Sir, i placed the order on 1 dec 2018. But my order is cancelled but i didn't get my refund yet. My order id -109553956415764210301. And my transaction no-igaewjtae7. I have been struggling with the customer care sicne 15 days. They are cheating with me. No one is helping me. I made the complaint 13 days before and today is 19 dec 2018. Still no resolution it been more than 17 days. This is so mentally harrassing situation for me. So what i do and how could i get my refund. Plz help me

    Placed an order on Myntra on 6th December was supposed to be delivered by 10th of December, i kept waiting till 13th got no call from the delivery people, called the customer care they said "we have no idea where your parcel is" requested the customer care to cancel the order and give me the refund neither have they cancelled the order nor have they refunded it's been more than 10 days iam waiting and I have had no response from myntra the customer carew was of no use, my issue is unresolved .

    Sir, I ordered a Dressberry watch on 5th December 2018. Which was scheduled to be delivered on 13th December 2018. But I haven't received my order yet.

      I had places an order and got a different item, and placed an exchange order and whenever the delivery boy came, he did not take the product because it did not match with the product on his phone. Even after complaining 100 times, my tra people didnt bother to solve it...
      When i called coustomer care, they kept cancelling my call
      Worst costomer service ever

        This is regarding order[protected]-0138403. The product was supposed to be delivered last to last friday (7th dec 2018). I got a message from myntra that the product is out for delivery and when i called the delivery boy, he said he didn't bring the package and it will be delivered on saturday (8th dec 2018). While the myntra app still showed that the product was out for delivery, i waited till monday (10th dec 2018) and finally called customer care to complain in the evening. They said due to the network issues and system being down they cannot take down the complaint and i should call an hour later. I called again after two hours but the same was told to me. I called on tuesday morning (11th dec 2018) and yet again i was told the same thing. I called again around 9 am same day (11th dec 2018) and then finally they took down my complain. On tuesday evening, suddenly the status changed to delivered in myntra app for the same product. I did not receive any messages for delivery also. The product was not delivered. I called again on tuesday (11th dec 2018) evening telling them that the product is not delivered and yet marked delivered. They said that it will be solved in 48 hours. I called twice on thursday (13th dec 2018) to check and even spoke to a supervisor "apurva" and she confirmed that it will definitely be resolved in 24 hours. I called back again on friday (14th dec 2018). They said the delivery partners are not able to provide the signature and the backend team was working on it. On sunday (16th dec 2018) i called again and the executive told me that now since they have not been able to provide the signature details, she has initiated a complaint about "product delivered at wrong address" and will be resolved in 48 hours. Today (18th dec 2018) again when i called, i spoke to a lady executive "neha" and she just bluntly said that the product is delivered at the address given. I said that it is not delivered and she said that an email has been sent with signature details. I told her that i did not receive any emails and she said she can't help me any further. She was unable to connect me to the backend team, who claim that the product was delivered but have no proof otherwise. Also, she was unable to connect me to any supervisors who could actually help me with the matter. It's like a dead end. I have tried connecting with the customer care on twitter and facebook too but they just dont care.

          I ordered a zivame underwear from myntra, but for some issues I wanted to return that but I waited for 8days but they didn't pick up my stuff..I wrote a complain about that matter. But still no solution i receive.i called them several times but they didn't give any perfect solution.
          Hopeless services they are providing.it is not professional behavior.

            Team, i have ordered shoetopia women black slip-on sneaker and taanz women blue solid regular fit capris on 8th december as per the confirmation from myntra estimated delivery was 15th december. Not yet received any courier and no updates from the myntra team. As discussed wuth customer care people on call i have waited 48 hours but i didn't get any response from you people. If this is your service refund my amount which i have paid for this as soon as possible.

            I need to know what is the status of the product/ refund within 24 hours.

            Hello Team,

            I want to esclate this as I am not receiving any proper response from customer care of Myntra and they are dropping my call.

            The Order no.: 1095050-4404368-1043603 was placed on 26-11-2018, Awb no. 267028070 was generated after shipment. But Ecom Express updating the same status i. e. Pickup Rescheduled For Next Day again and again for last 4 days. Ecom Express customer service says that the product is not handover to them by Myntra.

            I have requested Myntra customer service to follow up with Ecom Express, but they reffused and disconnected the call.

            I am using Myntra for last 7 years and till date this is the very poor response received.

            Please let me know what will Myntra offer me if the product do not get deliver till the expected delivery date.

              My name is deepti. I have ordered a makeup revolution untoward renaissance lipstick. Order number[protected]-4124501. I have recieved a wrong product. I made the complaint thrice about it. Its been a week i am calling the customer executive but no resolution has made yet. I have not seen such a highly irresponsible act. Never expected such thing from such a big company like myntra. Highly disappointed from your service.

                I have ordered 2 nike tracksuits from myntra and after receiving the product, the packet contained only jacket in the 1st packet and track pant in the 2nd packet. Both the package had incomplete product.

                I informed the customer care for the same within 30 minutes after receiving the product. I made the complaint on 7th dec. 2018. And today is 16th dec. 2018 still no resolution.

                Case manager keeps on promising things but no actions were taken, i have been struggling with the customer care since 10 days and no one is helping me out to resolve it.

                Instead of solving the issue, they have sent me a mail stating that my myntra account has been blocked/deactivated. And when i asked the reason of such action, customer care got away with that by saying that they will get back to me in 24hrs.

                And today they have sent me another mail, that the request of return or exchange has been denied without stating any valid reason.

                  I ordered fossil eatch online on cod, as the waych which i recieved was of different company which was not that same as so far delivery boy have taken the amount of the watch worth rs 19000/- now myntra is not responding on this fraudulent activity. As iam unable to reach myntra helpline as they hang up. Its been more than 15 days this is soo mentally harrassing situatio. For me to face it.

                    I have ordered a women black skinny fit mid rise clean look stretchable united colors of benetton jeans against order no.[protected]-925840, but since i didnt liked the jeans and their were quality and fitting issues, i have returned the same and received an email on 05/12/2018 that my return has been put on hold. My return no. Is [protected] and reason showing is quality check failed. But i would like to state that since the jeans was not good i have returned it and even if it failed quality what can i do. I request you to kindly grant me the refund at the earliest as i confirm that the product was unused & it was returned immediately. I have made many purchases through myntra. But its very sad to face all this. I am trying to contact customer care continously but no response i have received till date. Its a request to process the refund at the earliest.

                    I ordered 9 no. Shoes. I tried them and did a little walk. Accidently I lost my box of shoes and now the myntra guy is not accepting. The shoes are the same. Not used at all and you guys do commercial that myntra has no question asked policy. I need my exchange to 8 no. Size asap.

                      I ordered 4 products while sleeping was going on but received only 1 of them.
                      I want to reorder them at the previous price.
                      The delivery guy was telling me the products i ordered he send back to origin and i should reorder it again.
                      Then i reordered and waited for the message. But i wasn't even informed and now the app says it has been returned to origin.
                      I want to reorder it please respect it and look after it as soon as possible. Thankyou

                        I had bought shoes of leecuper, who has registered the request twice for return and i have been tired of calling helpline, no one is coming to fulfill my return request, which has been refunded for more than 25 days is stopped.                           Hi everyone,

                          This is a complaint and a warning message to you all that please don't purchase anything from myntra because myntra has slowly degrade it's services.
                          Almost every day we hear a complaint about refund, late delivery and no delivery.

                          One of the reasons happened to me. I purchased two items from myntra few days back and both were suppose to come on same day in same package itself but i only received a single item. There was no second item. I waited for about a week but no one responded from myntra and after some days when i checked my order history for that particular order, that was marked as delivered. That was the fault of the delivery boy who delivered the package to wrong person without verifying further. After that i raised an incident regarding this but they closed the incident saying that we have checked it and it's delivered to you. They refused to give any refund also.

                          Friends this is my humble request to you all, please be aware and use these sites carefully as they sometimes makes the fool out of the people. Now my emi is cutting monthly for that order which i never received.

                            I had purchased a trackpant from myntra. Myntra people cancelled the order due to some reason after 15 days of waiting and have initiated a refund process. According to the policy they say it will take 7-10 days for the refund to be credited into my account. If i had paid for the item which i had bought immediately then why is these people taking 7-10 days to refund my money? Which bank they are using which takes this much time for the amount to get transferred? If my online bank works for 24 hours and i am paying for the item immediately then why are these people taking so much time for the refund.

                              The delivery boy is not picking up my call. My product which i have ordered from myntra is being delayed everyday. Customer care executives are not at all helping.                                 I have a couple of orders on myntra which i wasted 2days of my time in selecting them and being a student in the university i placed the order to my campus. I got a message that my order was out for delivery at the point when i go to the delivery place the and call the delivery executive he says that he is on a leave and shipment deliveries are closed for the day and i will be receiving my order by the very nextday but when i go for the delivery the delivery guy says that the order has been canceled and the app shows that the orders have been returned to the origin
                                :without the customer’s notice within the app or without the ignorance or the order how will the shipment return to the origin are the points
                                :i wasted my valuable time on selecting the items with my preferences and i have a marriage to attend in 3days
                                :so when i call the customer care they are just sorry and no support is being given to me even though i request them over 5 calls to track my shipment and delver to me i even gave them an option to pick the package where ever it is by myself but they are unapologetic and i am helpless

                                  I placed an order on myntra on 29th nov and the promised delivery date was 02nd december however the order is still not received. I cancelled it on 09th december and i was told that the money will be returned within 48 hours but it's it's 14th dec now and i have not yet received the refund. I have called their customer care multiple times for no good, they themselves have no idea about the produce, they are helpless. Order no.[protected]-4914503

                                    I had ordered two nike track suits under order id : 109538267969540609003 amounting ₹9, 491

                                    I received only one track suit branded adidas which was also a wrong brand from what i ordered.

                                    I called the customer service within minutes and they assured it would be taken care off within 48hours. All being abusurd and it’s been 15 days, i haven’t gotten any update.

                                    Whenever i call, it’s just like speaking to a automated machine - “ i understand your concern and sorry for the inconvenience caused” after a while “please wait for 24 hours we will provided an resolution”. To hell with their unfollowed time line.

                                    Non of the employees stand by the right to do or like to resolve a customers issue.

                                      I have ordered a Roadster Jeans via myntra and they have sent a wrong product in-spite of many calls and mails they are not ready to pick the product and not ready to refund the amount nor ready to send the correct product. suffering a lot. Delivery guy keeps saying we haven't got any pre approval from myntra so we can't pick the product. When I call myntra customer care they say your product have been approved you will not face any problem but still delivery guy says not approved. This cycle keeps repeating.

                                        I ordered the product on 11th dec.2018 which was expected to be delivered at my office today(13th.dec.2018), and the story is I have not received the product yet.
                                        I had to call them to seek the where about of the product, they showed no acknowledgment and were using scripted verbatim of raising the complaint.
                                        Myntra gives false commitment and calls it a technical glitch, but whose fault it is?
                                        I demanded a quick resolution they gave another timeline of 48hrs, with no customer service care, I sought for compensation in the form of Myntra credit for which they are numb.
                                        They are ready to take customer money without any delay but cant full fill the promises on time. Myntra cant full fill the commitment or have the ability to compensate the inconvenience that means its a bait and switch.
