I have returned total Four Products. Three products i have returned on 13th july 2018 and one product on 16th july 2018 i.e today still i have not get any refund amount to my bank details.Since 2017 I am Customer to your website, I have not face like this issue in past.This is the first time that I am facing this kind of problems.Please do need full help

Ur delivery person is so rude he don't have manners at all...he don't carry even minimum change so I have cancelled my order ..he said it's time waste for him...this happened three times in a row...I have lost my cool tke action on him...
It seems like am not the only one who got cheated by Myntra or Boult in this matter. I can't replace in Myntra and no one from Boult company seems to bother about the complaints. So Boult can i replace my defunct product. How do I get my replacement or my refund.

    I have ordered Boult unisex black audio UFO Wired earphones but I got empty box. Even after that I called myntra customer service they are now saying me they have checked and it is delivered from them . If they delivered then it would get reach to me and they are not able to send my parcel then they should atleast refund me for the product which I have not received.

      Dear Team Myntra,

      I am extremely disappointed as a consumer and at lousy answers by your customer care representatives.

      This is in ref to my order No[protected]-4510501 - Libas Women Beige & Red printed Kurta & Palazzo - Size L

      I had ordered the above in the month of June, the same was delivered to me on 15 June 2018.

      Being a trusted brand like Myntra I did not go for any scrutiny of the product (which I should have, now I feel)

      The package came with a size L and as always the Kurti was packed on the top and the palazzo was packed inside the Kurti. Now since size L was mentioned in the kurti I was assured that Palazzo too will be L .

      But to my dismay the palazzo was size XS, and now the customer care representatives are not ready to exchange the Palazzo since I have used the Kurti. This is unacceptable . Now as a consumer I should decide when I am wearing what, whether am choosing to wear both Palazzo & kurti together or want to team it separately.

      Because of the sheer negligence from the Myntra I am getting penalised as that palazzo is of no use to me now, as it doesn't fit me. If you had given the right size and then it did not fit I wont be writing this mail but you have given me a wrong product that to partially . If the entire set was XS this confusion never would have taken place.

      I request immediate attention from you & want my issue to get resolved Immediately.

      I want the Palazzo to be exchanged and I should be given an L size as per my order specification. You cant cheat your customers like this.

        Vide order no.[protected]-9483801 dtd. 02.06.18, two T-shirts ( Adidas-Men Grey Melange ESS 3S Solid Training T-shirt, Rs. 817.95/- & Adidas-Men Navy Badges Printed Back Round Neck T-shirt, Rs. 943.95/-) were booked. However, due to matching as per picture shown in website, the both were returned, and the same were picked by courier service.

        The amount (Rs. 943.45) of later T-shirt is re-funded, while about other T-shirt, there is no information, even one month is passed.

        Therefore, please expedite the case and process to refund my amount of another T shirt having amount of Rs. 817.45.

          I ordered 3 things from myntra. I recieved it after 15 days which were supposed to be delivered within 4 days. The 1st object was fine enough to wear. And then te next 2 were not. I raised the return request on the same day but they r not entertaining return. All tym when i raise return request, they r cancelling my request. Once, i talk to a representative he said this time they will take care of return but once the call got disconnected they hide the icon of contact us from my account. I can not call them. Then I found the customer service number from call log but they r not giving me any option to talk to representative. I lost my 2600 rs. Its totally a fraud.

            I ordered few products in last month and I received all but one...which was on schedule also...on the day of delivery...I got an SMS that the customer was anaivalable and the shipment is rescheduled...on the second day again I received an SMS saying that the customer declined the order and is being shipped to origin! What's wrong with you guys? I tried to call support but no answer. Wrote an email but you are not entertaining that? Chat option is also not available. I haven't received the refund yet...what's going on? Where am I supposed to complain? Why is your customer service is this cheap? Why there is no way to contact the support? And you guys better find out why the order was declined...I didn't even recieve a call and only getting msgs that my order is rescheduled and then declined. It can't be any worse...plz solve this.

            And then this in the end of the day 6th July 2018, 10:41pm:"Order Undelivered: We were unable to deliver your order for Roadster Men Grey Solid Rou... on 06 Jul 2018 since you refused to accept the product."

              empty package delivered - product missing

              I received an empty package from Myntra. I have not yet opened the package but i can feel the package is empty, only the product box is present in it. I tried to return the product to delivery boy but he refused and asked to contact customer care.

              I called the customer care and raised a concern over this, but they have declined my complaint. So i thought of writing here. I still have the unopend package with me, if required...

              I order a jordan worth rs 7073 but i got a fake product. Which is i think hardly cost 200 rs in jordan box. I filed a FIR against it. I called them they told me to email but i got no email address where to mail. Last month i shopped around 50000 i am a permanemt customer of myntra. Then also myntra did that. They are careless enough cheating men for just money.

                Despite several calls to the customer care, the wrong product delivered to me is not being picked up !
                What more can be done?Though they should not have delivered a wrong product to the customer.By mistake, if they do it sometimes, they should make it a point that it is picked up n payment refunded on priority.

                My money is stuck !Other returns are picked up.on time, but the disputed one takes longer.Strange!!

                    Hi Team,

                    I just thought to highlight an instance where one of my order is severely delayed and not yet delivered, which was actually supposed to be delivered on 5th July (||attached the screenshot)

                    I tried to contact Myntra CC for support and the executive promised to log a complaint ticket and committed quick issue resolution.

                    However, I haven't received my order yet even after followup. This type of cheap quality customer service was not at all expected from Myntra. When investigated, this seemed to be a common issue with many of the folks who recently ordered products from Myntra. Your CC team gives the excuse that they are busy because of EOS sale. This clearly means that you were not at all ready to compete with other giants across the line and still entered the race.

                    I'm forwarding this email to you with few authorities in BCC for quicker resolution and issue tracking.

                    Hope to get a proper and quicker resolution

                      I booked my shoes from myntra on 25.06.18 (order no.[protected] 5291103) i paid for my order. First time the delivery date was 02.07.18 after few days it was changed and new delivery date was 04.07.18 after that no new date was mentioned and even customer care did not know about my shoes, where it was. I talked 2 to 3 time on customer care but they said nothing. First time thay said please wait for the complaint for 5 days, after 5 days they said please wait for 24 hrs its on priority than after 24 hrs they said wait for final 2 days but nothing happened even they did not send text message or mail to me.

                      They said sorry for the delay our sale was bumper sorry for the delay. If you are not capable to deliver your product so why are you sold a huge amount of items. Why customer suffered again and again. Customer paid for item and wait for item.

                        I ordered an earphone "soundpeats Q9A" on 02/07/2018 and I received the package on 09/07/2018 . At first package looks as normal as always cause I order quite frequently from myntra but when I did opened the outer package I saw that the seal on the box of the earphone was broken and the earphone as well as the charging cable was missing . I felt betrayed at that moment and still do cause they aren't solving my problem.

                          I have ordered size 36 jeans in Myntra. But those people are unable to get the exact size getting delivered for the first time in this automated world. For which they call their mistake as human error. Ok I agreed and waited for the second order by raising the exchange request. Even that failed . The same improper size of 28 was delivered. Then again raised a 36 size exchange request same 28 size was delivered.

                          The worst ever response i got from customer care but which they boast as a super support in automated voice. They asked to send images of the product etc. but nothing happened after a few days they again asked me to raise a return or exchange request.

                          without providing customer satisfaction I'm not sure as why they run a huge ecommerce business. Mere cheats. Waste of creating Incident:[protected] and doing a eye -show.

                          these should seriously addressed as these give false advises to customers through customer care and wastes the time . Even though the full payment was made.

                            I had ordered a cover story top from myntra on 3rd july for Rs.948 in free delivery being a 1st time user. Abruptly on 11th july I received a mail saying my top was returned to origin due to technical issues an i wanted i could reorder. And of course now my size is not available. I still hav'nt got my refund. So is this a move because i got it in better discount that myntra conveniently had sudden technical issues?? I am very frustrated and angry and i want a result!

                            If that's the case I think I have received your order.

                            I actually ordered a Black formal Trousers by COVERSTORY and received this top instead.

                              I placed an order of amount Rs.2888 on july 14 th 04:18 am in myntra app. I have paid through my icici net banking. The amount was debited and received the transaction id from icici bank but the order confirmation is not reflected in my app as well as i didnt get any mail or message from the myntra.I tried to contact them but all the times it is showing their customer executives are busy....

I ordered Tommy Hilfiger Women Rose Gold Embellished Analogue Watch NTH1781743_BBD1 (Rs6750.00) from their app and it took a lot of time for the delivery. Usually, at my location, all sites delivered the products in 1–2 days. But myntra delivered it in 4 days that too empty box. When I registered the complaint, they said they will look into matter and solve. Till now, 10 days are over and and...

                              I have ordered three (3) products with order number

                              Total Amount: 1, 423.62. Out of the three products only one product that is roadster jeans was delivered to me. The rest two other products were not delivered and i got message that it has been cancelled and returned to origin. I have to get a refund amount of Rs 946.19 for the other two undelivered products and so far i have not got any message regarding refund. Its very disappointing that myntra is so careless about all these consumer's problem. I need my refund as i didnt got my ordered product. VERY DISAPPOINTED

                                I had a terrible experience ordering with Myntra. Had ordered two toys for my niece on 25.june.2018 (with expected date of delivery as 11.july). However, myntra cancelled the order on their own on 7.july. This is very poor service, and I am definitely not ordering from Myntra again.
                                Why do you take orders, if you will auto cancel then at your own will- that too nearing the delivery date.

                                  Firstly Myntra customer care not having, how to talk customer always giving lie promise. before 15 days back i ordered than out of delivery aging i raised the complaint regarding and after 3 days they are asking 2 more days for email reply finally they cancel the order. fraud company not complete promise and fake add on side for offer. i was using myntra last 2 year but this is my last order. after that they are giving me offer which is already always in site fake offer and worst customer care service. don't use myntra for shopping better use snapdeal or amazon.
