Placed an order no.[protected]-9701401 from myntra eors but order was cancelled after 5 days stating they dont have stock.. While buying stock was available.. Cheating customer and wasting time by givng fake sale.. And now they have increased price of item.. I want the item or compensation of same amount if not i will file case of fraud.. Customer support is useless no reply to mails.

    I have ordered shirt and paid the money online. The delivery of order is showing as 30 dec, 2018. The delivery date has been crossed, but i haven't received the order. When i am trying to contact myntra, it is connecting from 4 days. Are they playing with the customers and it is not showing any future delivery date also. I need an update or cancel the order and provide the refund.

      I have ordered a ives kurta on 25th december 2018. When the order is successfully placed it has shown that it will be delivered by 4th jan. Then i got a message it will be delivered earlier on 2nd jan at around 6:45 a. M. Then i got a message that the product is delivered at 7:56 a. M on the same day. I have given my hostel address for the delivery but i didn't receive my product yet. I didn't get any call for the product pickup. Neither it has been placed in the hostel. I paid for the product online. Now i have lost my money and the product. Please ressolve the issue asap.

        I ordered 2 jackets from myntra. One didn't look good on me. So i filed a return. It was picked up the next day. But the amount refunded to my account is 170/- rs lesser than the amount i paid for the product. What is the matter.? Can anyone relate? Please help me redeem my balance. I ordered those products while the end of season sale was going on

            I am a regular customer of of Myntra. Recently I ordered some makeup items from Myntra, and to my surprise both of these came in an unsealed packaging and one of them was damaged as well. I did not want to use an unsealed product so I tried raising a return request but I am not getting this option in the app since it is not under return policy. However, since the product was alreeady opened before it reached me, I strongly want to return the same. Hence, I tried calling customer care fromthe app and also the number I got in google, but the numbers just does not work. I also googled and got the myntra support email address, but did not receive a response. Can someone please help. Attaching images of the product as it arrived. let me know if anything else is needed.

              Raised a return request for the item and i received a message from myntra side having associate name and contact numner. I called on that number its switched off and that person didn't come for pickup nor contact me.
              At the end of day i received a message from myntra that pickup failed. And this is happening second time. Its very unexpected thing from mynta side.
              Even i wrote a mail to [protected]@myntra.com. But they send reply...

              I have ordered tommy casual shoes of different style but recieved a different style. When I booked the return of the product, delivery boy refused to pick it up since it did not match and said he needs approval.
              I have been trying to contact customer care but no use.

                Today 02/01/2019 a parcel that was booked by me not received but massege of delevered has been received on my number while three time talking with delevery boy but he was calling me at another and another place. The booked item is prepaid. The delevery boy was not talking with good communication. Total three item and all is showing deleverd on my myntra account, i am also not connect with costomer care which is provided on portel.

                  What the ### is wrong with your delivery? Fkn solve it. I haven't received my order yet and I ###ing need it within tommorow cause it's my birthday and I cannot wear a new pair now. I don't know what's up with your website lately, solve it as fast as you can. I tried reaching the CUSTOMER CARE too and I called alot of times. Fix the problem and deliver my product.

                    We have placed an order on 18/12/2018 which include “TRU BOULT WIRELESS EARPHONES “ estimated ₹3303. I got this order on 20/12/2018. The moment I recognize the product is missing earphones, we raised the same issue.
                    Since then there were some investigation going on and today we got a mail stating that they have declined our claim.

                    I am extremely unhappy with the service and the product of Myntra. This is absolutely unprofessional, ridiculous and highly disappointing that you guys are sharing incorrect details. No one is taking responsibility instead you make us look fool. We are doing online shopping from past years, why would we make a false claim explicitly for this product?

                      I ordered a jacket from Myntra on 20th December, 2018 which was expected to reach me on 24th, December, 2018 but until now the only order status they show to me is that "Item has been packed" but no further transit has taken place since this much time. I tried to cancel the order but couldn't do so since the order status is "Packed". Now im in a stalemate situation. Neither getting my order nor getting refunded. Also their consumer support isn't responding clearly about the matter. I have mailed my query and also made a call, but nothing helped. I just wanted to have a refund or my order. Please help with any of these.

                        Four days back (29/12/18) i was paying for an item which was a cash on delivery order. I swiped the card and entered pin, post which the delivery executive, without showing me the status, told it was declined. Though i immediately received the message of successful transaction, he assured me that it will be refunded. Then he asked me to pay in cash, which i did. He later told that if the amount is not credited, he would give me back the cash.
                        I live in a hostel at iit bombay and he comes here daily. I have called him several times to pay me back the money but he has kept me fooling around, saying he will return later. I still have not received my money and since there is no record of payment, i have no proof.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          I order shoes on myntra.com. It was to be delivered by 4th january 2019.
                          They attempted a delivery two days before but i was not at the home.
                          I talked to delivery boy and requested him to deliver it on 2nd january and he assured me to deliver on 2nd january.
                          But today i received an email from myntra that your order has been cancelled.
                          They are not responding to phone and not replying to emails.
                          Kindly do the needful.

                              I here by nishant patel request you to pay attention in my problem.
                              I had received defective product.
                              So i had requesed for exhchange, but mail from myntra shocked me that they cant replace it due to quality was ok while deliverd. Without observing how can you say that it is not defective. There is defect at stching defect at "roadster" brand steel tag on left side, and it stiching was not done left side of tag and i m attaching pics in mail. While opening of packing of jacket i observed this and so i didnt remove other tag of price and alll. So jacket is unused. Tags and all are as it is.
                              So i request you to look in this matter and do needfull.

                                I ordered a product on 21st dec for which the delivery date was 31st dec. From 24th dec the status is product at delivery location but i haven't received any updates on the same. Trying to reach customer care since 3 days but of no use.                                   My complaint is against ds raina who refused to deliver me the product yesterday. I have been a customer of myntra for four years and this is the first time i am experiencing such kind of misbehave. I do shopping from myntra because myntra provides me all the comfort but if such kind of people have started working with you then i don't want to buy anything again because i am not here to tolerate anything bad. I am expecting some action against him.

                                    I placed an order containing 5 products on myntra.
                                    I received only two. It's been many days, i haven't recieved the product yet. The customer care number never gets connected. After trying multiple times, i could talk to one person and they said they raised a complaint for this but i didn't recieve any communication on it. The product shows that it's out for delivery from last few days, so i called the delivery executive. One day he said that there is a lot of load, and he is unable to deliver it. And then i told him that i will only go and collect it from delivery center. Then he said that their office is closed as everyone was on leave that day. I expected him to deliver the next day atleast, but when i called him next day, he didn't answer. When i called multiple times from unknown number, he answered and said that i have to wait till i get delivery message from them again. I asked him why are they not delivering the product since manu days if it's with them, and he cut the call without talking. And i tried contacting myntra customer care multiple times but in vain.
                                    From a popular platform like myntra, this is not at all acceptable. I ordered clothes for new year day, it was showing 29th dec as delivery date in tracking details, and it's been very long i'm still waiting for the product. I don't feel like i'm a customer, i feel like i'm begging for someone's clothes. This is the worst experience i ever had with online shopping. It has changed my complete opinion on online shopping. Will never recommed myntra.

                                      I ordered a jacket named mast and harbour women maroon biker jacket with order no[protected]-3491103 on 21st of december. The order was paid online. The order on being tracked was showing shipped to the destination area but today morning when i checked the status it showed delivered on 1st of january. I was shocked and being confused i called on the myntra customer care toll free number and they said they would file a complaint and asked me to wait for 5-6 days to get any update. I am very disppointed with myntra. I need my money refund back. Please help me out.
