I ordered 3 products in myntra on dec 12 2018, it was 2 set of jeans and a puma shoe... But they deliverd women's inner wears, tops and skirts.. I raised a complaint on dec 12 and now its jan 2 they have not yet given me a refund and its very atrocious that em calling them every day and every time when i call them they will file it as a new complaint and they will ask me to wait for 3 days... I have not yet received any solution for this they have to refund me around 3000 rs

I am priyadarshini w/o purshotham srinivas from hyderabad writing this complaint regarding myntra online shopping. I purchased item (Shoes) to my husband as a gift in myntra online shopping my order no. 109727970865967905901 (In offer) order amount rs. 2063.82/- instantly paid amount rs. 2063.82/- on 21/12/2018. I received conformation message i. E., my order is conformed then it will delivery on till on 26/12/2018. But, till up-to right now (31/12/2018) i didn't received my order. When i checked myntra app, my order as been returned to origin is displayed. There is no call from delivery boy, also no conformation from me without any intimation the product is returned. How could they do that? When i call to customer care no.[protected] they customer executive is telling me make a re-order. But, i ordered in offer time the shoes price rs. 2063.82/- which is paid! Now the price is rs.3, 500/-. Same issue happen in 18-july-2016 with my husband & my friend. Please sir, i want justice! This type of online frauds happening again and again please take an action on myntra.
I don't want return money i need my product. So, that my husband can wear and celebrate in my family marriage party.

This e-mail is with regard to the complaint about your return request for "shuz touch women black solid sandals".

I was promised a refund within 24 hrs on 22nd dec'18 and it's been over 10 days now i haven't heard from the team.

In spite of multiple calls and emails, my issue is not addressed. Every time i follow up, the conversation ends with a false promise. Now 30 days eligibility period for a refund/ exchange has also expired.

I have already filed a complaint with consumer forum and will take to social media now.

Please refer to the last messages in the attached images here where i was informed that the pickup would be done the very next day after cancellation.
This is getting really worse!!
I trust myntra for their quality but this pickup issue is worsening the relation with one of your customer.

I calling customer care so many times but to no effect.

I have ordered some items from the online shopping site myntra.com on 21st december 2018. The ordered products were shipped through xpressbees on 22nd december 2018. The delivery date of the ordered products was 27th december 2018. The tracking id of the products shipped is[protected]. I have already raised a complaint in myntra. May i know the product tracking details and when the ordered products will be delivered.

My name is jeetendra khimji jadhav. I want to file a complaint in the mynta.com.
On december 22, i ordered a denim shirt and sweat shirt from the around 8 o'clock.
My bill 1408 /- rupees which i paid through net banking. Expected delivery time was december 30 and december 31. But in these 8 days, the delivery of both the products became automatic cancel.
When i call the delivery boy, he is saying that this is the wrong number with giggles the and second delivery boy, i called him around 20 times but he didnt picked and call from me. So i called myntra.com customer service, so far this poor service has been found. After 1 hour, our number came and said, after coming in, that customer service guy (Akshay) said to me there is no problem in delivery and our service. After checking, he found some problem, after founding some pronblem. He was not giving me any kind of assurty for products. There is no guarantee that the product will come or not. And once your product shiped, you can not cancle the product then they will say that it is cancelled by you. What can we do? It has not been delivered yet. It's been 2 december 2019. We have already made a payment. Please help us this kind of online fraud. Please help.

I ordered 6products from myntra on 22dec.Five Out of them are delivered and one is still not delivered.I got msg of delivered on 28Dec but product still not delivered.I registered my complaint on 31dec with customer care but there is no follow up from them.And they claim as they delivered that product. And i already done payment through debit card.

Ab muje mere orders main se kuch kapde jo muje fit nahi ho rahe use return karne hai par myntra mera account block karke mere sath cheat kar raha hai... Aur Myntra.com pe 30 days ki Return or Replace ki policy hai and maine kuch bhi galat nahi kiya mere account se and agar kiya hai to specifically kya kiya hai uska reason bhi nahi diya myntra walo ne muje... I have booked an apparel which has to be delivered on 01st jan 2019, but the order has been cancelled without my knowledge or consent. Here the delivery boys are taking their own decisions on our orders which we have placed and prepaid order which is not so good act.

How can they take an initiative to cancel the order which i have booked? Other apparels booked at the same time has been delivered except this.

I want to complain about incompetent services of myntra.com as it did not deliver my order on time & when called to escalate the issue they disconnected my call. They did not even apologise for the inconvenience & hassle i went through when speaking to their rep over the phone. The order was placed on 28/12/2018 & at first it was suppose be delivered by 31/12/2018 later got changed to 01/01/2019 but was not even delivered on 1st jan. It is important for online retailer to make delivery as promised.

The myntra and jabong return pickup from vizag is pathetic..they are not even picking up the product and not even attempting. Even calling the customer care is of no use as they just advice to wait. But the problem is no one is coming and picking up and fake updates are done in myntra and jabong websites.
From last 2 weeks I have been calling myntra and jabong customer care... But no resolution. They ask us to wait . And the delivery boy who is assigned for pickup doesn't at all bother to come and collect the product which are kept for exchange or return.

This is with reference to order no.[protected]-5360503, my nayo black solid anarkali has been ordered on 25 december, 2018 and i was not delivered till now. For your information it expected to arrive by 30 december2018 and no information is available on the app regarding my order.
So please provide information about the same. And deliver it as soon as possible.

I am very much disappointed with the services as my order is not yet recieved from past 9 days and more. When i check on the site they said its unable to deliver after 9 days this is ridiculous and not even informed or notice me anything by mail or by phone. I am pissed of with the service and will not order anything from myntra anymore as my order was a gift for someone and its delayed from long time.

I have bought a colorbar radiant white uv fairness sandy nude compact 003 with order number[protected]-9451403. The compact that i received was broken. The package was not packed properly. This kind of service is not expected from brand like myntra. I am frequent costumer of myntra and never expected this. I want refund of this as soon as possible.

I returned (Self-shipped) aurelia kurti because the stuff was not good. Myntra putted my returend order in hold and when i called the customer care she told that your return order is cancelled because that product was used. I returend after few days... On dec 23rd, i ordered 2 libas kurtas and one trouser. For your visibility my order id =[protected]-8839703. But i just received 1 libas kurta. I need my other two products within the eta. It seems to be forgery or a fake online shopping if i didn't receive my purchase. I couldn't able to track my order. And i need an immediate response regarding this.

I returned my product on 11th dec 2018. And my refund is still pending as on 1st january, 2019. I have called customer care many times, usually once in a day from the past 20 days but my issue still remains unsolved. I even talk to their senior executives regarding my issue but even they will assure me my refund within 24 hours and will not generate it. I want my refund of rs. 1299 back as soon as possible and expect myntra to show some sincerity
