I contacted 2 times on their customer care number and written a complaint comment on their facebook page they gave me instant reply and mailed me about the details. They sorted it out in the next day itself and i got the return approval for that missing item and got credited the refund to my account. I got the solution for only the missing product. Also they tried to contact me through phone.
Its better to give them the detailed description about your problem via phone or email.
