I have not received product namely 24k gold nude palette which was in my order. I ordered 8 products from myntra on 21 december 2018 n today that is 28 december 2018 it got delivered but only 7 products were in delivery bag one product which i mentioned above was missing in the bag. My order no. Is[protected]-4970003. I tried more than 100 times to contact u but i m not able to contact as ur all complaint numbers r showing damn busy without any waiting response. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I initiated a return request on 25 december with return number [protected] on myntra. The order was supposed to be picked up on 26th december. When i called the pickup agent, he said he will pick up on 26 itself but instead i got a message later saying since i requested for reschedule, the pickup attempt failed and will try again tomorrow. When i called again, the guy said he will pickup tomorrow so i waited for the next day and he again said he will pickup but didn't. Now he is not accepting the calls and myntra is not updating my return process so i have no other way to return the parcel. Please help me. The delivery agents number is [protected] (Assam). I feel like he has been ordered not to pickup the parcel by myntra because normally, they come for pickup. This time he has given many excuses. I cannot even use the product because it is oversized and it is of high cost and i definitely want a refund.

      Hi team,
      I had ordered super dry flip-flops on 21st december... I have received my product i just used it for a day and the skin of the flip-flops starting peeling off... I believe myntra is known for legit products but this seems to be fake request you to kindly have the same replaced or exchange with a new flip-flops.

        I'm adam. Md. I've placed an order on myntra on 19th december 2018. It said that i'll get the delivery by 27th of december. The order number of the product is[protected]-4146301. Even today it is showing in the ecom tracking as "the pickup rescheduled to next day". And i've paid a sum of rupees 200 for early bird offer for this order. It's highly disappointing from myntra to do so. I have confirmed from the ecom portal that they have not got the product from the seller. So is the fault of myntra. Please solve the issue. And kindly check the customer care voice quality of myntra. It really sucks.

          I had ordered “ Nike Men Blue FLEX CONTACT 2 Running Shoes” on 25 th December.
          I made an error while placing the order -
          Instead of mentioning my Nagpur address, mentioned my Mumbai’s address where some other tenants are staying presently.
          Yesterday the order was brought at the Mumbai address, wherein I asked the delivery Executive to wait there but he cancelled the call and marked the order as refused.
          On request to a supervisor on Customer care number for a redelivery to the same address or delivery to the nagpur address, he said that the same was not possible and Ill have to cancel the order and reorder the product at full price as compared to the discounted price at which I had purchased.
          Its very illogical and not expected from a Ecom Operator as big as Myntra not having any remedy for change in address of delivery or a redelivery at request of the customer who is willing to pay the excess delivery charges.

            Actually im not satisfied with the price and quality of one item in my order with order number[protected]-6643903... Mast &harbour men grey solid chinos... If its price is in between 500-600 then it would be good and also there is a difference in colour shown in the website and the item i got... I want to return the item but i have to use it cause tomorrow i have an occasion and if i ordered another that may take 4 -5 days to be delivered... So now i can't return the item also😑

              I'm complaneing about my invite if friend to mantra wallet money i got 250 last 50 came on night 1145 pm were i was not knowing along with the offer my point of wallet will also go its cheating message was invited friend review 50 but there u should mention valid only till end of offer points or should send message that your point redem till 25thonly something like that im regular shoppers of myntra now i will not shop again

                This is happening for the second time. I tried to order a product on myntra, payment had failed, tried the second time, the order had confirmed. But bank account shows that money has been debited twice.
                This happened few months ago too, and myntra still hasnt returned my money.
                Its very sad to see such reputed companies handling these issues so poorly.

                  I placed an order[protected]-5761403 and it was paid by net banking 1515
                  It is a M&H watch, it two of circular buttons are not working i can avle to set min and sec so i place a request to refund.

                  After two or three days someone come to pic and i send it back than when i got the message for refund payment it is only 1015. Why should i pay for defective product and even i return it and in email it says its 1167 rp

                    Hello,
                    I buyed an Adidas sweatshirt from myntra and due to size issues I wanted an exchange. So, when the exchange came, they gave me a different product which was a women's sweater. The interesting point here is that, that the product had do packets on which there were two different tags- one of the product I wanted and one of the wrong product(attached a pic of it) . Also, when I inspected, the price tag of the wrong product was different to that of the price mentioned on the product itself(women's sweater). Now, when I called the customer care regarding this issue they are telling me that they don't know where the product went and cannot track the product which I wanted in exchange. I even told them the article no and order no etc but still they are giving me an excuse that they can't track it and also without my consent they marked my product to return to which when I complained, the customer care guy told me that I will get the original product back when the return will happen. Next day the delivery boy came he said he don't have any information regarding the product i wanted and also refused to take the wrong product back.
                    I even talked to the floor supervisor (named Anmol) and he told me that the exchange can't happen now and they will provide me with refund. But the product is double the price as of earlier and when I said that how can I buy that sweatshirt which is now the double the price, to which he said he cant do anything about it. I even asked the to check the tag of the wrong product to whom it should have been originally delivered to which he again said he cant do that.
                    So, I just want to know few things from them-
                    1. How can they not track a product they are delivering
                    2. How can the packet have 2 tags - one of the product I wanted and other of the wrong product itself. It means it definitely have been opened before either buy the sales guy or when it was in transit.
                    3. How can they initiate a return without my consent.
                    I can provide the order number or with any detail if required.
                    I hope the issue is seen by the forum and an action is taken against them.

                      I have ordered my package in 16th december 2018 and text arrived stating that your package will be delivered in 23rd of december but they din't deliverd my package at the given date and again text arrived stating that sorry for the delay delivery we will delivered it by tomorrow on 24th december.. But guess what i haven't received my package till today (28th of december) & now they are not giving any information about that package wheather it is returned, cancelled or on its way... Totally dissapointed..👎👎

                        My order return to origin instead of reaching to me. I got a message of delivery but there was no delivery boy's number on it and neither any one contacted me for any delivery. When i checked the status of my order it was showing return to origin.

                          I have ordered a product on 19th dec 2018 and it was shipped on 20th dec through ekart.till now there is zero update regarding my order.my order number is[protected]-0522503.i can't even track my order because no further info or status is updated both in myntra and ekart website.since 20th dec there is no further information regarding my product.i seriously don't know why this is happening .please solve my issue and please deliver my order asap

                            It been twice that my product has not been delivered and employees are saying that the product is went for the delivery but at the end i don't receive anything and i called consumer care no is not working properly after trying for long time it was connected and all employeer are giving different suggested regarding the issue at end thay denied to accept it was there fault. Also argued with me it's was very dissapointed to hear from the service company..

                              Hello all

                              Need your intervention for a refund of rs 3499 i have purchased a mango bag for amount 3499 but i had to return as the color was not matching what i saw in website, after returning it has been 18 days i have been speaking to different customer service people for getting my refund of rs 3499 i had shared my bank account but none of them are able to respond when i would be getting my refund, every time the customer service people says that it would take 3-4 business days to get my refund but now it is 20th day i am still awaiting for my refund can you look into the issue as it has been long i am fed up to talk to the customer service people.

                                It is a matter of extreme sorrow that being an icon customer i got cheated by myntra. I ordered something from myntra worth 6800 INR and i got partial product. I applied for return and my return is now put on hold. I am calling the customer care daily still no provision is provided to me. It such a big shame to company that they treat their loyal customers like this. My return id is [protected]. Hoping some resolution ASAP.

                                    I have done 3 transation of 4600/- on myntra on 2nd aug 2018 but only 1 transaction was
                                    Successful order was placed and i have received the products. But for
                                    Remaining 2 transactions i have debited 4600/- 2 times but order was not
                                    Placed then i have raised the chargeback with bank for these 2 failed
                                    Transaction then bank has given credit for only one trannsaction for
                                    Remaining 4600/- till the date i have not received the credit.

                                      So i ordered a pair of NIKE LEBRON 16 FRESH BRED from myntra on 22nd of December 2018. My order no is[protected]-2961003. And the courier company was EcomEx and its AWB number is[protected] I paid 19000 rupees for those shoes through debit card. I got the product delivered on 25th of December 2018. Soon after 5 mins of delivery i opened the product. I was shocked to see that the outer cover was damaged and the box that was almost half damaged was empty from inside and taped after tampering. I saw a bunch of 100s of blank papers inside it. I think the papers were to increase the product weight not to look suspicious. Soon after 5 minutes of opening the product i found the box was empty i forwarded a complain regarding my lost product. I gave the details of my delivered product that how i got it on call. I told the customer executive named priya. if she needs the pictures of the empty and damaged box then i could mail her. But she refused to send me the details and photos and rather she asked that how was the quality of the box on our telephonic conversation. She accepted the complaint and gave me the refrence number i.e. IN[protected] and told me the complain would be resolved within 3 days. After 48 hours passed since i forwarded the complain i got a mail saying that the myntra has completed its thorough investigation and found that they delivered successfully the product without any tampering. And they declined my previous complain and closed it by saying that they delivered the product successfully. And they also declined to accept another complain as it was resolved by their side. I even asked them for solution that where should i go to investigate my complain by myself and to find my lost shoes. They refused to provide any solution. I even talked to their senior executive he was also not helping me saying that they can't except any complain regarding my product loss. On 27th of november i again got a text message from EcomEx courier that my product from myntra with my AWB number[protected] will be get delivery by today. Then sent this message after 2 days of my complain. they deliverd the empty box on 25th of december amd on 27th december why they are sending the same message. I even told myntra executives about the text message but they refused to say anything. And now i have nowhere to go and find my product. Not acceptimg the complain by myntra is that they think the customer is the thief. I don't even know if they investigated my complain honestly and declined and closed the complain from their side. I don't know where to ask about my lost product. I have nowhere to go. It seems that myntra stole my 19000 rupees. It's a very big amoumt for me. I need you to please help me on this. It seems i am loosing my 19000 rupees. I will be more happy to find my lost shoes rather than the refund. Please help me here on this.

                                      The only this i didn't do is that i should have opened my delivered box in front of the delivery boy. Amd i should have selected cash on delivery for my product. After checking my product in front of delivery boy i should have paid the money. But myntra tried to steal the money cause of paying by debit card. They shouldn't have done if i had selected cash on delivery.If i don't get help. I guess i will have to file a case in consumer court on myntra and the courier company for tampering the product and taking the customer' money and delivering the empty box.

                                        Hi my name is aditya. My order number is[protected]-2839001. I ordered a nike track pant from the website with other items. Everything i got was okay. And the outer packet was sealed. Problem started inside the package package was tampered. The product it contained was exchanged with a duplicate product. Now they are saying that product is out of stock so you won't be able to exchange it. I used early access of 200 for that product only and i really want that product not the refund. The customer care was very rude and he was persistent about it was not their fault. I don't want the refund i want the product or any similar product which ofcourse is not duplicate.

The amount of returned goods has been credit to myntra .i want my myntra credits to my bank account . I was worngly added some money to mayntra credits .
