I returned my order that was a tshirt today and when the delivery boy came to my place to pick the item, he took the packet inside the myntra seal and was ready to leave with it only whereas i am a regular customer and i know that the delivery boy is supposed to take the outer myntra seal as well. He said, "lemme cancel this return if you wanna give it to me let me take it my way if you don't want to, it's not my problem." that was shocking and rude to talk to a femae like that and that so a delivery boy. These guys really need to be taught some etiquetts. Haven't received the message for the item being picked up. This was the last time i bore this behaviour. From now on if the delivery guy talks to anyone from my family this way, i'll have to take some serious help from the local police.

I ordered two products on 22nd december 2018 and paid through phonepe. The first product was delivered on 25th december 2018 which was a flying machine casual shirt. The shirt ran quite short with my size so i tried with exchange with bigger size but due to out of stock situation during eors i had to place a return. The return was placed on the same day when it was delivered and on 26th the myntra guy came to deliver the second product which was a lee cooper shoes. At the time of delivery he simultaneously asked for the return product, so i handed him the product which was to be returned. After the product picked no update was made or received and the refund is still pending. Even after several calls to customer care i didn't receive my refund either a satisfactory answer. Kindly help me get the refund!

I have still not received the products under order number[protected]-3261501 but the same marked delivered???

As informed by myntra executive neha, they do not have proof of delivery signed by the receiver.

Also the executive devyani has denied to further investigate with the delivery agent nda suraj salunkhe ([protected]).

This is purely a case of fraud between myntra & delivery agent.

I require the entire amount to be refunded back to my account.

Well till today i haven't received any updates for my order.. No delivery updates.. Actually bo updates at all. I've already complained before and this is the 2nd time. Well, again i tried to call the help centre number given and again it says busy. And when i finally get it, the computer talks saying dat i can leave a message or request a call back but whenever i request for a call back, they say that they are high on call volume!! And where am i suppose to leave a message when there is no chat service!? How am i suppose to know where my order is when i its been stuck in the same place for almost 2 weeks now and i am here waiting and no one from the myntra help centre even helps. This is absolutely disappointing.

While unpacking the box it was whole in damage and broken condition... U guys dont have any proper customer support nor any email id to put complaint off... Is this the customer service you guys are providing then this is really bad...

I had ordered 8 items (Order number[protected]-0593401) on 23rd dec. I didn't receive one item among above, i didn't receive any call but order status is showing, it is delivered. Got a message on 28th dec from myntra till now i didn't get package and status is showing delivered. Called customer care regarding this on 29th december and 1st january. But my problem not resolved...

I ordered 2 roadster shirt worth rupees 615 each (Order no.[protected]-4038103) and 1 pair of wildcraft shoe worth rupees 1795 (Order no.[protected]-9364303) under end of season sale period. I paid online for all 3 products. The delivery agent (Dhamanjeet kaur - [protected]) called me on 1 january @11:58am, unfortunately i was not in my apartment so i asked her to deliver on next day she said ok sir i will deliver it tomorrow.
Next day i was waiting for their call but they did't call, so i called on same number she said im not in office and now i dont work there, instantly i checked my myntra app i saw all my 3 product was on returned to origin, im so disappointed with there service.
I request you to take action againt them, i have not got any refund of my products.

I ordered reebok sneakers from myntra. It was supposed to get delivered by 30th december but i have not received it yet. Every day i get a message saying that the item is out for delivery but at the end of the day, i get a message saying that the "delivery is not completed."

Also, i called the agent who was going to deliver the order. He replied with a careless attitude like it doesn't matter to him and was ok with me complaining about him.

I also called myntra's customer service. After that, i received an email saying that my order is out for delivery but it got canceled again. I am really surprised by the way this shipment is handled in an unprofessional manner.

I ordered nike men burgundy as m nk thrma sphr mx jkt hd f solid through the myntra order number 109732792076032197301 on 22nd december 2018 costing rs. 9588. On 24th december a fort colin jacket was delivered which would probably cost around rs. 2000. The sticker in the cover mentions as nike but inside the item is of fort colins. When i raised a complaint after lot of persuasion over phone and mail they approved the exchange of the item with an original item on 1st january 2018. However even after my repeated follow up they have not replaced or refunded me the amount. Has not been delivered at my residence as shown in the app. They have stopped taking phone calls and e-mails after 1st january 2018. This is fraudulent and after the exchange date probably they want to declare that this is no longer feasible to exchange or return as there is a twenty nine days return policy. Through this they want to grab my money illegally through this fraudulent. Please take up the matter to give exemplary punishment and compensation to undersigned for the immense pain they have given through this transaction.

I have to get the refund from myntra as I did the transaction from phonepe. myntra said me to contact phonepe, I contacted the bank, phonepe and everyone several times and even i tweeted more than 1500+ times for this issue.

Finally myntra refunded my money to unknown bank account but you haven't given the compensation for tourturing me 5+ months.

I did followup like any other person in the world did, So I asked them 5+ crores compensation and I increased to 6+ crores because no one is responding..

1 person misbehaved in the call so i recorded and uploaded the video in the youtube but myntra commented ### and taken down my video.

Now since last few months I closed my business and I'm doing campaign on this.. All I need is justice by settling my compensation 6+ crores ( do negotiate if needed) Or send my an email by writing what you did to me with the sign of CEO and Chairman

What Myntra and phonepe did to me is completely unacceptable

Worst customer care and delivery executives.. Tried returning a parcel and they just refused to come to the location.. The delivery executives lied on the phone saying they were on the way but never turned up. One of the parcel is still in transit for a month now.. And the worse part it while delivering another parcel of the same order they didn't even take the replacement parcel. Now i have lost my money as they say i cannot return the parcel.. I had received defective product.
So i had requesed for exhchange, but mail from myntra shocked me that they cant replace it due to quality was ok while deliverd. Without observing how can you say that it is not defective. There is defect at stching defect at "roadster" brand steel tag on left side, and it stiching was not done left side of tag and also white spot behind the improper stich of steel tag i m attaching pics in mail. While opening of packing of jacket i observed this and so i didnt remove other tag of price and alll. So jacket is unused. Tags and all are as it is.
So i request you to look in this matter and do needfull.
also they are not taking my complain in customer help line call.they are saying that they are helpless and they can't do anything for me.

I had ordered one blackberry charcoal grey color blazer for ₹4532/-. Today, in the evening around 4.30pm, i had received the packet through my security guard. Around 7pm, when i came back, i found the packet was so small that a blazer could not fit in. I opened the package and to my utmost ridiculous surprise, i found a red shirt inside. It is really unimaginable and unacceptable that ### sellers on myntra (shopping app) are doing such cheating. I immediately called up the CUSTOMER CARE and got my complaint registered around 7.30pm. Complaint reference no. Is IN[protected]. I am seriously annoyed with the fraud being done by the seller and will take this issue to the last level. I urge the authorities to look into the matter. I will remain disgruntled with the incident which happened to me today. Please do the needful and get my money refunded along with interest.

I ordered Nike phantom vsn shoes red colour of 11size but they gave me marron colour of 7 size. I requested to return and my request was accepted too but it was not taken by the expected date. Here is that message that I received :-

I had ordered watch and it was delivered by 26th dec 2018 and i had placed return request on the same day but till now no one has come to pick up the order and also there is no updates from the company side,
It is the worst app i have used which is causing very inconvenience to me and i am mulling why i have ordered on such a site like this; because as your advertisements says that "easy return policy" doesnt seems applicable in the current situation and i am not satisfied with the same.
