I have placed return request for 05 nos. Of raymond curtains purchase from myntra.com on 01 nov.2018. Got message that return pickup will be done by 09 nov 2018 by courier partner delivery.
After so many follow-ups, pickup person of delivery said he will pick return on 5th nov 2018, but he didn't came to house i. E. Akhri varanasi - up to get the package. He asked us to come to his place and give package to him in - person. My father waited 3 hrs at his place to give that package but in last pickup person denied to take the package and he placed a return decline request.
Can myntra person tell me what kind of behaviour is this? We are not purchasing things online to get harassed like this and to waste our time.
Now i am thinking to stop any purchase from myntra going forward as this kind of service is not acceptable.
I have again placed return request, just get that package and refund my money back because i feel it is not worthfull to go again with myntra.

I have order a wireless earphone from Myntra website. When I have recieved the product there was nothing inside the box and the packing was done with tapes and Myntra packing box was also damaged very badly. I'm very disappointed with your services and I will never going to use this website anymore. I already raised the complaint on your customers service toll free number interaction is[protected] your executive told me to wait for 3 days so I will wait and if nothing will done by you guys then I'm going to take some serious action against your company. I want the new earphone ASAP, I don't neend my money back. I want quicker response otherwise it's gonna cost you very much. I hope you guys will do the right thing and make all these things correctly.

I have ordered the product 2GO Blue Track Pants (M) and placed the exchange for size (L). I have received the shorts in exchange product.
i am very old customer of myntra and placed order frequently. as myntra has very good exchange and refund policy i relied on it an have not checked the product as i was out of the town.
While contacting the myntra customer care i have not received any desirable solution and they disconnected the call.
I am very disappointed as i am not expecting this behavior from such a huge brand.
The product is no use for me. its a waste. i want my correct product on which i have invested. i need help on this.

Hi, my return request is [protected].
I ordered a top that was too small to fit and therefore place a return request. I received a message saying it will be picked up but by eod i receive another message saying i have the rescheduled the request, although i wasn't even contacted.
This happened 4-5 times and finally the return request got declined from your end. I called the agent many times, he picked up only once saying he'll come and pick it up tomorrow but never came.
This is a very bad customer service, i had to place another return request, let's see if anyone comes to pick up this time or not.

I had placed an order on 27th oct for three sarees for which i had to return two of them. I had requested the return of the sarees one from my office address (By mistake) and another one from my home. As it was a weekend and the office was closed and so i wanted my goods to be taken from home address. Firstly the number which is mentioned in the delivery message or any communication message from myntra has a number of their ex-employee. So the order was taken by the delivery boy on 2nd of nov from home. Since i had to return both the sarees and the pick up was for only one. I gave both the sarees to the person stating that i have requested for another one as well and please add this to your taken list and the offices are closed due to weekend carry this as well. I also tried ways to contact myntra by searching the email id to tell them that i will be both the sarees together, also the number which is mentioned as"in case of any concerns contact us on +[protected]" this is worst service ever. There is no one on call, the system generated voice just tell us what have you ordered, what have you returned or cancelled thats it. On monday that i. E 5th nov the delivery guy comes to pick up another sarees wherein i have explained him the whole scenario and asked to please let me know the way to get in touch with myntra support but he just went back saying i'll check and let you know. This is the worst service that i couldn't even contact the person who have taken the sarees as the number in the message is of their ex - employee.

I registered a return with you as the wrongn shirt i purchased was small in size. I prepared the product for the pick up but nobody attempted the same. Now i got a message from you that my return request is cancelled without my permission. I contacted your customer care many times but of no use. The courier ecom express man informed me that they wont pick up the product as they are busy. So please resolve my complaint at the earliest and refund my cash.

I have ordered lovable pack of 3 full-coverage t-shirt bras on 5/11/2018.in pack of 3 items, received 1 empty box with no item inside. Also packed items is not in proper condition. All 3 boxes are opened.

Raised an incident for the same with myntra support. Incident reference number is[protected] but no update yet. Please check this as soon as possible.

I made a return request to myntra on 22nd october, 2018 for two items which i received on 21st october, 2018. Myntra initiated the refund process on the same day but it has not been credited in my sbi a/c till date. I am highly fed with the services of myntra and state bank of india as nothing fruitful has come out since the past 15 days. If immediate action is not taken in this regard then i will be left with no other option than to sue you both in consumer court.

I received a call from [protected] informing me that my number has been selected as winner in myntra lucky draw contest among the thousands of shoppers... They shared detailed information of my last order and said that i'll be receiving 2lakh rs and some gold by post within a week.
They asked me to pay 1800 as gst while receiving the product. Is this real or fake?

I made some purchases through my rupay debit card from myntra. Due to some issues i had to return/cancel some products. But the amount is still pending since more than four months.
I've been to the branch office and zonal office (Bank of india). Bank tells me to ask myntra and myntra tells me to ask the bank. The issue hasn't been resolved yet. I've wasted a lot of time in talking to the myntra people and visiting the branch/zonal offices but the amount is still stuck.

I have received the product which doesn't suited and due to that i have sended the return request on 29 october, and it was accepted to be picked up on 30th october but it has not been received from last 5 days, and i have complained in customer service for 3-4 times but they haven't given any attention to this matter. Even i have received the message for pick up but no one came to pick it up.

I ordered a product for my girlfriend. It was an adidas sports bra. The size was the issue. We raised return for that product.

After that they say they attempted return 3 times but i did not get any call. Once i got a call from the return personnel and asked him to pick the parcel up in the next hour since i was in meeting. He did not show up after that.

The return got cancelled due to my unavailability 3 times. But i got a call once and nothing after that. That person wont pick up my phone after that.

I contacted them again. They said they will schedule a return which they didnt. I went ahead and tried to return from the website. The return got declined.

The product is worth 1000 rupees and still in packaging, unused. What am i supposed to do with it.

My name is Vivek and I have been a loyal customer of Myntra from the initial days of Myntra and I used my fiance's account ([protected]@gmail.com) to purchase a Fossil watch for our uncle who was going to be in Bangalore until the 31st October as we wanted to gift him. I ordered a Fossil Men Brown & Black Analogue Watch and paid Rs.17, 595 from Myntra they delivered me a wrong product which is a low-quality Emporio Armani which looks very fake and the quality of that watch is so poor and not even worth Rs.500. Now when I am calling up the customer care, they are not registering a complaint. Require your help here. Please help me out because the amount is too high.

I ordred a mitera saree order placed on: 28 oct 2018 order no:[protected]-4186601 for rs. 2016 (Rs. Two thousand sixteen only) during the sale. On 03.11.2018 time 03.07 pm i received my parcel. When open my parcel, i was very disappointed to see my parcel that it was a shirt despite of a saree. I have requested for return. You are requested to look in to matter.

I placed an order of aarika navy blue cream colour lehanga on 29/10/2018 by order no[protected]-4464601, in my order there was a set of lehanga, blouse with dupatta but I received only lehanga and blouse, duppatta was not delivered .and in picture three buttons were showing on blouse neck and which blouse I received that has one button only.kindly sent dupatta also.

I got a call from myntra. A lady was talking about a lucky draw from my last purchase that i have listed in lucky winners. When i asked about this offer in myntra official customer care then i found that there is not an kind of luck draw exist. She wanted to make me a purchase of 3600 and share the product id with them. Call from noida as she said. And i feel that her way of communication didn't look good. Number from i got the call is [protected].

Hello sir, i had order a mitera brand saree which could not satisfied my expectations. So i returned it the same day. The delivery agent told me that i will get my refund within 3 to 4 working days in my account. But i didnt got the refund. So i called myntra, and they said i will get the refund till 3 nov. But till now i have not got my money back. Please solve my problem.

On 1st of sept 2018 i ordered kids dresses those are defected one. I returned those on 13 sept. Next day only they changed the status (Refund processed). Within 7 days i did received the refund amount. I called myntra and they said its been already processed... Need to check with bank. I called bank and they said 23 digin number they need for tracking, that was invalid number. On 25th sept only they initiated the transaction.
But still not got the money. Its been 2 month. Daily i am calling to mynata. They dont have any clues.. Where taht amount gone... So irrisponsible... Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.. Please stop buy any prodct from them

Myntra is cheating customers by displaying attractive price in product page. I have ordered 5 items combo from myntra and they delivered only 3 in that also one is with wrong size. When i contacted customer care they are telling, you have paid money for only 3 and as there was a technical issue on product page we cannot help. Hopeless customer service and their representative kumar gourav. Acting as he has made the rules.

Actually i bought this product from myntra. And its been 8-9 months since that happend. Now when i try to re order this same product its saying that they cant ship to this pincode 683108. This is te same pincode i used before to purchase this same product. Willl i be able to do order this again plz do check it
