Dear sir /mam,
My order id:[protected]-5661403 i've placed 3 items out of which 2 got delivered and 1 is yet to ve delivered.
Particular item were supposed to he get delivered on 28th dec, 2018.
On the the it shows that item will be late to delivered but i waited for a day and 2. Since it didn't showed up. I tried to call on myntra support team. They've raised my complaint number im[protected], and asked me to wait for 72hrs and product will be delivered. Even after 72hrs i waited for a day still there was no response. So i called again day before yesterday and asked me to wait another 24hrs. Now its more than 24hrs yet there no delivery of the product and there is no information being passes to be about the same nd when it going to be delivered.
This is not at all accepted as that item i was supposed to wear on new year eve nd its been 7 days delayed that item is yet to be delivered. It was supposed to delivered on 28th dec 2018 and today is 5th jan 2019 yet there is no information on the product.

I wouls request you to please take action and provide me with the solution. As i'm tired following up with them and they only give unnecessary time period.

Just now i’d a word with Myntra Customer support team they said there investigation team has not yet followed up on the same and He as marked my complaint as high priority
again they’ve asked me to wait for 24 hour.

    This is regarding order number:[protected]-5656301. I placed the order on 26th dec 2018. It was supposed to be delivered on 30th dec but was delayed. On 2nd jan 2019, i missed the call from myntra agent. He called me twice. After that i did not receive any call for rescheduling the delivery. On 3rd jan i got an ivr call to confirm if i want the product or not. I pressed 1 as i wanted the product but the next day i got an email saying the order has been cancelled. I called customer care and rep informed me that it was cancelled as i refused to take the order, when i told her that i did not refuse it she changed the statement saying it was cancelled because we were unable to reach after multiple attempts. Also she said it has been returned to warehouse and cannot be delivered anymore. When asked about the ivr call she said it doesn't work.
    I still want my product because i bought it as a gift for someone and now the size i ordered is not available on line.

      I have placed an exchange ordered for small size (Ordered no.[protected]-3174301) on 31st dec'20178 during the sale. But the product received was completely wrong. I wanted to exchange medium size women navy blue yoke design kurti to small size whose total cost is 604.97/- rs. But instead i have received a different kurti which was not like my exchange ordered kurti. So i have go through the myntra app and try to return that recieve d kurti from that same oreded but thr agent told me that u should contact myntra customet care form receving wtong product but i am not able to reach myntra customer care helpline number as well. Kindly refund the amount or else deliver the correct products which were ordered in exchange.

        No update or no solution on my problem. Being loyal customer of myntra such bad response not expected. Seriously not acceptable such behaviour.
        I need my money back which that person picked up 2 item from me and not update with you where my refund is still not process.
        Atleast keep some responsible person for delivery where he sant cheat with customer and number which you provide us of that guys never get connected.

          [protected]-1296801 is my order I'd. I have placed my order on 29/12/18 and delivery date was 8th Jan but today(4th Jan) it automatically got cancelled, if Myntra does want me purchase that dress then why so much of time and my money has taken. I want that dress on 8th January anyhow. This is really bad. First time I have ordered something and such a bad experience, never purchase if this doesn't solve.

            Hi, i have placed ordered on 22nd december and promised to get delivery by 28th. It is keep on postponing to 31st and then later 2, 3 and 4 of jan. My order is pre paid order, means i have already paid to the website.
            I have contacted customer service support team, i am able to connect to them only after dialing 20-30 times continously. They keep on promising will update soon and also they started blaming me saying i am rescheduling the delivery which i never did. I have also informed them to hear my recorded calls for more details.
            Here the problem is there are not promising on delivery or not giving any details.

              Hi,
              I got a message tat my order is out for delivery in the morning (4.1.19) itself.. But i didn't receive till eve 7.30.. So i called the delivery boy as i got the num from the message... He talked somewat rudely and said ll deliver ur product within a hour.. But i didnt receive the order on this day even after getting the message tat my order is out for delivery.. Kindly check and revert me soon... I already paid for my order too

                I've ordered a dress from Myntra on 20 December 2018.
                It is women Navy Blue self design maxi dress from Zinc london.
                It orginally costs Rs.3, 299 but in a sale, i got it for Rs.1, 622.
                It was expected to get delieverd on Jan 1 2019.
                I have already paid the money through net banking.
                Up till today i.e, 4 Jan 2019, my order has'nt been placed.
                I tried to call the customer care service of Myntra, but no one lifted it up.
                When i clicked on 'track order', it has been showing 'shipped' since past 5 days.
                I want the order to be placed as fast as possible.
                If the order cant be placed by 9 January 2019, I want full re-fund.

                    I have ordered one chemistry jeans and carlton london sling bag on the 19th of december, 2018 and it was supposed to be delivered by 30th december 2018. Till date till 4thjanuary 2019 i haven't received it yet and i am not getting any updates regarding the delay of item. Whenever i try to contact the phone no. Given it says not reachable so i did not get chance to inquire. They should atleast update the tracking status so that i will also know where my item is getting stucked.

                      I have placed my return request on 26/12/18, still my product is not picked up.. courier boy is not coming to pick my order...and at end of the day I'm getting mail from Myntra that your pickup failed. Other people parcel from Myntra are picked up from same address. There is no response from customer care. They do have any mail to register our complaints!!

After waiting for 5-6 days i didn't receive the order and it was cancelled without any good reason. Again i odered the same order on 31st december and now again it was cancelled.                             Hello i'm regular customer of myntra. Last 2 years has been passed using your app. But from the last 3-4 times i'm not satisfied with your service sometimes it the quality of item sometimes it about your delivery agent. Today (Ie 4thjan2019) i received my item (Fort collins men jacket). It's already 2 days late and received product is seems to be used and dirty. When i unpacked or opened it instantly i requested to return it. I'm frustrated and feeling disappointed. Tell me what should i do now. My friends are telling me that myntra will not accept it. Help me and suggest me what should i do now?

                              My name is sanjukta, i had bought bra from myntra on 27th december 2018. Amount:502.95, register mob:[protected]. Order no:[protected]-8625903. I had puchased pretty cat black lace non - wire non padded bralette bra. But i had receive wrong product. I got a use spagetty. So i put a return request to product and returned it. When i put a return for the product i have mention i got a wrong used product receive. But when i called you here for refund then myntra told me if you had got a wrong product then you are not already compliant, so you will not get your refund. How do i know that i have to raise complain by calling you here when wrong product deliver. Initiate my refund and i want my refund back. Myntra is not refunding me back. Please refund my money. Because i got wrong product and i have already return it so please refund my money. I have a full video when i unpack the box.
                              I have alredy return ur product so please initiate my refund. Check screenshot return slip. Product pick up so please update and refund initiate.

                                I am chinu, i made one order of mens blazer, but that product was not up to the mark, i made return request many times. After i received one text from your side that that contact on this number for pick up ([protected]) that person said i am not working anymore for myntra, so the pick failed. I called again on myntra toll free number after of 10 mins waiting i talked to your executive and i shared the whole problem he said it took 72 hrs after that u will receive update. I waited fro 3 days but didn't receive any update. I call again on toll free number after again 15 mins waiting i talked to your executive and she said within 24 hrs you will receive update.
                                Next day i receive one text that contact on this ([protected]) number for pick up.
                                What kind of harrassment is this. I already told you guys that this person whom number you shared me again said i m not working with myntra.

                                This is very awful service which you people offered. I definitely file a complaint on consumer forum.

                                    I regret for writing to you because of the order no:109762554932475361601. This order came in without the product. When we raised a complaint you guys asked us 3 days time. We patiently waited for positive resolution until yesterday but you guys declined our complaint. I did not expected this!!!.

                                    We are not kidding here to simply waste our precious time and your time as well. My brother opened the order in front of the delivery boy and her other 2 friends. The upper cover of the box was covered and inside there was a myntra box (Unsealed) and under that there was a mast& harbour box (Unsealed) with warranty and a plastic cover in it but it didn't had the shoes in side it. I would like to know more on how secured delivery you provide when shipped from your vendor? I would like to hear from you.

                                    We trusted you guys and paid the amount pre order delivery and you guys are closing the complaint without any resolution to our order shouting at us saying you go and complaint to consumer court (This was a call today morning with my mom). This is not the way how you speak to a women and your customer who blindly paid the money before the order delivery. You guys are losing trust from your trustworthy customers. Please be gentle when you speak to your customer!

                                    'that product was actually my brother's b'day gift on 1st january, luckily my brother opened the box on the delivery time to check the product. Imagine if i would have opened the box on my bday, how ridiculous it would be..: (

                                    You people are hurting us personally and professionally. We are not lying, me and my brother struggle a lot to to get our family going. This was one of the surprise gift ever in my life.

                                    One more thing, the courier boy is calling my brother midnight 10 pm asking us what we told to myntra.in fact he helped us with the myntra support number. Please reopen the complaint and come with a positive resolution.

                                    I am losing hope of e-commerce because of this situation. Hope you understand our problem and provide us a positive resolution.

                                    Myntra delivered empty box instead of a high end watch

                                    We regret to inform you that the claim stands declined and thus we would not be inclined to look at the same anymore.

                                      On the 11th of july, i placed an order for a pair of 'adidas men black alcor 1.0 running shoes' on www.myntra.com, the order number was[protected]. I paid using my credit card online.

                                      After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by the 20th of july. I didn't receive any updates after that.

                                      On the 18th of july at 10:45 pm in the night i received a message on my phone saying the product was delivered. I had chosen my office address as the delivery address. The mail room in my office doesn't accept deliveries after 5.00 pm, it is impossible that the item was delivered at that time and i didn't receive a call the whole day from myntra asking me to pick up the product.

                                      The next day i inquired in my office mail room about any packages i may have received and i was informed that nothing had been delivered in my name.

                                      I then called up myntra customer care at the number listed in their website to find out where the product was, the person who answered the call had the same information that i was able to see on their website, that it was delivered to me the previous night.

                                      I questioned their information and asked to find out the details of the delivery, the person on the phone raised a complaint against their logistics team and gave me a complaint number. I was asked to wait for 2 working days (I spoke to them on tuesday).

                                      On friday, i called the customer care again and asked the details of the complaint i had raised. Surprisingly, they didn't have any information on that yet. I was asked to wait for the weekend to get over and then i would get the information on email.

                                      I waited for 4 days and i received nothing from myntra. When i contacted again, i was shocked to find out that my complaint number was invalid, also the executive who answered the call hinted at me having received the product and creating a complaint for no reason. I had to argue back with that person and demanded to speak to his supervisor, to which he conveniently answered that he will arrange a callback, but i received no such calls from myntra. I insisted and another complaint was raised and after 3 days i receive a mail from myntra today and this is what the content of the mail is:

                                      This email is in regards to your concern related to the missing product in your order number 109762554932475361601.

                                        My product was scheduled for early delivery on sunday - dec 30 so i called the delivery guy number to deliver it on 2nd jan. The product never got delivered but it is marked delivered. Since then i am trying to call same number but no one is picking up that number again.
                                        Myntra customer care number also - no one is picking up.

                                        Order number[protected]-9740001. Vendor - pihu general store

                                        This is my first experience with myntra online shopping and is a bad one. Should recommend everyone to avoid it.
