I ordered jbl earphones rom myntra.com and received empty jbl box without earphones in it. Called courier boy and registered complaint through myntra customer service. I have read many complaints of this sort on forums and they simply say we did quailty check and dont care about customers. How can something like this happen if you deliver it right. I want refund of keeping otherways ready to get it. Order number[protected]-8598303. Complaint number-IN[protected].

    One of my item was out for delivery today and the number provided of the delivery executive was incorrect. He did not make any attempt of calling me and delivered the item to an incorrect address. I have tried to contact service and they are as useless as the delivery executive, cannot get through to a single agent. Please get my parcel delivered to me as soon as possible before I complain in the consumer forum regarding such disguising service.

      Hi,

      I have order 2 items on myntra few days back. My order has been confirmed and got a message as it will be delivered by 31st December 2018. On 24th December 2018 I got a mail as my order has been delivered but I didn't receive the order. I am not sure to whom the product got delivered. Am really worried about this. Can you please check on this at the earliest?

        I ordered Vishud women red and white printed A-line dress with jacket of product code 7286685 on 21st dec and received on 24th dec and i only got the red jacket and the white printed dress was missing. I have requested return request. Will i get refund or will they deliver me the missing item. When i called the customer care they said in 3 working days they will give me status about this.

        I contacted 2 times on their customer care number and written a complaint comment on their facebook page they gave me instant reply and mailed me about the details. They sorted it out in the next day itself and i got the return approval for that missing item and got credited the refund to my account. I got the solution for only the missing product. Also they tried to contact me through phone. Its better to give them the detailed description about your problem via phone or email. [email protected] van be used to contact them via email.

          The order was before the eors sale. N i ordered this biba product with churidar and dupatta. However, i only received the kurta.in this order with order no.:[protected]-2221101. I dint know what to do hence filed a return request.. When i informed about the incomplete product, he said i had to file a complaint.
          I would request you to kindly resolve this issue with the delivery. As when i received the package.. The inner packaging was torn as well but the outer package was intact.

            No order details shown on my myntra account.
            Ordered chemistry jacket worth rs 1479 and corsica heels worth 809, total order was of 2611 inclusive of taxes.
            I just want my order to be delivered asap.. And if it cannot be done, want my money to be refunded back into my account.

              I have filed complaint 4 times with customer care for a product not being picked up for return. Every time i was assured action with 24 to 48 hours but nothing has happened since 2 and half weeks. This has been most ridiculous experience with myntra! The last time i spoke to a senior person on the call but still no action has been taken. I have been a long time loyal customer with myntra and this is the service i get.

              I have made the payment before 6days then myntra has confirmed my order after the delivered date over they are telling we lost... Unable to deliver your product ..rubbish service ever got..i didn't expect this

                On 11th Dec 18, pick up person named Indrajeet ([protected]) picked 2 products but left without sharing receipt .The same was confirmed by his supervisor Mr. Babul Singh ([protected])from Ecom express madhepura. I have recording of phone conversation.On the same day I complained to Myntra for this incident. After that till today every day I called Myntra and sent many mails.Everytime they told me to wait for 24 hours. But now suddenly they declined my request.
                They didn't given receipt, neither clothes nor refund.

                Please help me getting my money back and punish them for such frauds.

                  I ordered an arrow tan boat shoe size 10 for my dad's anniversary on 24 and then order the same shoe for size 9 as size was too large. What i received was a completely different shoe o[censored]nited colors of benetton. I had also ordered a sheet dress from the brand mango but what i received was a normal dress from some company rangriti. Please help as i wanted these items to gift someone on 25 dec 18 but there has been no action from myntra.

                  Hi, i have ordered 3 pair of shoes on 12 dec 18’ and have received only 2 pairs on 20th December and the other one pair missing is mentioned as ‘delivered’ in the myntra tracking section.                     I have ordered the above mentioned shoe on 10 Dec 2018.But there was just one shoe inside the box.So when I raised an exchange of order as per customer care(cc) update, the delivery guy refused to take back the item saying they didn't receive complain of one shoe.I called the Myntra CC again and was told that the delivery guy intentionally saying that they didn't get any such complain.As per their records the complain is made and they should pick up the exchange item.Its been 11 days now, I paid the money but didn't get the product being an old privileded customer of myntra.this is really disappointing.

                    I cancelled one of the products in the order no.[protected]-4730001, that is a DENNISON shirt but the size was small so I cancelled it, but have not received the refund till now.

                      Worst experience shopping from myntra. I normally would shop from jabong but i thought of trying something new and ended up on myntra. So, this delivery guy doesnt even wants to come to my address and cancelled the order without my knowledge. I called the customer service but all in vain. No support.

                      Worst service ever. Never making orders from myntra again.

                        I ordered a dw watch set from myntra,
                        When the package arrived on 05/12/18, i saw that there was only 1 watch in the box, instead of 2.
                        When we complained and asked for a refund, myntra informed us that it was not an issue on their end. Their quality check revealed that the product was fine on dispatch.
                        Return request was declined for above mentioned reason.
                        No proof has been provided from myntra regarding quality checks.
                        Asked to take the word of this fraudulent company.

                          Hello, i am Subhash Gupta. I ordered 7 products on 15 December 2018 with Order number[protected]-1881901 but 3 of them were scheduled to delivered on 17 December 2018. I received 2 packages from DEPENDO-BHUPENDER delivery guy. I asked him that there should be three packages and he said two products are in one package . Since the two products were from Roadster so I thought maybe possible and accepted the packages. The moments I opened the packages I got Puma Shoes and Chino pants but not Jeans. I found two slips in Shoes package and one in Pants package. I registered complaint within 15 minutes of delivery and got assurance that matter will be resolved within 3 days.
                          I called again today, 21/12/2018 morning and again Myntra assured me to resolve the issue. I received an email hours later that My claims doesn't stand and they are unable to help. I again called Myntra and after putting me on long hold they said that they can not help and product left the logistics.
                          Isn't it Myntra's responsibility to deliver product safely and manage their delivery team. They do not hesitate to call their customer liar who put so much faith on such eCommerce. If you want money just ask for donations but do not cheat.
                          I never asked for return on missing product but atleast deliver what you could not and strengthen your customer service. Of course I cancelled other products and hope they refund it without making it an issue too.
                          Kindly look into the matter and deliver the product or if can not please refund.

                            Its been a horrible shopping experience at myntra. Its really saddening to see that. I made online payement for harvard women maroon solid biker jacket and roadster t-shirt with an early acess fees and the required amount of money was immediately debited from my account. But my order was never confirmed.
                            In how many days i get money back in my account and what is procedure to getting back.

                              I was an ardent customer of myntra bt now in doubt to buy fm this site. Very bad delivery service. I hv placed an order of roadster sweater which was to be delivered to me by 15th dec bt till date of no avail. Sms comes fm myntra bt my product does not. Called the customer service, bt they are of no help. Really disapponted with myntra and their service.

                              Myntra's delivery give s wrong comments that delivery is attempted bt is not received...whereas im waiting for the product to be delivered since 15th of dec.moreover my this particular product is on myntra credit..means i made partial payment in advance..no response fm the customer service team n im helpless

                                Myntra shows its best double standard by adding it's customer number into reject list. I complaint to mr. Sagar that today morning your so called delivery boy cancelled my order deliberately and that product was very important to me. Mr. Sagar said to me that you don't have to worry you will have your product today. But it was useless. And myntra i challenge you that i will make you face in consumer court. You played with trust of your customer. Your employees are lier.

                                  I Rajendra, I ordered a Roadster Men Black Analogue Watch MFB-PN-HP-3749 watch, which I got damaged I took exchang of item but as per policy of myntra if you got damaged product you first complain in customer care so on 4 Dec 2018 I complained and received a mail regarding approval on 6 Dec 2018. But till now I don't receive it. 2 times deliveryman came and didn't pick up order because deliveryman don't have any approval message regarding product. I complain many times, they give me 24 hrs time but nothing will happen. I called about 7-8 times but don't know what is the policy. Is there any transparency or ❌ . Today I receive a mail that your exchange will cancelled due to technical reasons, and satisfiy me to give a 400 rupee couple . What I will do by this couple, why I reorder by this online site

                                    I ordered a wrogn men's jacket on 10th of december and it should be delivered by 15th of december as stated by them, but the item was not delivered till date and there is no update about the delay so far.
                                    I paid 2262.35 rupees through net banking
                                    I contacted the customer service buy even they are very unclear about this and they arent helpful
                                    I spoke to them twice still no one could figure out the issue.

                                      It's been a horrible shopping experience at myntra yet again. After being a loyal and ardent costumer of myntra for such a long time, it's really saddening to see how they have degraded their services. I made an online payment for black tommy hilfiger slim fit jeans with an early access fees and the required amount of money was immediately debited from my account. But my order was never confirmed. I called up their customer care services and they told me that my order had been declined. Now they say that my money would be credited to my account within 7 to 10 days and i will have to place the order again for buying the same product! This is utterly irresponsible of them! When they can immediately deduct the money from my account to buy a product i won't even receive, why do they take such a long time to refund the same money?

                                      After calling up their customer services probably a couple of times, they acted upon it and credited the money into my account exactly a week after the aforementioned incident. Thank you for taking my complaint forward. 🙂

                                        I have ordered a nike shoe form myntra on november 30, 2018 with order id:[protected]-7600801 with prepaid order through phonepe. I have received the package on 4th dec 2018. But when i open the package the box of nike shoe was empty when i try to find out i see that packet is open below the bill it was very finely repacked with tape & the box inside was damaged. I believe after the initial quality check & packaging, some one has opened the package, took the product & repacked with tape it again.

                                        On 19 dec, 2018 i received a mail from myntra (Complaint no: in[protected]), they took 15 working days & came back saying "as per the update from the concern department, i would like to inform you that all the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check and the same was also delivered. Hence i regret to inform you that your refund request for a missing product has been declined."

                                        I don't need to lie for a product valued around 7k when i am earning around 70k. I don't accept the resolution at all & strongly believe there is some loophole in their packaging & shipping department. I never expected this kind of behavior from myntra & couldn't understand how can they treat a loyal & regular customer like this for the mistake of your backend team.
