As every year i had done lots of shopping worth rupees 40k in this year-end sale.. Out of which i had to return 5 items witohout any choices left and gave the bank details for the refund... Since a week i'm waiting for the refund and when i call the customer care provider the bank details whic i've given s incorrect so i reshared the new bank details one more time but the same reason they are giving me again...

I rina order a product from myntra on 22 dec.2018 i received the product on 31dec. The product is not worthfull for me i request to return on 1jan 2018 morning then your delivery executive is not able to pickup the product on 1 jan then he picked the product on 2jan morning. After that no update on my myntra app i m waiting for the refund amount. Then i received a message again on 6 jan to return the same product again then i call the customer care they told me we raised the complaint issue will be resolved within 3 working days. Then i call the delivery executive who take the product he said mam there is a technical issue please wait we will update then i contacting continue to your customer care till no solution and now product update is return request cancel.
Now no on resolving the problem.

And also please notify me about my return of roadster women black cardigan which has already been picked up by return agent of return no:[protected]. I want to know the refund status asap. Plz address both the issues immediately.

I bought couple of items after 5 days i got a mail that my order is out for deliver and i got a call from courier boy but he couldn't deliver, when i called back the courier boy he said he ill deliver tomorrow then i said its okay.in the next morning i got a mail saying my order is cancelled and went o origin, when i called customer service and asked why did my order cancelled they said we do not have proper reason but it is cancelled and went back to origin and we cannot help, they just directly denied my request.

I paid through net banking before on week, waited for the product and they directly cancelled my order without my knowledge. When i asked they dont have proper answer except order is went back to origin we cannot help. I waited all this days to get my order cancelled?,... Its very hurting and such a rude and impolite service fro them. Am i looking like a fool to pay the amount before and wait for the product and they cancel my order, this is absolute rubbish and worst thing to do and as per policy they should attempt thrice to deliver but they did not even call me regarding my product.

Kindly look into this on severe note and help me.

I hardly used it for two times and while using them for the second time
The shoe fabric material started coming out automatically. Its for the first time i am seeing this. I didn’t expect such things from myntra product. As i dont have original bill, box, tag i cant place return order also.
Help me out from this either provide me a new pair of shoes orelse give my money back

I placed a order for a top and got an email and text saying that the item was out for delivery, but was not delivered, i got a call from a woman claiming that no one was in the route and they were very busy and could not deliver and i was to pick up the product the next day. I told them i cannot pick up because i was busy and the woman just told me to tell my brothers/siblings to pick it up and if i didn't they are going to send it back and she hung up the phone before i could even say anything. The next two days i received messages telling me the product was out for delivery but still didn't receive it, now it says return to origin. Thank you.

I ordered a john players shirt and a here & now chino from myntra. Received the products today. The jp shirt was fine but the here & now chino was horrible. It has stains all over it, one button from the back pocket is missing and even theres a small hole in it. I am so disappointed. Never expected this from myntra. Horrible experience. I trusted myntra as it provides us a guarantee of 100% original products. I have ordered before but never been cheated like this. It's a shame. Don't fool people like this.

I was informed the refund amount was transferred to my bank account.
But while checking with myntra i came to know that the bank account was different.
I contacted the bank personal.
They informed me that such an account doesn’t exist in there bank in anybody’s name. They also said that the transaction will be a 100 percentage failure in such a case.
But when i contacted myntra regarding this.
They are saying the transaction once done is done even if it’s a failure or success. So they wnt refund my money.
I need to raise a complaint. But myntra representatives are saying no complaints can be registered or no money can be refunded.

I bought park avenue shoes on 14th sept
Through myntra, last year jan -18 also i bought a jacket from raymond shop in vapi
This time shoe leather quallity is very pathetic as a its skin is getting removed, i have a pics also but not able to attach as it is big file

I ordered nike men navy as m nsw tracksuit size l under order number[protected]-9905201 and the invoice number is [protected] but product was partially delivered as track pent was missing i have called mantra customer care multiple time but still my query is not resolved. They are not exchanging it nor creating the return of this. I want it escalated to high level.

But my product is not delivered yet. And that delivery man number is also not working.. I have call him 7-8 times.. Pls help me.

Dear myntra team
Recently received my order no:[protected]-4867701, dated 5th january 2019. Complaint is about neudis red stripped bedcover, i received only one pillow cover while it is mentioning two pillow cover with single bed cover in order. This is cheating with customer.
Can i have another one or i have to return the order with in three days.
Kindly reply or supply another pillow to complete the order

Dear team,

On 5 jan 2019, i have purchased winter jacket from myntra app and payment made from freecharge wallet as on[protected] at 10:00 am, so amount deducted from my wallet but product was not booked. Refund still not received in my wallet and i was discuss with myntra team representative he said that i need to talk with freecharge.
Then i have made another payment from freecharge wallet for that product.

I got order from jabong which was cod, made payment but the product inside the bag was wrong and barcode was fully tampered/scratched.

And courier boy update delivery status of product is unsucessfull.

I order 2 shirts worth rs 3008 but i got tshirt.

I am a very old myntra customer and had never faced such a situation. I ordered a watch from myntra worth rs 2149 rs. First, my order was marked delivered without delivering it to me. When i complained about the same, i received the box but it was empty. I got a complaint registered with myntra and they told me that they'll update (And not resolve) within 72 hours. The time is already over but there is no response. Plus the delivery guy who delivers the product is very nice. He very often comes to deliver the products. So he is not at fault asper my knowledge. As the box and everything was fine i guess. As i opened it in very much excitement and didn't expect that anything of such sort could happen, i didn't notice even about the condition of packaging.
Don't know if myntra is gonna lose on myntrainsider customer over this?

Product undelivered, but myntra.com claims it was delivered in your app.
I placed an order on 6th January and today i got a message saying the product was delivered. May I know to who did your delivery team deliver the product to?
This is my first time buying in Myntra and you give me the worst service possible.

Hi, I have not received my order from Myntra, but the status is showing it is delivered. Upon several complaints to customer care there is no action taken from Myntra. It's 7 days now we have been waiting for the delivery. Based on the feedback from customer care that there is signature from the customer - it seems the delivery boy did a false signature to update the status as delivered.

I ordered a product several times and paying for the same thing, but every time the delivery boy is saying the customer is denying to take the order. Since even i am not getting any calls from any one. I tried calling myntra but the customer care executive is saying we can not help you in that. So be aware of these things before placing any oder. Myntra the sucking service provider. My mobile number-[protected].

My order no.[protected]-9795901 which i ordered on 26 december 2018 but after expected delivery date of order it got canceled from their side and when i ask them in support section they tell that our delivery boy called you many times but i don't pickup phone but real is that i don't recieve call from their side . And this is ordered at a price of 1532 rs. but later after few days it goes to 2500+rs. what should i do now?

I have mistakely added money to myntra credit.
So i want to that money to be refunded to my bank account. For some emergency reasons i badly want all the myntra credit in my account that i have wrongly added. So please do something so that i could get my money back.
So i would like you to help me in this matter because i need my money which is wrongly stored in myntra credit.
