally able to talk to them. They just took barcode number nd said that they will inform me via email within 72 hours.
                      No email rcvd till now nd will wait till 72 hours.
                      All ths becoz a customer is shopping from ur site.. Very poor service.. Very dissatisfied.. After all ths without any appropriate response i am sitting here whether my issue will be resolved or not.

                        Order #[protected]-7818503. Yet another example of gross irresponsibility and unreliability on the part of myntra. Ordered this item for my daughter's birthday with 31-dec as del. Commtmt. No item received. No update also.

                        Called cust care and am told they have no clue where the item is. All they could say is it is delayed. No details. Nothing at all. Clearly shows the state of myntra and its processes.
                        Areturn my money immediately so that i can order from a more reliable seller.

                        Have had enough of nonsense from this etailer.

                          I have received a message from you that 'my return request for tommy hilfiger men off white and blue regular fit stripped casual shirt (Return no.[protected])
                          Has been cancelled.
                          But your ekartl representative came to my house and picked up the package from me on yesterday, sunday 30/12/2018 at about 11:00 am. This may be a human error happened by ekartl to up date their system. Please check with them and do the needful.

                            In eros i oreded many things from myntra.. On 29th december i received one of the pack in which three products packing were there.. One was dress one was ladies caprese wallet on third one was louis philippe gents wallet.. That gents wallet box was literally empty when i opened it.. When i started searching option in contact us of the app it was showing either exchange or return the product.. Now which thing should i give to the person who is coming to receive that product which i haven't received yet? And what about my money??? It cost of 1156 bucks.. I want either wallet or my money..

                                I ordered my jacket on 25th December 2018 ([protected]@gmail.com) on the occasion of sale. Myntra is big fraud. I used to buy maximum items from their website. But first time i got very disappointed by them. They sent me an email on 31st Dec that your order is cancelled because item is out of stock. WTF ? After 7 days of order you realise that item is out of stock. Then why you offer discount on such items ? To hurt the feelings of your customer. Now i never gonna buy any single item from Myntra. Amazon, Jabong & Flipkart is much better. Myntra is totally torcher.

                                  I ordered one here and maniac tshirt from myntra i was told by app that order will come before 7 but on 30 december i recieved a message of early delivery that it will come on 30 december on that message number of delivery boy was given but when i called on it the person who picked the phone told that he is no longer working there but his no is registered their i called several times but i was not able to contanct him i wanted to tell delivery boy that plz dont bring order between 5 pm to 6pm but i was not able to contanct him so when i went for my work between 5 to 6 deliver boy came at my home and so i was not able to pick so he called me with no which i was not given so when i called him back he told i have to go to myntra office to collect order. So i want to ask why should i go to office to collect order its not my fault. I called in customer care but i was not getting proper answer. Hope i will get my order properly. And myntra will take action about cause

                                    I ordered (Order id[protected]-2069503) products and without any warning my product has been cancelled from myntra and there is no information by provided delivery person after first attempt i follow next two days but my product not delivered to me and i received a product cancelled mail from myntra it's all myntras fault because i order that product in offer period i want that in same price now. Myntra wasted my valuable time i want compensation for that otherwise delivered my product at same price.

                                      I wanted to return these pair of heels, but the vendor kept coming to my residence when i was unavailable. Even on repeated attempts to contact customers care regarding the same, myntra refuses to resolve this issue! Its been 3-4 weeks and now the return period has expired. What am i supposed to do with these brand new heels that do not fit! This is unacceptable treatment of their customers on behalf of myntra..!!

                                        I ordered this product on 24th december with - order no:[protected]-8505101. The site is saying my product would be delivered on 30th december from last 3 days its in same city but they are not delivering my product, when i tried contacting cce they disconnected my call and somehow blocked me calling them again. No one updated me about my order, i was expecting it today because i had to bring it tomorrow and they are asking me to wait for another 5-6 days and they are not even sure about it. I am feeling cheated and they behaved very rudely.
