Hi,
I have ordered a nike shoe form myntra on november 30, 2018 with order id:[protected]-7600801 with prepaid order through phonepe. I have received the package on 4th dec 2018. But when i open the package the box of nike shoe was empty when i try to find out i see that packet is open below the bill it was very finely repacked with tape & the box inside was damaged. I believe after the initial quality check & packaging, some one has opened the package, took the product & repacked with tape it again.
On 19 dec, 2018 i received a mail from myntra (Complaint no: in[protected]), they took 15 working days & came back saying "as per the update from the concern department, i would like to inform you that all the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check and the same was also delivered. Hence i regret to inform you that your refund request for a missing product has been declined."
I don't need to lie for a product valued around 7k when i am earning around 70k. I don't accept the resolution at all & strongly believe there is some loophole in their packaging & shipping department. I never expected this kind of behavior from myntra & couldn't understand how can they treat a loyal & regular customer like this for the mistake of your backend team.
