My orders shows that it reached to the nearest location but why isn’t delivered till now??? It’s been 3days now.
When i called customer care and said that i’ll be leaving the city how can they say cancelled it when delivering
When i’ve already paid and i want the product!!!
Help me resolve this problem as soon as possible as i’m leaving the city and i want the product to be delivered tomorrow!

    My name is bharti .
    I did order from mayntra on 26 December 2018 ..product name oxolloxo women printed empire maternity dress.
    Delivery date 7 December but it didn't reach me till Now..
    .
    Another order was US PoLO cap.on 26 December 2018..they didn't deliver it.
    Without my permission return to origin.
    Delivery boy on his own said I am not available.
    .
    .
    I call to customer care so many times...
    But they first said wait 48 hours than 24 hours then again 24 hours...
    .
    Now saying place New order
    .
    Even not send maternity dress to origin.
    .
    My money not come in my account too.
    .
    Their head Rajeev Raj was rude.
    .
    .Not resolving my issue...harassing me mentally

      Sir i was placing an order on 8th december for amount rs 3284.38. Though no order was placed on myntra but the amount was deducted grom my account through phonepe. Now when i contact phonepe they say that the order was successful and the amount is in myntra’s account and myntra is not giving me a satisfactory response. Kindly guide me what to do next.

          Worst n very bad experience. These ppl do not coporate with their customers regarding delivry n after making so many complaints to customer no action is taken against complaint.. Do not why these ppl are doung bussiness if thy cannot satisfy customer. Stop faking ppl.. I m regular customer of myntra but after all that thy are least bothered qbout their customers. I think if this will be ur attitute i have to escalate complaint further

          Lipstick which is delivered is of diffrent shade and there is Tester written on it ..Tester is delivered which is very disappointing..

          I had ordered a watch on 24 th November and now it is 4 th December still it is unavailable and when we call they just take our complaint and don’t take actions i wanted it for special occasions and now they are not refunding the money
          I ordered a Moda Rapido jeans from Myntra but because to size issue I had to return the product.

          On 17/11/2018 I returned my product and got a mail from Myntra saying my refund has been initiated

          But even after 10 days, I have not received my refund of Rs 1331.68 yet

            I have not recieved my product yet. It was supposed to delievered by 3rd dec. I have raised complaint through customer care.. Still no update.
            I m tired of calling customer care daily.
            I just get the answer as today it will be delivered.
            Delivery guy number what ever provided is always switched off. When i try tracking via courier partner it says product delivered.

            Not sure what they are upto. Neither i have recieved the product nor the refund.
            Atleast i have called 5-6 times to customer care but no help.

            Product are coming from Ranchi and taking 10days bt the actual time taken from Ranchi to sherghati 824211 is only 4 hrs.sorry I will return my product .call me [protected].how could one can wait for long duration when it is available as soon as possible in local market.

              I was briefed that i could return a product and get a refund to my bank account with the myntra credit program. After a return i've realized that they refund the amount into the myntra credit program and am forced to purchase products from them. Such a lame customer loyalty company program.
              Below is a picture of my myntra credit amount that can not be transferred back to my bank.

              My order didn't get placed, But payment get debited from my credit card of amount (Rs 3325.49x4= Rs 13301.96) on 5 December 2018 and transaction time between 01:14 to 01:27 AM . I have emailed them but they don't respond. Please help.

                20 dresses white sneakers
                I have ordered white sneakers from myntra but the shoe size was small so i made a exchange request but my request got cancelled and now there is no option for return of that item. I want the money to be refunded and return of that product. And i haven't received my delivery on time it was delay of almost 2 -3 days and now there is no response from myntra customer care regarding this issue, the shoes are of no use and my money got wasted not only me but 3 more customers also have the same issue and they also haven't got any progress regarding this. I have been a regular customer of myntra but my this time experience with myntra is terrific and worst. Not gonna shope anymore from this site.

                  Issue : not collecting products after several return request and complaints

                  Description : first myntra promises home delivery but courier service (E com expresses) not delivered at door step, courier boy asked me to collect products on road, i insisted for home delivery, but he replied he did not have time to deliver product at home.
                  At last i had to collect product at near by point.

                  Then i requested for return on 27 or 28 december 2018 but courier service (E com express) not collecting return they dont even contact me.
                  After contacting several time to customer care i only get "will be pick up tomorrow" again and again.

                  Solution needed : arrange pick up and take action against person defaulting.

                      I have scheduled pick up for 2 products on 2nd december, your delivery person called me 3 days prior to that for pick up, i told him to come on 2nd as i had scheduled the same on that day. He didnt turn up on 2nd or 3rd, i complained to your customer care. I was assigned a new delivery executive on 4th, he also didnt turn up and marked reason as customer rescheduled while he never contacted or came to my address. I complained again the next day. Today on 7th december i was reassigned another executive, he also didnt turn up nor called me, and marked reason as address not locatable. Do you think customers are fools and have no other work to sit at home all day for you delivery boy to come? I want my refund immediately, because delay in pick up is from your side not mine, and you have wasted my 4 days in anticipation of pick up. Issue my refund for both my returns at this very point of time, and i dont care pick up you products after 10 years, they are intact and unopened. This the worst experience i have had with an ecommerce company

                        Few months ago i escalated the issue of a product which was not delivered. Although i created an exchange request but when i checked out i saw the primary product was not delivered. I made a complaint at your side but no response has been given finally. Can you please escalate the issue as this item was worth around 550 rupees. Such type of business is not expected from myntra.

                          I paid for the order through phonepe & cash excess for what was the final order amount and the delivery boy didn't deliver the parcel and told me to pick it up from the delivery centre and after not delivering the order for 3 days he cancelled it. He was very rude and didn't return my paid amount and after registering a complaint at myntra no action has been taken after 48 hours.

                            I have 2 complaints.

                            First: i need to know the escalation matrix with myntra for customer helpline, how a customer can reach the managers to provide a feedback/complaint.

                            Today, i was made to hold the line for 10 mins and then myntra executive disconnects the line.
                            I called second time and was transferred to ms. Ekta a supervisor at myntra customer help desk. When i was asking her certain questions/query about my concerns with myntra services, she did not provide exact information or correct answers to queries and acted very unprofessional and and disconnected the call on my face when i was asking a call back from manager for an explanation. Is this acceptable?

                            I see this is a growing problem in india now, as e-commerce companies like myntra are treating their customer very unprofessionally. I strongly believe there should be some govt. Authority to monitor their agreed level of services/promotional ads/customer satisfaction norms with their end customers and not treat them in a way which is not acceptable.

                            Also, why is myntra support not transparent and hesitate to register a case and prevent customers from reaching higher management in case of genuine complaints.

                            Managers at myntra are either not bothered how operations are happening in my area and within myntra, which is below standard and not as on agreed terms with their customer. They are never available for a call back or discussion with customer. They are not monitoring how customer support is functioning. Let me tell folks and management at myntra, no one gives you the authority to treat your customers unprofessionally and not on agreed business level which is falsely advertise/promoted but is missing!

                            Second: the delivery executive updated falsely. I was told by the delivery executive that he will come for delivery by 3 pm over phone and asked me to be available.
                            Later i got a message around 4 pm that it could not be delivered.
                            Point here is not that i didnt get the product, but i was falsely made to wait or lied and committed over the call by myntra delivery executive.

                            Let us not promote this kind of business ethics in india and prevent this from happening with fellow country men and women.

                            This is falsely update here by Myntra.com, They have never tried to reach me, they cancelled the order without any delivery attempts. I was told manager will call me in next 24 hours it never happened. Basically nothing was done except closing this complaint without action.

                              On 28 nov 2018, i happened to order two things from myntra, the estimated delivery date was 4th of dec. But i failed to track my order status as there was no update after 30th nov. Then for 3 consecutive days i called their customer executives but they were really glum in that case as well. I have paid online, after few requests they cancelled the order today, and refunding will take 7-10 days. I want my refund immediately.

After that received a cancellation message. Regarding return pick up... The. Courier boy says serial no. Not matching... I asked the courier boy to return me back the product but he has neither returned me back the jacket neither contacted mantra for serial no mismatch..

                                  I am nitya tyagi. I have ordered a pair of jeans from all about you on 29th nov'18. As it was under try and buy scheme, owner of the order was not available at the time of delivery (On 1st dec'18). Order then was rescheduled but haven't delivered till now. I already have made 3 complaints regarding the issue, everytime i was told to wait for 48 hours and again for 48hrs.

                                    The first and foremost thing is myntra is following practices not followed by any other e-commerce website. We are being charged a delivery fee for our purchased less than 1000. Post that the quality of the product is not upto the mark then upon returning myntra deducts the shipping fee.

                                    This is disgusting. Upon raising the request. We are not given any proper justification as in why.

                                    This is terrible. The policies of other websites are so consimer friendly than this site.. First of all the quality of the products onyntra is not maintained then they have world worst policies to rectify that.

                                      On 4th dec, amount of 5211.35 got debited to myntra, but order was not placed. I called the customer care, they assured me refund will be done within 48 hrs.Later i have placed another order for Rs.4373.41 which was successful. After 3 days I m yet to receive the refund. Customer care now is not able to give me any proper information.Attaching the screenshot of amount debited in my statement

                                      My complaint was resolved by my bank HDFC, they have given refund, Myntra team did nothing, they just kept on asking to wait for 24 hours, 48 hours.No courtesy to reply with resolution.

                                        I placed an order on december 12, 2018 from myntra for a pack of two axe perfume. I have paid the money online and even got a message from canara bank about the transaction. But i havent received any confirmation message from myntra. When i thought of tracking the order, even their nothing was shown. Im still waiting. Im worried. I either want the confirmation message and the product or i want my money back. Dont get ur customers mad.
