I have received a wrong product as i have ordered a safari unisex navy medium trolly bag and i have got another bag of very small size, look and colour.
Qr code attached outside the package is fraud as the specification mentioned doesn't match the specification on the bag inside.

I have talked to the myntra customer support first they have told me to attach all details, after i have done that they told me to wait for 72 hours but i didn't get any response then i have talked again and they told me they can not exchange my product.

I have received delivery message for my "MYNTRA AwB[protected]" on 19.12.2018 but i haven't received the said product. I have logged complaint with the customer care toll free number on 21.12.18 but still haven't recieved the product nor any info regarding the same.
My order has been returned to origin without receiving a call from the delivery man kindly look into the matter. Plus have attempted numerous calls at the customer service number but all in vain as they don't pick it up. Order number[protected]-9636801

    I have given order of crocs on 28 dec 2018. Order no[protected]-6510803. It's status is showing delivered but it is not delivered till now. I raise a complaint on 9th dec. The complaint num is in[protected]. I got an automation mail on 11 jan that order has been delivered. When i call the customer they said please wait for another 48 hours. When i called today, i got the same response that as per myntra status it is delivered and the customer care told me to wait for another 24 hours. What is going on?. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

    i have not received any update on my refund for the order no 109858202240975240001 for the amount paid rs 2093.66 which was paid through Credit card on 5th jan 19.

    whenever i call mymtra customer care it says number busy.

    hence pls do share the status of refund asap.

      I ordered roadster men khaki solid tailored jacket on 21 dec 2018 and its delivered on 23 dec but the product i didn't like so i return that product. My return request was processed on 24 december 2018 but yet not received my refund amount.

      I have ordered two bags Nike and puma on Eros sale and I was informed that my products will be delivered by Jan 5 but till now I didn't get my products and I paid it online.

        I had returned the item on 30-dec-2018. The item was successfully picked up. I also received an email regarding the refund to be initiated. I should have received the refund till 09-jan-2019. But i have still not received the refund yet.
        I tried to contact myntra they told me that they have already initiated the refund and it is because of the bank that it has not been resolved. I also tried to contact the bank and they said that if refund have been initiated then it should have been credited to the bank account. I am in midway and i dont understand what to do.

        I ordered a Nike shoe .. it was at my region on 1st Jan 2019 itself but on 9th of Jan, the delivery boy didn’t pick my call neither he called.. next day his phone was switched off and later on, the Product was declared as LOST .. The delivery boy is Parvinder Singh.. Please resolve this ..

          Hello team..
          I ordered one women pink slip on sneakers and one women blue solid parka jacket on 22 december 2018 from myntra online shopping app.
          Order no.[protected]-7882101
          I received two packets from myntra on different dates, sneaker packet on dated 01/01/2019 and other packet on dated 07/01/2019.
          When i open second packet, i got a men's shirt instead of women jacket. (Bar code on packet: myn0b0000001)
          Shirt details: indian terrain fashion, size-42, colour-ecra, mrp-1899, bcr no.[protected]
          I contact to myntra customer care, but they deny to help me on my this concern.
          So i request to you please do the needful to resolve my problem.

            I ordered two saarees from myntra and i returned them by date the product was picked up but i didn't got my refund back now it has been a lot of time its almost ten days i didn't got my refund the saarees were two individual products one was blue and the other one was red in colour i returned both the items and the person with the id card from myntra picked both the items i got a mail to submit the account details to myntra and i did so but i didn't got the amount

              I placed an order for the below mentioned products on 21st december, 2018 during the eors sale. The due date for delivery was not met with though the product had reached the anna nagar despatch center on 2nd january. I had to wait for the product even after 6th (The day it was supposed to be delivered by) and i received no updates on it. Only after i filed a complaint i received a call saying the product will be delivered at the earliest. And yesterday, 13th january, 2019 when i checked the status it says the product is lost. Its time the time and efforts of a customer that went to the dogs. I have ordered repeated products from myntra and never have a seen them in such a bad light. But this is pointless. You make somebody wait all the while for nothing at all.

                I have order wrong shirt 21 december. Now time delevry will not at my home form mayntra. Or with out my permission cancelld my order. I have to rti against myntra & closed myntra webside & app right now. I have regular call in customer care. They will be speak your oder will be dispatched in 24 hour. I have call regular call in week but i have not result.

                  I placed the order on jan 1st and delivery date was 12 jan no status of the delivery... Am very disappointed with mytra, i need gift for some other... For function... Am demanding for myntra to delivery the product free... I got many messages from my myntra that we are unable to delivery the product... Which this people are waited my time...                     I have ordered 2 products one is mongo bag and another one is okane blazer but i received only mango bag thre is no blazer inside the packet on 1 st of jan 2019 i rcvd the parcel after that i called to myntra and then thy told me to wait for 24-48 hrs now its 12 jan and i did not get any upadte thy guys making fool of me and give me false updates.. From last 11 days m listng only copy paste statements that wait for 24-48 hrs...

                      I have ordered 5 items and i received 4 out of 5.. 5th one is scheduled for delivery on jan 5th 2019, but they failed to deliver. And i raised a incident in mantra (In[protected]) time period is 3days. Myntra have to provide the answer or reply from them and its been 6days. When calling to customer care support they are keep on saying 24hr.

                        I got a call from delivery agent that he gonna deliver my order with in 2 hrs but after 5 to 6 hrs also he didn't reach me. I tried calling him but his two numbers were out of coverage and switched off, then i googled another number and called him then his office staff answered the call and said he was out for his bussiness work. Then again he called me back and asked from where did i get that number i said from google and i also said ur two numbers were switched off the he replied "my phone my wish". That's not the correct answer i think. He doesn't even know how to behave with customer and very bad attitude and even at 7:30 pm he didn't deliver my order and he also said he doesn't accept card. Very bad attitude, myntra should also concentrate on delivery agents behavior and should add a option to review the product and the delivery agents attitude because, many of them are doing this as their part-time job and delivering the products when they are free. As a result the customer have to wait for his call by stopping his works, main point is he should deliver the product with in half an hour from the time he call us for our availability.

                          It is to inform you that i ordered rayban sunglasses which was delivered to me on 02/01/2019. As i was out of town that time so someone else received this product on my behalf. I came on 10/01/2019 when i saw the product it was not the same which i ordered and also looks duplicate. So as u have the information that i paid a lot on this product so i can’t compromise.
                          I also spoke with your customer care they told me that we can change this only in 7 days as per their policy but i told u earlier that product looks like fake and also not the same which i ordered for. Also it’s not too late.
                          So it is requested to change this on urgent basis. I[censored] can’t then give me a reply as soon as possible so i can go for any legal process and for that i need your reply in writing. So it is requested to give reply soon.

                            As every year i had done lots of shopping worth rupees 40k in this year-end sale.. Out of which i had to return 5 items witohout any choices left and gave the bank details for the refund... Since a week i'm waiting for the refund and when i call the customer care provider the bank details whic i've given s incorrect so i reshared the new bank details one more time but the same reason they are giving me again...

                              I rina order a product from myntra on 22 dec.2018 i received the product on 31dec. The product is not worthfull for me i request to return on 1jan 2018 morning then your delivery executive is not able to pickup the product on 1 jan then he picked the product on 2jan morning. After that no update on my myntra app i m waiting for the refund amount. Then i received a message again on 6 jan to return the same product again then i call the customer care they told me we raised the complaint issue will be resolved within 3 working days. Then i call the delivery executive who take the product he said mam there is a technical issue please wait we will update then i contacting continue to your customer care till no solution and now product update is return request cancel.
                              Now no on resolving the problem.

                                  I bought couple of items after 5 days i got a mail that my order is out for deliver and i got a call from courier boy but he couldn't deliver, when i called back the courier boy he said he ill deliver tomorrow then i said its okay.in the next morning i got a mail saying my order is cancelled and went o origin, when i called customer service and asked why did my order cancelled they said we do not have proper reason but it is cancelled and went back to origin and we cannot help, they just directly denied my request.

                                  I paid through net banking before on week, waited for the product and they directly cancelled my order without my knowledge. When i asked they dont have proper answer except order is went back to origin we cannot help. I waited all this days to get my order cancelled?,... Its very hurting and such a rude and impolite service fro them. Am i looking like a fool to pay the amount before and wait for the product and they cancel my order, this is absolute rubbish and worst thing to do and as per policy they should attempt thrice to deliver but they did not even call me regarding my product.

                                  Kindly look into this on severe note and help me.

                                  As they are mentioning that we have called the customer and gave information so closing the ticket, which is absolutely wrong.They did not provide any kind of answer and this complaint should not be closed.

                                    I hardly used it for two times and while using them for the second time
                                    The shoe fabric material started coming out automatically. Its for the first time i am seeing this. I didn’t expect such things from myntra product. As i dont have original bill, box, tag i cant place return order also.
                                    Help me out from this either provide me a new pair of shoes orelse give my money back

                                      I placed a order for a top and got an email and text saying that the item was out for delivery, but was not delivered, i got a call from a woman claiming that no one was in the route and they were very busy and could not deliver and i was to pick up the product the next day. I told them i cannot pick up because i was busy and the woman just told me to tell my brothers/siblings to pick it up and if i didn't they are going to send it back and she hung up the phone before i could even say anything. The next two days i received messages telling me the product was out for delivery but still didn't receive it, now it says return to origin. Thank you.

                                      Hy I am from rajpura your delivery boy didn't give the packed when he was asked for deliver the package again and again he didn't listen to wait for 5 min when I was busy at the time of delivery and he canceled the order immidiately

                                        I ordered a john players shirt and a here & now chino from myntra. Received the products today. The jp shirt was fine but the here & now chino was horrible. It has stains all over it, one button from the back pocket is missing and even theres a small hole in it. I am so disappointed. Never expected this from myntra. Horrible experience. I trusted myntra as it provides us a guarantee of 100% original products. I have ordered before but never been cheated like this. It's a shame. Don't fool people like this.
