I have scheduled pick up for 2 products on 2nd december, your delivery person called me 3 days prior to that for pick up, i told him to come on 2nd as i had scheduled the same on that day. He didnt turn up on 2nd or 3rd, i complained to your customer care. I was assigned a new delivery executive on 4th, he also didnt turn up and marked reason as customer rescheduled while he never contacted or came to my address. I complained again the next day. Today on 7th december i was reassigned another executive, he also didnt turn up nor called me, and marked reason as address not locatable. Do you think customers are fools and have no other work to sit at home all day for you delivery boy to come? I want my refund immediately, because delay in pick up is from your side not mine, and you have wasted my 4 days in anticipation of pick up. Issue my refund for both my returns at this very point of time, and i dont care pick up you products after 10 years, they are intact and unopened. This the worst experience i have had with an ecommerce company
