Than i had requested to return this time, i got message that packet will pick up on thursday, 27 dec but still no one will come to pick it. I got in message return no also that is [protected]. I want to that pick this from my address asap. I also tried to call on customer care number but never response.

    I have order one product from myntra on 4th dec and have done double payment instead of single payment due to network issue in pos machine. Delivery boy asked me to pay via google pay as pos was not accepting the card. It shows payment failed. While i paid with google pay i got one message from bank that pos payment has accepted. So it goes under double payment. For this issue i registered one complaint at myntra on 4th dec but still i did not get any resolution on this. Myntra delivery partner has called me and ensured me that he will refund the amount but same is not done yet. I am chasing myntra for this issue past 27 days but no results found. Even the people from myntra customer service is disconnecting my calls

      Hi my name is mohan.
      Let me get to my problem - i ordered two pairs of supra shoes and got only one pair deliverd and another pair not deliverd but showing that it is deliverd in app!?
      And to my surprise when i contacted customer service and talked with them - they are saying that you order two items and both have same id. *what the hell does that mean!?
      What on the earth does those both id have to do with.
      And he says that my mistake.
      Are you kidding or is this some kind of joke!!
      Help me find the justice. These organisations are talking there customer (We who are the reason they survive) like a joke!
      These type of companies who does not give value to there customers get doomed! It's not a threat it's a *fact.

        Hi,

        I ordered 4 dress suits from myntra and my order number is[protected]-7289603.

        I received the parcel in time, and to my surprise, one of the dress had missing salwar and dupatta. I was shocked and immediately put a return request.

        Now the guy who came to pickup, rejected the parcel, since it had missing dupatta and salwar. Now i am in a soup and there is no customer care mail id where i can mention my grievance.

          Dear myntra team,

          I am a regular customer of myntra.com and i trusted so far their service, recently something happened and all my trust on myntra has gone. I ordered "women maroon & beige printed kurta with palazzos" order no:[protected]-2410901. All i received is just palazzos without kurti. Could you please check this and solve this issue. So far it never happened and i believe your staff also will not do such cheap thing. Kindly solve this issue asap. I am sure this was my last purchase from myntra if this issue doesn't resolve.

            Had ordered a gift on 24th dec. The shipping date was given as 29th dec. The product is still not received and the possible shipping date now given is 31st dec.
            Got a message on 28th dec from myntra, that you won't be able to deliver the product on 29th dec.
            I gave you a ring on 28th dec to know the status and i was assured that the product would be delivered on 29th dec only.
            Today is 29th dec and i am being told by your customer care executive that the product would not be delivered on 29th dec, saturday.
            Why wasn't this informed to me earlier and why just before the given delivery date of 29th. I needed the product on 29th only.
            This is absolutely unprofessional, ridiculous and highly disappointing that you guys are sharing incorrect details.

              This is regarding order no[protected]-8834001 placed on 10-dec-2018.

              My order had 4 items. 3 out of them were cancelled by me and 1 item was returned for which i was refunded with ₹1006. But i haven't got the refund for the rest of items yet. Myntra had promised me that my refund will reflect in my account on 25-dec-2018. Its been 4 more days but i haven't received my balance amount. Moreover their contact number is also not reachable from past few days and they are also not taking complaint via email. Now i want double amount as refund as they have exceeded the refund timeline

                I was reposting this complaint bcoz of myntra delivery service
                Delivery guy coming to delivery us at night 8:30pm
                And the same guy delivering to our neighbours in afternoon 1:30pm
                In june the same guy kept rescheduling my order & when i contacted him he said my kurti went back to warehouse.. Bcoz of his negligence... So kindly take care of deliver guy to be gentle with customers

                I ordered kurti and saree on dec 22 both cost 1175rs
                But i received poor quality material so i requested return
                They took the products on 27 dec
                Today i checked my bank account for refund money. They only refunded 969rs
                I called to customer care they r saying gst & shipping chargers are 206rs
                Flipkart & amazon was way too better than myntra
                So much disspointed on mytra
                Without informing how can they took my money
                And when ever im ordering anything from myntra it giveing me so much mental harrasment
                And plzz try to refund my full money

                  I ordered a mast & harbour men orange solid sweatshirt (Size: m)
                  (Order no:[protected]-6822101) on 21st dec, 18. It was showing delivered on 25th dec, 18 but i didn't get it physically. After that i call to the customer care call center and they given me a pledge of 48hrs that i will get my product physically either get the solution but it didn't happen till now also i have not get my product. So i put a complain in consumer court forum and the complain no. Is "1076329".

                  So kindly check my problem and i hope you will resolve my problem and take action on courier boy and courier service. Please take action on delivery agent aditi enterprises-kanak str (Contact no.[protected]).

                      I had placed an exchange order for dressberry women pink d'orsay kitten heels order #[protected]-012210 on dec 19 it's been 10 days i haven't yet received my order. The last "out for delivery" message i received was on dec 22, after which i didn't hear from them about delivery. I have been chasing myntra from then and they have been telling me that they would get back to me within 24 hours and will get the parcel delivered asap. I request you to kindly look into this and help me. I have already paid for this order, i wanted the product for a function which is this evening for which i had ordered very much in advance. I am extremely dissapointed. It has been extremely exhausting and mentally stressful chasing myntra. This is not the first time that myntra has goofed up my order.

                      Got an update from Myntra, they had to cancel the order due to technical issues. But This is just not done, tomorrow is the event for which I wanted the shoes and today in the afternoon myntra tells me that they have cancelled the order due to technical glitch. The shoes is not even available anymore. Myntra has put me in such a difficult situation now. I will have to physically go and shop and spend extra money now

                        My order has not been placed but amount is being credited. My amount is 2364₹. I have talk to myntra help centre also still they are continuously telling me to check the amount from bank not giving correct answer almost 7 days are over still they have not credited my amount to my bank icici bank. I want my money back.

                          In the order status it’s showing that the order has been refused by the customer when the order never reached to me. There was no call from the delivery person.
                          And the help centre is not picking up the phone.
                          Now if i order again i have to pay extra money.
                          Since that order was a gift i don’t have time to order another one now.
                          If possible since it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, they can do it today?

                            Hello team,

                            I pratik damania writing this complaint against myntra regarding the delivery of the parcel. My parcel was out for delivery on 27th dec but the courier boy didn't courier the parcel and updated the portal that customer re-scheduled the delivery and which was not the case. The delivery boy didn't approach me for delivery. The same thing he did on 28th dec. When i approached him he asked me to take the parcel from their warehouse office. I tried reaching myntra but didn't receive a satisfactory answer.

                            Hi Myntra Team,

                            There is no change even after this complaint. In subsequent orders too the delivery person is not delivering the product on time and delaying delivery by 2-3 days. I have to follow up with 5-6 calls every day for delivery of my product. This is one of the most pathetic services ever seen in my life of e-commerce.

                              I have returned a product on 27/12/2018 which was picked up successfully and got an acknowledgement email. However, the very next day I received an email stating the pick up is declined.
                              When called the customer care, they said that they date not able to help with the issue and disconnected the call twice.
                              Please seethe necessary email confirmation from Myntra about the pick up status.

                                Dilivery service is not good. Courier boy is not even trying to call before dilivery and saying that no response from customer.dilivery service is very poor.Not providing courier boys phone number in details. Please look after it fast. And diliver my courier by tomorrow itself.otherwise refund my money by tomorrow itself.If you are not looking after my complaint then I will use twitter to express my feelings and I will not use this app in my life time.                                     I ordered a US Polo Assn. Grey Melange trunk on 21Dec in a Myntra sale and it was delivered post the sale period on 26Dec. The product delivered was different than what I ordered, I received black colour trunk with black strip and no logo of brand as shown in the ordered product. The product I ordered is Grey Melange with logo on front left side. The product i received is a different if you compare both. I called customer care within 15min of receiving the product and requested for exchange. As it's a non returnable product the customer care guy transferred my call to supervisor named Annanya, she confirmed that the product will be exchanged not refunded as per my request but what I received on email was refund approval not exchange. I called again and had word with different supervisor named Bhanu Pratap, he also requested for exchange again but again what I received is a refund approval email and message from Myntra. I am tired calling again and again explaining the scenario every time but no positive result from Myntra. I do not need the refund, all I need is a exchange. Why Myntra is forcing me to accept the refund. I just need the same product what I ordered, that it. Why Myntra is complicating the issue with refund approval again and again forcing me to accept it. It's a Myntra fault of delivering wrong product. The product also seems to be a copy of original (not sure but it look different than what is shown on Myntra). I think Myntra is selling duplicate item in the name of branded that's why Myntra is not exchanging(forcing for refund) because Myntra might not have the Original. Showing original in the App and delivering a copy of the same might be Myntra policy or else Myntra should have exchanged.
