On the 21 of nov, i placed an order for a pair of hrx solid black tights on www.myntra.com, the order number was[protected]-5586801. I paid using my credit card online.

After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by the 26th of nov. I didn't receive any updates after that.

On the 26th of july at 2:45 pm ireceived a message on my phone saying the product was delivered. I had chosen my home address as the delivery address it is impossible that the item was delivered at that time coz I no one came home to deliver and i didn't receive a call the whole day from myntra asking me to pick up the product.

I then called up myntra customer care at the number listed in their website to find out where the product was, the person who answered the call had the same information that i was able to see on their website, that it was delivered to me the previous night.

I questioned their information and asked to find out the details of the delivery, the person on the phone raised a complaint against their logistics team and gave me a complaint number. I was asked to wait for 2 working days (I spoke to them on tuesday).

On friday, i called the customer care again and asked the details of the complaint i had raised. Surprisingly, they didn't have any information on that yet. I was asked to wait for the weekend to get over and then i would get the information on email.

I waited for 5 days and i received nothing from myntra. When i contacted again, i was shocked to find out that my complaint number was invalid, also the executive who answered the call hinted at me having received the product and creating a complaint for no reason. I had to argue back with that person and demanded to speak to his supervisor, to which he conveniently answered that he will arrange a callback, but i received no such calls from myntra. I insisted and another complaint was raised and after more than a month i receive a mail from myntra today and this is what the content of the mail is:

I have not yet received my amount back and it was said that it will be 7_10 business days and it's more than that I have not received any refund.

It's been too long I'm waiting for the refund which is not yet refunded .

My order is confirmed but not visible to me.
Its is just showing on email that it is confirmed and when click on track order then there is no active order showing.How should i know that my order is on work or not.I am not able to track or cancelled the item.

    I received a mail today, 29th november 2018, that the product has been delviered. But i did not receive the product, and now they are not even acknowledging the fact that i did not receive it.
    The order number was[protected]-5698201 and was placed on 19 november. Please look into the matter as it is very costly product, and the amount was around 2500.

      Sir, i have ordered a leather jacket on 4th nov 2018 and two track paints on 5th nov 2018. I have received a package on 17 nov 2018, in this package 2 track paints ordered on 5th nov was there. But when i checked invoice of products. I have founded 3 invoices (Both ordered invoice 4th and 5th nov.). Then i have registered complaint, but they declined it and say that we have already delivered that products

      I got a message of delivery of two products but only one product was delivered. I asked the the delivery man he said only one product is there but bill was of two products. I am attaching the screenshot of product which is shown to be delivered but not actually delivered.Kindly look into the matter.

        I ordered 03 jackets on 15 nov 2018, a packet was delivered to me on 17 nov 2018, the payment was already made at the time of placing an order, when i opened the packet there was 02 jackets only. One jacket rs. 2686.88 was missing but packet contain the bill of missing jacket. The same time i checked myntra app and it says all 03 jackets delivered. I called customer care and told them that just now i received a packet having 02 jackets only but on myntra app showing all three products delivered. They registered a complaint, and told me it will get resolved on or before 21 nov, on nov 22, i asked the status they said complaint is closed as we investigate it was delivered and was in that single packet, i again requested them several time to re investigate, after so many calls, debate, they told be that we cant do anything, packet was delivered. I am in a loss of rs.2686, they closed the complaint as well.

        I even asked them how you can judge, the no. Of items in a packet without opening it and if you open it, delivery man will not accept. Ultimately i have to registered a complaint and you have closed the complaint by saying we delivered a packet. Irrespective of the fact that packet contains only 02 items out of three.

        Please help me.

          I recently ordered a kurta set from ziyaa. It was earlier displayed that it is a pink kurta with pants set but only kurta was delivered. The site has updated its page of the product and displays only the kurta.
          Okay if the products description were to be changed then the customers who have ordered the complete set, must be delivered with it.
          It was a awful experience.

            I received worn out shoes and the delivery guy took more money than the original price. I have chasing mynta since two weeks but no response. No efforts from myntra to process the refund. The delivery guy’s number is never reachable. Cheap guys come to deliver products. The shoes were stinking so bad. I have never faced this issue before with any other app.

              Scheduled delivery is not done. It's been said customer has rescheduled the delivery which isn't the case. Also i tried calling the delivery person assigned. But got a reply that it will not be delivered because of problem with myntra app! Delivery is unsuccessful 3 times with no rescheduling by the customer. No response from delivery personnel. Horrible service.

                I think this is a fraud company, and it's main objective is how to blunder the customers who are using credit and debit cards, after calling many times my refund amount is still not initated and blamed to bank for refund the amount. I had bought a vanhussen jacket an 14th aug 18 from this side and returned it due to not fitted properly but i am still waiting for the refund. I am sharing u the reference no which was given by the myntra customer service executive. I request u if possible than refund the amount and maintain transparent relationship with customer not fraud relationship.

                  I had placed an order in myntra.com, the product was delivered from blue dart courier the parcel was received by my mother the parcel was torn and again taped on it, when opened the parcel there was empty then i had called to myntra customer care they are saying they there was a product in parcel and they had said they will arrange to call back with their manager they had called me i was on bike again i was calling back they had kept me mail saying that complaint closed not responding i want my refund back.

                  Myntra a cheaters. They are cheating with me by sending wrong product now not giving my money . Voice of India please before you checkout on myntra beware of it might be tomorrow will be one of you on cheating list .

                    Order no.[protected]-5701401 was rejected and return applied for. Appointment was fixed up but no one turned up, since then calling on customer care no. And get in turn a lollipop saying, problem will be resolved in 48 hrs. Sofar no action no pick up and almost a week has lapsed. No one is bother to resolve. Return policy timing is also near to expiry.

                    What to do? Please advise should i forget this money as charity in favour of myntra?

                      I have place an order of soundbot black bluetooth speaker on 20 november 2018 and the product i recieved was completely wrong. I have ordered a bluetooth wireless speaker worth rs.1412 but instead recieved a cosmetic product worth not more than rs.500 which was not ordered by me. The exchange option is also not working even if i tried refreshing the page many times. I am unable to reach myntra customer care helpline number as well. Kindly refund the amount or else deliver the correct product to the soonest possible time. A tons of dissatisfactation to myntra for the huge mistake and negligence.

                        I am so disatisfied with myntra for the great mistake they have recently created, i have ordered a soundbot black bluetooth speaker and in contrary have recieved some cosmetic products and when i try to exchange it, the page doesnt show anythng i tried refreshing the page several times but of no use. I want my money back or the exact product what i have ordered. Such a lame careless act. Never expect this from myntra

I have just called your helpline too and he too has sent the request for my query however, he has not confirmed the same.                             I am very disappointed by your service and your quality of product. You send me a pair of defective jacket (Dressberry). I placed a return request the day my order arrived. First of all the delivery guy came 7 days later and then i got a message that the quality check failed. Did you do a quality check before delivering the item? I have not even used the product in any way. The tags are all there and it clearly is a defective piece. The delivery guy is telling me to call customer care again and again. It has already been 10 days and if the time expires i will sue you. I am not going to let you get away with my money.

                            Please do not harass the customer like this. You are losing your customers. Please return my money asap.

                              I had purchased a pair of nike shoes worth 4095 which i retured soon aftr 8 days due to size issue, the product was picked up and i was waiting for the refund as they mentioned i had to wait for 7 working days, i get a message saying the refund is initiated to my source account, checked but the amount wasn't reflecting, spoke to the myntra customer care and the adviced to get in touch with the bank. Personally visited the bank and the manager said its not transfered to the account. Again called up myntra ans the gave me a reference number but still the bank couldn't help me with it. Requesting myntra to help me out instead of me troubling myself for my own money

                                I have placed Order #[protected]-7035101 with 3 items at Myntra.com. I received only two items, another one 'Tokyo Talkies
                                Women Brown Printed Maxi Dress' not received. Placed complaint with respective customer care, but no action taken. In site the status is delivered. Delivery boy says he dropped item but receiver signature doesnt match with my house owner and owner confirmed no courier received in my name.

                                Please help from your side. The product cost 883 rs. :(

                                  Now 16 days has gone but my account is not credited yet, i called myntra again nd again even they didn't reply me properly, then they provide me bank reference no - [protected]

                                    I returned the product but i havent recieved refund
                                    I am writing this email to inform you that The shoe you Sent in return for the Defective shoe on 26th September, is just as same as before.The shoe has bent and The soles are rugged as before.

                                    i am feeling very dissatisfied at your service.I am looking forward to Forward this Email to Skeckers for the same.

                                      First they provided me a wrong product and when i asked for exchange they haven't helped me. After 10 days of exchange i requested for refund option. But the pick up boy refused me to accept that as he said he does not received any e mail from myntra for wrong product. Very poor service from myntra. As they haven't resolved my problem. I used to call the myntra customer care on daily basis. They always said the issue being raised and your problem will be sorted out in 24 hours. But it's been 14 days and i does not get any solution. And pick up boy (E cart) daily pick up the product from my home and return it to me in the evening by saying that he had not received any e mail from myntra regarding the wrong product.

                                        I have ordered a watch for my uncle and he has received a call on the name of mytra that he won a prize of 50 k. Fraud team has shared the order and address details to my uncle so he got convinced. On behalf on my uncle i have shared my card details to fraud people. Due to that i lost my 4172 amount. I have also raised an complain with myntra that how can they shared my personal details to fraud. Then they have not taken this seriously and dint nothing and asked me to raise an cyber crime report.
