I have brought La Firangi Women Blue Anarkali Kurta ( ORDER NO:[protected]-2841303) cost of Rs. 734.63 from myntra then I returned the product on(Nov 20-2018).but didn't receive any refund till now.

I called their customer care first they said given bank ifsc code wrong then i given correct details but no use.please refund my money to my bank account or myntra wallet.
please help

    The delivery date is 2/12/2018 but still i did not received my product
    I already registered complaint 4 to 5 times. But no resolution is provide against the same. It is not first time but previously i also faced such problem allot..

    I ordered my item on 25-Nov-2018, delivery date was 04-Dec-2018.
    On 04-Dec I called and complained about the status update and today 05 Dec 18 there is no update on my product.
    I called customer care executive several times but still, I don't have any update.

      I placed my order on 24th of november 2018 and paid the money in advance but its still not delivered yet even though the due date was 2nd of december 2018. On 1st december i got a call a call from the delivery person and direct him my house address but he didn't deliver the item and got a message o[censored]nattempted delivery so i reached their customer care service asking about the status but none of their executive give a proper and convincing answer. Still waiting for the item to get delivered. Having a horrible experience with myntra.

        I returned shoes but i can't get the refund back, so tell how much time it go to get refund back.10 days already go. I haven't get the refund back ..in all site the will be 10 days but i had waited till now i can't get the money back from the mantra they get their product back but can't refund the money back. So refund it back and tell how much time it have to get refund.

          Dear myntra, flipkart & roadster team,

          I've been a regular customer of yours and have bought number of clothing items from your online stores. I want to bring to your notice a roadster jeans that i bought from myntra (Bought on april 6, 2018 order id:[protected]-0268001). The jeans is defective and it started wearing out from day one. I might have worn the jeans maybe 4-5 times and washed it couple of times.

          Loose threads, holes have appeared which i've never witnessed before with any of my jeans (Includes other roadster jeans i own). I managed with it anyways thinking it might just be a small bad patch of cloth/threads.

          Your jeans today (Dec 3rd 2018) gave up on me. I was on my way to a meeting and gaping hole of around 7-8 inches appeared near the zip when i sat on a bike. The threads gave up. I had to manage somehow to cover it with my shirt and go about the meeting. Your jeans and your product has really embarrassed me and i'm really pissed about it, angry about how such a multi-million dollar company with stringent qc in place can pass such a useless piece of cloth as denim.

          I need accountability for this failure and be compensated for the embarrassment that i've faced.

            I took a t-shirt from mentra online shoppingt-shirt is huge big, i want to change iti requested to change twice but this person is not changingthe price of my tshirt is ₹ 434 which was a home deliveryat least change this t-shirt yout-shirt navy blue red fort which iif you work correctly, then you will not do any good work, otherwise how do you people get the returns?

              I have ordered a boat unisex black & red bassheads 220 in-ear super extra bass headphones from myntra on on 25th november 2018.
              Order no.:[protected]-7008303
              An email recived from myntra that the product has shipped on 25th.
              The expected delivery date was 1st dec, 2018.
              But on the 1st dec it was not delivered and i called on the customer support arround 8pm. Assured me that the product will be delivered in the next few days. Reference number [incident:[protected]]

              On 3rd dec 2018 i came to know that the product order is lost in the way.

              I called again at myntra.com and asked about the status 'lost'.??
              Who is responsible for such negligence am i or the ecommerce website.?

              Yes, myntra! You are not the best website for shopping because -

              1. I was the first time purchaser from the fraud website named myntra.com.
              2. Not a responsible one like other e-commerce websites.
              3. Don't make a excuse and don't try to make your customers happy by sending "your goodwill coupon details

                    Myntra sent me a damaged watch and declined a request for changing the product. Myntra guys didn't check anything and said it's quality check product. I don't know how can these guys sent me a watch which had seal open and even watch was not working. I raise the concern and they declined the request. We guys do mistake by trusting these e-commerce sites for products and reliability. I don't know where should i raise compliant on this. I am fed up by asking again and again.

                      Executive from myntra has given a wrong i formation on gunj loyality points and grabbed my 5000 worth products, and cheated me giving wrong info, i have call recording for the same. Now they aren't giving my money back or mechindse back. I made a bill of 32k and for which i have exchanged 5000 worth products and paid the remaining bill.
                      Now my merchandise given for exchanged get isn't back, and neither the money/points are also not back... They are cheating with wrong info.

You accept request and then cancel it.Now you say I have to courier the product.What is this?? I have never purchase any product on myntra.                         This is totally disappointing that my watch got cancelled which i was planning to gift my father. Now as the order is cancelled it's showing 4999 per unit.

                        The package shows it got cancelled yesterday i. E. 30th november 2018

                        Requesting you to please let me know why it's been done? I am sure no one cancelled it thru my phone.

                          Did not received the order and the delivery guy cancelled it... As refused... Completely annoying... Called customer care twice... And the item says return to orgin... When i did not return the product..

                          Hey this is in accordance to my return no. - [protected] and [protected] . My order got successfully picked up today, Everytime the refund got initiated the same day and got reflected in my bank account also the same day . I want to know why this time refund has not yet been initiated to my account.
                          8th Oct 2018 I shop from myntra for 1 order payment debited for 2 times... since till date I am taking my payment follow up of rd 2150/- myntra said payment is with bank only contact your bank and bank said payment is with myntra contact myntra order no[protected] 7810601
                          I returned the nike shoes on the same date of delivery i.e on 13th November 2018 but yet i have not received the refund amount. In between i called customer care and they assured for refund within maximum of 8 working days. Those waiting days has also been passed but they have not credited the refund amount in myntra credit.
                          I had made an order of solid men boomer by hrx.
                          It has been returned to origin after regular delay in deliver.
                          I want it to be delivered ASAP.

                            On the 21 of nov, i placed an order for a pair of hrx solid black tights on www.myntra.com, the order number was[protected]-5586801. I paid using my credit card online.

                            After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by the 26th of nov. I didn't receive any updates after that.

                            On the 26th of july at 2:45 pm ireceived a message on my phone saying the product was delivered. I had chosen my home address as the delivery address it is impossible that the item was delivered at that time coz I no one came home to deliver and i didn't receive a call the whole day from myntra asking me to pick up the product.

                            I then called up myntra customer care at the number listed in their website to find out where the product was, the person who answered the call had the same information that i was able to see on their website, that it was delivered to me the previous night.

                            I questioned their information and asked to find out the details of the delivery, the person on the phone raised a complaint against their logistics team and gave me a complaint number. I was asked to wait for 2 working days (I spoke to them on tuesday).

                            On friday, i called the customer care again and asked the details of the complaint i had raised. Surprisingly, they didn't have any information on that yet. I was asked to wait for the weekend to get over and then i would get the information on email.

                            I waited for 5 days and i received nothing from myntra. When i contacted again, i was shocked to find out that my complaint number was invalid, also the executive who answered the call hinted at me having received the product and creating a complaint for no reason. I had to argue back with that person and demanded to speak to his supervisor, to which he conveniently answered that he will arrange a callback, but i received no such calls from myntra. I insisted and another complaint was raised and after more than a month i receive a mail from myntra today and this is what the content of the mail is:

                            I have not yet received my amount back and it was said that it will be 7_10 business days and it's more than that I have not received any refund.

                            It's been too long I'm waiting for the refund which is not yet refunded .
                            My order is confirmed but not visible to me.
                            Its is just showing on email that it is confirmed and when click on track order then there is no active order showing.How should i know that my order is on work or not.I am not able to track or cancelled the item.
                            My order was only exchange offer but no return/refund offer pls help me

                              I received a mail today, 29th november 2018, that the product has been delviered. But i did not receive the product, and now they are not even acknowledging the fact that i did not receive it.
                              The order number was[protected]-5698201 and was placed on 19 november. Please look into the matter as it is very costly product, and the amount was around 2500.

                                Sir, i have ordered a leather jacket on 4th nov 2018 and two track paints on 5th nov 2018. I have received a package on 17 nov 2018, in this package 2 track paints ordered on 5th nov was there. But when i checked invoice of products. I have founded 3 invoices (Both ordered invoice 4th and 5th nov.). Then i have registered complaint, but they declined it and say that we have already delivered that products

I asked the the delivery man he said only one product is there but bill was of two products.                                   I ordered 03 jackets on 15 nov 2018, a packet was delivered to me on 17 nov 2018, the payment was already made at the time of placing an order, when i opened the packet there was 02 jackets only. One jacket rs. 2686.88 was missing but packet contain the bill of missing jacket. The same time i checked myntra app and it says all 03 jackets delivered. I called customer care and told them that just now i received a packet having 02 jackets only but on myntra app showing all three products delivered. They registered a complaint, and told me it will get resolved on or before 21 nov, on nov 22, i asked the status they said complaint is closed as we investigate it was delivered and was in that single packet, i again requested them several time to re investigate, after so many calls, debate, they told be that we cant do anything, packet was delivered. I am in a loss of rs.2686, they closed the complaint as well.

                                  I even asked them how you can judge, the no. Of items in a packet without opening it and if you open it, delivery man will not accept. Ultimately i have to registered a complaint and you have closed the complaint by saying we delivered a packet. Irrespective of the fact that packet contains only 02 items out of three.

                                  Please help me.

                                    I recently ordered a kurta set from ziyaa. It was earlier displayed that it is a pink kurta with pants set but only kurta was delivered. The site has updated its page of the product and displays only the kurta.
                                    Okay if the products description were to be changed then the customers who have ordered the complete set, must be delivered with it.
                                    It was a awful experience.

                                      I received worn out shoes and the delivery guy took more money than the original price. I have chasing mynta since two weeks but no response. No efforts from myntra to process the refund. The delivery guy’s number is never reachable. Cheap guys come to deliver products. The shoes were stinking so bad. I have never faced this issue before with any other app.

                                        Scheduled delivery is not done. It's been said customer has rescheduled the delivery which isn't the case. Also i tried calling the delivery person assigned. But got a reply that it will not be delivered because of problem with myntra app! Delivery is unsuccessful 3 times with no rescheduling by the customer. No response from delivery personnel. Horrible service.
