My name is jeetendra khimji jadhav. I want to file a complaint in the mynta.com.
On december 22, i ordered a denim shirt and sweat shirt from the around 8 o'clock.
My bill 1408 /- rupees which i paid through net banking. Expected delivery time was december 30 and december 31. But in these 8 days, the delivery of both the products became automatic cancel.
When i call the delivery boy, he is saying that this is the wrong number with giggles the and second delivery boy, i called him around 20 times but he didnt picked and call from me. So i called myntra.com customer service, so far this poor service has been found. After 1 hour, our number came and said, after coming in, that customer service guy (Akshay) said to me there is no problem in delivery and our service. After checking, he found some problem, after founding some pronblem. He was not giving me any kind of assurty for products. There is no guarantee that the product will come or not. And once your product shiped, you can not cancle the product then they will say that it is cancelled by you. What can we do? It has not been delivered yet. It's been 2 december 2019. We have already made a payment. Please help us this kind of online fraud. Please help.

One of their Customer Support Executive(The Senior one) told me to wait only 24 hours. we will call you. you have to not call me again.
their Senior's name is Devansh.
they took my another complaint.
and again they told to wait for 72 hours.
But i will wait only 24hours as per instructions. after 24hours i will call again.
This is not acceptable.
Please Resolve this issue as soon as possible.
