I have a couple of orders on myntra which i wasted 2days of my time in selecting them and being a student in the university i placed the order to my campus. I got a message that my order was out for delivery at the point when i go to the delivery place the and call the delivery executive he says that he is on a leave and shipment deliveries are closed for the day and i will be receiving my order by the very nextday but when i go for the delivery the delivery guy says that the order has been canceled and the app shows that the orders have been returned to the origin
:without the customer’s notice within the app or without the ignorance or the order how will the shipment return to the origin are the points
:i wasted my valuable time on selecting the items with my preferences and i have a marriage to attend in 3days
:so when i call the customer care they are just sorry and no support is being given to me even though i request them over 5 calls to track my shipment and delver to me i even gave them an option to pick the package where ever it is by myself but they are unapologetic and i am helpless

    I placed an order on myntra on 29th nov and the promised delivery date was 02nd december however the order is still not received. I cancelled it on 09th december and i was told that the money will be returned within 48 hours but it's it's 14th dec now and i have not yet received the refund. I have called their customer care multiple times for no good, they themselves have no idea about the produce, they are helpless. Order no.[protected]-4914503

      I had ordered two nike track suits under order id : 109538267969540609003 amounting ₹9, 491

      I received only one track suit branded adidas which was also a wrong brand from what i ordered.

      I called the customer service within minutes and they assured it would be taken care off within 48hours. All being abusurd and it’s been 15 days, i haven’t gotten any update.

      Whenever i call, it’s just like speaking to a automated machine - “ i understand your concern and sorry for the inconvenience caused” after a while “please wait for 24 hours we will provided an resolution”. To hell with their unfollowed time line.

      Non of the employees stand by the right to do or like to resolve a customers issue.

        I have ordered a Roadster Jeans via myntra and they have sent a wrong product in-spite of many calls and mails they are not ready to pick the product and not ready to refund the amount nor ready to send the correct product. suffering a lot. Delivery guy keeps saying we haven't got any pre approval from myntra so we can't pick the product. When I call myntra customer care they say your product have been approved you will not face any problem but still delivery guy says not approved. This cycle keeps repeating.

          I ordered the product on 11th dec.2018 which was expected to be delivered at my office today(13th.dec.2018), and the story is I have not received the product yet.
          I had to call them to seek the where about of the product, they showed no acknowledgment and were using scripted verbatim of raising the complaint.
          Myntra gives false commitment and calls it a technical glitch, but whose fault it is?
          I demanded a quick resolution they gave another timeline of 48hrs, with no customer service care, I sought for compensation in the form of Myntra credit for which they are numb.
          They are ready to take customer money without any delay but cant full fill the promises on time. Myntra cant full fill the commitment or have the ability to compensate the inconvenience that means its a bait and switch.

          What is your take...

            I have placed a return request for mast & harbour sunglass (Order no:[protected]-8496201) on december 7, 2018 and it was supposed to be picked up on december 8. The pickup was not attempted and has been rescheduled again. So i placed a request to cancel the return on december 9 so that i can place the return request again from a different address but still the request has not been cancelled.
            I want to return this item from a different address and the product is supposed to be delivered within 7 days.

              Everytime i ordered a product and every single time from. The last 3-4 orders order has been delivered, and at the delivery date customer care executive translate the customer we are sorry for the inconvenience, myntara right now i have ordered a shoe at 9th of december and till date it is in delivery centre gurgaon, and the delivery your same recording will be resume by customer care executive sorry for the inconvenience, myntara are you making fun of the customer, beside you much better service is given by flipkart and amazon, i[censored] need time for 20 days or 1month declare that time, for delivery don't make fun for delivery, very very much faltu and bad experience to myntara as well the tape recorders played by customer care executive.

                I have returned a jeans around 10 days ago, but the return (return no. [protected]) was put on hold claiming quality checked failed on 05/12/ 2018. I have ordered a UCB jeans but i didnt liked it, as i felt poor quality and bad fitting so i returned it and now myntra is not giving refund. They have mailed that the return is being put on hold and now i am trying to call them or contact them but i am receiving no response. SO, kindly help me to receive my refund.

                  I was delivered my order on the very 2nd day after ordering. The product i received was slightly damaged and i put the request for an exchange instantly. Their delivery partner came with the product for exchange just the next day but did not accept the product as it was damaged. The contact service being answered artificially by a system is not at all useful as they seem to have received no information while their delivery partner has already put the complaint for which i've not even received a confirmation!

                  I didn't expect receiving a damaged product form myntra & then not accepting the product which was requested for exchange instantly after being delivered!

                    I had placed and order for story at home black and beige carpet on 11th nov. The product was delivered very late on 3rd dec and was received by my friend on my behalf since i was out of station. I came back on 11th dec and to my utter shock i saw that the product delivered to me was a light blue and green carpet instead of the black and beige one i ordered. And when i tried to file a return, it said 30 days time is over. This is very unfair as the product delivered to me was very late and just a few days short of a month. And when i actually got to see the product it came as a shock. Myntra review this matter, you cant always send the wrong products and deliver them very late and then our 30days easily expire. It is my second time receiving a product other than one i ordered.

                      On 30/11/2018 I ordered a prepaid HRX Jacket which was meant to be delivered by 7/12/2018, but on 6/12/2018 i got a message that delivery would be made today by 'Delivery Agent Aditi Enterprises- Kanak STR (contact number [protected] which is always switched off)' without getting a call of delivery agent after 2hrs of the previous msg I got another message that the product has been delivered, regarding this I called the customer care (CC) that product hasn't delivered to me and confirmed him that the signature was not mine, then I raised a complaint which number is 'IN[protected]' on the same day( 6/12/2018) which was supposed to be solved within 48 hrs, and after the time period I again called to know the status then again I got a wait time of 24 hrs to get to solve this, and till today I have no result (either they deliver my product or refund my paid amount to me), and till CC has no status or updates, and the complaint is still open and it is in the same place as it was on the first day.

                      So, now I want my paid amount back, and how can they do a forge sign on the behalf of the customer this is a criminal offense.

                      After a lot of intervention with Customer care(by call or Fb), Local and Head Myntra's officers finally got the solution, i think after sharing the Delivery Agent's information directly to Myntra, i got the solution as fast as it might be possible. Whether this website in my case helped me or not i really don't know.

                        I ordered a sweatshirt from myntra.com on 3rd december and expected delivery date was 10 dec but on 7 dec onwards i am getting messages like your order has been delivered by today and they provide delivery boy's number also. I called the delivery boy daily and he told me that there is some problem in their office that they cant deliver it today and your order will be delivered tommorrow. Today on 11 december i called the delivery boy regarding my order he told me that he will deliver it today and now when in called that where is he and where is my order? He refused to deliver and asked bribe for delivering it today. He said that i will take rs.200 above the order amount. The delivery boy no is [protected]

Despite numerous calls to their team and having been assured that i will get get a resolution to my query within 24-48 hours, my pickup for the return has not happened. I wanted to return an item for which i had placed a request on 2nd december. I received no intimation the next day and the respective person just rescheduled the pickup without conducting the pickup. Since then, i have been trying to get in touch with the team but to no avail. The team has registered my complaint thrice but there is no end to the misery. Please help me in getting the refund.                               I had ordered a makeup revolution london blush which has come completely broken and shattered. The entire packed was filled with the powdery shattered blush. Its really unacceptable. How can a completely broken product be sent. It doesnt even look like its happned during the delivery. It completly looks like it was already a damaged product.                                 I ordered for 2 sweatshirts, created a return request on 3rd dec. Product was supposed to be picked up on 4 dec.. They cancel the return pickup without informing, since then i am contacting them, they are not giving any resolution. Making false promises.. Harrasing their customers.
                                Only giving excuses wait for 24 hrs nothing else... Worst experience ever from any online app...
                                Will never recommend to anyone..

                                  I'd placed an order for a shoe on myntra and the order failed immedietely and i got the sms regarding the money being debited from my account. And when i checked their forums it said in such situations, money would be refunded in only a week which is too much. Amazon would have refunded that amount immedietely when the order failed. I called their customer care only to have them not pick up. Please help me!

                                    Hello team,

                                    I have purchased one product (Color cocktail-multicoloured printed open front shrug) from myntra (Myntra.com) on 30-nov-2018, they have send me wrong product (Issue is: design & color totally diferent, that means their seller send me wrong product with cleverness). Now, i have raised return request & its placed also.
                                    Complaint reference number [incident: in[protected]] on 7-nov-2018 & they assure me that it will take 24 hours. But after 24 hours, i have called their team several times (There are no toll free numbers, its cutting so many call charges from me) & theit team neglecting every time by showing system issue at their end. I have all call records for all. Also i have emailed them so many times, but never resopond a single.

                                    I have wasted my valuable times. Now i need full refund & compensation as well asap
                                    Kindly help me for this kind of fraud activities at myntra end!

                                      I have placed an order on myntra on 27/11/18 for a pair of shoes vide order number. 1095158761139908085903
                                      I was supposed to have received it on 30/11/18
                                      To date the delivery hasn’t come
                                      Despite repeated calls and promises from myntra the matter hasn’t resolved yet
                                      On the 7/12/18 i placed a request to cancel the order but myntra won’t cancel the order and they won’t initiate the process of refund of the amount
                                      The officials are rude too
                                      They won’t answer my repeated requests and now they do not come on the phone to talk to me

                                      Can anything be done
                                      Will i lose my money and not be able to do anything about it

                                        I ordered 4 products from myntra which were shown delivered on 7th of dec, but i just received one product, that too is a wrong product.. I hve called up myntra customer a lot of times but no serious respond from there side.
                                        Why have you ppl started cheatng on innocent customers?? Will you ppl become rich with customers 3298 rupess?? Myntra ppl have started cheating a lot these days. They should improve this kind of attitude and do fair work.
