Myntra shows its best double standard by adding it's customer number into reject list. I complaint to mr. Sagar that today morning your so called delivery boy cancelled my order deliberately and that product was very important to me. Mr. Sagar said to me that you don't have to worry you will have your product today. But it was useless. And myntra i challenge you that i will make you face in consumer court. You played with trust of your customer. Your employees are lier.

    I Rajendra, I ordered a Roadster Men Black Analogue Watch MFB-PN-HP-3749 watch, which I got damaged I took exchang of item but as per policy of myntra if you got damaged product you first complain in customer care so on 4 Dec 2018 I complained and received a mail regarding approval on 6 Dec 2018. But till now I don't receive it. 2 times deliveryman came and didn't pick up order because deliveryman don't have any approval message regarding product. I complain many times, they give me 24 hrs time but nothing will happen. I called about 7-8 times but don't know what is the policy. Is there any transparency or ❌ . Today I receive a mail that your exchange will cancelled due to technical reasons, and satisfiy me to give a 400 rupee couple . What I will do by this couple, why I reorder by this online site

      I ordered a wrogn men's jacket on 10th of december and it should be delivered by 15th of december as stated by them, but the item was not delivered till date and there is no update about the delay so far.
      I paid 2262.35 rupees through net banking
      I contacted the customer service buy even they are very unclear about this and they arent helpful
      I spoke to them twice still no one could figure out the issue.

        It's been a horrible shopping experience at myntra yet again. After being a loyal and ardent costumer of myntra for such a long time, it's really saddening to see how they have degraded their services. I made an online payment for black tommy hilfiger slim fit jeans with an early access fees and the required amount of money was immediately debited from my account. But my order was never confirmed. I called up their customer care services and they told me that my order had been declined. Now they say that my money would be credited to my account within 7 to 10 days and i will have to place the order again for buying the same product! This is utterly irresponsible of them! When they can immediately deduct the money from my account to buy a product i won't even receive, why do they take such a long time to refund the same money?

        After calling up their customer services probably a couple of times, they acted upon it and credited the money into my account exactly a week after the aforementioned incident. Thank you for taking my complaint forward. 🙂

          Hi,

          I have ordered a nike shoe form myntra on november 30, 2018 with order id:[protected]-7600801 with prepaid order through phonepe. I have received the package on 4th dec 2018. But when i open the package the box of nike shoe was empty when i try to find out i see that packet is open below the bill it was very finely repacked with tape & the box inside was damaged. I believe after the initial quality check & packaging, some one has opened the package, took the product & repacked with tape it again.

          On 19 dec, 2018 i received a mail from myntra (Complaint no: in[protected]), they took 15 working days & came back saying "as per the update from the concern department, i would like to inform you that all the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check and the same was also delivered. Hence i regret to inform you that your refund request for a missing product has been declined."

          I don't need to lie for a product valued around 7k when i am earning around 70k. I don't accept the resolution at all & strongly believe there is some loophole in their packaging & shipping department. I never expected this kind of behavior from myntra & couldn't understand how can they treat a loyal & regular customer like this for the mistake of your backend team.

            I placed an order (shirt) on myntra, I received a wrong product.In the myntra app itself I raised return request and no response from their side. I ordered a checked shirt and I received a plain shirt, these guy's have any commonsense?

            It's too worst I spent lot of time to contact the customer care but no response. I think they don't have any commonsense, they are waste the customer's valueable time.

              I hv made purchase on 26 nov 2018 worth Rs 7539.73
              After dat i had returned all the products since all were too large in size for me.
              I got the message of pickup and after some days the status was on myntra app dat the refund is processed. I did wait for some days but amount is not credited to my account yet. I hv called myntra customer care they told me dat refund is processed from their end and i hv to go to my bank branch or call their customer care. Wen i went to my branch n called customer care they said they hv not received any refund from myntra.

                I ordered a tracksuit of fort collins and the item in the packet was missing as i only got the upper but mot the lower (Order no.[protected]-4935603). For which i post a complaint and got it returned on 10th december (Return id. [protected]). Now i got the mail from myntra that quality check has been failed. I don know what is happening with the myntra. I returned the product same as it was recieved. Even the representatives are not giving the information about the same. Kindly make my issue resolved.

                    Send me a defective product and their customer care team replied that i damaged the product.
                    When couriered it back to the mahipalpur myntra center, they didn't even open it. And said that product is damaged from my side and returned it back. I have made a video and clicked pictures of the same. As discussed with kunal (Customer care executive).
                    I want my money to be refunded. From that day onwards, i have stopped purchasing from myntra.

I have been struggling with the customer care sicne 15 days. They are cheating with me. No one is helping me. I made the complaint 13 days before and today is 19 dec 2018.                         Placed an order on Myntra on 6th December was supposed to be delivered by 10th of December, i kept waiting till 13th got no call from the delivery people, called the customer care they said "we have no idea where your parcel is" requested the customer care to cancel the order and give me the refund neither have they cancelled the order nor have they refunded it's been more than 10 days iam waiting and I have had no response from myntra the customer carew was of no use, my issue is unresolved .

                          I had places an order and got a different item, and placed an exchange order and whenever the delivery boy came, he did not take the product because it did not match with the product on his phone. Even after complaining 100 times, my tra people didnt bother to solve it...
                          When i called coustomer care, they kept cancelling my call

                            This is regarding order[protected]-0138403. The product was supposed to be delivered last to last friday (7th dec 2018). I got a message from myntra that the product is out for delivery and when i called the delivery boy, he said he didn't bring the package and it will be delivered on saturday (8th dec 2018). While the myntra app still showed that the product was out for delivery, i waited till monday (10th dec 2018) and finally called customer care to complain in the evening. They said due to the network issues and system being down they cannot take down the complaint and i should call an hour later. I called again after two hours but the same was told to me. I called on tuesday morning (11th dec 2018) and yet again i was told the same thing. I called again around 9 am same day (11th dec 2018) and then finally they took down my complain. On tuesday evening, suddenly the status changed to delivered in myntra app for the same product. I did not receive any messages for delivery also. The product was not delivered. I called again on tuesday (11th dec 2018) evening telling them that the product is not delivered and yet marked delivered. They said that it will be solved in 48 hours. I called twice on thursday (13th dec 2018) to check and even spoke to a supervisor "apurva" and she confirmed that it will definitely be resolved in 24 hours. I called back again on friday (14th dec 2018). They said the delivery partners are not able to provide the signature and the backend team was working on it. On sunday (16th dec 2018) i called again and the executive told me that now since they have not been able to provide the signature details, she has initiated a complaint about "product delivered at wrong address" and will be resolved in 48 hours. Today (18th dec 2018) again when i called, i spoke to a lady executive "neha" and she just bluntly said that the product is delivered at the address given. I said that it is not delivered and she said that an email has been sent with signature details. I told her that i did not receive any emails and she said she can't help me any further. She was unable to connect me to the backend team, who claim that the product was delivered but have no proof otherwise. Also, she was unable to connect me to any supervisors who could actually help me with the matter. It's like a dead end. I have tried connecting with the customer care on twitter and facebook too but they just dont care.

                              I ordered a zivame underwear from myntra, but for some issues I wanted to return that but I waited for 8days but they didn't pick up my stuff..I wrote a complain about that matter. But still no solution i receive.i called them several times but they didn't give any perfect solution.

                                Team, i have ordered shoetopia women black slip-on sneaker and taanz women blue solid regular fit capris on 8th december as per the confirmation from myntra estimated delivery was 15th december. Not yet received any courier and no updates from the myntra team. As discussed wuth customer care people on call i have waited 48 hours but i didn't get any response from you people.                                 Hello Team,

                                I want to esclate this as I am not receiving any proper response from customer care of Myntra and they are dropping my call.

                                The Order no.: 1095050-4404368-1043603 was placed on 26-11-2018, Awb no. 267028070 was generated after shipment. But Ecom Express updating the same status i. e. Pickup Rescheduled For Next Day again and again for last 4 days. Ecom Express customer service says that the product is not handover to them by Myntra.

                                I have requested Myntra customer service to follow up with Ecom Express, but they reffused and disconnected the call.

                                I am using Myntra for last 7 years and till date this is the very poor response received.

                                Please let me know what will Myntra offer me if the product do not get deliver till the expected delivery date.

I made the complaint thrice about it. Its been a week i am calling the customer executive but no resolution has made yet. I have not seen such a highly irresponsible act.                                     I have ordered 2 nike tracksuits from myntra and after receiving the product, the packet contained only jacket in the 1st packet and track pant in the 2nd packet. Both the package had incomplete product.

                                    I informed the customer care for the same within 30 minutes after receiving the product. I made the complaint on 7th dec. 2018. And today is 16th dec. 2018 still no resolution.

                                    Case manager keeps on promising things but no actions were taken, i have been struggling with the customer care since 10 days and no one is helping me out to resolve it.

                                    Instead of solving the issue, they have sent me a mail stating that my myntra account has been blocked/deactivated. And when i asked the reason of such action, customer care got away with that by saying that they will get back to me in 24hrs.

                                    And today they have sent me another mail, that the request of return or exchange has been denied without stating any valid reason.

                                      I ordered fossil eatch online on cod, as the waych which i recieved was of different company which was not that same as so far delivery boy have taken the amount of the watch worth rs 19000/- now myntra is not responding on this fraudulent activity. As iam unable to reach myntra helpline as they hang up. Its been more than 15 days this is soo mentally harrassing situatio. For me to face it.

                                        I have ordered a women black skinny fit mid rise clean look stretchable united colors of benetton jeans against order no.[protected]-925840, but since i didnt liked the jeans and their were quality and fitting issues, i have returned the same and received an email on 05/12/2018 that my return has been put on hold. My return no. Is [protected] and reason showing is quality check failed. But i would like to state that since the jeans was not good i have returned it and even if it failed quality what can i do. I request you to kindly grant me the refund at the earliest as i confirm that the product was unused & it was returned immediately. I have made many purchases through myntra. But its very sad to face all this. I am trying to contact customer care continously but no response i have received till date. Its a request to process the refund at the earliest.
